McDonald's in Hamburg

I've been here several times because of its convenient location. Each time, it takes a noticeably long time for my order, which has since cooled down, to arrive. This seems to be absolutely standard. Only recommended to a limited extent if you have plenty of time.

This McDonald's branch is definitely recommended. The atmosphere is cozy and the tables are spaced far apart.

It's fast here and they serve hot fries and burgers.

A typical McDonald's. I've been satisfied with the food in the past, although unfortunately, you do get the wrong thing every now and then.

We were passing through and were hungry. It was just a stopgap. Personally, I think McDonald's has declined considerably. Friendliness isn't the order of the day, and the breakfast could be bigger. For the price.

Cleanliness is not at a good level

I've rarely experienced more unfriendly treatment of paying customers than at this drive-thru. The cashier spoke so unclearly and in broken German that you had to guess what he meant. Friendly questions were met with aggressive responses. This is unacceptable.

I go there twice every two weeks and it's getting worse and worse at this McDonald's. The women's restrooms have been broken for many weeks. The first restroom closes, but from the outside it shows that it's free. The second one won't close and the third one won't even open. The entire store is often just filthy, as are the restrooms. The men's restrooms are said to be no different. The employees are often visibly in a good mood, but don't seem to want to clean. People behind the takeout counter eat straight away and look at their phones. People who queue up at the MC Café are completely ignored, and they aren't even told that they have to order somewhere else. The table numbers for the delivery service are very often removed by the employees at the ordering computers so that people can no longer use this service.

Received runny ice cream. After complaining, they said it was always like that. Aha 🤡 I didn't get a new one. I've never seen a McDonald's as dirty as this one. All the benches and tables were dirty. It was truly disgusting.

Sorry, folks, something urgently needs to change at the fast-food chains. These days, you pay almost as much as you would at an "upscale" burger joint. But the cleanliness and hygiene here and in other branches are abysmal. Sure, it's the customers who leave the place like that, and that's anything but good. But when the entire place is covered in food scraps... on the floor, on the tables... just everywhere... then I simply don't want to eat there. Tables covered in grease, leftover containers full, tray racks... etc., but toilet paper and towel dispensers are empty. The staff should keep an eye on this, and when they do wipe down the tables, they shouldn't live up to the name of the all-purpose wipe and just wipe everything off, or from the table to the floor. The food and service were very good. The restrooms were very dirty, with paper all over the floor. The women's restroom door wouldn't lock.

Because of my job (driver), I visit many McDonald's restaurants in the EU. I've noticed an interesting pattern: In almost all restrooms, the urinals are separated from the wall. Hmmmmm. 🤨

Unbelievable hygiene conditions in the restrooms. When asked, they say they can't change it. It's completely unacceptable.

Toilet is not recommended middle toilet not lockable and clean is different because of that I preferred not to eat there

We ordered four "M" burgers with double toppings, and after a short wait, we picked them up and were escorted to our seats. Upon opening the box, we were sobered: There was only one topping (burger) in each box. We immediately complained. A representative came to our table, inspected the mess, and said the ordered burgers would be delivered again, and we could eat the incomplete ones free of charge. No sooner said than done. Afterward, the four of us were extremely full and very satisfied.😌😌😌😌

We waited about 20 minutes for our food (breakfast with about 8 people in the store), but that's not the time to spend looking around the store. Where we wanted to sit, the walls were splattered with sauce, some of the tables were dirty, and some of the benches were broken. Shortly before the food arrived, we were informed that they were out of Nutella, and the wraps arrived cold. The women's restrooms couldn't be locked.

If you order a Filet O Fish, you can be sure that the cheese will be on the side.

Absolute disaster...there are no shakes or ice cream. Apparently everything is sold out. A truly embarrassing McDonald's...!!

Hey! One day, a group of friends, starving and with full bladders, stopped by the Golden Seagull to feed and relieve themselves. But then we noticed... "shock." In the women's restroom: 1. Toilet lock broken and no toilet paper 2. Toilet dirty, no toilet paper 3. Toilet no toilet paper and a wet surprise... A golden liquid covered the floor. Upon closer sniffing, it turned out not to be apple juice, but human pee. Then! In the men's restroom, the boys were in for a real horror. It started with two of the three leaking urinals surrounded by pee. But they didn't know the worst was yet. In the back right of the third restroom was where it was. A never-before-seen enormous 40cm long Worst. But McDonald's doesn't even sell Worst!?! Consequently, there was only one unpleasant conclusion.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend McCafe. They only serve paper cups and cardboard cake wrappers for eating in. Very sad. We won't be coming back.

When you order a big tasty bacon, it doesn't even look like it without bacon and I want to point out that the sandwiches are just as tragic as pig feed

The food was tasty, but only lukewarm. However, the restaurant is suffering from a lack of staff, and the cleanliness on and under the tables left much to be desired.

I ordered a muffin and an iced latte. Although I specified that I would eat in the restaurant, the staff put the muffin in the bag because they "ran out of clean plates" on Sunday afternoon. They then told me that if I didn't want it in the bag, they could refund my money. Very unfriendly!

It's a modern McDonald's, but unfortunately, it's very, very dirty. The tables are sticky, there are leftovers on the floor, and that's the case throughout the entire restaurant. 🤢 The restrooms stink, but that's the case at every McDonald's. A truly terrible McDonald's. You order a McFlurry, and the cup gets less ice cream than a McSunday. The service is terrible. You get yelled at for complaining about your ice cream. The shift manager stands next to the server and says nothing. The server was a very thin, relatively tall man. In retrospect, you get stared at with a certain amount of disdain during your entire time in the restaurant. Truly disastrous.

I'm always satisfied in this branch, but today the rolls from my fish burger weren't steamed and so they didn't taste good at all.

No toys in the Happy Meal. The day was special for both children and brought a lot of joy, but when the Happy Meal failure ruined their plans, my day was ruined... Unfortunately, there was no replacement for the toys, and I thought that was a real shame, and they let us leave with our sad faces. I've been going to various McDonald's all my life, but this has never happened to me. Taste-wise, it was great. The service was okay.

Nice McDonald's. Very nicely decorated even with flowers on the table and other decorations. The furniture is modern, bright and very stylish. The staff was super friendly even though it was half an hour before closing. Food was tasty and warm. We'd love to come back :)

MC... super expensive, sometimes you have to wait a long time and the food is rarely really warm. Only go if you really want to go there. I think the tablets you can order really suck

I haven't seen an MCD this clean and inviting in a long time. The staff was very well organized...no long waiting times and warm and good food. Even the toilets could be entered without fear of bad smells. If only everyone were like that...

It's cool when there's nothing going on and the food is brought to the table and then the food is cold. Great.. I feel ripped off.. Tables are dirty even though there are three people chatting behind the counter.. If the shop is full it can happen that you don't have an overview.. but if only 3 tables are occupied and there is nothing to do you can clean the tables...

Why do I rarely get what I order here and can I rarely rely on the quality being right? Shake, fries, 20 HotNuggets (2xchilli, 1x mustard), Double Ts, Bigtasty ordered. Receive: Shake: Yes! Fries (cold): but yes Nuggest (spicy and really hot - thanks!!): yes Sauces (2x chili, 1x mustard): yes - additionally 1x BBQ + 1x ketchup, + 1xmayo ..ok, thanks - but I hadn't ordered Double Ts: unfortunately a patty is missing here - so FAIL! Big Tasty: Fail - but thanks for the BM that I didn't order BE HONEST - IT'S YOUR JOB TO CHECK THE ORDER - NOT MINE. GOD KNOWS WHY I STILL EAT HERE.

Very friendly service. Coffee specialties for consumption on site are served in cups and not in paper cups! For us the best McDonalds on the highway.

I like how quickly you get your food when you're hungry. The McChicken was really good and nice and juicy. Perfect if you need something quickly. Wait a few minutes and you're done. The store is always neat and well organized.

We all know the saying in McDrive, one moment please and then you wait 5 minutes until the order is taken then you go ahead and pay and wait another 15 minutes until it's your turn. That's why I love McDonald's because nothing ever changes here and that That's a good thing, who can still remember the time when they had this buzzer with 60 seconds

We were served very friendly and the menus we ordered were great, the milkshake was creamy and tasty. And all this 20 minutes before closing time! Big praise to the employees.

McDonald's is the epitome of fast food and offers a wide selection of classic food. The burgers are delicious while the fries are always fresh and crispy. The atmosphere was family friendly and welcoming and the service was quick and friendly. The ability to order via mobile makes it even more convenient. Ideal for a quick snack!

This is one of the nicer McDonalds. Compared to other places in the city it’s basically an oasis. The interior is much nicer compared to other McDonalds. We come here mostly on weekends. It’s never overly crowded. The tables are often clean. Food arrives pretty quickly after ordering. I have had one instance where I had ordered curly fries and they arrived cold - I was able to then swap them for fresh ones. Restrooms are clean. The restaurant suffers a bit in terms of people spilling food onto the leather seats - those are mostly sticky, but still comfortable.

The breakfast dishes are quite good but cold, the service is rated 3, I asked for ketchup and the gentleman told me to pay, where at another McDonald's I got it for free, I don't know what's going on.

Unfortunately, it has happened several times that the order was not complete. Sometimes a toy was missing from the Happy Meal, then a Big Mac, a cherry turnover, the chicken nuggets and then the restaurant wasn't even full. Orders are processed quickly and staff is friendly. This McDonald's continues to decline. Apart from the fact that things haven't improved with forgotten orders, they simply put the chicken nuggets in the vegan packaging instead of the vegan nuggets. This has also happened several times. That's it for me. I won't go there anymore

Today around 11 p.m. a guest arrived before me, but the crew seemed to be completely overwhelmed. Not only is something constantly beeping for 5 minutes and it's completely annoying, but people are chatting the whole time and not caring about it at all. They also seem to be overwhelmed with eating, almost 10 minutes for two small things.

Because I didn't have much time, I wanted something quick and went to McDrive. In the pouring rain I waited only 3 minutes until a short “One moment” was heard. This moment lasted 5 minutes. The line of cars behind me now stretched all the way to the street. But then finally someone wanted to talk to me. I was told: "We have a system malfunction. Please come to the branch to order." Since it had already been 10 minutes since my arrival, I was annoyed and drove around the branch to the parking lot and went into the branch. There were 20 customers standing there with questioning faces and an employee who just explained that they couldn't order anything at the moment. Apparently everything in the house is network dependent. I understand disruptions, but these should be communicated transparently and no customers should be lured into the branch in order to increase frustration. I then drove to Burger King and made it to my appointment on time.

Again, no frozen yogurt. The coffee was OK.

Can't rate anything other than one star, neither the restaurant was open today, May 12th. at 7:30 a.m. on the drive. I thought the opening times were only confirmed a week ago. Thanks for nothing.

Unfriendly service that doesn't really help with a problem with the great ordering terminals. Numerous tables and garbage trucks full of trash from customers. Not recommendable.

Coke without carbonation, burgers salty and lukewarm = the food is no good here.

Great terrace for eating outside and in a quiet location despite being close to the motorway. Very friendly staff. We stopped here for lunch with our dog and he was even brought water. Thanks again :)
