Good fries, good burgers, large portion

Just overpriced crap with hair in it for €22. Can stay away

The food is highly recommended, everything is fresh and tasty, very large portions

Service upon ordering was quick, the wait time was about 10 minutes, and the food was brought to the table. Three small portions of fries were a gargantuan amount, impossible to finish. The burgers were good, but lacking any particular flavor and, unfortunately, slightly warm and steamed in the foil. The Coke Zero was significantly watered down. Other drinks were similar to the originals. I would go back again and pick up my food myself and order more carefully. The burgers were large with a double cutlet. The price for the entire platter was 55 euros.

Everything was great! Preparation can sometimes take a while.

Well-maintained fast food (which isn't a given), fast service, and average fast food portions. The staff is friendly and professional. First time at a Five Guys, and I have to say I was happy with the experience. The Brooklyn beer is good. Recommended!

Even though it is a famous fast food restaurant, it is still very nice to see the meat on the grill. The location of this fast food shop is really different from the others. Everything is cooked very deliciously.

I had the worst Five Guys burger, ever, in this restaurant. They drowned it with ice cold toppings that also came with large amounts of juices, which made the burger ice cold. In adddittion, they couldn't even get the cheese on a cheeseburger to melt. Pretty disappointing, considering the cost point.

The toilet flushes automatically, and there's a password to enter the bathroom. There was no waiter to clear the table, so we had to clean it ourselves. The food was edible.

1. Es gibt hier keine Tabletts! Essen wird in Papiertüten serviert wie man das sonst nur bekommt, wenn man zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Selbst auf Nachfrage hin gab es keine andere Option. 2. Die. Burger werden in Alufolie eingepackt. Sieht total unprofessionell aus. 3. Die Burger sind, wohlgemerkt sofort vor Ort gegessen, total matschig und sehen misshandelt aus. Optisch eine Vollkatastrophe. Man kann die Burger kaum greifen, weil die Brötchen, gerade erst verpackt, schon total matschig sind. Zudem sind manche Bestandteile sehr kalt, damit ist der gerade erst zubereitete Burger teilweise kalt. Einer der Fileichstücke war noch nicht richtig fertig gebraten. Gibt es hier keine interne Qualitätskontrollen? Ich hätte nicht gedacht das je sagen zu müssen, aber bei jedem von mir bisher besuchten Konkurrenten war das alle bisher um Klassen besser. Es gibt am Alexanderplatz genügend Alternativen, deshalb tue ich es mir hier nie mehr an.

Wont let people use the restroom without buying smth first even tho the people have a disease wich causes them to HAVE to use the WC asap

€5 for a small portion of fries, which are really very small, is pretty cheeky. They weren't even crispy, and there's no mayonnaise left for you to help yourself. I wouldn't recommend it.

I have ordered a cheeseburger and a Coca-Cola vis Uber Eats. They delivered two cups of French fries and rejected full refund.

Muy caro para lo que es, personal maleducado, ruidoso, caótico y las raciones de comida eran enormes sin sabor. Frankly, I didn't like it at all. We ate it late. We ordered a cheeseburger and stated what we wanted to add to it, but in my opinion, the burger was cold, including the bread and the ingredients. It was a disappointment for me.

the potatoes were so oily and not really spiced. Only salt is what you taste. The hostess (cashier) wasn’t able to answer how big my fries are supposed to be. You can see how these people are overworked and hence maybe unfriendly, for sensitive people, the music is really loud. My fries where by the way thrown inside my bag, and the bag was so fatty. Not even inside the cup. I ordered a middle cup, they gave me a small one and the rest just thrown inside the bag. Very bad presentation. The veggie sandwich doesn’t have a sauce. Tastes bland.

It's the first branch I've ever had that didn't have ice for soft drinks, nor peanuts, and they don't even give you a cup to drink water... you have to buy it as if it were soft drinks...

You'll need to be prepared for some time – a burger and fries resulted in a wait of about 15 minutes for us. Unfortunately, some of the staff were unfriendly. It tasted delicious, but there are much better places for a decent burger. Everything is prepared fresh in front of your eyes, and the amount of fries is hard to beat.

I'm actually a fan of Five Guys, but you should avoid that place. We only got a portion of the food the whole time, and then we stood around forever, and no one gave us the rest. When I finally had to leave and wanted at least my money back, I was given a strange lecture, and then it took forever to get the few bucks back. A really poorly run place.

The sandwich can’t be eaten in one piece. The toppings are too much in amount. The fries most of it are small pieces. The Coke Zero from machine was awful. The percentage of the ingredients wasn’t correct. Peanuts were good

Very pleasant service, everyone is friendly. We periodically come here and always have a very tasty meal. I am a connoisseur of cleanliness and tidiness, so for that too +. Everyone works in gloves and even the man with a beard, as it should be, had a protective mask on his beard. The last time I was with my girlfriend, she is pregnant and the guy who served us gave her a burger from himself, with the words "can I treat you with the baby?" it was very nice. Overall, the establishment is 10 out of 10 for service, food, speed, atmosphere, cleanliness, I recommend it to everyone

Unfortunately, I can't recommend the burgers; they definitely don't offer value for money. The food was cold, and the fries weren't crispy.

I've never eaten such bad burgers, even though they could be really good. It starts with the ordering, which is only possible via terminals. I couldn't find any sauce for the fries. They come in a small paper cup, and half of them are loose in a bag. Why is the food only served in bags? The worst part, though, are the burgers. Wrapped in aluminum foil, the bun is ice-cold (the description says it should be "lightly toasted"), but it is ice-cold, and then there's all this self-congratulation on the walls. In my opinion, even the big chains do it better. At least I'm wiser now and have one more experience under my belt.

Your classic Five Guys burgers, fries where particularly good this time!

The food was very good and delicious. However, the shouting of order numbers (I suggest an electronic board) is very annoying, and most of the time, you have to repeat the numbers because they're hard to understand, along with the extremely loud music. This makes the atmosphere unpleasant.

Went there for French fries.. and mayo.. great taste

My daughters bag was stolen having iPhone and wallet, when we threatened that we will call the police, only then a worker there went inside and got the bag, but all the cash money was stolen 80€, be aware of the Mitarbeiterin and Mitarbeiter.

first of all, the smell was horrible, second of all, i ordered fries, they were scattered around the paper bag they werent even in the cups they were supposed to be. third of all i orded a cheeseburger AND IT SMELLED LIKE SWEATY SOCKS, i am not kidding, i literally DO NOT recommend and it was quite expensive. please AVOID THIS.

Recommended. Fries are the best there. Burgers taste good too. Unfortunately a lot of English. Guests: leave everything behind, don't clean up themselves and are incredibly overcrowded... creates an oppressive feeling.

Super lovely staff - they were incredibly friendly and made my day. Today I had the BEST fries of my life. All the spices were on point, warm with perfect consistency, we decided it was like a warm hug from within. Really sweet encounter - thank you!🫶🏼

It's nice to see that the food is prepared right in front of the customers - it makes a fresh impression. The checkout staff were friendly and attentive. The store is rather small and can be a bit noisy, especially at peak times. A hamburger costs €10.95, not exactly cheap, but the price is justified given the good quality.

I ate there, there were only 3 terminals for the entire restaurant, it's too few and you have to wait too long during peak hours. I then ordered the few things that were offered on the menu and then waited a good 20 minutes for my order. The milkshake is frankly disappointing, the whipped cream is bad and the toppings are rare As for the fries they could have been good if they weren't filled with salt it was really too much I couldn't finish it just had the effect of making me thirsty And the burgers were obviously cold, the cheddar was barely tender and the bacon was way overcooked. To conclude, it is in idea a fast food like the others but in reality it does not reach the standards of other large chains which are better developed here (and the prices are also well above other fast foods: 40€ for a menu, a milkshake and a cheddar croc)

Five Guys as we know and love it! Absolutely brilliant and fresh fast food. The Cajun fries are well seasoned, the burgers are juicy and delicious. The milkshakes are filled to the brim with all the extras you ordered.

The price is too high for the quality. Bacon had burnt taste. Burger wrapped in aluminum foil for immediate consumption. The environment is not technically up to date. Staff speaks little German. You have to bring your own food. Zero service. But price like a service restaurant. I won't visit Five Guys again.

I paid 17 € for a burger and a drink, already 4 € for a fanta it's huge and after the burger was good but really not worth 13.50 €

Their burgers and fries are delicious. You can buy as many peanuts as you want without paying any money. I recommend Popcorn Milk Shake, be sure to drink it. We easily found a place to sit in almost every branch. We expect it to expand to Türkiye as well.

Ordered Hamburger and small fries. This is a pricy fast food spot, we spent 21€ for 1 hamburger and 1 small fries and 1 drink. The hamburger itself was not that good for the price, and to address more is the unfriendly staff. I got almost racist treatment, when I asked them for the toilet password, they told me “I saw you just entered here” implying I was not their customer which means I’m not “qualified” to use their toilet. Come on, I have been sitting inside and outside for 1h! Will not come again.

Far too expensive, burger was immediately soggy and everything fell out, no trays for consumption on site (everything in a paper bag), atmosphere terrible - never again!

I love Five Guys, for I order very often from this branch and they always are inconsistent with the fries size , if you order regular they send you little size , if you order large size they send you regular , and sometimes when you order large they send you so much more. It looks like sometimes as if is intentional in order to force you to always buy the large size.

It was a 4th time i took some friend here to eat and did not receive peanuts with the order, every time i hear from service that is finished... seriously every other country where i visit five guys there was never a problem like this, especially this is included in price of an order so im very disappointed ...

Dine in or take out! Good place to kill your hunger. The part I liked the most was choosing between a bunch of different sodas.

I describe my visit to Five Guys as follows: 1. I order a burger without onions and some fries. 2. I wait about 20 minutes for my order. 3. I receive a burger with nothing on it except onions and a few burnt fries. Also worth mentioning was the unfriendly service and the high volume of the branch.

Very good shop in a central part of the city. The quality is the best you can find in a fast food chain when it comes to burgers. However, the prices are a bit steep, but it's worth the money.

Terrible experience! The fries were extremely oversalted - I've never tasted anything like it. The bathroom situation was awful too. When I tried to get a bathroom code (after accidentally throwing away my receipt), I was yelled at by staff! Then after speaking to a manager and finally getting the code, another employee confronted me with attitude. Worst service I've experienced in Berlin. Won't be returning to any Five Guys locations after this. Avoid if you can!

Delicious burgers and friendly service We stayed at Five Guys on Alexanderplatz and had a thoroughly positive experience. The burgers were freshly prepared, juicy and tasted excellent. The fries were also crispy and served in a generous portion. The friendly service is particularly noteworthy. A forgotten request when ordering was made immediately and without any problems - really attentive and customer-oriented. Overall a very pleasant visit with delicious food and good service. We'd love to come back!
