Extremely loud music and a very narrow waiting area where you were constantly pushed back and forth by other people. The waiting time was quite long for a fast food restaurant. The two of us stood in the crowd for over 15 minutes until we were called. Pure stress that almost makes you hungry. The price for this quality was absolutely shocking. We paid a whopping 40 euros for two cheeseburgers, small and medium fries and a drink that we shared. For the price you can sit in a cozy restaurant somewhere else, be served and eat a sumptuous (and much more delicious) meal including drinks for two people. The lady at the checkout was very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately the rest of the experience at this store was completely unsatisfactory.

I finally saw my thin, underwhelming patty placed on a bun. Five minutes later, I got my food. Unsurprisingly, the fries were cold, the patty was mediocre, and the burger was just okay. For over €21, this was unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this Five Guys location again.

I couldn't finish the "hot dog" because it wasn't to my liking at all. I was very sorry because I hate wasting food. But that wouldn't have suited me or my stomach. The fact that this “meal” cost almost €40 also makes me very angry. The money is gone and I wasn't full because I couldn't eat any of it. Conclusion: - overpriced - Quality poor in my opinion - little to no information to the guests about the composition of the products - the way my complaint has been handled suggests that such conversations happen all the time - although there were about two people behind the counter who apparently had no job there, the shop was neither cleaned nor tidied up - and it would have been very necessary - worst birthday dinner ever!!!

service was horrible with fries thrown in the paper bag, which i showed the workers this is not nice he said this is normal. Also the burgers were very soggy and wet which was wrapped in the foil dripping of fat from the meat. Please take notice of service for your customers Five Guys. Very Terrible experience! Never again!

Unfortunately the burgers weren't on point. I hadn't been to FiveGuys for a year and remembered them much better. Staff is very friendly!

Value for money is poor. I received an incorrect order. Half was missing. Small burger for a price that is way too expensive. A pity!

The burger was okay if you ignore the price (11.95). You don't even get cutlery, plates or trays, you just get a bag. The orders were also sometimes recorded incorrectly. Overall, it's better to eat at McDonald's (better service, cheaper, and at least there's a tray there too)

Burger cold, the bun raw, fries half raw and wobbly. Extremely long waiting time (burger is already there and fries and everything is getting cold) Shame for the price!

I recommend it wholeheartedly. The cheeseburger was delicious even though I only added jalapeño and mayonnaise sauce. Everything together melted in your mouth. The vending machines with drinks are also great, because there is a huge selection and you can try something new. The taste of the fries did not impress me, I had the impression that they were very greasy, but the portion of large fries was too much for two people to eat. I will definitely come back here again.

The service was very friendly. Unfortunately the burger was a maximum grade of 3. Too little, too greasy and too expensive. Way too expensive. The fries school grade 5. Soggy, not really fried and just thrown carelessly into the bag. And 7 euros for the medium fries is a disgrace. The mango milkshakes were really tasty. Here school grade 2. Unfortunately a bit expensive. For two dishes a total of 52 euros. Really steep.

I am positively surprised! You can definitely give yourself. Really good! 1 point deduction for the price. It is absolutely overpriced for the size of the burger. But a cool piece!

It was like a trip to the USA. The service is very friendly and the food arrived quickly. Slightly expensive, but as already written there is free refill here. Some components of the Bürger were cold, but it didn't affect the taste.

Whoever prepared me two bacon cheeseburgers all the way with chalapenjos at 8:15 p.m. on June 9, 24: Those were the best burgers of my life. Five Guys is already endlessly nice, but today was extra hot! Praise goes out to the shift! 👍🏼

Because I lived in Spain for a long time and Five Guys is really worth the money there. Unfortunately I cannot confirm this in Germany. Fries are not fried twice here and the quality of the meat is rather so-so and dry. It's good that you're only back in Germany for a visit, so I'd rather wait until Spain 🇪🇸 👋🏻

This doesn't have Five Guys quality standards at all. Worst fries we've ever had... and the burger too. No comparison to other Five Guys!!

The service didn't work at all. The first didn't know whether you could order extras, the second didn't know whether the extra was also on the burger. The third wanted to discuss things with me and was visibly overwhelmed by the topic of politeness. Unfortunately the veggie burger wasn't worth the money. And the fries tasted quite good because they were very salty. Salty and fatty, that's why you go to a fast food restaurant. Although, fast/fast is also different. I was the only one in the store and waited 13 minutes for the burger and fries.

The burger was tasty, but unfortunately the price-performance ratio wasn't right at all at 20 euros for a burger with fries and a drink. Since so many people told me that I absolutely had to eat at Five Guys, I thought I would eat a burger there yesterday. Unfortunately, that was by far the worst burger of my life. I had a small burger with cheese, cucumber, grilled onions and lettuce and a small fries. The waiting time was appropriate for the crowd. While I waited, several people tried to take the free mayo. It was empty and an employee stood behind it and watched the spectacle. While I waited I watched the mass processing. Certainly well organized. But I noticed the packaging very negatively. Most people ate on site. Each burger is wrapped in aluminum foil. The burger comes in a paper bag. Then there are tiny paper cups for the fries. However, despite the mini portion of fries, they are far too small. So the fries are simply peppered into the bag. I also received over 10 napkins. Some people got 4 or 5 bags. In this day and age, something like that is no longer acceptable, especially aluminum foil. Apart from that, you should avoid eating food made from aluminum foil. Let's talk about the quality of the food. Unfortunately you can't give less than one star here. The burger looked unappetizing and was squashed. The cheese was ice cold. The negative highlight was the meat, which was raw in half the burger! Of course it's not possible. The fries are horribly expensive at almost 5 euros for a mini portion and tasted like nothing and were extremely greasy. Of course you can't expect much in a food court, but the quality should be good and raw minced meat just doesn't work. Unfortunately I didn't take a photo.

I can only agree with all the other 1-star reviews. In addition to burnt fries and the hot dog that looks like it crashed from the back seat into the windshield in a rear-end collision, everything is also wrapped in aluminum foil and a cardboard bag, even though you eat on site. The environmental concept as well as friendliness and the feeling for food seem to have been completely lost here. Things are no better in Cologne. That was our first experience and all we wanted was a milkshake that was completely oversweet. We give everyone a second chance. They were in Oberhausen today and we'll never go there again. The peanut sacks don't make it any better.
