Nice to sit on but the juice spritzers were watery and the kässpätzle were warm with basically no cheese even though the menu says with original mountain cheese and when asked the service says it is made with Gouda. We had the feeling there was very little cheese but more cream. The service didn't care about our complaint

Pizza really weak taste like frozen pizza😖

We recently had the pleasure of visiting the little Emma Bistro-Bar and absolutely loved it. The salami pizza was absolutely delicious – juicy with a wonderfully airy dough. My wife chose the fried Camembert, which also tasted great. The cocktails were also perfectly prepared, a delight both visually and in terms of taste. The service also deserves praise: our waiter was extremely motivated and friendly, which made the whole experience even more pleasant. Value for money? Simply great! Overall, we can highly recommend the Emma Bistro-Bar and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Good, simple restaurant in Heidelberg's old town. Our food (Spätzle) was delicious and had a sufficient portion size. The service was friendly and the waiting time was okay. The outdoor area in the small square is nice, but I found the furniture quite uncomfortable. (08/2024)

The “Kleine Emma Bistro-Bar” convinced me across the board! The bistro consists of two locations, one of which I visited, and despite the fact that there was only one person in charge of the service, the service was first class. The service was not only extremely friendly, but also remarkably quick - especially considering that the restaurant was busy. I ordered the bacon and egg burger with fries and all I can say is that the food was fantastic. The burger was perfectly cooked, the bacon was crispy and the egg was on point. The crispy fries also left nothing to be desired. All in all a wonderful experience in a cozy atmosphere. I will definitely come back and can only warmly recommend the “Kleine Emma Bistro-Bar”!

We had ordered cheeseburger menu twice. The burgers were the worst I've ever eaten. The patties hard and chewy. At the next table the burgers were also taken apart and the meat removed. The hint of coleslaw (or whatever) that came with it was warm. And the fries weren't great either, but at least they were the best of the whole menu. The paper on which the burger was lying was soggy and you had to be careful not to eat it. Service was at least friendly and quick.

Top shop!!!!! Were here yesterday...Today we just had to go back... The food was amazing...rarely had such a good burger...the sweet potato fries were really good too... The next time my husband and I visit Heidelberg again, we will definitely visit this great store again. We'd love to come back!!!! Pizza was good, but the service was extremely rude.

As soon as we entered the restaurant we were greeted very friendly. The lovely owner put a lot of effort into the service and explained everything to us in detail. Since the service was very good, we also had the same expectations about the food (we ordered burgers and pizza). Unfortunately we were very disappointed here. The food wasn't bad, but for €16 it tasted too much like a burger from a wannabe home chef, which also arrived cold. The fries and homemade sauces elevate the dining experience to 2 stars. The atmosphere was very nice and everything was very modern. Overall 3 stars, but that's not because of the food.

Anyone who eats here has no respect for themselves. There was nothing going on, even though it was 2 p.m. on a Saturday. We paid two burger menus (which didn't include any drinks) for €33.20. We waited 57 minutes for the food, the food arrived cold. They were frozen burgers that tasted terribly bad. Only one person was serving, some guests were not served at all and left again. I wanted to try the “homemade” sauces, the whole sauce spilled on me when I pressed lightly. Really not recommended! Money wasted unnecessarily

Modern, down-to-earth restaurant with a sense of detail, whose pizzas are very convincing! The extremely customer-friendly, slightly smaller, dark-haired waitress was very friendly and attentive to our wishes. A 5 out of 5 for that! - Gladly again!

Well, what can I say. The burgers are from the freezer. The side salad is enough for one fork. The fries are lame. And everything was just cold. We were actually impressed by the look, but were more than disappointed afterwards.

I ordered a burger with fries and the food tasted good, but just 30 minutes later I felt sick. I got a stomach ache and vomiting diarrhea for 3 days! The doctor diagnosed food poisoning. Just a quick note: I only ate this burger and fries with mayo and the homemade lemonade that day! The service was good, but the music in the restaurant was very depressing (tiktok mainstream songs).

Were here today for the first, but not last, time... experienced so much politeness and warmth from the staff towards us and our dogs. The food (vegan burgers with sweet potatoes, salad and a selection of sauces) was incredibly tasty and fresh, and the homemade ice tea peach was also terrific and fresh. The gray sauce is so delicious, thank you again.

Sustainability is also taken into account, e.g. There are pasta straws in the drink :-) very cool idea. Very important clean toilets, that also shows a clean kitchen! PS: great taste in music! ;-)

The restaurant was very busy at lunchtime that day, the staff was busy, so it took just under half an hour to eat. Some of the food that was delivered differed from the order, but that wasn't a big deal. However, with the best will in the world, I cannot recommend the homemade peach ice tea; it was almost disgustingly sweet. Maybe just a bad day?

It's delicious, especially the homemade ade? It's delicious, especially the grapefruit? I don't remember much... Anyway, the service was good and the atmosphere was nice. The food was a bit hard but satisfactory enough.

The ambience is somewhat OK and the service is friendly. My wife's pizza was badly charred on the bottom, my fries were in the fryer too long and my burger was the worst I've ever eaten in my life. My hamburger bun was just plain old. The meat was dry and unfortunately the sauces couldn't save it. My Yellow Fever was also a 1/5. So I don't know if we had a bad day but we can't recommend Emma's.

After a hungover day, I was very relieved to spot an inexpensive option where I could eat well to survive the day. The overall taste of the food was okay, but what caught my eye from the moment I sat down was the service. Guys, just because we're sitting next to the exit door doesn't mean you should ignore me, man. Anguished cries left my throat, calls for the waiters that went unheard for at least 20 minutes. I just wanted to pay...Yeah, not good guys.

It was a good-looking place, so passing true we asked for a table. We get a table only under condition to order burgers (not salad or pizza). I don't know why? Maybe because we looked like tourists and needed to pay for the most expensive food? Normally, I am a good beer drinker and can compensate any cheep food with enough beeers drinked. So at the end we left with the bad feeling looking how all people around order pizza, salad or whatever, only we were pushed to eat hamburgers? 🤔

So if you're in the mood for a stomach ache and a nibble, you should order a pizza and a burger there.

Service was very friendly and accommodating, food and drinks arrived quickly, hence 5 stars for service. Pizza (vegetarian) was bland in taste, I would have hoped for a lot more from the burger given the prices quoted. OK for once, but won't come back for dinner again.

Netter, freundlicher Service. Essen ebenfalls schnell erhalten. Burger waren solide, jedoch aus persönlicher Sicht, etwas überteuert für die Qualität. Leider hat der Laden vom Ambiente her nicht überzeugen können - dreckige Tische, lieblose Deko und (fast leere) Edeka-Eigenmarken-Soßen auf dem Tisch… Die Burger wurden auf Papier serviert, dass sich durch die Soßen aufgeweicht und abgelöst hat - würde mich nicht wundern, wenn Papier mitgegessen wurde. Leider zur Zeit verschwendetes Potential des Ladens mit Top-Lage direkt in der Innenstadt.

Hatte den Brotkorb er war wirklich eine 12/10. Ich habe noch nie sowas leckeres gegessen Anrichtung auch 12/10! Würde jedesmal wiederkommen und den Brotkorb wählen. Hier einen Brotkorb zu essen ist wirklich eine Erfahrung! Und das klingt jetzt vielleicht alles ironisch aber ich meine es wirklich ernst, ich habe mich in diesen Brotkorb verliebt. Ich würde für diesen Brotkorb meine Freundin verlassen. No joke.

Ich hatte Burgermenu gehabt, es war Macdonald Qualität für 19€. Nie wieder.

Das Ambiente ist gar nicht so schlecht, die Musik Geschmackssache, aber passend zum Stil des Ladens. Als Deko zwei Plakate mit der Entwicklung des Menschen, was zienlich heraussticht und eher unpassend ist. Das Essen bzw der Hamburger war ganz ok, ein wenig zu viel Senf und es kam auch der Cheeseburger, was auch kein Problem für mich war (aber evtl für Leute, die keinen Käse vertragen). Man kann den Burger auch als Menü für 2,95 Euro Aufpreis bestellen, dann erhält man Kartoffelchips, einen Dip dazu und eine *kleine* Portion Coleslaw. Unter Kartoffelchips habe wir eher frittierte Pommes in Chips Form erwartet und keine richtigen Kartoffelchips aus der Tüte. Der Aufpreis für das Menü unfair, da die Kartoffelchips nicht wirklich lecker waren. Getränke waren auch ok, das Bier ein wenig wässrig. Ansonsten war die Bedienung ein sehr Typ

Lange Wartezeit, Qualität mittelmäßig. Das Salatdressing zum Maultaschensalat war nicht selbstgemacht, Standard Cocktailsauce. Kellner bemüht aber etwas überfordert.

Das Restaurant liegt mitten auf der Einkaufsstraße der Heidelberger Altstadt. Der Außenbereich ist groß und weitgehend schattig, im Innenbereich befindet sich auch eine durchschnittliche Anzahl von Sitzplätzen (Innenstadt Verhältnisse). Bei gutem Wetter kann man sich schön an den Rand der Fußgängerzone setzen und den Passanten zusehen. Der Service war freundlich und schnell. Die Preise sind für die Lage des Restaurants wirklich fair. Mit dem Essen und den Getränken waren wir auch zufrieden. Die Qualität war nicht herausragend aber doch solide. Ich würde eher die Pizza als die Burger empfehlen. Die Sanitäranlagen waren sauber und ordentlich. Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Besuch durchaus zufrieden und hatten eine gute Zeit bei Emma.

Draussen sitzen, beste vegetarische Pizza ever und nettes Personal👌

Die Pizza Rucola-Serano sah genau so aus wie auf dem Bild und hat fantastisch geschmeckt! Der Service war sehr gut! Preis Leistung auch top. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindeen vor Ort im Biergarten vor dem Restaurant. Nette Sitzgelegenheit am Universitätsplatz. Die Getränke waren gut 👍 Zum Essen hatten wir eine Pizza Margarita, einen Cheeseburger mit Pommes und einen Veggy Burger mit Süßkartoffelpommes. Es war alles sehr lecker und preislich auch ok 👌 Der Service war aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und schnell. Alles in allem sehr gute Performance.

Sowohl Burger also auch Pizza lecker. Service immer nett und kompetent. Sehr gutes vegetarisches Angebot.

Die Lage war schön und man könnte gemütlich sitzen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, denn sie hab bei uns einen Fehler gemacht und dann gab es die Getränke aufs Haus. Das Essen war Preis-Leistung in Ordnung und das Essen an dich war gut aber es gibt besseres.

Pizza war ganz ok (Teig super, aber es fehlt an Geschmack (Knoblauch, Gewürze), Pfeffer oder Salz gibt es nicht, zu Pizza gibt es Ketchup und Hamburgersoße serviert). Wieso werden Pizzen auf dem Backblech serviert und nicht ordentlich auf einem Teller? Es gehört mal ordentlich geputzt, das Klo stand unter Wasser, die Speisekarten fleckig, am Boden waren Essensreste. Neben uns war ein dreckiger Putzlappen und Fensterreiniger. Die Spiegel im Lokal waren verschmiert... NoGo.

Viele vegane Pizzen mit Aufpreis von 1,50€. Vegane Salate und Burger. Nicht vegane Pizzen waren okay und hausgemachter Eistee zu empfehlen. Sehr saubere Toiletten und überaus freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service.

Aus der Not geboren, kehrten wir hier ein. Der Spezialburger war okay, aber nicht berauschend, Service war nett (aber nicht schnell). Immerhin haben Sie uns noch reingelassen, so kurz vor Schluss. Die Pommes waren aber eher nicht so dolle. Alles in allem für die Leistung eher zu teuer. DAs Ambiente ist eher heruntergekommen und ungepflegt, der Boden war sehr unsauber. Also da gibt es bestimmt bessere Möglichkeiten in der Straße...

Wir assen einen Burger, eine vegane Pizza und einen Salat. Die vegane Pizza war lecker. Das Fleisch des Burgers schmeckte jedoch gar nicht und zum Salat gab es kleine Brotscheiben, die nach Karton schmeckten. Einziger Pluspunkt: Der Kellner war sehr freundlich. Unbedingt renovieren müsste man die Toiletten.

Wer auf schlechten Service steht, ist bei emma24 genau richtig. Unsere Bestellung kam mehr als 40 Minuten verspätet an, telefonisch war unter der Rückrufnummer niemand zu erreichen. Unterirdischer Service.
