This restaurant is wonderful. A nice cozy design. Even has an MC Dreive. I can only recommend it. 👍

I'm not a fan of MC Donald, but the team, the boss and the restaurant are great. We'll be back.

Update: Visit December 13th, 2024: one complete catastrophe after the renovation! There's really nothing more to say. Atmosphere sterile like an operating room... Seats reduced in size with kindergarten-sized furniture, an ordering system installed in the middle of the restaurant with the effect that the ordering guests are constantly staring at your tablet and you feel like you're sitting on the presentation plate, totally drafty & cold because the automatic door constantly opens when people are standing 2 meters in front of it and the 2 doors were built opposite each other. Supposedly the kitchen has been enlarged and optimized ~ what use is it if the staff remains completely overloaded, unfriendly and especially rude at the serving point as soon as there are more than 3 guests present like on December 13th. around 10 p.m.!? Waiting times longer than 25 minutes for 2 McMenues... Friends, service doesn't work like that! The absolute blast: Guests who sit at the row of windows at the entrance in the evening need a candle while eating because the lights were simply forgotten in these places and you sit in full shade. Well, there will continue to be fewer and fewer visits to McDonald's in Plauen. And always only in >this< branch, I'm actually assuming speculative trading here... INCREDIBLE that quality control in service is repeatedly a foreign concept here 💥 Hello Mr. Operator, still present in the restaurant from time to time and the processes under control?! -------------------------------------- Visit on June 30, 2019 / 4:38 p.m.: larger order at the terminal. There were 7 or 8 orders visible in the waiting area, our number was the first at the top. Unfortunately, it was also the last one to be served, despite repeated requests, without explanation and a waiting time of an incredible 21 minutes. All customers who came AFTER us left long before us. The big hit were the milk shakes and drinks, which were visibly waiting on the counter 10 minutes before the food was actually served, completely unprofessional at 36 degrees outside temperature and refused to be taken away because they had now melted into water. Ordered vanilla shake, got chocolate. Staff are of the opinion that chocolate = vanilla and began to argue despite the receipt. As always, there were a few things missing from the bag, unfortunately only noticed at home and felt like that for the 100th time. In general, when ordering take away, you have to check whether a large part is missing. This was already reported in feedback a year ago, but now it's getting worse instead of better. When approached by the shift manager, he seemed rather annoyed and unwilling to help. There will definitely be no more visitors to this branch any time soon, it's slowly getting enough there.

just now New Unfortunately the first impression is bad. The atmosphere is cold, loud and there is nothing left for the children. At least it was comfortable before the renovation. Sometimes changes aren't good after all.

Two stars because I ordered a happy meal, but my toys and fruit nonsense were missing. One star for food because both items were missing and the fries and curry fries tasted old (or like they had been reheated). Service 5 stars because the employees immediately supplied the missing items and ambience 2 stars because the ceiling ventilation blows in my face at every window seat and it's really in my eyes. Very unpleasant

So far, the food has always been pretty good, except for the fact that it makes me sick to my stomach every now and then... unfortunately what always annoys me is that there's always something missing... sometimes it's ketchup, sometimes it's nuggets or burgers... you should Just go through the list step by step so that something like that doesn't happen again....checking afterwards is perhaps an option for a small order...but not if you have a huge bag full

This McDonald's is always very clean, the employees are friendly and the food is usually always fresh and hot due to the high traffic. But it's quite crowded and the wait is often quite long during peak times. Best regards

Unfortunately, we as the McDonald's generation are always disappointed. The burgers are carelessly put into the box and you then put everything back together yourself. Unfortunately again today. Very unfortunate. And there really wasn't much going on.

Many rate their stay here in comparison to proper restaurants. I think that's pretty unfair, so I tend to compare fast food chains with other fast food chains. The food is as expected, the burgers are very mediocre and the salads are terrible. The employees are mostly very friendly and helpful. For a fast food restaurant, the ambience is more than satisfactory, and the connection to the city and highway at the same time as well as a shopping center on the same site are also very practical. All in all, a typical McDonald's but with a very clean and well-located atmosphere.

I bought burgers today and two burgers were forgotten to pack, unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home😥😥

Absolutely not recommended, service is completely overwhelmed, every time something is missing from the "food" to take away, so you are forced to go hungry or have to drive 5km back. Got these “burgers” today. It couldn't be more loveless, it couldn't be more appetizing. But it's your own fault if you eat something. If you talk to employees about it, they shrug their shoulders. Addendum from September 7th, 2024 Ordered today via the app, paid via Paypal via the app... in the restaurant you are told that no payment has been made, despite you showing proof of Paypal, that the payment has been made, the order is not handed over to you and you are forced to come back Restaurant to pay!! So I paid twice as the family was at home waiting for the food and the employees had no interest in sorting things out. What's wrong with you? Order 157 on August 14th thanks for waiting 30 minutes, the drinks had no ice and were warm, the milkshakes didn't deserve the name, they were warmer than the peach dumpling. I only received the nuggets upon request. Nobody was interested in my complaint on site. Demanding money for this nonsense borders on fraud.

Today, August 14th, 2024, I was at the MC after work. It was an experience...I placed my order at the drive-thru and, as always, paid at the next window. At the next window the employee accused me....I hadn't paid and I had to turn around and pay again. Only the shift manager could clarify the situation, but he also didn't apologize for his colleague's audacity and behavior. I also ordered mayonnaise with the fries, which was almost always missing. I would love to come back and look forward to the next visit. Thank you for the nice evening 👍

Dirty restaurant and food squashed together

Small, well-kept restaurant, friendly service. However, our ice cream had melted.

It's just McDonald's. The restaurant looks modern, but the ordering boards could be adapted accordingly. The back of the order board is too close to a wall so you feel "squeezed in".

Every cheap pizza place in Plauen handles large orders more accurately than this burger place. We have ordered here many times as a family of five. Something is always missing. Unfortunately, you cannot give out negative points. Today's order was missing the lattice potatoes and one burger even had a burger bun missing. This is called system catering. No trace of system or coordination. Just miserable!!!

Fast, reliable, fresh and inexpensive. Would be nice to have some more kids activities indoors, as the slides are not usable in bad weather. Tesla Supercharger in the parking lot.

Great team: when you come off the motorway at 11:58 p.m. and are really pumped - and the golden M closes at 12:00 a.m. We were afraid that we wouldn't get anything more - but the team served us as normal. Excellent! Thank you

You should probably avoid eating there at breakfast time on a weekend or public holiday. 20 min waiting time for a wrap and 2x mini pancakes. While everyone who ordered after me had already received their stuff, I waited. Then, after ordering, I wanted to order two coffees directly from the Mc Donalds stand (after all, that was how Mc Donalds planned it) I was really looking forward to fresh coffee from the portafilter. Well, there was nothing. The employee who always scurried over to pick up croissant dishes, etc. to get the coffee pointed out to me that no more orders were being received there and that I should get the coffee either at the terminal or at the checkout. I specifically asked if I could get a coffee from the Mc Coffee stand because that was what I wanted. He said “yes of course” Well, what can I say coffee came promptly from around the corner at the drive-thru. So it was clear that the coffee came from the normal standard machine. The Mc Coffee only serves as decoration. This is a shame and so we don't have breakfast at McDonald's. Went to McDonald's for breakfast for the first time since the Mc Toasties were abolished. It was definitely the last time.

Super nice staff and always in a good mood. Toilets are clean and so are the tables throughout the restaurant. I can only recommend.

Something is always missing, staff are overwhelmed and constantly understaffed. Complaints are only useful if they are written directly to Munich.

Fast food is the exception for us. However, it's a nice change when traveling on vacation. This McDonald's is one of the best we have ever visited. Clean, despite being busy, friendly staff, the food is still hot when you get it, video games and a playground outside. And there is an MC Café there. The biggest attraction is certainly the converted tram, which can be used for children's birthday parties.

The burgers were absolutely poorly topped. The Big Tasty's bacon was next to the burger, the cheese was already halfway out of the package. The meat patty was also nowhere near the center of the burger. Unfortunately there wasn't a lot of sauce on it, so everything was too dry and sticky to properly fix the topping.

Unfortunately I only have to give it a thumbs down when it comes to service and customer friendliness. It's a shame! There was a service worker who insulted me during her working hours. And where I was about to order something. You should think twice when hiring!

It was my first time there... as I was passing through... great quick processing... good service... because with small children it shouldn't take too long... food was good too... just too much ice cream in the cola ...if it's pretty cool outside... but otherwise ok. 👌

Food and coffee as usual. Unfortunately, the MC Café area is cordoned off by chairs and stools from 11 p.m., but only when the lady with the long red hair is there. The order terminals usually work quite reliably. Inside it is usually very clean.

The first time in a long time that we were at McDonalds - after some disappointments in other Mc's we were very positively surprised here. The food was freshly prepared, the drinks were sparkling and the service was friendly - it was generally clean

Lunch break. Ordering was very quick as there wasn't much going on. Yay. When you approach the area it seems very banal, abandoned and outdated. There was also a very strange smell outside the door.🤮 As I said, the meal itself came very quickly and was okay. McRip with extra sauce, very well-intentioned. The box felt full to the brim. Overall okay in the store itself. There was some dirt everywhere on the tables and seats. Maybe it could have been cleaned better. Especially when there isn't much going on, send an employee through more often. Conclusion: you can do it for your lunch break.

Went there yesterday and ordered a Big tasty bacon. Of course, what was missing? That's right, the bacon! But ok, it can happen, it's human. There was hardly anything going on in the store itself. Still, the tables and floor looked like a mess. None of the employees cared to clean up the mess even though the store was empty. The tray drop-off was full of rubbish, there was a pool of Sprite next to our table and we don't have to talk about the table surfaces, everything from the previous one was still stuck there.

Almost no table was wiped down and the restaurant had almost no guests.

The last few times the tables were clean. The table service worked without any problems. It's always cold in the gaming area.

Just like an MC should be. Everything OK.

Ich bestelle 2 Mal zum Mitnehmen und 2 Mal waren keine Kartoffeln dabei, und heute hat der Big Rösti eine gefehlt, schrecklich. Schauen Sie nach, was sie für Sie hineingelegt haben ... 🤔😡 Ich wollte auch hinzufügen, dass das Personal schläft! 5 Leute kochen, 4 packen und schlafen, 2 Leute warten 15 Minuten...eine Katastrophe...hey Chef, schau mal genauer hin!!!

Die Burger 🍔, Pommes 🍟 und andere Speisen sind nicht schlecht. Man kann es essen. Aber das Preisleistungs Verhältnis passt nicht. Man bezahlt mehr Geld. Aber der Burger 🍔 ist kleiner. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön. Man kann drinnen und draußen sitzen. Der Service ist sehr gut. Die Bedingung ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt einen Spielplatz und eine schön bemalten 🚋 wo Kinder ihren Geburtstag feiern können. Sehr schön.

Mit Coupons kann man hier noch snacken. Die Preise sind enorm in die Höhe geschnellt. Mein Milchshake war trotzdem wieder gut. Aber der Besuch wird weiter die absolute Ausnahme bleiben.

Ein typischer und guter und ordentlicher MC Donalds. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Alles so wie es sein soll. jederzeit sehr gern wieder!

Ein McDonalds wie alle anderen auch. Servietten gibt's nur auf Nachfrage und Strohhalme gar nicht.

Teils unfreundliches Personal, Essen ist mal so mal so. Das Ambiente ist eigentlich ganz gut.

Bin ziemlich enttäuscht. Das Essen hat enorm an Qualität und Geschmack verloren. Essen wurde nicht frisch zubereitet sondern stand schon fertig da. Die Burger waren schlabberig in die Kartons geworfen, die Buletten komplett schwarz und trocken. Der Geschmack einfach nur unter aller kanone. Pommes einfach nur 🤢, da kalt und im alten Fett zubereitet. Die Cola hatte kein Eis drin und war komisch. Bedienung war unfreundlich… als Kunden hat mich McDonalds verloren. Burger King ist um Meilen besser.

2 Sterne fürs Essen liegt am eigenen Geschmack. Der Service ist immer gut drauf und immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht und der ein oder andere Mitarbeiter sogar ein witzigen Spruch auf den Lippen, 5 Sterne und das Ambiente ist von der Einrichtung her sehr angenehm, aber der drive in Bereich und außenbereich sind brutal in der prallen Sonne ☀

Leider keine Strohhalme mit dem vielen Eis lässt es sich schlecht trinken!!!!
