Finally a McDonald’s to feel good about! Nice atmosphere, VERY clean, friendly and attentive staff. And finally a reasonable indoor temperature, in many other branches it is far too cold throughout all seasons. At least that's how I feel

I have visited many of your branches outside Germany, the truth in Germany was the worst, the service is slow, the meat is not tasty and the amount of potatoes is not enough.

Employees simply collect Monopoly stickers!! There were no Monopoly stickers when we ordered and they had already been torn off. impudence... We had our menu as take-away and of course didn't notice it until too late.

A very rude employee just threatened us with the boss when we asked whether 3x fries shouldn't come with 3x mayonnaise. very rude!

A very small MC Donald restaurant... a bit difficult for families to visit. The menu meets expectations. The staff is very friendly and hardworking and fulfills your wishes as quickly as possible.

I don't like it anymore, it's a lot of calories with as little healthy food as possible, making it a stuffy meal. The store was clean and the staff tried hard.

I'm not a McDonalds fan. That's why only three stars for the burger. But what I noticed from outside was that this McDonalds was exceptionally chic and clean. Beautifully designed outdoor area and also very neat and clean inside.

The food had been sitting around for at least 10 minutes. The order was handed out incorrectly, the burger arrived without cheese when ordered. Fries were soggy and cold. There wasn't a bit of carbon dioxide left in the Cola because of all the ice and of course less content. Once and not again

Burgers were hot and great! Fries hot but sometimes soggy! The only thing that bothers me with all McDonald's is that you only get 2-4 paper napkins! Definitely not enough for me! Anyone who almost always eats a Mc Rib knows what I mean! 😀 but at least you get a refreshing towel with your MC rib! 👍🏻 and the bonus points program and the coupons in the app are great! One of the best McDonald's restaurants I've been to in Bavaria, but the fact that they have stopped selling "Big Tasty" for several weeks is extremely disappointing. Ordered something via the app 4 days ago and paid for it on site in the drive. I was told that the payment process had been canceled so I paid in cash on site. Today I received a PayPal message that the amount had been debited from me, which is an absolute disgrace and only because of incompetent employees at the checkout. I paid €30 too much as a result 😡😡😡😡

McDonald's Deggendorf (Germany) This evening 07.09.2024 (at 20.25) on our way home from holiday we stopped to get something to eat. We park the car close to MCD and see a man in his mid-40s bent over vomiting. We don't think about it anymore and go inside. On our way to the toilet to wash our fingers, we see a boy with his father where the boy vomits in the toilet bowl... Hmmm, we thought it was something strange. We go in and order food, all 5 of us. Order 5 menus and eat. Jump into the car and I promise you we got sick. 25-30 minutes later we got sick like just sick. All man we threw up for over 2 hours. It must be said that it was difficult with a 7-year-old on the motorway in a side track and vomit us all man. When it came like lightning from a clear sky. I am speechless Ps: update today 08.09 4 out of 5 hospitalized with food poisoning. I urgently want a dialogue with MCD from hell

My Chicken Nugget came too late and it was not tasty so Expensive , even tough my brother paid. I waited longer then Gta 6 reales.

Paid extra smarties at mcflurry and got less than the normal portion. Plus there's a lot going on there...

The food was much better and cheaper than it is now. For 4 people over 50€!!!! Even if it is a fast food restaurant, the price-performance ratio is a disaster. When picking up, food that has been ordered and paid for is often forgotten to be packed up and if you order 20 chicken nuggets, sometimes there are only 18 in it. No need to say more.

Of course we didn't see us until we got home at 4 big macs. I still don't know if you're really stupid or just don't feel like it. Not recommended

Ordered via app today. I had to have a coupon canceled so I added 2 other burgers. So far so good. Bonus redeemed (nuggets). Then we paid with a card and saw that they had charged too much. Strangely, the bonus was not deducted. The cashier was friendly and called the "manager". I explained to her that it was almost 12 euros too much. She was very rude and unfriendly to us, why we didn't look at what amount we were paying and we were supposed to take our order and drive away. I think training on how to talk to customers would definitely not be a bad idea for the “manager”.

Was there again today to redeem my points. I really don't understand the bad reviews!! The guest room and toilets are clean. The staff very friendly and quick. The food (1 apple turnover, 20 Mc Nuggets, 1 cheeseburger) was all totally fresh and hot. Ordered via the app. Activated at the parking lot. I waited less than 2 minutes for my “food to go”. I like to get something there and it won't be the last time I've been there.

Today for the umpteenth time (when picking up) an order was simply not packed, unfortunately only noticed at home! What you pay for is what you should get!

I don't like the impersonal way of ordering at the terminals, and the food has been better.

A bag of ketchup 60 ct. That's quite outrageous. Otherwise, just McDonald, I personally don't eat anything there but my grandson loves it. I try to keep visits low.

Under all guns, unfriendly staff, desolate toilet facilities throughout the restaurant, everything very dingy. Not recommendable.

Parking while eating can cost you a parking ticket. Parking time max. 2 hours even if you order more or order again shortly before the 2 hours. McDonald’s doesn’t really care. Bad service in my opinion. Food quite good as usual.

The food was good...otherwise impossible. No service...if...then you don't speak German...only problems. The audience unbearable...screaming...coughing...sick children. I was gone after 5 minutes. Never again.

Kennt man einen, kennt man alle irgendwie, das will ich gar nicht negativ bewerten. Was mich stört sind die Öffnungszeiten. Fastfood ist die einzige Nahrungsquelle in der Nachtschicht und 2024 könnte man zumindest in diesem Bereich auch auf dem Land drüber raus sein, dass man Punkt 1 nichts mehr zu essen bekommt.

Hatte mir einen gratis Kaffe bestellt und alles mitzu gelegt und wurde von einer Mitarbeiterin angegangen und habe nur die Hälfte bekommen

Ein Fastfood-Restaurant, wie es im Buche steht. Schnell, schmackhaft und saubere sanitäre Anlagen. Freundliches Personal und wirklich schöner Außenbereich. Insgesamt sehr gepflegt. Gerne wieder!

Toller Ort, aber... nachdem Kinder auf die Toilette gegangen war, sagte, es sei ein Mann in der Damentoilette. Was mich misstrauisch machte und mich mit einem Mädchen zusammenschloss, um nachzusehen ...

Insgesamt ein sehr ordentliches McDonald's. Die Essenszubereitung auf elektronische Bestellung ging recht fix und wurde auch flott an den Tisch gebracht. Insgesamt ist die Einrichtung sehr modern und angenehm. Es gibt zahlreiche Plätze im Außenbereich. Wünschenswerte Verbesserungen um die 5 Sterne zu erreichen wären ordentlich sauberes Geschirr und mal etwas unternehmen gegen den heftigen Ammoniak Geruche den Herren-WC, die ansonsten eigentlich recht gepflegt sind

Eis braucht man sich hier nicht kaufen außer man will es trinken, so flüssig ist es

Diese Bewertung hier ist eindeutig nicht für diese eine Filiale, sondern für McDonald’s im Allgemeinen. Die Portionen werden immer kleiner, die Inhaltsstoffe immer ungesünder und die Speisekarte immer unkreativer. Beispiel: die Apfeltasche Hat sie früher noch rund um am Rand der Packung gekratzt und sich zum Teil sogar mal ein bisschen gesperrt, rutscht einem jetzt in Schräglage ein kümmerliches Etwas entgegen, was einem die Mitleidstränen in die Augen treibt. Und das zieht sich durch die komplette Speisekarte. Der jämmerliche Versuch mit Mehrweg-Bechern Sinn für Umweltschutz zu suggerieren, ist eben so traurig. Würde meine Tochter nicht so gerne hingehen, würde mich die komplette Kette nie wieder sehen. Ihr habt den Zug verpasst und seid zu spät dran. Schade.

Essen und die Qualität des Essens so wie es sein soll. Sauberkeit gute McDonald's Standard konnte keine Mängel feststellen. Aber leider muss ich hier einen großen Mangel feststellen meine Rechnung konnte ich erst nach ca 10 Minuten bezahlen. Das heißt auch im umkehrschluss dass sich erst nach ca 15 Minuten mein Essen erhalten weil bevor man nicht bezahlt wird der die Bestellung nicht ausgelöst. Es hat sich einfach keiner bemüht an die Kasse zu kommen um mich zu ein schrecklicher Zustand und sowas geht gar nichts wo ist hier der Service Service gibt es bei diesem McDonald's scheinbar das musste ich schnellstens ändern ich werde auch diesen McDonald's nicht mehr besuchen und die Informationen am alle meine users das sind immerhin 7,4 Millionen. Ich hoffe dass sich der McDonald's bei mir meldet und mir eine Erklärung liefert. Natürlich muss es auch für das Personal Konsequenzen geben es muss jemand gekündigt werden das möchte ich auf keinen Fall aber eine Nachschulung von Service werde mehr als nötig.
