Far too expensive and unfortunately the employees were completely overwhelmed on this Saturday evening, we paid almost 60 euros for 3 burgers, fries and two drinks!!!

Standard Five Guys. Great service.

Burgers taste good. Waiting time when ordering 1 to 3 minutes. Waiting time while eating 5 to 8 minutes.

Very uncomfortable with the food in the bag and the music being way too loud. The toilets were super dirty and I couldn't close the door. Very hot water came out of the tap. Unfortunately there is no vegan option except for the fries and they were nothing special. According to my friend, the burger tastes like it was homemade. However, the price is not justified. Was the first and last time.

Very disappointing. 2 normal burgers with a cola 29.60 euros?? And then you have to honestly say that the taste is similar to a tk burger from the supermarket... and the staff are sometimes very unfriendly. Tables outside were very dirty, toilet smelled like a swimming pool, totally like chlorine

We just stopped here for a drink and a restroom. The bathrooms, upstairs, were very clean and convenient to where we were. Five guys is consistently good across the globe. There is no notable difference in the product feom the States to Germany. I like that about them. It's fun to eat at a Five guys in Europe and see where the potatoes are from!

The burgers are among the best I know. Large selection of free toppings, drink refills and great fries. I just wish the corporate design of the interior wasn't so ugly and there was a digital display for pickup.

It was my first time at 5 Guys. The price is really steep BUT the menu was very cool and a lot. Not a store I go to every day but definitely worth a try.

The location makes a very positive impression, which is why we decided to visit. The staff is very friendly! The food, however, was a complete disappointment. I paid almost 30 euros for two burgers (without fries) and a drink. The burgers were absolutely dry and tasteless - even McDonald's can convince against this. Completely overrated and not recommended if you want good burgers!

€12.50 for a below average cheeseburger with no salt, brown, bland fries with no taste. Self service. Even the burger from McDonald's tastes much better. Never again!!!!

Apart from the really expensive price, as is often the case, I'm still convinced 🤩 I love the burgers from five Guys and can only recommend it. It's nothing everyday anymore, it's more special and that's what it should be!

A little creepy place but taste is excellent. Location is unique, restaurant could be cleaner. Staff is cool. Toilets shall be maintained better. French fries are crispy. Burgers are tasty.

Unfortunately it is very busy and the employees are difficult to understand. A very unique world that you have to like first. But food was delicious.

Staff was friendly and cleanly dressed. The food was good too. We've already eaten at several Five Guys, but the filth that was there everywhere is really bad. Tables are dirty, the floor has stuck and not only in front of the drinks machines from the toilets you don't even have to start, otherwise it will be an endless story. I was in the branch today with my two children. The staff was very nice and friendly. My little daughter was hungry and I looked for a microwave to warm up the food. They don't have a microwave, however the staff tried to find a solution and thanks to them my daughter was able to enjoy her hot meal. We were eating and unfortunately she threw the glass and it broke. An employee came to us immediately and cleaned everything immediately. My son had to go to the toilet afterwards and I still had to change the little one and the same employee came up with us and opened the changing room for us. In all of these things she was always friendly and helpful. Same with the others below. We had a very positive experience today and we will definitely go back. Good job everyone!

They took away the free refill machine from upstairs so whenever you want to refill you'd have to walk all the way downstairs but otherwise i really cannot complain. Best fast food chain by far.

Five Guys in Heidelberg disappointed me. In my opinion the prices are too high and it's really sad that there is no real vegetarian alternative. That should be self-evident these days.

Food not that good, prices are quite a lot for what you get

German was good after 2 Mothbs after beinh in Germany. Over all no hidden Student Menue which is kinda whacked in Heidelberg. At least the Heidelberger Students should be able to get a Manue witch Chips/Fries + Drink for about 13€. Like this comment if you agree and FiveGuys Germany should change something because the „low above average food“ shoudlnt be this expensive.

Unfortunately, milkshake had a bit of that typical "refrigerator taste" :( It was quite full and therefore loud, but of course that speaks more for the quality, overall it was okay c:

Absolutely great taste. The burger was great. The meat was especially great. We also ordered fries. They were great too. In terms of price it was a lot but okay. Service was great and friendly.

Good food with good portions, the food feels fresh when you eat it. Affordable

I went to Five Guys for the first time today. The positive thing is that the burgers are prepared to order and individually. The kitchen is open, which is also very positive. Unfortunately the burger didn't convince me. The bun was far too dry for me and I found the relish to be too weak. I find the concept without trays negative; You basically eat out of the bag or packaging at the table. I wasn't asked whether I wanted to eat in-house or take away, but I should, as different VAT rates apply here. The price is very high; Unfortunately, despite the high labor costs, I don't see the added value in the final product when freshly prepared.

At 5:34 a.m. the store was still closed. However, the bacon was already unwrapped from the day before and apparently ready to be eaten! Freshly prepared looks different. Enjoy your meal everyone.

Medium fries: €7.20. see image. The rest is similarly overpriced. The restaurant is actually okay and I would rate it well, but the value here is simply not right. The price screams premium, the ambience, the service and the food scream classic fast food. I think they have a camera installed and laugh their asses off at a customer every time.

The place is good but the prices are a bit expensive for a meal from a fast food chain. Other than that, customer service is average and their food is as expected.

Front taste doesn't taste very dirty at all the important ones are not clean at all you want to drink cola but you get water from the machine I paid €79 for two cheeseburgers hot dogs and two cokes that's the last bit of dirt

Fat citizens drinks with refill function but the prices are pretty steep and almost outrageous. For two people each n burger and a drink that's just over 30 yours. Anyone who is aware of this in advance can enjoy the fat citizen.

Took somehow a lot of time to get the burgers, and the cheese and onions were not cooked… have had better with other Five Guys restaurants

The ambience is rather simple, but clean. The food tastes good and has an appropriate portion size. You pour drinks, ketchup and mayonaise into containers yourself from dispensers.

The person who recommended it apologized while still at the restaurant. Ich war begeistert von five Guys in den letzten Jahren. Also hab ich meinen Kollegen vor geschwärmt, wie geil die Burger sind. Wir sind mit 8 Leuten in Heidelberg gewesen. Eine Katastrophe. Zwar wurde uns unsere Bestellung an den Tisch in der oberen Etage gebracht....3 gefüllte Papiertüten. In 2 waren die Burger drin, in Alufolie eingewickelt. Es waren zwar Nummern drauf, aber niemand von uns konnte mit der Nummer etwas anfangen. Ob jeder seinen bestellten Burger aß??? Außer dem vegetarischen sahen alle gleich aus. Die 3. Tüte war zu 3/4 mit Pommes gefüllt. Hallo? Die waren dann leider auch noch pappig und handwarm. Ehrlich: ich habe mich geärgert und geschämt. Meine Kollegen waren zu 99,999% dad erste und letzte Mal da. Sehr schade.

Five Guys is in a different league in terms of quality than Mäcces or Burger King. The burgers are okay and the fries are some of the best you can get in fast food. Ordering went quickly, but there was hardly anything going on.

It could be cleaner. Otherwise the employees are always super nice.

Burgers are really cool. No comparison to MC or Burger King. Of course the price is steep. Almost €14 for a double bacon cheeseburger is brutal. Therefore only 3 stars

Always super expensive the five guys but how good is it 🤤 the burgers are simple but very tasty, the meat has a lot of flavor, the bread is very soft and they are always generous with the toppings which are also good (special mention for the cheese and crispy bacon). The fries are excellent, especially when you add spices. The place just isn't very welcoming.

The worst burger I've ever eaten. Bacon completely burnt. The bun completely soaked. The tables are full of leftover food (ketchup, onions, napkins).

Five Guys as you know it. Burgers are delicious, fries anyway. You also have the option to eat on the first floor, where there are more tables and there is also an elevator.

Every McDonald's is better. Here you can practically eat a Big Mac for three times the price. The ingredients cost another 6 euros, i.e. for an onion ring and thin slices of pepper. Burger buns cold, whereupon I went to the counter only to be told by a bored employee that the bun would be on the grill for such a long time, I've ordered several times from 5 guys and it was always warm, the answer was that things would just change !Great answer for such expensive food.

I ordered a burger with fries. Was very good. Unfortunately, I didn't find the restaurant really clean. Tables and chairs heavily soiled from the previous owner.

Ordered a bacon cheese burger and a BLT. Cheeseburger had no bacon. The bacon in BLT were burnt to a crisp. No taste in either product. First they gave us someone else's order without checking the order number. Then gave us some really bad food for us.

If you're in the mood for over-salted fries and loud annoying music in an atmosphere that doesn't really seem particularly clean, you might feel like you're in good hands.

Having a Give Guys burger made by 6 people near the Castle is much better than a states side burger any day! Very clean, friendly and well organized. The price is only a couple of dollars less than the states for the same order

It was my first visit...a bored employee puts a note in front of me...take your pick...despite me telling him it was my first visit, there was no explanation or help...about that my burger was catastrophic...my conclusion...never again...

The burgers are truly a revival and the Cajun fries are also delicious. It's also great that there is a refill station for drinks. There is actually enough seating in this Five Guys

One of the worst burgers I've ever eaten.

The burger was super delicious and the taste immediately transported me mentally to my long-ago student exchange in the USA. The price is just as juicy as the burger, but you can really treat yourself.

Everything is freshly prepared here, but ultimately it's a completely overpriced, limp burger wrapped in aluminum foil. The entire order then goes into a bag. Even if you eat in the restaurant. The fries weren't really crispy either. The whole store smells like fried burgers and the ventilation probably doesn't work properly. Clean? Well so-and-so. For two small burgers with a medium fries and a cola, just under €31 is a very high price and not justified. Tried it once and found it not recommended.

Five Guys is actually a shop that I treat myself to once a year because the fries and burgers simply taste unique. Yesterday, however, I had the feeling that the fries tasted more like normal fries and no longer that unique Five Guys taste. The burger was just as usual bland. Maybe other fries? Maybe I will visit another branch next year.

You should be aware that you get very “American” burgers here, i.e. very fatty and mushy. If you like that, you've come to the right place, if not you should go somewhere else. I think it's good that you always get a very large portion of fries. What I don't like so much is that the prices are quite high.

Toller Burger Laden in der Fussgängerzone von Heidelberg. Das Essen ist sehr frisch und nicht lapprig.

Alles super. Personal freundlich, Bestellung schnell zubereitet. Zu den Burgern muss man nicht viel sagen.. Qualität ist einfach eine andere Liga als die restlichen Ketten, preislich jedoch entsprechend auch teurer. Ich gehe aber lieber 1x zu Five Guys als 3x zu BK / MC'es.

Hamburger schmecken sehr gut, Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Qualität ist top, die Hamburger werden frisch zubereitet. Die Sauberkeit im Lokal lässt zu wünschen übrig. Auf den Tischen standen noch leere Becher. Die Tische gehören ab und zu mal abgewischt.

Dreckig und Ekelhaft!!! Personal unfreundlich. Essen schmeckt nicht! War mit meine Freundin dort und was da war hat mich total schockiert. 1) Leute wurden angeschrienen, wenn sie die Toilette ohne was zu bestellen besuchen wollten. Ich verstehe alles, aber doch nicht schreien. 2) Essen hat überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Gefühlt wars Hotdog Wurst aus alles aber nicht aus Fleisch. 3) Haben gebeten Hotdog halbieren, damit ich und meine Freundin es probieren können. Und was haben die gemacht? die haben in die Länge geschnitten. Habe so was noch nie gesehen und man konnte es dann auch nicht essen, weil dann alles auseinander fällt. 4) Toiletten sind dreckig und voller Klopapier und Pisse. 5) Tische sind dreckig und voll mit Essensreste. 6) An den gleichen Abend habe ich noch Bauchschmerzen bekommen. Also NIE wieder.

Muy similar a cualquier otra sucursal, pero ésta tiene ascensor al segundo piso, el cual tiene muchas mesas y agradable. Recomendable para personas con silla de ruedas.

Burger war Top und auch die Wartezeit für frisch zubereitet völlig ok. Pommes können andere definitiv besser. Das schlimmste ist jedoch die Sauberkeit im Essensbereich, dreckiger Boden, Tische auf denen die Essensreste der letzten Stunden zu finden sind und niemand in der Nähe, zumindest im ersten Stock, den man bitten könnte zumindest die Tische sauber zu machen. Da nützt der beste Burger und Firma Name nichts wenn es so aussieht. Soviel zu unserem letzten Besuch, denn das können Mitbewerber weitaus besser.

Burger waren gut, Heizung defekt kalt im Raum und die Abluft scheint auch nicht richtig zu funktionieren. Überall Lautsprecher mit zu viel lauter Musik. Störend beim Essen.

Ich finde das Angebot einfach Hammer. Und ja es ist teuer, im gegensatz zu den bekannten Ketten wie MC und Burger King, aber meiner Meinung auch nicht wirklich vergleichbar! Frisch gegrillt genau nach meinem Wunsch belegt, Pommes sind der Hammer und Getränke bis es dir zu den Ohren wieder raus läuft. Wir haben zu zweit auch 40 € bezahlt und ja ich hab an Anfang auch ziemlich blöd geschaut, aber das zahle ich gerne! Ich kann diejenigen nicht verstehen die sich über den Preis beschweren.....aber man kann es ja nicht jedem recht machen, getreu dem Motto "Was der Bauer nicht kennt, frisst er auch nicht!".
