Although it wasn't full on a Thursday evening, we were given a tiny and cluttered table where it was almost impossible to eat properly. We sat on shabby wooden stools at a table that was perhaps half a square meter in size. When we asked if we could change tables, the waiter was annoyed and unfriendly. Despite reservations and a half-empty restaurant

Went to the Christmas market here in Oberhausen and took a break at Peter Pane and had a delicious meal. Price performance is completely okay 😁

Very friendly staff, a bit noisy when busy and the seating could be more comfortable. The vegetarian burgers are good, but the namesake ingredients (e.g. goat cheese) could also determine the taste.

We were there spontaneously yesterday afternoon and received a very friendly welcome. The friendliness of the employees was the same across the board. Great ambience with a feel-good factor. We decided on the lunch menu and were surprised by a tasty meal (various burgers with fries). Taste great, portion size perfect. If I could, I would give an extra star because I was able to have a children's menu at my request since I had stomach surgery. The friendly waiter immediately clarified it with his superior and he even personally came to our table to briefly talk to me about it. All in all: We'll definitely be back.

Unfortunately, this visit will be the first and last. The waiter was very inattentive, at first it took a while until we were served, and some of the food we ordered was delivered incorrectly. It can happen, but all the other dishes were still lukewarm, which shouldn't be the case given the price culture (very high prices). After dinner, our empty plates sat on the table for over half an hour without being cleared away. Action was only taken after a request. Further drink orders were brought to the table without asking who was getting what. It was simply turned off and you left. It doesn't work at all. Even if the idea is quite original, I won't see this restaurant again. For the money that was paid in the end, there are certainly better restaurants with even better quality.

Great service, delicious food and a cozy atmosphere

The food is very tasty, restaurant is very nice. The illogical thing here is that we were there before two people and they got the food first and we got the food for 10 minutes later. And it's so dark with music so loud.

One day hing for sure, kids and adults will love those super nice burgers. the combination of flavorful food, fantastic drinks, and eye-catching presentation makes PETER PANE a standout choice for a meal. It’s definitely worth visiting if you’re in Oberhausen!

We went to Peter Pane in Oberhausen for the first time last night. Unfortunately, the opinion about large chains has been confirmed. Great ambience, mediocre quality at best and quite high prices. The staff tried hard but didn't really enjoy what they were doing. When it comes to the quality of the meat, the burgers aren't even at the level of the Golden Möve and similar providers. A frozen patty with an absolute discounter consistency, cheese without any taste. There was no popular soft drink. According to the statement, it has been since Sunday because there was no delivery. Everyone has to know for themselves whether this statement makes it better. We probably won't go to these places again because this "quality" will probably be the same in every one of these restaurants.

The worst burger I've eaten. It came straight from the freezer.

It took about 25 minutes from the time the table was assigned to the order being taken. But only after we pointed out that we would like to order. Most of the food came quickly, but all 4 sauces we ordered were missing. 3 sauces were delayed when requested, and one was completely forgotten afterwards. Although there wasn't much going on, the service team seemed to be completely overwhelmed and inattentive.

It was totally overcrowded and yet the staff was good with us. Unfortunately our reservation could no longer be found and they wanted to send us away. We were a large group and luckily we were able to find a space despite the restaurant being full. If it hadn't been for that small flaw, it would have been five stars. The food is delicious, of course it has its price but everyone can find something. Despite the group size, everything arrived at the same time, which was great.

We had reserved a table. Unfortunately we were stuck in a traffic jam and therefore arrived much later. I called and let them know. Despite a considerable delay on our part, we still got our table. Despite being busy, we got our food very quickly. The service was great. I'm there often and would love to come back.

The service was friendly and attentive, the food tasted great, but everything was cold. Four of the burgers including the side dishes were, if at all, lukewarm or cold. Otherwise great. The cocktails can also only be recommended

Our waiter Ibrahim was very nice, but unfortunately there weren't enough staff overall so there was a long wait before he could even come. Very crowded and very loud on Saturday evening.

It's really quite okay there. Maybe the employees present there shouldn't collectively criticize their employer. At least not loud enough for many guests to notice! Really not good for the mood and extremely unprofessional! But it has no influence on the quality of the food!!! They are good... dishes can be put together individually. Something for everyone! Definitely coming back

The burgers are great. However, in the cold season you can hardly sit at the tables in the entrance area. The doors are constantly open and it gets extremely cold and it is not possible to stay for a long time.

Been to Peter Pane for the first time and expected a lot more for the price. Fries €5 in a small bowl, burgers were ok but nothing special. Meat is served “through*” at everyone’s menu or you don’t ask how you want it. Service was nice, came to take the order, brought food and bill.

Ibrahim accommodated our group with a wheelchair without a reservation and gave us good advice and courteous service.

We had some burgers and drinks here. My wife had the Mango Tango chicken burger and I had the HÜTTENFREUDE beef burger both as a lunch set which includes a cold drink, French fries or salad and then a hot drink or frozen yoghurt. The burgers, fries and drinks were great. The waiter was very nice. We didn’t much like the seating since we were super tired and would have loved some back support from a chair instead of the benches we had.

The two of us were there on a Wednesday. We didn't have a reservation and wouldn't have been necessary. There are many seating options there on benches without backrests. The service was fine. The ambience is really very nice. The burger and sweet potato fries were very tasty, but could have been a bit warmer. All in all it was good and we would come again.

Delicious food, sometimes quite long waiting times for service. But there was a great response to complaints. Unfortunately the music is very loud. Conversations are therefore very tiring. But otherwise a really cool shop with a pretty and rustic look

Extremely disappointed. I am a nursing mother and was given an alcoholic cocktail, although of course I ordered one without it. When asked, I was apologized, but I was asked why I hadn't noticed this. Zero point. As compensation there was a round of crane water and 10% for me, i.e. €4.37 discount. Wow. But I couldn't breastfeed my child that night because I tasted the drink. The waitress was great, she wasn't to blame, the boss served us the cocktails incorrectly. Unfortunately, I will no longer visit the location or recommend it to others. As a breastfeeding mother, this is absurd.

It was my first time at Peter Pane. I have to say - the burger is pretty good! Unfortunately it wasn't exceptionally good and unfortunately I didn't get the patty medium fried either, but it was still relatively juicy. The toilets are very clean, which I like. The ambience is also quite nice. So a pretty good 4 stars.
