Worst McDonald's I've been to in Germany so far. Food was served incorrectly, arguments with employees ensued. Waiting times were up to 45 minutes. Pure chaos!

Hygiene here leaves much to be desired. Extremely dirty, the toilets are filthy. If the kitchen looks like this too 🤢🤮

The staff were super friendly. The food was good. The shift supervisor, Helena, was very nice. I'd gladly come again.

Bottle numbers are reported as complete. Employees don't speak German… There's no bag for the drink to take away. Monopoly stickers are missing… Burgers were just thrown into the packaging again… All in all, poor service; McDonald's urgently needs to address this…

On November 9, 2025, my husband and I ate at McDonald’s in Plauen (Klostermarkt 12). The fries were very oily and burnt, and others were soggy and stale. After eating, we felt very sick—I was nauseous, and my husband vomited. It was very disappointing that the food was of such poor quality. I hope the restaurant checks its hygiene and food quality.

My sister got food poisoning on her birthday! Today at 5:41 PM, the potatoes in one order were limp and stale, and in another, they were burnt. The taste was terrible, and when we got home, we had severe stomach pain and vomiting. I ask you to pay attention to the quality of the products and the employees, who don't even include napkins with the order and treat you with complete disrespect.

Super friendly staff, yes, it can be stressful at times. Yes, things sometimes get forgotten. But just check your shopping and you'll get it right away. You check your change everywhere else too... I can't understand some of the complaints... the staff are doing their best.

The order was wrong (two Happy Meals, unwrapped and without toys; the food was terrible). My wife and I had to go to the toilet immediately after eating. Such poor quality is truly hard to find. I will never eat at this branch again.

The branch manager/shift supervisor was extremely unfriendly towards us and other customers. He expressed insulting prejudices and made unjustified and unsolicited comments about our private lives! This man seemed quite arrogant and condescending towards us. We also noticed that he treated staff poorly/unfairly.

I was given the wrong wrap with a horribly hot sauce...which I can't tolerate, and I've been feeling sick ever since. The staff were friendly, but this shouldn't happen. This product should be removed altogether because it's too hot (chili).

The food is okay But I've never seen an employee who treats her coworkers so racistly, shouting at them just because they haven't been taught something. And then even the older lady doesn't even have a clue what she's doing 💀 Also the way the environment sometimes looks Ketchup, Coke, etc. spilled on the floor Sticky to the walls and on the tables outside It's really antisocial how some people treat their surroundings.

Yes, as always. Always available for a quick meal, nice people, and otherwise they had a lot to do.

The employees should look up what table service means.

Absolutely filthy. Four staff members stood together and calmly talked. All the tables were completely sticky and dirty. Employees had to go to a cupboard in the middle of the restaurant to get a drink. Everything was very dingy and unfriendly. Garbage and crushed food scraps littered the entire visible kitchen area. Hygiene left a lot to be desired.

Delivery service... First, they promise on the phone that the line will be reopened in 30-45 minutes. Then, out of humanity, you wait an hour. And then there's still nothing. And on the phone, you're just given pointless excuses.

I ordered a mc double chili cheeseburger and got a chicken burger.

The food was okay. It wasn't that warm anymore, but still okay. However, the staff was very unfriendly. I ordered via app for table service. We waited about 30 minutes. Then I went downstairs and asked for it. The employees were very rude to me. I imagine I could get it myself and shouldn't be lazy. Unfortunately, it's very below the belt. Then they shouldn't offer that service. We won't be back. Very disappointed!!

I'm just writing about the customer unfriendliness! It can't be that my order is simply given out and then it is claimed that no one took my order even though I never had it in my hand! With complete anger, the food that was given back was thrown into the trash because the person who took it had given it back, but I insisted on a fresh product. I don't know if that person already had his tricks in there! The good lady was wearing a black and white striped top and had a foreign dialect. Very unfriendly! A child has a special dinosaur wish, employees are just stressed out by it, even though there was nothing going on at all. I still apologized for it because I have decency, but my child wanted this special dinosaur. Now at home, the salad was missing. Not the first time that products are missing from an order. Every time you call afterwards, you wait again. It's annoying, mind you, there wasn't much going on. Now I would like to get rid of this criticism, as this is the only way to improve. Friendliness and error-free work should be the top priority. I would accept waiting times for this.

In fact, it was the tastiest cup of coffee I've had. ❤️

Unfortunately, our visit was a disappointment, especially because of the extremely unfriendly treatment by Sascha. His brisk manner and disrespectful tone towards us and other guests were absolutely inappropriate. It seemed as if guests were more of a burden than welcome. The atmosphere was very unpleasant and we felt anything but comfortable. Service should be based on friendliness and professionalism - unfortunately neither was present here. It's a shame, because the ambience and the food had potential, but we certainly won't be coming back.

Delivery impossible, opening times Tuesday 0:00-0:01, not even listed on Lieferando anymore. This has been going on for almost half a YEAR. And not even the entire menu was listed on the app. Just as bad inside, crowded, barely any staff, extremely slow service, food is a cold joke on a good day. If I could, I'd take 5 stars rather than give it a single one. Eat at home instead.

Very bad place, I couldn't activate the voucher at checkout, the price was always different. Only after joining top management (3 people) the problem was solved, I spent 30 minutes on it and + did not receive any bonuses on the card

Lieferando's delivery service always shows the McDonald's as offline and when you walk by, the order is declared ready and when you get home you notice that the side dishes from the menu are completely missing. Unfortunately, it can no longer be proven. However, here's a warning to everyone: It's better to ask three times if you're sure that everything is included. Food was otherwise ok. And the missing (paid) supplement therefore reduces the service value.

Ausgabepersonal ist unkonzentriert. Man kann einfach genug bestellen und bezahlen, und man erwartet, dass wenn dann angesagt und angezeigt wird, dass die Bestellung "fertig" ist, dass dann auch alles drinne ist. Zweimal versucht, zweimal durfte ich dann zu Hause feststellen: Die Hälfte fehlt. "Verarschst du mich einmal - Schande über dich. Verarschst du mich zweimal - Schande über mich (dass ich so dämlich war dir eine zweite Chance zu geben)" Ich rate jedem checkt eure Bestellung im Restaurant! Passt auf wie ein Flitzebogen! Die Negativbewertungen seit einem Jahr zeigen dieses Problem auf Google und Lieferando. Habs sie halt vorher nur nicht gelesen.

There were no napkins in the upper guest area (children/family area) several times, the table was completely dirty from the previous guest, the two stars are for the nice service, although one condition is that you can't speak German well and it is difficult to order food or make special requests here. The shop and toilet per se are neat and mostly clean. Service is within a reasonable time....but if you are used to the food from the big city, the vegetarian things are definitely missing (except 3 options, discounts only for vegetarian nuggets) and the delivery service as well as the FAST service itself. Sunday is probably a special sleep mode there, everything goes even slower than the other days, food is served half raw, which is why only two stars.

There is absolutely no soap in the toilet! There is a terrible smell in the restroom, the hood in the same place does not work! 90% of the time they don’t give you napkins with your order! The service is at the lowest level I have ever seen!

A McDonald's like any other. The food comes very quickly and so far the orders have always been correct, nothing was missing.

During a trip, we passed this restaurant, which was beautifully designed inside and out. It could be ordered using terminals and the food was ready for pickup after about 10 minutes (with crowded customers). On the way back we realized that we were missing a few little things. Food tasted just like McDonalds tastes. Above all, well managed due to overcrowded clientele.

We were there in the morning on February 15th. Very unfriendly and unmotivated staff. No please and no thank you. The tables full of crumbs. There is also no table service. The ladies prefer to stand in the corner and gossip.

Unfortunately there is total chaos there, there is no table service anymore. Not recommended at lunchtime around 12-1 p.m. Wrong order given and currently incompetent staff.

In my opinion, the toilets and many seats are pretty dirty. It's hard to get into the restaurant without slipping because everything was wet because of the rain and it was totally slippery

At the McDonald’s I visited, the food was definitely a highlight. The half-eaten chicken burger in the picture reflected the delicious flavors - juicy chicken, fresh ingredients and delicious sauce. Therefore I give the food a full 5 out of 5 points. As far as service goes, my experience was somewhat mixed. The ordering process and the waiting time left a lot to be desired, which somewhat tarnished the reputation of fast food. Therefore only 3 out of 5 points for the service, due to the unexpected slowness. The atmosphere at McDonald’s was surprisingly pleasant. Despite the quick consumption, the place offered a cozy atmosphere to linger. Cleanliness and seating were well maintained, resulting in an overall positive impression. Therefore I give 4 out of 5 points for the ambience. In summary, this McDonald's offers an excellent dining experience, with the service and ambience having room for improvement. However, if you're willing to wait a little longer for your order, the delicious food will certainly be worth the visit.

Tische sind schon sehr schmutzig...für Geheingeschränkte Menschen oder gar im Rollstuhl ♿️ sitzende ist dieser MC Donalds nicht geeignet, Toiletten sind im Oberen Teil des Restaurants und diese sind nur für Fußläufige erreichbar.

Mitarbeiter haben sich lautstark gestritten.

1. Es ist eben McDonalds. Kein Sterne-Restaurant. Somit ist das Essen erwartungsgemäß. 2. Der Service ist ok. Wird aber zunehmend zur Herausforderung. Regelmäßig gibt es falsches Essen oder es fehlt komplett etwas.... und wenn man das nach einer Großbestellung zu Hause feststellt, soll man wieder kommen und es abholen. Wozu? Es gibt Lieferfahrzeuge und der Fehler lag eindeutig nicht auf meiner Seite. Das nervt sehr! Ich wartete einmal auf mein Essen. Währenddessen kamen 3 Kunden. Es fehlten sogar ganze Happy Meals. Katastrophe! 3. Das Ambiente ist okay. Es ist McDonalds. Es gibt bessere und schlechtere.

The restaurant is designed to really push customers towards ordering via the digital ordering machines, and then collecting your order from a small counter to the side. Whilst this "walk-through" approach may be quick and appreciated by those in a rush, it makes the place oddly unwelcoming and de-humanising. This is especially true for a city centre location where I would have thought many people would like to sit down and relax a little after wandering around the shops.

Im OG tolle Kinderbeschäftigung. Auch bei sehr vielen Gästen sind die Mitarbeiter freundlich.

Dieser MC ist nicht mehr das was es mal war....eine Mini-Portion Eis mit einer Mini Portion Sauce, die Bestellung unvollständig bekommen...ein Burger hat gefehlt, der andere sah so zermatscht aus wie schon mal gegessen...nein Danke.

habe mit einer freundin bestellt mit coupons usw wir haben komplett das falsche bekommen.

Hier ist es sehr sauber und ordentlich, Speisen werden (sichtbar) eigentlich frisch zubereitet. Personal ist freundlich Negativ Punkt: An manchen Tagen schmeckt das essen überhaupt nicht Schon einen McFish gehabt der wie Pappe war und die neue McPlant Nuggets haben alt geschmeckt.

Stellt einen Mitarbeiter an die Kasse der sie bedienen kann bzw. wenn "Lehrling" dann stellt Jemanden daneben, der ihn ableitet.

Die Portionen (Pommes) sind großzügig und die Bedienung freundlich und flott.
