ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER WHEN PICKING UP. During the last 6 collections, exactly 1 product was missing... this goes beyond errors and forms a clear pattern. Therefore 1 star more is not possible. What's noticeable is that they always correct the order immediately, without asking... always as if they know that this happens very often. Even if the food is what you would expect from McDonald's and the service is friendly, more than 1 star is not possible.

I can't understand the positive reviews. When we arrived there was no greeting or eye contact. When we went to place our order, the unfriendly waitress didn't even bother to come to our table, instead standing at the counter. We ordered dish number 04 twice - once with fries and once with rice. However, after about 20 minutes we received both dishes with fries. It seemed as if the three employees present had no organization or plan for what they were doing. In addition, everyone was very serious and not at all friendly. The Ćevapčići were not cooked properly and some were still raw. In addition, guests who arrived after us received their food faster than we did. The price-performance ratio is also not right.

Although I was always quite satisfied, today I had a complete failure. The kebab sauce didn't taste good at all and the alternative, the tzatziki, was actually bad! The tzatziki was already carbonated. When I called there was no apology, no offer of a subsequent delivery and only the information that they had passed it on to the boss, which means that the tzatziki will continue to be sold for the time being.
