Amazing food, all freshly prepared right before your eyes. And plenty of it, so you can eat it all. Mayo, ketchup, and sauces are available for free.

Expensive, messy, old. I rarely write bad reviews, but this place deserves it. Yesterday I ordered a small burger with fries and a Coke, basically a standard meal for almost €20. The burger toppings were really good, and it was great that you could customize them. But the meat was bad. With every bite, you could taste the old, dirty grill. The fries were the same. They tasted like old frying oil, not good at all. All in all, not enough value for the price. If the whole meal cost €10—come on, whatever, go for it. But at €20, I really wouldn't recommend it.

Everything was great! Except we had this really rude lady scream at us? Are you done or not. Like several times. I love five guys and I’ve never experienced anything like this! Hope this gets fixed

The burger was unfortunately cold. The bun was soggy and damp, like the other burger ingredients. Sadly, this isn't the first time Five Guys has failed to impress me. On the plus side this time, an employee was on hand to clean, wiping down tables, and the food was brought to the table. As a result, the noise level in the restaurant was also somewhat lower than before.

I didn't like the hamburger, which was large in portion, but the fries were excellent, and the prices were good for the portion.

None of the servers spoke German and they brought every order incomplete. The Indian server in particular should be fired!

Best fast food I have ever been to by far. Not really a big variety of burgers but there are still some pretty good options. 4.50€ for a refill is an amazing price given the drink options you have. Their refill machine is the best thing I have seen in a while. Burgers and fries were also amazing and the staff was kind. I recommend it to all the fast food enthusiast and generally to people looking to try something new.

Best burgers ever!!!!...from an Ozzie point of view, cos we don't have them in Oz. Was busy but it was lunch-time. Staff happy n cheerful with customers. Slow to deliver to our table...but we enjoyed it non the less.

Went to Five Guys for the first time and it certainly surprised me! It is expensive, but the portion sizes are VERY Generous! You get fresh burger, because you customize the entire burger. Fries are also generous and crispy + free sauce. Free refill for the drinks from a machine that let’s you customize the taste as well. Place isn’t very clean though, so that’s my only concern. I was expecting something tastier, not bad but overrated.

On October 15, I was served a cold burger here – and on it wasn't a slice, but actually half a raw onion. It tasted absolutely inedible. The manager apologized and promised me a free new burger on my next visit. Today, October 16, I went back – and suddenly they said it was only valid for that day. Such a breach of promise is simply outrageous. First a lousy burger, then false promises. On top of that, these are definitely not "handmade" burgers, as the advertisements suggest – they are served frozen slices, prepared with absolutely no care. Considering the prices they charge, that's a bad joke. For me, this was definitely my last visit to Five Guys.

The burger was cold, so the cheese wasn't even melted. The burger buns were like they came straight from the fridge. Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio isn't recommended. I got a milkshake as an apology. However, they weren't particularly understanding of my complaint. The fries were great and generous.

This is a place you shouldn't miss while you're in Berlin. The unlimited drinks and peanuts were delicious. The burgers come loaded with 15 different toppings. Definitely try them!

Absolutely fantastic place. I've often enjoyed fries and burgers at fast food chains, but this one completely blew me away! Fresh, crispy fries and amazing burgers. The milkshake also doesn't compare to Megges and BK. The food arrived quickly but was a bit more expensive than usual, which is also reflected in the quality of the food. New favorite fast food place 🔥

Excellent and delicious food, everything is hot and fresh, there are unlimited drinks and unlimited sauces, a huge amount of chips, it should be noted that the burgers are small even though we took double and there is an option to take unlimited peanuts, all in all a good place to snack for lunch

Service upon ordering was quick, the wait time was about 10 minutes, and the food was brought to the table. Three small portions of fries were a gargantuan amount, impossible to finish. The burgers were good, but lacking any particular flavor and, unfortunately, slightly warm and steamed in the foil. The Coke Zero was significantly watered down. Other drinks were similar to the originals. I would go back again and pick up my food myself and order more carefully. The burgers were large with a double cutlet. The price for the entire platter was 55 euros.

I had the worst Five Guys burger, ever, in this restaurant. They drowned it with ice cold toppings that also came with large amounts of juices, which made the burger ice cold. In adddittion, they couldn't even get the cheese on a cheeseburger to melt. Pretty disappointing, considering the cost point.

The toilet flushes automatically, and there's a password to enter the bathroom. There was no waiter to clear the table, so we had to clean it ourselves. The food was edible.

1. Es gibt hier keine Tabletts! Essen wird in Papiertüten serviert wie man das sonst nur bekommt, wenn man zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Selbst auf Nachfrage hin gab es keine andere Option. 2. Die. Burger werden in Alufolie eingepackt. Sieht total unprofessionell aus. 3. Die Burger sind, wohlgemerkt sofort vor Ort gegessen, total matschig und sehen misshandelt aus. Optisch eine Vollkatastrophe. Man kann die Burger kaum greifen, weil die Brötchen, gerade erst verpackt, schon total matschig sind. Zudem sind manche Bestandteile sehr kalt, damit ist der gerade erst zubereitete Burger teilweise kalt. Einer der Fileichstücke war noch nicht richtig fertig gebraten. Gibt es hier keine interne Qualitätskontrollen? Ich hätte nicht gedacht das je sagen zu müssen, aber bei jedem von mir bisher besuchten Konkurrenten war das alle bisher um Klassen besser. Es gibt am Alexanderplatz genügend Alternativen, deshalb tue ich es mir hier nie mehr an.

€5 for a small portion of fries, which are really very small, is pretty cheeky. They weren't even crispy, and there's no mayonnaise left for you to help yourself. I wouldn't recommend it.

Muy caro para lo que es, personal maleducado, ruidoso, caótico y las raciones de comida eran enormes sin sabor. Nunca más volveré a entrar a un Five Guys y hace que McDonald's parezca un restaurante elegante; sí, probablemente sea mi edad, pero si alguna vez necesito un recordatorio de lo desagradable que puede ser comer, pensaré en esta visita.

Frankly, I didn't like it at all. We ate it late. We ordered a cheeseburger and stated what we wanted to add to it, but in my opinion, the burger was cold, including the bread and the ingredients. It was a disappointment for me.

the potatoes were so oily and not really spiced. Only salt is what you taste. The hostess (cashier) wasn’t able to answer how big my fries are supposed to be. You can see how these people are overworked and hence maybe unfriendly, for sensitive people, the music is really loud. My fries where by the way thrown inside my bag, and the bag was so fatty. Not even inside the cup. I ordered a middle cup, they gave me a small one and the rest just thrown inside the bag. Very bad presentation. The veggie sandwich doesn’t have a sauce. Tastes bland.

It's the first branch I've ever had that didn't have ice for soft drinks, nor peanuts, and they don't even give you a cup to drink water... you have to buy it as if it were soft drinks...

You'll need to be prepared for some time – a burger and fries resulted in a wait of about 15 minutes for us. Unfortunately, some of the staff were unfriendly. It tasted delicious, but there are much better places for a decent burger. Everything is prepared fresh in front of your eyes, and the amount of fries is hard to beat.
