Wir sind seit eurer Eröffnung treue Stammkunden, aber die Performance zuletzt geht gar nicht . Grilled Chicken mit Eisbergsalat und der Crunchy Chicken mit dem Fleisch des Grilled Chicken. Keine Infos, dass z.B. Zutaten fehlen. Ist es euch egal oder was ist der Grund ? Die anderen Burger sind weiterhin top , aber leider kann man bei euch keine Burger mehr mit Hähnchenfleisch bestellen. Sad

Essen bestellt, gewartet, voraussichtliche Lieferzeit abgewartet. Nichts... Telefonisch niemand zu erreichen "Nummer nicht vergeben". Nach über 2 Stunden Wartezeit musste ich die Bestellung dann mit Hilfe des Supports der Lieferservice App stornieren lassen.

Die letzte Bestellung ist leider total in die Hose gegangen. Laut Google ist die Filiale ab 11 Uhr geöffnet. Wir haben dann pünktlich zur Mittagspause über den Webshop bestellt mit Lieferung um 11:45. Zahlung wurde direkt akzeptiert und die Bestellung ist rausgegangen. Alles kein Problem. 12 Uhr... noch nichts gehört. 12:30 Uhr... Bestellvorgang unverändert. Erstes mal versucht anzurufen = Fehlgeschlagen. Nummer nicht vergeben! 13 Uhr... 13:30 Uhr... noch immer nichts. Ich hab mich dann ins Auto gesetzt und bin hingefahren, denn eine Storno oder sonstiges haben wir nicht bekommen. Weder per Mail noch in der Live Bestellung auf der Webseite. Das lief alles noch! Mal eben anrufen und nachfragen geht ja auch nicht. Vor Ort stand ich vor verschlossener Tür. Ein Mitarbeiter musste mir aufschließen, denn es wurde gerade erst geöffnet!? Um Punkt 14 Uhr. Bei Nachfrage hieß es, dass die Bestellung storniert wurde weil der Laden noch geschlossen war... während der Mitarbeiter den dazugehörigen Kassenbeleg aus dem Mülleimer holte... Den Kollegen hinter dem Tresen schien das aber alles nicht wirklich zu kümmern. Mir wurde der zerknüllte Beleg in die Hand gedrückt, einen schönen Tag gewünscht und sich an den Kunden neben mir gewendet. Einfach unglaublich... Nach 3 Stunden Warterei gabs dann halt Pizza von nebenan und keine Burger... BurgerMe gerne wieder, denn eigentlich klappt das auch. Die Filiale in Sterkrade werden wir ab jetzt auf jeden Fall vermeiden.

Leider erreichen wir euch seit 3 Tagen telefonisch nicht :( Dabei lieben wir eure Burger und Zwiebelringe … daher bleibt der Teller leer (mit dem Bild … was natürlich nichts negativ mit dem Essen oder eurem Service sein soll … nur das es nicht funktioniert und bei Lieferando neuerdings keine Barzahlung mehr funktioniert 🤷🏻‍♀️ … ). Könnt ihr uns weiterhelfen?:) Hätten schon echt Lust auf eure Burger :)

Das Essen finde ich echt lecker nur finde ich die Portion von den Süßkartoffeln echt sehr sehr klein und dafür fünf Euro naja

The burgers are unfortunately dry, what's going on? There's not even a whole tomato spread across four burgers. They could all taste good if a little more love was put into the product. However, the delivery was very fast and complete. You can do better.

The burgers were OK, but not great enough to rave about. There's still plenty of room for improvement.

*** Edit after 5 years of loyal customer service: *** Suddenly, ordering certain products with a discount through Corporate Benefits is no longer permitted! Then I received a call from the owner who was beyond rude!!! If it's possible online, it's not my problem as a customer; it needs to be fixed by IT! Conclusion: I won't be ordering from there anymore - I can get burgers for €16 elsewhere! We have 2,500 employees through Corporate Benefits - our company will probably end the business relationship! Easy ordering via the Lieferando app. Super friendly staff, the burgers look and taste great. Dessert is also incredibly delicious!

The concept is cool, the burgers are good, but not great. The burgers arrive warm despite being delivered by bike, and it's good for the climate too 👍🏼 I much prefer the chicken and veggie burgers there to the beef.

Today I ordered from Burger Me again. Unfortunately, both burgers were incorrect – which in itself isn't a problem at all, it can happen sometimes. I called the hotline – waited in line – and eventually an employee answered the phone. After I explained the situation, the employee ordered a replacement delivery. I then asked for two fries to be added to the order so that we would have warm fries with our burger. I would also pay for these myself. The nice man told me that he couldn't do that, I would have to call the order hotline, but he would connect me. At some point, my colleague there also answered the phone. I briefly explained the situation regarding the replacement delivery and asked him to send me two portions of fries, which I would pay for myself, so that I would have warm fries with my new burger (which Burger Me should actually offer). The employee informed me that he would have to charge me for the delivery of the fries because the minimum order value isn't set. So even though a replacement delivery is coming, I have to pay extra for something that's taken for granted. This behavior is absolutely insane. Making me look stupid is an absolute disgrace. I canceled the fries order. My colleague can eat them himself. The subsequent delivery also contained a faulty burger, but we'll let it go for now. Burger me - never again.

The so-called burger looks like this without any lettuce or mayo on it, and the nice thing is, it costs over €8 😂 Oh my god, I even gave the driver €5. I didn't know what I was getting for dinner. After all these reviews, I thought, wow 😂

The food is not tasty and too expensive and also cold. I cannot recommend applying to work as a delivery person there, especially the boss is extremely unfriendly.

Extremely friendly, attentive and totally personable – you can just tell that he enjoys his job. Rarely have I experienced such good service! I can only recommend you to take a look there.

We ordered from there for the first time today and were pleasantly surprised. The burgers were large and very tasty. The salad was fresh (you know it differently) and the burger looked really appealing. Taste was really good. The fries could have been hotter, but were still better than some big chains...delivery was quick and the delivery person was super friendly. We will definitely order again :-)

Fast delivery and delicious food (temperature could be hotter).

Small burger shop. Where food is mainly picked up and/or delivered. But there is room for about 8 people. Small but nice. Friendly lady. We asked what was vegan and she knew exactly what it was.

Ordered here again after a long time because it had to be done quickly. Unfortunately the quality has deteriorated significantly. The fries were cold and you first had to figure out how to get individual fries out of a clump of fries that stuck together. In addition, the fries were perhaps allowed to give a nod to the salt or other spices in the kitchen, but unfortunately nothing more. The burgers They were thrown into the package so carelessly that you had to tinker with them before you could call them a burger. The patties were burnt and very dry. Unfortunately, this is an outrage for the prices that are charged. That was the last time I ordered something here.

Super friendly service when picking up. No waiting time either. All staff wore masks, even kitchen staff wore hats and aprons. As always, burgers were fresh and tasty. Finger food too. The new milkshakes, especially macadamia, are highly recommended 👍

Absolute standard frozen goods. Can't compete with good burger joints in other cities. The buns taste like those from the metro. The patties taste like they came from the freezer. I can also defrost and warm it up at home. During our visit, the staff was constantly shouted at by an over-motivated shift manager, which didn't exactly create a pleasant atmosphere. Ok for normal and quick food intake, but really nothing more. No recommendation from me…

I don't know how many times I've ordered now... probably around 30 times. The orders arrived in under 20 minutes every time! Burgers are lovingly prepared and not just slapped together. The suppliers are all very friendly and accommodating. Even when I ordered to the wrong address, customer service was able to help me within a very short time and directed the driver to the correct address! All in all really highly recommended!!!

After there was unfortunately a misunderstanding with the delivery of our order yesterday, the boss contacted my trainee today to resolve the problem. We received a €20 voucher code and ordered again today. Delivery was quick as usual and the food, as already written, was really tasty. I think it's good that the branch manager or boss got in touch to solve the problem with us.

Very bad service. As a company, we ordered burgers like many times before and paid via Paypal. The order never arrived and when we asked by phone, the supposed branch manager told us that the food had been delivered. There have been several reports that our office building is under camera surveillance and we can prove that no one was here if our order was to be delivered again. After another 30 minutes we got a call that the delivery driver had arrived at the branch again with our order and that he wasn't getting fresh burgers but the burgers that had supposedly been delivered to us an hour ago. Well, he can eat the old order himself. Money has been recovered from Paypal and we will now never order from the shop again! Quick note, do a sales analysis so you'll know how much money your branch is now missing out on. NEVER AGAIN AND ACTUALLY DESERVES 0 STARS!!!!!

We ordered there for the first time today. Food arrived warm after 20 minutes, the driver was super nice. We will order there more often. Only recommended 👍

Unfortunately we were very disappointed. First our order was mixed up... Then after we called the hotline we were assured that it would be taken care of and that it would take about 10 minutes. Then the call came from the location on Holtener Straße, which is only 3 to 5 minutes away from us. We were asked whether we wanted the order again or the money back. As our hunger grew, we decided to order the new one. I also mentioned again that I would like to have warm fries etc. with it, that shouldn't be that difficult. Unfortunately the correct order arrived, which was ice cold. It wasn't newly manufactured, I don't know if it was picked up from the other wrong delivery. However the burgers were soggy, fries etc. everything was cold. To be there for the customers so little and to deliver something for these prices. Then I could have gone to McDonald's.... It would have been cheaper and certainly more customer friendly if something was wrong or cold. I now find it incomprehensible and annoying

Ordered for the first time and definitely won't be the last time. We were skeptical before ordering, but wanted to test it and not be disappointed, everything was perfect. Very good order taking, perfect timing of delivery, nice friendly employees on the phone. But big praise goes especially to the supplier Ahmet Talha for his punctual delivery👍🏻

BurgerMe used to be really great. The food used to be super fresh. Unfortunately, today it is a waste of money. The fries are soggy, the burger patties are definitely not homemade and are fresh, frozen goods and generally people save money wherever they can. I ordered a chilli CHEESE burger. There was as much sauce on this burger as I could fit under my fingernail. From the little finger. As a result, the Bruger was completely dry and just a chilli burger. The chilli is way too hot for a burger. The sauce slows it down. But without sauce it is absolutely no fun to eat the rancid burger. The prices are an absolute disgrace. If at least everything was fresh and well documented, I could understand that. But this is a disaster. No more recommendations from me. I'm going to Mcs

Food was pre-ordered via the hotline and was supposed to be delivered. That didn `t work. After checking with the store, they were told that this had not been passed on, but that they would now deliver for an additional charge as the food was already prepared. They said they would remake it. The food arrived warmed up. The fries were cold, the burgers were limp. Everything is barely edible. The extra charge for delivery was 15 euros. The hotline said something about 1 or 2 euros. All in all a disgrace. Never again.

Ich komm nicht klar. 🚀❤️ 1A (edit) Habe jetzt sehr oft dort bestellt und muss sagen ich kenne kein einzigen Laden im Lebensmittelbereich der so schnell ausliefert. Ohne Spaß manchmal warte ich länger bei Mcces an der Kasse. Alles warm und sehr lecker. Service ist top wenn man mal Fragen hat und Fahrer immer sehr nett. Wer auch immer diese Kette leitet der macht was richtig.

Wow, was für eine Geschmacksexplosion! Die Burger und Pommes haben meine Erwartungen echt übertroffen. Die Burger waren saftig und perfekt gegrillt, und die frischen Zutaten haben dem Ganzen den besonderen Kick gegeben. Die Pommes waren dazu noch knusprig und genau richtig gesalzen. Das war definitiv nicht mein letzter Besuch bei ihnen. Vielen Dank für diese mega leckere Mahlzeit!

Personal sehr freundlich das Geschäft ist auch sehr sauber und ordentlich gehalten doch leider war das Fleisch auf dem burger nich durch und noch rosa in der mitte klar kann das mal passieren nur leider konnte ich dann den burger nicht essen

Sehr sehr leckeres Essen, Preise sind im mittleren Bereich aber es lohnt sich. Sehr einfacher Bestellung bitte nie über Lieferando bestellt direkt über die Webseite. Kurze Wartezeiten und was man Mal hervor heben muss, ist die absolute Freundlichkeit der Lieferfahrer. Respekt dafür.

Immer wieder gerne komme öfter ins Lokal nette Mitarbeiter essen schmeckt schön warm dauert nicht lange. Nur zum empfehlen wenn man Bock hat auf schnelle was leckeres zuessen.

Schnelle Lieferung, leckeres Essen. Haben 2 Burger Menüs bestellt und 2 Snackboxen. Es kam alles heiß und frisch an. Mit der App kann man die Lieferzeit gut im Blick behalten. Es fehlte leider Käse auf meinem Burger (0,99€ extra). Kann aber mal passieren, haben angerufen und haben ohne lange Warteschleifen, jemand Zuständigen gesprochen. Super freundlich. Kundenservice ist top, haben einen höherwertigen Gutschein als Entschädigung erhalten. Zu empfehlen insgesamt!

Eigentlich sind wir immer zufrieden gewesen, aber diesmal leider nicht. Essen kam Lauwarm. Es wird mit einer Lieferzeit von 25 min geworben, allerdings kam unser Essen erst nach 50 Minuten. Bestellung war zu dem Zeitpunkt in der Übersicht schon seit 10 Minuten zugestellt. Und das für fast 45€x Da geht man dann doch lieber ins Restaurant! Schade

2 Burger und 2 Portionen Pommes kamen mit leichter Verspätung an. Der Burgergeschmack war ok, leider war nicht einmal eine Restwärme vorhanden.
