Captain Burger in Berlin

The hotdogs are fine, the burgers on the other hand are pretty bad imho. Very dry, seemingly unseasoned, very little sauce, buns are generic supermarket-crap.. can't recommend it unfortunately and wouldn't order here again.

Poor quality food… the burgers are dry and have no flavour. The fries soggy and cold.

Ordered via Uber Eats. Ordered two cheeseburgers and a smash, three smashburgers, if you want to call them that, arrived! Indefinable taste, salad limp, baaaaaah......disgusting! €12.90 for a burger that you can throw straight into the bin!!! It's stupid that you have to click on a star to be able to express your frustration and warn others. Money given away!

I ordered two hamburgers, fries and a coke, but when I opened the bag only the hamburgers and the coke arrived. When I called the store they didn't speak German and told me in English that they would bring me the fries, which they never brought me.

Burgers were pretty bland. Too little sauce, overall very dry. The halloumi burger was more of a sandwich and had little to do with a burger. From the description you would hope for more volume than it gets. Price completely unjustified. Very disappointing.

Me and my girlfriend were brazenly ripped off there, the price was too high and they seemed to have a lot of fun with it in their language. But the burgers were delicious

Ordered via Uber Eats and the burger patty was too dry but the buns were completely soggy and the onions were soaked in sugar 🤢 I don't even know how you manage that. Never again it was a disaster!!!!

The worst burger I've ever had I ate life was here. The alleged “double smash burgers” have less volume than a cheap McDonald’s cheeseburger! Here you don't want good burgers, you just want to make money. What a shame!

I think if you bought a ready-made microwave burger from Lidl, it would taste much better. I wish I can give it zero stars. Everything was bad, from bread to patties to fries to cheese sauce.

I ordered two smash burgers on uber eats, and the hamburgers took one and a half hour to arrive, I called several times and no one picked up the phone. When the food came the burger was cold, with a tiny meat slice and without much taste. I am not ordering again

Ordered food to pick up via Lieferando. Small, inconspicuous shop that you would normally just walk past. We still ordered food thanks to Lieferando and reviews on Google Maps. It was better than expected, burgers for 8 euros, sweet potato fries for 4.90 euros. Citizens were very good, delicious sauce, good meat and a particularly great sesame roll. The portion of fries was definitely too small for the price and there wasn't enough mayo. If you want delicious burgers, this is the right place!

Burgers cold and without enough meat. The burgers are like a sandwich with supermarket ham. Fries were good, but I will never suggest to eat here.

Horrible service. Delivers after hours of waiting with many calls saying a courier is on the way. Cold food or wrong order is delivered.

Have just waited over an hour for this food. And it arrives cold I can tell in the bag. They called me several times to find out if I can come out to the street to meet a courier. It gets here and after I can feel the bag is cold I call them and they just tell me that they’re now closed. I even open the bag and it’s not my order. Finally taking a screenshot of this place to remember to never order from them. This is the 3rd or 4th time something like this has happened from them to me and a friend ordering from here.

Der Laden sieht nicht besonders gemütlich aus und es riecht auch etwas nach Frittenfett. ABER! : Der Burger war wahnsinnig lecker. Wir waren sehr überrascht und der Mensch hinter der Theke war auch sehr freundlich :)

Mondpreise! Im allgemeinen sind die Bürger viel zu teuer und die Portionen doch meistens zu klein und wenn man bestellt und liefern lässt und nichts mit dazu anweisen kann, dass man z.b mehr Zwiebeln oder mehr Soßen möchte, weil alles viel zu trocken ist, ist dieses kleine Geschäft für Lieferung nicht besonders geeignet. Es gibt aber pluspunkte: Wenn man in dieser Klitsche vor Ort dem fast kein Deutsch verstehen denn Burger Koch gesagt, man möge doch etwas mehr Soßen und Beilagen, dann macht er es netterweise. Freundlich sind die wechselnden Burger Köche schon, wenn man sie in der deutschen Sprache besser verstehen könnte, wäre das natürlich besser. Der große Vorteil ist aber: es gibt zu allen Bürgern gesundes vollkornbrot! Das lässt insgesamt einen Punkt mehr in der Bewertung verzeichnen. Ansonsten kann man für das vielen Geld beim Chinesen/ Vietnamesen oder woanders im Restaurant richtig speisen und ganz anderes bekommen! Man bedenke an die großen Portionen in jugoslawischen Restaurants. Da kostet ein großes Essen so viel wie manche ein Burger hier in diesem Laden. Empfehlung: Preise müssen runter, ein Burger, egal wie gut er belegt ist für 15 €, was ja schließlich mal 30 Mark waren ist einfach zu teuer weil einfach auch die saftigkeit fehlt. Aber immerhin 2 Punkte fürs gesunde vollkornbrot.

Today i went to the burger shop, the staff was friendly. I was hungry nd wasn't having enough money in cash so they offered me burger on heavily discounted price. Tbh burger was quite good and always recommend these folks

Man könnte eigentlich fast dran vorbeigehen. Tut man es nicht und geht rein, weil man zum Beispiel einfach Hunger hat begegnet ein als erstes sehr nette und freundliche Menschen hinter der Theke. Und wenn man dann auch noch einen Burger oder einen Cheeseburger probiert, dann traut man fast sein Geschmacksknospen nicht. Denn der ist wirklich fantastisch gut dieser Berger! Ich esse sehr gerne Burger. Ich liebe den Burger in der Markthalle neun oder auch am Bio Stand in der Marheineke Halle. Alles sehr gut. Aber der ist den anderen mindestens gleich auf! Sehr zu empfehlen.
