We ordered and waited 2 hours for 2 burgers, no information and were immediately rejected when we called. When the food arrived it was cold and soggy. The meat in the middle had no taste and was dry.
The prices on the digital menu are much cheaper than in the store. I wanted to get a chicken burger and took €5.50 with me but in the store they cost €7
The food was very tasty, the service was very nice and friendly. You didn't have to pay extra for the salad, which you could put together yourself, and you also got a Quzo.
I love Five Guys, for I order very often from this branch and they always are inconsistent with the fries size , if you order regular they send you little size , if you order large size they send you regular , and sometimes when you order large they send you so much more.
It looks like sometimes as if is intentional in order to force you to always buy the large size.
The cheeseburger was good, but the meat didn't have much flavor. The mango milkshake with whipped cream that came with it was really tasty. Overall, though, I think the prices are too high for the quality of the products. In the restroom, a hand dryer and a sink were turned off without notice or were broken.
The ambiance and service were very good, and the food was okay. The fries for €8 were very small, and the Double Smash Burger didn't quite match our expectations or the product image. The food tasted good, but the portions were unsatisfactory. For just under €30 per person, we expected more.
