McDonald's in Hamburg

Nice McDonald's. Very nicely decorated even with flowers on the table and other decorations. The furniture is modern, bright and very stylish. The staff was super friendly even though it was half an hour before closing. Food was tasty and warm. We'd love to come back :)

MC... super expensive, sometimes you have to wait a long time and the food is rarely really warm. Only go if you really want to go there. I think the tablets you can order really suck

I haven't seen an MCD this clean and inviting in a long time. The staff was very well organized...no long waiting times and warm and good food. Even the toilets could be entered without fear of bad smells. If only everyone were like that...

It's cool when there's nothing going on and the food is brought to the table and then the food is cold. Great.. I feel ripped off.. Tables are dirty even though there are three people chatting behind the counter.. If the shop is full it can happen that you don't have an overview.. but if only 3 tables are occupied and there is nothing to do you can clean the tables...

Why do I rarely get what I order here and can I rarely rely on the quality being right? Shake, fries, 20 HotNuggets (2xchilli, 1x mustard), Double Ts, Bigtasty ordered. Receive: Shake: Yes! Fries (cold): but yes Nuggest (spicy and really hot - thanks!!): yes Sauces (2x chili, 1x mustard): yes - additionally 1x BBQ + 1x ketchup, + 1xmayo ..ok, thanks - but I hadn't ordered Double Ts: unfortunately a patty is missing here - so FAIL! Big Tasty: Fail - but thanks for the BM that I didn't order BE HONEST - IT'S YOUR JOB TO CHECK THE ORDER - NOT MINE. GOD KNOWS WHY I STILL EAT HERE.

Very nice and clean restaurant. Service SUPER friendly! Luckily not so crowded. The waiting time is short! Unfortunately, the parking lot is often very dirty.

Very friendly service. Coffee specialties for consumption on site are served in cups and not in paper cups! For us the best McDonalds on the highway.

I like how quickly you get your food when you're hungry. The McChicken was really good and nice and juicy. Perfect if you need something quickly. Wait a few minutes and you're done. The store is always neat and well organized.

We all know the saying in McDrive, one moment please and then you wait 5 minutes until the order is taken then you go ahead and pay and wait another 15 minutes until it's your turn. That's why I love McDonald's because nothing ever changes here and that That's a good thing, who can still remember the time when they had this buzzer with 60 seconds

We were served very friendly and the menus we ordered were great, the milkshake was creamy and tasty. And all this 20 minutes before closing time! Big praise to the employees.

McDonald's is the epitome of fast food and offers a wide selection of classic food. The burgers are delicious while the fries are always fresh and crispy. The atmosphere was family friendly and welcoming and the service was quick and friendly. The ability to order via mobile makes it even more convenient. Ideal for a quick snack!

This is one of the nicer McDonalds. Compared to other places in the city it’s basically an oasis. The interior is much nicer compared to other McDonalds. We come here mostly on weekends. It’s never overly crowded. The tables are often clean. Food arrives pretty quickly after ordering. I have had one instance where I had ordered curly fries and they arrived cold - I was able to then swap them for fresh ones. Restrooms are clean. The restaurant suffers a bit in terms of people spilling food onto the leather seats - those are mostly sticky, but still comfortable.

The breakfast dishes are quite good but cold, the service is rated 3, I asked for ketchup and the gentleman told me to pay, where at another McDonald's I got it for free, I don't know what's going on.

Unfortunately, it has happened several times that the order was not complete. Sometimes a toy was missing from the Happy Meal, then a Big Mac, a cherry turnover, the chicken nuggets and then the restaurant wasn't even full. Orders are processed quickly and staff is friendly. This McDonald's continues to decline. Apart from the fact that things haven't improved with forgotten orders, they simply put the chicken nuggets in the vegan packaging instead of the vegan nuggets. This has also happened several times. That's it for me. I won't go there anymore

Today around 11 p.m. a guest arrived before me, but the crew seemed to be completely overwhelmed. Not only is something constantly beeping for 5 minutes and it's completely annoying, but people are chatting the whole time and not caring about it at all. They also seem to be overwhelmed with eating, almost 10 minutes for two small things.

Because I didn't have much time, I wanted something quick and went to McDrive. In the pouring rain I waited only 3 minutes until a short “One moment” was heard. This moment lasted 5 minutes. The line of cars behind me now stretched all the way to the street. But then finally someone wanted to talk to me. I was told: "We have a system malfunction. Please come to the branch to order." Since it had already been 10 minutes since my arrival, I was annoyed and drove around the branch to the parking lot and went into the branch. There were 20 customers standing there with questioning faces and an employee who just explained that they couldn't order anything at the moment. Apparently everything in the house is network dependent. I understand disruptions, but these should be communicated transparently and no customers should be lured into the branch in order to increase frustration. I then drove to Burger King and made it to my appointment on time.

Again, no frozen yogurt. The coffee was OK.

Beautiful modern McDonald's branch. Nice personel. We even got an extra for the coffee. I have rarely experienced that. I was thrilled. 😁

Can't rate anything other than one star, neither the restaurant was open today, May 12th. at 7:30 a.m. on the drive. I thought the opening times were only confirmed a week ago. Thanks for nothing.

Unfriendly service that doesn't really help with a problem with the great ordering terminals. Numerous tables and garbage trucks full of trash from customers. Not recommendable.

Great terrace for eating outside and in a quiet location despite being close to the motorway. Very friendly staff. We stopped here for lunch with our dog and he was even brought water. Thanks again :)

The stars were given for the quick preparation! Unfortunately I had rotten lettuce in my burger. I almost vomited when I smelled it. It's good that I always stop by, but unfortunately this time only after half the fish burger. Addendum. I tried again. Unfortunately another brown leaf of lettuce. Disgusting. Last star is gone.

Fast food comes from the word, fast. Unfortunately we waited 10 minutes for the food. Burgers were cold. 45 euros just isn't the best experience here in Moorfleet.

Bright, friendly and clean. Everything was very nicely decorated. Even the toilets were clean. And if you like McDonald's you also like the food. We'll definitely come back again 👍

I'm a guest about every 14 days and I'm very satisfied. I also really like the fact that I can still order at the counter in this branch! Today I wanted to connect my Pedelec to a tree on a small stone field. This then upset an employee who was responsible for the outdoor area. I tried to tell him in a friendly manner that my Pedelec had been knocked over several times and that the existing flat wheel stand would make the rim unusable. Since my colleague clearly didn't want to follow my argument, I left the location and permanently painted it. I also feel stupid securing the bike like that. But it's very annoying when you come out and some idiot had fun again knocking over a wheel. Who will transport me and my bike home, organize and pay for the repairs and provide a replacement wheel? Then unfortunately it's better not to have delicious fries. Higher wheel stands would help. I can't win an argument with a customer. Greetings Torsten

The McDonald's is very nice and the service staff is friendly, except for one of the cleaning assistants. The food is always warm, mostly fresh and you can sit down to eat on the first floor where it is a bit quieter. Unfortunately you have to pay €1 for the toilets.

We had two large fries, 2 x 6 nuggets and two McChicken each along with drinks (Fanta). Our drinks initially tasted like dish soap and then like a mixture of Cola and Sprite. The food was freshly prepared, although the fries in combination with the nuggets tasted more like popcorn... The staff was stressed but friendly.

McDonald's wie immer die gewohnte Speisequalität, die für einen kurzen Stopp ausreichend ist. Ambiente ist gut und die Auswahl an Speisen auch okay. Sehr gut ist die Sauberkeit und schneller Service.

Unfähig den Käse in die Mitte zu legen.

Eine echte Seltenheit! Eine saubere Filiale entlang einer Autobahn. Alle anderen sind alt, mit schlechtem Geruch versehen und miesem Service!

Mein Burger ist fast auseinandergefallen, trotzdem war er geschmacklich gut und auch die Pommes waren gut, wurde alles schnell an den Tisch gebracht und das Personal war freundlich

Das essen war sehr gut die Mitarbeiter auch aber es gab leider keine Couchritzenpommes aber dafür hat monopoly gegönnt weil ich sehr viele gratis coupons bekommen habe

Sehr sauber, ordentlich und freundlich. Allerdings die Pommes lagen wohl schon länger in der Schütte. Waren kalt und matschig. Burger waren OK

War lange nicht mehr bei McD. Der Shop war sehr sauber, das Personal super freundlich und alles wurde zügig erledigt. Leider schmeckte der Doppel-Cheese-Burger so gar nicht. Das ist aber nur mein persönlicher Eindruck.

Nicht verwirren lassen von der Höchstbewertung. Dieser McDonald's ist bestimmt nicht Hamburgs Adresse höchsten kulinarischen Genusses und besten Service. Es sollte selbstverständlich sein, dass ein McDonald's dies nicht ist - Aber bei diesem McDonald's bekommt man halt 100% das, was man von McDonald's erwartet - Selten überfüllt, saubere Räumlichkeiten, schnelle Bedienung und freundliches Personal.

Öffnungszeiten interessieren hier niemanden. Mittwoch um 8 Uhr geschlossen, ab 7 Uhr sollte er geöffnet haben.

Sehr freundliches Personal und bequeme Sitzmöbel im Außenbereich. Wir waren früh da, alles war sauber und gut. Essen ist typisch McDonald's

Erstaunlicherweise ein sauberes Herren WC und das zubereitete Essen schmeckt gut. Gerne wieder.

Also die Preise sind schon echt heftig, aber dass ist man natürlich überall gewohnt. Essen war super gut, aber am Service kann man wirklich arbeiten, den zur Rusch Hour musste man 20Minuten warten. Die Dame die an der Kasse zum Bezahlen stand, wartete ewig bis sie jemand beachtete und das ältere Ehepaar, was wohl nur nen Käffchen trinken wollte ist wieder raus gegangen, den am Café wurde nicht bedient und der Mitarbeiter der sie wohl zur Kasse schicken wollte, den haben die beiden nicht verstanden. Alles in allem muss man etwas an der Aufmerksamkeit des Personals arbeiten, ansonsten war ich hier immer sehr zufrieden, da es nicht der erste Besuch gewesen ist.

Der beste McDonald ever! Ich komme als Fahrlehrerin viel rum und hole mir gerne man einen Kaffee bei McDonalds. Bei diesem hier stimmt alles! Sehr sauber und das allerbeste Personal überhaupt. Ich komme fast jeden Morgen dahin und es ist fast familiär! :) Danke an euch! <3

Es war schön bei euch. Wir haben die Terrasse genossen. Kommen gerne wieder und sein Auto kann man auch noch laden.

Sonntag um 18:30 Uhr zum Kurzstopp eingekehrt. Leider funktionierte die MC App bei mir und anderen Kunden nicht. Was ja nichts mit dem Laden zu tun haben muss. Die Zubereitung der Speisen ging super fix. Leider gab es aber keine sauberen Tische und auf einigen lag noch Müll. 4 Sterne. Da wir schon schlimmeres gesehen haben

Typisch McDonald's, Viele kostenfreie Parkplätze vor dem Restaurant. Bestellung über die Terminals, aber wenn mal etwas nicht funktioniert, so wie bei mir, dann wird auch an der Kasse die Bestellung entgegen genommen. Das Ambiente, nun ja, ist halt Fast Food. Auch typisch, dass teilweise die Bürger kalt sind, dafür 1 Sterne Abzug. Ansonsten war Alter okay und vollständig zusammengestellt.

Sehr sauber (inkl. der Toiletten), guter Service, freundliches Personal und schönes Ambiente. Und mal nicht überfüllt. Eine echt gute Alternative zur Raststätte Stillhorn (die man eig. nicht mehr besuchen kann), wenn man auf der A1 unterwegs ist. Alle Sterne!
