Very dirty, the sauces were empty and there were no napkins. It's sad... we were actually looking forward to a burger. It's also really expensive, so you'd rather go to a real restaurant instead of a snack bar.

It's fast food, you know what you're getting into. The burger was tasty and crispy. The fries concept is still unclear to me, as well as the fact that you don't have a tray but the burgers come packaged in aluminum. But I would like to highlight the great, very friendly service from the lady at the checkout who served us. For many people, a friendly person with a smile makes a big difference.

So we were there on Friday before the Karolin Kebekus event. A normal burger with medium fries and a cola. I ordered that. The advice was good, no question, but everything else was more like below average. The Cola like Mäces, the fries were very good, but they buried the burger, which was squished in aluminum foil. But we couldn't hide the fact that the burger was between lukewarm and almost cold! Absolutely bold and outrageous! Since I had to wait so long, even though there wasn't much going on, I couldn't complain otherwise I wouldn't have been able to get in to Karolin Kebekus! As I said, the burger was really squashed into the aluminum foil so that half the sauce was hanging in the aluminum foil! In addition, after waiting 15 minutes, the number 87 was called in front of me and then after another 25 minutes the number 105 was called in front of me, shortly afterwards I came with the number 94!!!! Even my picky kids would now choose 5Guys over McDonalds again. I think it's great. It was our first time there and the cashier, after I asked how things were going, explained everything very well and patiently, even though all hell was going on there. Terribly cold in the whole restaurant! The hot dog was completely cut through and NOT EDIBLE because everything was spilling out everywhere! The Chesburger is no better than at McDonalds. The fries were spread all over the bag because the container was too small! No matter whether you use all the toppings or just one, you still pay the same amount! Speaking of the amount! The ambience and service could be sacrificed for the location and crowds, but I have no comparison to another Five G. I wouldn't eat there again, I can think of better shops, including in Oberhausen. The milkshakes are world class, the rest… our first time here was for the burgers and not the shakes. My bacon cheeseburger was cold and upside down in the bag (there are no trays), so when I unpacked it it fell apart and ruined my clothes. I wish I had read the reviews before our visit to this store yesterday. That would have saved us a lot of trouble. Since it was my birthday yesterday, we wanted to treat ourselves and try something new. So we went to Fivev Guys. Seen often, never been inside. We ordered a hamburger, a bacon cheese dog, two small fries and two drinks. I was really looking forward to a classic hot dog. Since there was no description of the products on the menu above the register, I was very surprised when my hot dog was topped with a fried boiled sausage, fried (not fried!) bacon and cold unmelted (I assume cheap) cheese. The worst bullet my husband has ever eaten! As others have described here, the order came to us after 20 minutes in a brown bag. The very (!!!) hot fries were thrown loosely onto the burgers and there were two small paper cups next to them, which have already made it into several photos here. When I tried to get the fries out to get the burger and the hot dog, I burned my fingers. The cups contained maybe 150g of fries. The rest of at least three times that amount was in the bag. I went to the employees to clarify this because I thought it was a mistake. Whenever I said something or made a suggestion for improvement, the sentence "This is our standard..." came out like a shot. Regarding the amount of fries and why they are draped on top of the burgers instead of next to them in the bag. When she started the third "That's our standard..." I went back to our seat pissed off. However, despite the mini portion of fries, they are far too small. So the fries are simply peppered into the bag. I also received over 10 napkins. Some people got 4 or 5 bags. In this day and age, something like that is no longer acceptable, especially aluminum foil. Apart from that, you should avoid eating food made from aluminum foil. Let's talk about the quality of the food. Unfortunately you can't give less than one star here. The burger looked unappetizing and was squashed. The cheese was ice cold. The negative highlight was the meat, which was raw in half the burger! Of course it's not possible. The fries are horribly expensive at almost 5 euros for a mini portion and tasted like nothing and were extremely greasy. Of course you can't expect much in a food court, but the quality should be good and raw minced meat just doesn't work. Unfortunately I didn't take a photo.

Was there today with my girlfriend. When it came to the price, we really paid just under €45 for 2 cheeseburgers with 2 medium fries and 2 large drinks. But now to the most important thing, quality, size: Burgers were very tasty and also big, no question, McDonald's can't compete with that, frying the fries in peanut oil is something different and you noticed, delicious. Overall impression was really good. In terms of price, €35 for everything would have been fair. At 45€ you're already thinking about coming back... Because the quality was right, 4 out of 5 stars.

Furnishings are a mixture of hospital corridors and clown grotesques. The burger for my girlfriend and me was, apart from the patty, ice cold...even the buns! When I was made aware of this, I was greeted with disbelief. About five minutes later we got a burger that was about 10 degrees warmer... actually still not edible. How do other community restaurants manage this? Small plus: they apologized to us...the rustic fries (also available with vinegar) were delicious.

The Little Shop of Horrors. Placed an order but didn't get what I ordered. So I pointed this out to an employee and politely asked them to give me what I ordered and paid for. The employee called me a liar and only had the correct order prepared after his colleagues pointed out his misconduct. An absolute no-go to treat your customers like this. Plus, the ambience in the store is straight from hell. I've rarely seen anything so hectic and disgusting. And did it at least taste good? I can't say as I never ate the burger as I completely lost my appetite during my stay there. To be honest, the burgers don't look particularly tasty either. Zero stars would be appropriate here!

46 euros for 2 burgers, fries and drinks. Are you okay? You can get burgers on every corner in America, at street stands that are better for 40% less. I would even prefer mcs to that. Being handed food in a greasy bag is really not appetizing. Yes, the food came quickly but it was greasy and the mayo tasted like it had expired. Oh yeah, and Five Guys should also rethink the aluminum foil.

The burgers are prepared fresh and in front of the customers. The taste was good.

Went to a Fine Guys store for the first and last time. The waiter just yawned while he took the order - the quality of the burger only differed from a McDonald's burger in terms of the meat. Everything is greasy, bread falls apart because it was so soaked in fat. Fries weren't in the deep fryer long enough and the mayo was just bad. The ambience here is simply a catastrophe - of course I'm in a busy shopping mall, but even when you're sitting in the store you can't relax for a minute to eat your food. But the worst thing is the price, we paid €47 for 2 burgers each with fries and a drink, so I can get top food in tons of restaurants in the city center, enjoy a good time and go home satisfied. At five guys everything is just junk. You're much better off at McDonald's. Please everyone avoid this store if you don't want to get herpes

The hot dog is cold, the bun is soggy .Cucumbers, bacon and other food products are not in the bun but outside it.I will not come here again.

Since we were technically in the Duisburg area, at the end of the day we were recommended the Westfield Centro for souvenir shopping and shopping. After a successful purchase, we were hungry and so the typical shopping mall eating area was just right. Five Guys caught your eye and since you had heard about it many times you just wanted to try it. The Karze is clear and the bedtell system with the toppings is quickly explained. Burgers or hot dogs are offered with fries in sizes small, medium and large. I chose a Chessburger with large fries and a drink. Ordering was easy, payment with card was no problem and the waiting time was short. The price, however, is moderate. However, €25 was a board that came with high expectations. But about the food: the burger was well cooked but of a normal standard. The fries stacked in a drink cup and a lot of them still in the bag. Unfortunately, these became soggy after a short time. You could take your own menages. My highlight, however, was the drinks dispenser: clean, modern, multilingual and with a decent selection of drinks and all their sub-types that can be refilled several times. Just great as was the view of the mall while eating. One drawback, however, was the table, which was unfortunately not entirely clean, which is suboptimal if you don't get a tray to eat on.

Employees forget orders and do not speak German and English. Communication is not possible. Orders that came in after you are given priority, despite eye contact you will be "forgotten"

The order was wrong, the food was cold and the service was poor. Rarely had anything so bad.
