Prices and quality do NOT match! Burnt, dry... we've never had such bad burgers. We sat on uncomfortable wooden boxes and had to wait forever. Despite reservations. Never again Peter Pan!

Friendly service that you hardly ever find anywhere else! Great burger selection! The avocado burger was super juicy and flavorful! There is also a lot of choice for desserts. Fully recommended!

I would give 10 stars if it were possible because both the service and the food are just really good there. It is also a dog-friendly location that I would like to return to at any time and definitely will again. Big praise to the cook and the great service staff.

First of all: Great service. If the place were a snack bar and not a burger joint, one could argue about a better rating. The fries platter was good, the onion rings were great. But the smash burger was really very weak. It was simply a cheap, thin patty (extremely reminiscent of a McDonald's cheeseburger patty) that was fried far dry. The sauce was too sparse for my taste. Maybe I'll try another burger again, but it will take some time until then. I left full but disappointed.

After 25 minutes of waiting for a waiter to actively make himself known, we left. I've actually never experienced that in a Sytsemgastro.

The food is always plentiful and good. The service is friendly and attentive. However, this time we had booked the children's birthday party and the table was neither decorated (as it says on the website) nor did they automatically deduct the birthday child's food. I had to point this out when paying and then it was deducted.

Visit in February 2023 I was there with 5 friends and this visit was an absolute disgrace. It started when we were led to a table where our waiter was sitting, busy with his cell phone and with the corners of his mouth down to the floor. Our table was not clean and the cutlery was missing too. The waiter's unfriendly manner continued throughout the evening. After the order was taken, a friend was the only one who got her drink 15 minutes after everyone else and only because we pointed it out again. Then, strangely enough, the drink came straight away, there was no apology. Then the same friend simply didn't get her food at all and another friend had half her order missing, no excuse either. At the end the waiter was so cheeky and tried several times to charge more than the amount to be paid. Of course we noticed immediately, there was no apology again, he then simply stated the correct amount. I actually wanted to complain on the spot, but my friends found the whole situation so unpleasant that they just wanted to leave. Unfortunately, the food that reached our table wasn't a hit either, but that's a matter of taste. However, the 6 of us all saw it the same way.

Wow, I didn't expect what I found. The place was packed, so I thought the atmosphere and the food deserved it. But it wasn't like that, my burger was loaded with mayonnaise and those of my companions too, had much more fat than necessary. The service leaves a lot to be desired, they take time to serve and ignore you most of the time. I don't recommend it

Interior of the dining room was well... Service was ok... Waiting time was too long for 2 burgers (without side dishes!)... and the burgers (one with meat paddy and a veggie burger) were unfortunately really bad! Apart from frying fat (!!) practically zero taste. Value for money 1 star.

I was here on a Tuesday evening and had no problems getting a seat. As with all branches, the furnishings are the same and very attractive. I chose the salad with the goat cheese, including bread, which was delicious. I was asked by the service if I wanted to change the dressing, which I did and chose the one with parmesan. My drink came very quickly, as did the salad. It was a really big portion that tasted really great with the dressing we chose ourselves. The service was incredibly attentive and friendly and always made sure that I didn't miss anything. I felt very comfortable and would love to come back!

This was our first time at the restaurant, and we were absolutely impressed! The vegan burgers were both delicious and very filling. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly, and the service was quick. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great vegan options!

Really a great shop that is worth the money. We didn't have a reservation and were still allowed to stay (3 people). The staff is on point and very nice. The food was great and my non-alcoholic cocktail was delicious.

The food and the ambience were very good. Unfortunately the service is not that good. The only nice and good waiter was the young man at the counter. The other waitresses were very overwhelmed and took a very long time. Besides, they saw that we needed them and still didn't come. Unfortunately that was a shame. They weren't nice or accommodating either. They didn't say thank you for the tip either.

The vegan burger was great! It's easy to eat out with friends here because there's something for every taste. The service was great and we had a lovely evening.

The burgers here are really delicious and there is always a great selection of drinks too! There is currently a campaign with Gongry. Had the “Caribbean” one and the combo was really super refreshing! Plenty of seating inside, directly in front of the shop or by the water along the promenade ☺️ Always worth a visit!

The food was okay. The fries for the rest of the meal arrived at the table very late. Apart from that it probably took 45-60 minutes before we had a burger, a few chicken fillets and fries. The chicken tasted good. We weren't given any good advice regarding the quantities. In the end it was far too much. Drinks? Well, after we each ordered half a liter of iced tea and we got it, the service didn't even ask us if we wanted to drink anything else. Within 3 hours our empty plates were not cleared away. The store wasn't overly crowded now. That couldn't have been the reason. We just didn't feel like going anywhere else. Otherwise we wouldn't have stayed there as long The design is really chic and tasteful. Unfortunately no investment was made in comfortable seating. Unfortunately we won't be coming back.

We spontaneously ate here today without a reservation. We also got a table for 5 people very quickly. Service was quick and friendly. Burger very very tasty and big. I had the truffle burger/it was really tasty. The only thing I have to complain about is that the side dishes are small and a bit too expensive. The burgers aren't exactly cheap either. Ambience is very nice. Music not too loud. The only thing that's stupid is the seats, because you have a stranger at the back table behind you and you can't lean on them.

Juicy, perfectly balanced burgers, delicious sauces, fries were also great. Everything hot and delicious. Cocktails (non-alcoholic) were also great. We had to drink coffee in the corner on the terrace even though it was quite cold, a place was designated and we were not allowed to go inside. The waiter seemed very grumpy and did that to several people (not just our view) coffee was fine but not anything special.

I went there today for (late) lunch with my two children. Since we decided to do so spontaneously, we didn't reserve a table. But it wasn't a problem and we were promptly and politely assigned a table (even though the restaurant was very full). We were served immediately and the drinks came quickly, as did the delicious food. ALL the restaurant employees were super friendly, quick and in a good mood. Really great 👍🏼 We really enjoyed it and we can really recommend Peter Pane Oberhausen 100%. Another special thank you to the young, nice woman who served us. Although relatively new there - absolutely first class 👌🏼

Peter Pane is recommended! We had reserved for 5 p.m. and due to the gasometer being overcrowded, we spontaneously moved forward 3 hours and got a place straight away. The service was quick and nice and everything worked perfectly. The food was delicious! Why only 4 stars? It was too cold. One door of the lock was constantly open and as a result it moved in considerably with each new guest and unfortunately we froze. Using door locks as such saves a lot of energy and the guests stay warmer. You can think about that. Everything else was really good!

Last year the tastiest Hamburg tent in Germany. Peter Panne in Oberhausen made a reservation yesterday for the second time in October because it was full and yet within fifteen minutes 3 of the best burgers were on the table with fries and a few unique homemade sauces.
