Never again. For a burger that doesn't even deserve the name burger, a hideous hot dog, fried boiled sausage, fries in mini cups and 2 drinks for 41 euros. Seriously? It was garbage that we ate wrapped in aluminum foil. I only ate there because of my husband, who was also annoyed. It's really outrageous what you get for so much money.

Same several points...let's start at the beginning. Point 1 If the music wasn't so loud, we wouldn't have to shout at each other when ordering... Point 2 30 to 40 euros for 2 people is extremely expensive for 2 burgers. Point 3: How can it be that the burger, although it is practically freshly prepared in front of your eyes, looks like it has been there for ages. Point 4 a cup of fries, that's okay but why is half the bag full of the stuff. Point 5: no tablets and everything double and triple packed when you're in the store. A big car tuner from Dortmund can do it... Conclusion: As has been shown many times on TV, it's not worth it... actually too good for the money...

We were really looking forward to eating here because we liked it the last time. However, this time the burgers were very dry. The cheese was also only half melted. The milkshakes tasted good. For the price you pay you can expect more. So poor price/quality ratio...

The waiting time was far too long and the service was extremely unfriendly. I just asked a product if it had meat on it & she responded disrespectfully & mocked me. Even her colleagues looked at her questioningly. It doesn't work at all.

Very nice people at the checkout and when picking up. I had the veggi sandwich which is recommended if you like champions. The fries are very tasty and don't get soggy when they cool down.

Fast service and preparation. The music boxes, we were sitting directly underneath them, were a bit annoying. But they were too convenient to move around ;-)

The business was busy, which had the advantage that the food ordered was nice and hot and fresh. It's still fast food, but you know that when you go to this kind of place.

At first I couldn't figure out what to expect in this store. After eating there, the conclusion is: It's just a fast food restaurant that doesn't stand out from McDonald's or BurgerKing in any way. You really shouldn't and can't expect anything more. If you have to go quickly you won't die, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it now.

Well, you shouldn't expect too much. Unfortunately, the burger bun was far too flabby and the patty wasn't crispy enough. Ingredients seem arbitrary and the cheese could be better. Fries very ordinary and loveless. Prices are juicy. Nice diner atmosphere. Otherwise no repeat. But it's good that they don't use frozen patties. And peanuts? Anyway ...

The burgers tasted okay, but were overpriced for convenience quality. The fries were cold and wrinkled. But that's not surprising when you see how the old fries that have already been filled into cups are simply mixed in with the fresh ones to save material (small fries 6 euros). As with other chains, the food is carelessly packed in a bag and the fries arrived at the table just lying on the bottom of the bag.....There was also a black hair in the fries. All in all, a rather mediocre experience that we probably won't repeat.

We ordered two simple cheeseburgers + fries + Cola and milkshakes and paid 47 euros - these are crazy prices and out of this world.

I was disappointed, citizen was. Average, fries were really bad, everything was just dumped into the bag, the automatic heating system was modern and super inconvenient. The ambience was subterranean, too loud, you couldn't have a normal conversation, and you had to be careful that you heard your call, I don't understand the hype around the shop... Priced performance completely wrong, 1 citizen and a hot dog, small Fries and 2 drinks for almost €50 is a bit cheeky, citizens were cold! Burger buns tasted like the cheapest ones from Aldi.... Will never set foot in this chain again.... Disappointing through and through

I wish I had read the reviews before our visit to this store yesterday. That would have saved us a lot of trouble. Since it was my birthday yesterday, we wanted to treat ourselves and try something new. So we went to Fivev Guys. Seen often, never been inside. We ordered a hamburger, a bacon cheese dog, two small fries and two drinks. I was really looking forward to a classic hot dog. Since there was no description of the products on the menu above the register, I was very surprised when my hot dog was topped with a fried boiled sausage, fried (not fried!) bacon and cold unmelted (I assume cheap) cheese. If I had known this beforehand, I would definitely have made a different choice. The burger wasn't any better either. The meat was dry and cold. The remaining ingredients are soft and tasteless. The worst bullet my husband has ever eaten! As others have described here, the order came to us after 20 minutes in a brown bag. The very (!!!) hot fries were thrown loosely onto the burgers and there were two small paper cups next to them, which have already made it into several photos here. When I tried to get the fries out to get the burger and the hot dog, I burned my fingers. The cups contained maybe 150g of fries. The rest of at least three times that amount was in the bag. I went to the employees to clarify this because I thought it was a mistake. Whenever I said something or made a suggestion for improvement, the sentence "This is our standard..." came out like a shot. Regarding the amount of fries and why they are draped on top of the burgers instead of next to them in the bag. When she started the third "That's our standard..." I went back to our seat pissed off. I couldn't finish the "hot dog" because it wasn't to my liking at all. I was very sorry because I hate wasting food. But that wouldn't have suited me or my stomach. The fact that this “meal” cost almost €40 also makes me very angry. The money is gone and I wasn't full because I couldn't eat any of it. Conclusion: - overpriced - Quality poor in my opinion - little to no information to the guests about the composition of the products - the way my complaint has been handled suggests that such conversations happen all the time - although there were about two people behind the counter who apparently had no job there, the shop was neither cleaned nor tidied up - and it would have been very necessary - worst birthday dinner ever!!!

service was horrible with fries thrown in the paper bag, which i showed the workers this is not nice he said this is normal. Also the burgers were very soggy and wet which was wrapped in the foil dripping of fat from the meat. Please take notice of service for your customers Five Guys. Very Terrible experience! The burger was okay if you ignore the price (11.95). You don't even get cutlery, plates or trays, you just get a bag. The orders were also sometimes recorded incorrectly. Overall, it's better to eat at McDonald's (better service, cheaper, and at least there's a tray there too)

I recommend it wholeheartedly. The cheeseburger was delicious even though I only added jalapeño and mayonnaise sauce. Everything together melted in your mouth. The vending machines with drinks are also great, because there is a huge selection and you can try something new. The taste of the fries did not impress me, I had the impression that they were very greasy, but the portion of large fries was too much for two people to eat. I will definitely come back here again.

The service was very friendly. Unfortunately the burger was a maximum grade of 3. Too little, too greasy and too expensive. Way too expensive. The fries school grade 5. Soggy, not really fried and just thrown carelessly into the bag. And 7 euros for the medium fries is a disgrace. The mango milkshakes were really tasty. Here school grade 2. Unfortunately a bit expensive. For two dishes a total of 52 euros. Really steep.

Because I lived in Spain for a long time and Five Guys is really worth the money there. Unfortunately I cannot confirm this in Germany. Fries are not fried twice here and the quality of the meat is rather so-so and dry. It's good that you're only back in Germany for a visit, so I'd rather wait until Spain 🇪🇸 👋🏻

The service didn't work at all. The first didn't know whether you could order extras, the second didn't know whether the extra was also on the burger. Since so many people told me that I absolutely had to eat at Five Guys, I thought I would eat a burger there yesterday. Unfortunately, that was by far the worst burger of my life. I had a small burger with cheese, cucumber, grilled onions and lettuce and a small fries. The waiting time was appropriate for the crowd. While I waited, several people tried to take the free mayo. It was empty and an employee stood behind it and watched the spectacle. While I waited I watched the mass processing. Certainly well organized. But I noticed the packaging very negatively. Most people ate on site. Each burger is wrapped in aluminum foil. The burger comes in a paper bag. Then there are tiny paper cups for the fries. However, despite the mini portion of fries, they are far too small. So the fries are simply peppered into the bag. I also received over 10 napkins. Some people got 4 or 5 bags. In this day and age, something like that is no longer acceptable, especially aluminum foil. Apart from that, you should avoid eating food made from aluminum foil. Let's talk about the quality of the food. Unfortunately you can't give less than one star here. The burger looked unappetizing and was squashed. The cheese was ice cold. The negative highlight was the meat, which was raw in half the burger! Of course it's not possible. The fries are horribly expensive at almost 5 euros for a mini portion and tasted like nothing and were extremely greasy. Of course you can't expect much in a food court, but the quality should be good and raw minced meat just doesn't work. Unfortunately I didn't take a photo.

I can only agree with all the other 1-star reviews. In addition to burnt fries and the hot dog that looks like it crashed from the back seat into the windshield in a rear-end collision, everything is also wrapped in aluminum foil and a cardboard bag, even though you eat on site. The environmental concept as well as friendliness and the feeling for food seem to have been completely lost here. Things are no better in Cologne. That was our first experience and all we wanted was a milkshake that was completely oversweet. We give everyone a second chance. They were in Oberhausen today and we'll never go there again. The peanut sacks don't make it any better.

We were at FiveGuys in Oberhausen on a Wednesday lunchtime. There wasn't a long line and the cashier was really friendly and nice - it's been a long time since I've seen someone so nice. We didn't wait long for the burger. However, this time it didn't quite convince us in terms of taste. It was an unbalanced ratio of hot and cold burger elements. Warm patty, cold vegetables. Somehow that didn't quite fit. The fries, on the other hand, were, as always, very good and the portion size was more than sufficient. The highlight is of course the drinks machine. Here we tried out the different varieties.

I'm actually not a fan of big burger chains, so I tried Five Guys on a recommendation. I was very positively surprised. You can order various toppings such as sauces, salad, fresh or grilled onions, etc. free of charge for the basic burger. The fries are made from fresh potatoes. You can refill your drinks yourself, the selection is huge. The food was absolutely delicious. The burger, wrapped in aluminum foil, seemed a bit bland at first, but once unwrapped it turned out to be excellently prepared and very tasty. The fries were exceptionally good. The price is (slightly) high for a fast food chain, but completely okay. This won't be my last visit.

I give full marks for the patties and fries. Unfortunately not for the entire burger. The buns were cold, the processed cheese wasn't melted and the tomatoes and lettuce were obviously straight from the freezer... the taste of the burger was clearly below average despite the well-seasoned meat. The staff reacted unfriendly to the complaint. Aluminum foil and paper cups... served pretty carelessly. And then 12 euros for a burger? I don't need it anymore...

My biggest problem with Five Guys is simply the price performance. Yes, the burgers are better than at McDonalds and co. BUT the prices are also significantly higher. It's now so high that I can eat at a real burger joint. The burgers and fries are much better there. I also have to say that the atmosphere is really not inviting. It seems very cold.

Was there today with my girlfriend. When it came to the price, we really paid just under €45 for 2 cheeseburgers with 2 medium fries and 2 large drinks. But now to the most important thing, quality, size: Burgers were very tasty and also big, no question, McDonald's can't compete with that, frying the fries in peanut oil is something different and you noticed, delicious. Overall impression was really good. In terms of price, €35 for everything would have been fair. At 45€ you're already thinking about coming back... Because the quality was right, 4 out of 5 stars.

Furnishings are a mixture of hospital corridors and clown grotesques. The burger for my girlfriend and me was, apart from the patty, ice cold...even the buns! When I was made aware of this, I was greeted with disbelief. About five minutes later we got a burger that was about 10 degrees warmer... actually still not edible. How do other community restaurants manage this? Small plus: they apologized to us...the rustic fries (also available with vinegar) were delicious.

The Little Shop of Horrors. Placed an order but didn't get what I ordered. So I pointed this out to an employee and politely asked them to give me what I ordered and paid for. The employee called me a liar and only had the correct order prepared after his colleagues pointed out his misconduct. An absolute no-go to treat your customers like this. Plus, the ambience in the store is straight from hell. I've rarely seen anything so hectic and disgusting. And did it at least taste good? I can't say as I never ate the burger as I completely lost my appetite during my stay there. To be honest, the burgers don't look particularly tasty either. Zero stars would be appropriate here!

46 euros for 2 burgers, fries and drinks. Are you okay? You can get burgers on every corner in America, at street stands that are better for 40% less. I would even prefer mcs to that. Being handed food in a greasy bag is really not appetizing. Yes, the food came quickly but it was greasy and the mayo tasted like it had expired. Oh yeah, and Five Guys should also rethink the aluminum foil.

Went to a Fine Guys store for the first and last time. The waiter just yawned while he took the order - the quality of the burger only differed from a McDonald's burger in terms of the meat. The ambience here is simply a catastrophe - of course I'm in a busy shopping mall, but even when you're sitting in the store you can't relax for a minute to eat your food. But the worst thing is the price, we paid €47 for 2 burgers each with fries and a drink, so I can get top food in tons of restaurants in the city center, enjoy a good time and go home satisfied. At five guys everything is just junk. You're much better off at McDonald's. Please everyone avoid this store if you don't want to get herpes

Since we were technically in the Duisburg area, at the end of the day we were recommended the Westfield Centro for souvenir shopping and shopping. After a successful purchase, we were hungry and so the typical shopping mall eating area was just right. Five Guys caught your eye and since you had heard about it many times you just wanted to try it. The Karze is clear and the bedtell system with the toppings is quickly explained. Burgers or hot dogs are offered with fries in sizes small, medium and large. I chose a Chessburger with large fries and a drink. Ordering was easy, payment with card was no problem and the waiting time was short. The price, however, is moderate. However, €25 was a board that came with high expectations. But about the food: the burger was well cooked but of a normal standard. The fries stacked in a drink cup and a lot of them still in the bag. Unfortunately, these became soggy after a short time. You could take your own menages. My highlight, however, was the drinks dispenser: clean, modern, multilingual and with a decent selection of drinks and all their sub-types that can be refilled several times. Just great as was the view of the mall while eating. One drawback, however, was the table, which was unfortunately not entirely clean, which is suboptimal if you don't get a tray to eat on.

The pistachio shake was creamy and sweet, but the spray cream was pretty dreary and tasteless. You could have saved yourself, luckily there was no extra charge. The employees at the checkout were very nice and, despite denials, they tried to sell you things even though an exact order had been placed. The other employees at the grills gave more of an impression of "I have to be here because I have to be here and I need money.". The place seemed clean, it was cleaned and tidied up regularly. Personally, I won't be visiting the store again, I'd rather choose one of the other restaurants that are in the Coca Cola Oasis and where I can expect better and more food for less money. Ultimately, I can only advise people not to go there if they want something for their money or if they aren't invited by anyone and don't have to pay anything themselves.

Das erste Mal bei Five Guys , erster Eindruck ist ernüchternd , sehr voll , ich hatte ne Bacon cheese Burger mit den mittleren Pommes , Wartezeit waren 15 Minuten echt lange , man bekommt n Becher und kann sich an 2 Coca Cola Automaten selber getränke zapfen wie viel man will wie bei Burger King . Mayo Ketchup dispenser so viel man will Zum Burger bekommen habe ich ihn leider kalt die buns waren kalt und nicht angeröstet , das Fleisch war aussen hart innen weich/ roh Käse noch hart ihr Zustand nicht verlaufen . Alles in allem kalt . Daraufhin habe ich den Bürger zurückgebracht und binnen 2 min einen neuen bekommen der war dann OK . Also Service 5 von 5 kein gemoser , es gab auch ein Gespräch intern der den Bürger gemacht hat , dafür gab's dann n gratis Shake .... Zu den Pommes , die mittlere Portion reicht locker für 2 erwachsene oder 3 Kinder die waren auch kross und mega lecker . Alles in allem werden wir woanders nochmal Five Guys testen

Five Guys... Einfach lecker. Ja, auch teuer. Vielleicht bisschen überteuert, aber hört ihr mich zu: Wo findet ihr sonst bei so vuelen Kunden solchen schnelleren Bedienung? Wo findet ihr sonst solche Leckere Kartoffeln? Wo findet ihr sonst Hamburger oder Hot-Dog mit bis zu 15 auswählbarer Toppings dazu? Da noch ein Tipp - Kartoffeln kommen in einem Becher - wer weißt, weißt. Ich wünsche euch allen einen guten Appetit.

Die Burger sind wirklich wirklich gut. Auch die Bestelloptionen sind gut durchdacht, die Bestellung geht flott, die Mädels und Jungs sind gut organisiert, das System passt. Der Laden besticht jetzt nicht durch Sauberkeit, ist aber auch der Masse an Gästen geschuldet. UND: das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. So gut die Burger auch sind, den Preis sind sie nicht wert. 3 Burger plus eine (!) Portion Pommes für über 40,- €, ohne Getränke… nein, sorry, das passt nicht.

Leckere Pommes, sind auch glutenfrei. Es gibt hier auch den Burger ohne Brot. Getränke kann man sich immer wieder neu zapfen. Da gibt es interessante Geschmacksichtungen.

Ich habe das erste Mal heute bei Five Guys gegessen und ich habe leider auch 30 Minuten warten müssen für 2 Burger was einfach viel zu lange ist.Und das Nummern system scheint sehr kaotisch zu sein. Burger war in Ordnung aber jetzt für mich nichts besonderes 🤷.Schade!!! Nicht nochmal

Die Pommes waren sehr lecker, aber der Burger (abgesehen vom Preis) sind schlecht. Es hat geschmeckt wie ein etwas besser MC Burger, aber es ist nicht wirklich gut.

Essen war Inordnung, nicht der leckerste Bürger oder die besten Teppings, werde nächstes mal zu einem anderem laden greifen. Personal aber unglaublich unhöflich. Kaum einer konnte deutsch, nicht einmal die Managerin. Die Managerin war eine so unhöfliche Frau, habe mich so über sie aufgeregt. Kann ich nicht empfehlen ! !! !! !!!!!!! !!! ! ! !

Moin der Burger war an sich sehr geil aber die Pommes ! Das geht besser einfach labbrig und nicht durch Schade.

Übel teuer und einfach den Preis nicht wert. Burger schmeckte nicht frisch und war allerhöchstens Standard, Pommes schmeckten gut aber waren nicht knusprig. Das können andere Ketten besser und viel günstiger. Sehr enttäuschend!

Für den hohen Preis zu mittelmäßig. Das war schon mal besser. Schade, schade…

Super lecker und sehr schnell zubereitet.

In der oberen Etage schönen Blick auf die Centro Oase. Pommes Portionen immer lecker und riesig. Getränke kann man so oft nachfüllen wie man will, mit riesiger Auswahl. Muss man nicht dreimal die Woche hin, aber wenn man mal im Centro ist, lohnt sich der Besuch.

Einmal und nie wieder. Hamburger war nicht lecker und das Fett ist regelrecht runter gelaufen. Für den Preis bekommt mal weit aus bessere Burger. Die Pommes war für mein Geschmack auch etwas zu hart.

Im hinteren Bereich was es kalt und der Wind zog durch die verschlossenen Türen. Essen war sehr lecker und der Kassierer nett und gut drauf.

Mal eine Frage.... werden die Burger dort in Alufolie verpackt???? Nachhaltig? Dann können die dort anstehenden RTL- Kids ja am Freitag direkt von der Sinnlos - Demo dort hin. ... zusammen mit dieser da aus Schweden.

Leckere Burger jedoch pures Chaos an dem Tag an dem wir dort waren.

Ich habe kürzlich Five Guys in Oberhausen besucht und war insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit meinem Erlebnis. Das Highlight war definitiv das Essen: Der große Burger, den ich bestellt hatte, war ausgezeichnet – saftig, frisch und genau nach meinen Wünschen zubereitet. Die Vielfalt im Burger-Angebot hat mich ebenfalls beeindruckt und lässt mich auf zukünftige Besuche freuen. Allerdings gab es auch einen Nachteil: Die Wartezeit. Sie war ungewöhnlich lang, was etwas frustrierend war. Glücklicherweise wurde dies durch das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal ausgeglichen, das trotz des Andrangs höflich und hilfsbereit blieb. Insgesamt bietet Five Guys in Oberhausen ein tolles Burger-Erlebnis, wenn man bereit ist, für Qualität etwas länger zu warten. Ich werde sicherlich wiederkommen!

Voor een eerste keer was het waard om geprobeerd te hebben. Lekkere friet met cajun kruiden een sappige cheeseburger om te eten. Komt zeker een 2e keer.
