Recommendation, clean and friendly and fast

Anyone who knows Burger King knows the atmosphere and the food...but what makes the difference is the service, and here it's incredibly friendly and flexible.

Additional offerings aren't free, and hygiene standards are improved after the renovation! The burgers are prepared in the infrared grill, even though they're supposed to be prepared in an open grill!

Immediately after visiting this Burger King, a friend and I experienced severe stomach/intestinal discomfort that lasted for several days. Since there was still no signature on the cleaning schedule in the men's restroom at 1 p.m., I'm not surprised at all... Thanks for nothing!

The Chili Cheese Chicken Burger tastes and smells like vomit. I wouldn't recommend it.

A Burger King that deserves far more than 5 stars! A clean dining area, full compliance with hygiene standards, and fast, delicious food. The team is responsive, friendly, and always in a good mood. A truly top-notch experience – highly recommended!

Unfortunately, it was very dirty. The empty tables were all covered in crumbs and some hadn't been cleared. The soap in the men's restroom was empty.

Had a terrible experience at this Burger King today. I went at midnight and it took sometime for the order to get ready at I was almost done with my food and finishing my fries that at 1 am the short Asian guy came and aggressively started telling me to get out in 2 min and misbehaved with me. I told him I am almost done and asked for 5 min but he said no you just have 2 min to leave. In seconds I put the tray in the rack and left .As I was leaving he uttered some non sense in German which I didnt understand, Its disgusting to see that a multi national like Burger King gives no training to its employees on how to behave with customers. Shameful!

The staff is always really nice, especially the Indian employees. What's a bit stupid is that when you make extra requests you can usually only add the ingredients that are already in the burger. And that you often can't choose lattice potatoes 🥲

Everything was great except for small children, no play areas like all Burgeking branches.

Food is good and service too. Loud must visit and brobire.

Eat: I only order “plant based”. The burgers are always freshly prepared and are visually perfect. Not like in other branches where everything is thrown on top. Service: The employees are always friendly to me. But I also behave like a normal person and know politeness. Ambiance: Things have looked great since the renovation. Also relatively quiet. Seating is comfortable. I generally prefer BK over Mci. So I went to a lot of branches. For me this is the best in Germany. I'm actually serious.

Great Burger King. Everything is clean and tidy. In contrast to the ones I visited in Upper Austria, everything here is bright, friendly and inviting. The selection of veggy burgers is great and the food tastes AND looks good. Staff was very friendly. Gladly again. Ambiance only 4 out of 5 stars but only because it looks a bit too sterile.

Too much English on the billboards etc. in my opinion. But otherwise it's a good restaurant with great employees

Everything's great, I'm just not a fan of the ordering app. I prefer to do it in person with the extremely friendly staff. I'm a big fan of the big king xxl menu. I would recommend this...but unfortunately you can't choose it...

Service, waiting times, cleanliness was great. Even if Systemgastro's own standard is explicitly mentioned: the quality is consistently high, so other franchisees can take a back seat. The ordering terminals contributed to the positive overall impression.

Food was great; The only point of criticism is that the side dish (onion rings) could have been seasoned a little better. Customer service was perfect; As a customer you were the center of attention and you were treated as a “king”. The ambience is very friendly, bright lighting and the room design is very open and clearly divided. The only point of criticism was the music, which could be heard in all rooms and may not suit everyone's taste.

We were very surprised at how much we liked it. Simply order at the terminal but no receipt was received. Very nice employee took care of it immediately. Even though there was a lot going on, everything went smoothly. Burgers were hot and very good. Places were clean

Food top. Service was nice and the rooms were clean. Not all tables were 100% clean when we arrived, but this was taken care of immediately (with a clean cloth) when I asked.

Bone part in burger! Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at the Burger King branch at Graflinger Straße 151 in Deggendorf. I recently ordered a long chicken here that had a large piece of bone in it (see photos). This led to a broken tooth, which was not only painful but also extremely annoying. Despite multiple attempts to find a fair solution with Burger King, I was only offered coverage of the dental costs and a menu of my choice, which almost borders on irony. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service and unwillingness to take responsibility. This is not the type of experience you expect from a big brand like BURGER KING. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this branch and will prefer other fast food options in the future.

I bought ice cream, way too expensive for the portion. You don't get anything like that at McDonald's

Typical fast food shop, everyone knows BK but it has been newly renovated, you can order everything from the machine, which can still be expanded a bit because not everything always works, but you like to go there every now and then, it takes quite a long time for fast food but that's what it's worth it fresh and delicious.

Waiting 20 minutes for an ice cream is clearly too long. There was no one in line.

For me, Burger King Deggendorf is the better Burger King compared to Hutthurm and Passau where Hutthurm is the worse one. At Burger King Deggendorf I ordered a Whopper menu in the restaurant which was brought to my table. The Whopper itself is fresh (I'm happy to accept a waiting time) and topped with dressing like I know it from before. Hopefully the Burger King Deggendorf will remain very good as it is now. thanks for that

Loved it..! I would say ideal place for students with all time better offers and nice ambience to be in. A rescue place when one is hungry. Someone might find this place located in the outskirts of Deggendorf, but a long walk followed by a meal to reach a state of satiety feels worth. Guten Appetit.!

Waiting times of 20-30 minutes until you can order and receive your food are far too long, even for small orders. It also happens that the burgers already take 2 minutes. Not all of them are warm after receipt.

A small chocolate shake that tasted like dishwashing liquid and large fries that could be described as mini........over €8. That was definitely the last time at Burgerking!

First time eating inside since the renovation and definitely the last time. Extremely annoying music at such a volume that you have to shout at the other person to be understood. Then the high-frequency continuous sound that comes from the kitchen, which after about 10 seconds makes you close to hearing loss. We were outside again after about 10 minutes and the noise from the street was much more pleasant than the whistling inside. In addition, the burger patties, at least with the cheeseburger, are now so small that you can only taste bun and mustard/ketchup, but no more meat. Food and service are fine, but with this background noise it's a no-go. And why is there WiFi without internet? What is it good for?

Going good but I had participated in a long survay and I got a coupon before one weak But now they are saying it is not valid It is like after having our details and all the efforts we have been through they are still saying it's not valid. I thinking it's just they want to close the store as soon as possible . I am so disappointed.

10 stars, because it‘s much easier to select and order even of it is a small or large amount of the food Order for one‘s own with the automats, the music could get changed a bit quieter, because there is music, even in the WC.

I am very disappointed in the new Citizen King. It's not what it used to be. Like a check-in hall...I feel like I'm at the employment office. Please draw a number. No atmosphere, loveless. If this is supposed to be the future? No thanks!!! Is this really in the interests of founders James McLamore and David Edgerton?

Sometimes very long waiting times at the Drive Inn

We wanted to eat something different for a change and thought after the renovation and all the media coverage we might take a look around at BK. Was a mistake. The burgers were cold, the nuggets were soggy. But there was a lot of fire in the price. We stick with what we know.

If BK, then the one in DEG because in the 13+ years since I've been getting food there regularly, the friendly staff haven't even forgotten a packet of ketchup for me or have ever been unfriendly. The wait times at the DriveIn are short and have I mentioned how friendly the staff are? 😉 All joking aside: I've never really found anything wrong with it! If I could only use one word here I would use “exemplary”.

Moin Folks, für mal zwischendurch ist Burger King gut, die Pommes sind immer schön knusprig und für mich sehr lecker, eben besser als der Marktbegleiter. Im Grunde ist es immer eine Frage des Glaubens und von daher Wechsel ich oftmals, bin aber hier in Deggendorf ist es gut, der Parkplatz reichlich und der Service passt, die Speisen okay und von daher, Versuch macht klug.

Wir haben gerade eben Pommes bestellt. Für diese Pommes haben wir 6 Minuten alleine hinter einem Auto verbracht, da sie diese Person nicht auf den wartebereich geschickt haben und alle anderen (4 weitere Autos hinter uns) dürfen warten. Als ich angesprochen habe, dass es doch schlauer und besser wäre diese Person auf den wartebereich zu schicken um andere Personen deren Sachen fertig sind weiter zu bearbeiten wurde nur die Antwort: „aha, Tschüss“ gegeben Dazu sind die Pommes kalt aber danke. Tollen Service habt ihr da.

Nach Umbau nicht mehr das was es einmal war…. Der Vibe ist kaputt, die Bestellterminals sind gut aber die Ambiente ist zerstört…

Es ist ein Burger-King wie jeder andere. Nichts besondere aber immer noch besser als McDonalds.

Burger waren ungenießbar, alles rein geworfen, kalt und schmeckte . Laden dreckig und sehr kalt. Schade. Waren hier früher öfter aber so- nein danke !
