Burgers that aren't worth the money. The patty is burnt, the burger is dripping with grease (it runs down your fingers, it dribbles). The only seasoning is the sauce you choose (there's hardly any sauce). In short: burnt, tasteless, and greasy.

Positive = Milkshake excellent, fries excellent Negative = Burger bun cold and not toasted. Why not? The burger would otherwise have been very good. My request for mayonnaise for the fries was refused. How can you offer fries without mayo or ketchup and then refuse a request for it? This is incomprehensible to me, especially at this price point, and rather damaging to business… So, two small changes and it would have been a very good meal!

What was that all about last Saturday? Are you using Aldi's burger rolls now? Or were there delivery problems with the original supplier? Or are there tariffs on them? And I've never had such bad stomach burps as after last Saturday. Something was different, in addition to the awful rolls. And the kitchen operations were extremely disorganized. Overall, a truly exceptionally bad experience. We actually love the place, but if it stays like this, we're out.

Five Guys always tastes amazing! Whether it's fries, burgers, sandwiches, or shakes. We especially recommend the Oreo shake! The drink dispenser is also great; there are tons of different options to try. Since it's usually very busy, you have to wait a bit longer, but it's still acceptable. The fact that you can sit upstairs is also quite nice.

Aside from the fact that I waited at least five minutes for my burger (despite there being no customers), my cheese has been forgotten on my burger twice, and the fries were simply soggy. I ordered a burger and fries today. Unfortunately, it didn't say anywhere that the burger and fries were cooked in peanut oil. I have an allergy, and if I had eaten that, I would have been very sick afterward. By chance, I saw that there were cartons of peanut oil there. I, in my late 40s, went to a Five Guys for the first time today. I somehow got curious and just wanted to try it out. At first I was surprised by the prices...significantly higher than Meccanica or British Chicken. More on that later! I ordered a cheeseburger with onions and jalapenos and the small French fries. During the 10 minute wait I was able to watch the processes and the preparation of the food. And it looked really good; an older, slender employee was passionately assembling the burgers and you could see that he loved his job. I got my food full of anticipation and was very impressed. Definitely the best burger I've had outside. Great meat, amazing, fresh, strong beef flavor. Juicy, the fresh jalapenos and onions were the perfect choice for me. The bun was good, but it could have been a bit better (toasting it a bit longer would have added more crunch and flavor). The fries were good, much better than those you'd get from the big-budget fast-food giants. I don't know if the foil is necessary...but all in all, it gets a full 5 points and definitely leaves me wanting more. The burger is worth the price, as the main ingredient is meat, the cheese, and the toppings/really fresh jalapenos and onions were all of good quality. Thank you so much, Five Guys!

Fantastic Food, customized Burger toppings, crispy fries better in every way than other big chains. Music seeting layout, everything works towards the best experience. If i wasn't full or have plans i would have taken more food for here and to travel.

Wrapping it in aluminum foil is a matter of taste; for me personally, it just encourages the grease to seep through the bun and ruin the overall look. The burgers taste okay, the staff is super friendly, and the atmosphere, especially upstairs, is great with a view of the Cola Oasis. The place also looks clean and well-maintained! If it weren't for the prices, I would definitely come here more often. Compared to KFC, McDonald's, or Burger King, it's ridiculous. A burger costs around €13, small fries around €5.50, and a shake around €7.50. That easily adds up to €25 per person, which is enough to fill you up in the restaurant. tldr: Good quality, clean restaurant, friendly staff, but overpriced.

The burger was lukewarm, my request for it without tomato was ignored, some of the fries still had their skin on them and were scattered all over the bag, and that came with a drink for just under €25. You'd be better off going to the McDonald's right next door. You'll get better quality, better customer service, and better value.

This was our first time here. My cheeseburger was cold when I opened it, and there were plenty of small, dark fries. My drink was just average. I expected more.

Our first visit to the "Five Guys" burger chain and it was OK. The atmosphere was just like you'd expect from a standard fast food restaurant, nothing special. The service, including the friendliness, was very good. The food was both good and not so good. The bacon cheeseburger with a custom topping was definitely a positive. The fries at Five Guys weren't really our thing; I prefer the competition from Burger King and McDonald's; they're crispier and not as soggy. The hot dog wasn't for us either; fried like a burger and then halved/sliced, well... we prefer the classic hot dog.

We visited Five Guys in Centro Oberhausen on a Saturday. We started with the positives: the staff is friendly… after that, nothing much happened. The burgers are soggy, as are the fries. Unfortunately, the taste is only mediocre, and they're far too expensive. What we saw at the vending machine wasn't particularly appetizing either. Someone was filling up their used Coke bottle (not the cup) by touching the bottle opening directly to the part where the drink comes out. It sounds like she's got cold sores. The general hygiene isn't great either; some of the tables weren't clean. And the atmosphere wasn't great overall.

I love Five Guys so much. I could take a bath with Five Guys. We never had much money to go to Five Guys. My dream always came true on my birthday. Other features of the concept: The burgers deliberately look simple (classic cheeseburger look), you choose your own toppings instead of predefined options, and your order is always packaged in paper bags – that's intentional, not an oversight. I can understand if someone prefers McDonald's or Hans im Glück – but then please don't give Five Guys a bad review just because you don't understand the concept.

Extremely loud music and a very narrow waiting area where you were constantly pushed back and forth by other people. The waiting time was quite long for a fast food restaurant. The two of us stood in the crowd for over 15 minutes until we were called. Pure stress that almost makes you hungry. The price for this quality was absolutely shocking. We paid a whopping 40 euros for two cheeseburgers, small and medium fries and a drink that we shared. For the price you can sit in a cozy restaurant somewhere else, be served and eat a sumptuous (and much more delicious) meal including drinks for two people. Plus point for the employee: he could pronounce Cajun correctly. The burgers: If I pay €25 for a burger, I don't expect shredded Wagyu, but I don't expect a pressed meat briquette either. Terribly cold in the whole restaurant! The hot dog was completely cut through and NOT EDIBLE because everything was spilling out everywhere! The Chesburger is no better than at McDonalds. The fries were spread all over the bag because the container was too small! No matter whether you use all the toppings or just one, you still pay the same amount! Speaking of the amount! The price is a disgrace for what is offered! NEVER AGAIN !

Burger rather small. The patties were very limp and I didn't like the cheese. Otherwise ok, but for the price I've eaten much more delicious burgers. The milkshakes are world class, the rest… our first time here was for the burgers and not the shakes. My bacon cheeseburger was cold and upside down in the bag (there are no trays), so when I unpacked it it fell apart and ruined my clothes.
