Kotzübel vom Essen lassen Jungs, die extrem dringend aufs Klo müssen. Nicht auf die Toilette, kleine Jungs Schimmel im Essen

Maßlos überbewertet und den stattlichen Preis nicht wert! Das Brot labbrig und zerfällt leicht - ein bisschen angeröstet z. B. wäre schön gewesen. Die restlichen Zutaten: Absolutes Mittelmaß. Beim Cheeseburger würde ich empfehlen, den Käse ein bisschen mitzugrillen und nicht kurz vorm Zusammenbauen erst drauf zu legen. Die Pommes ebenfalls labbrig, fast wie unfertig. Die schlechtesten Fritten, die ich seit langem gegessen habe. Da hilft auch keine Majo mehr. Der Guy, der uns bedient hat war zwar nicht unfreundlich, aber so dermaßen unterkühlt, dass man den Eindruck gewinnen konnte, man würde mehr nerven, als willkommener Gast zu sein. Tat mir wirklich leid, dass ich vorbei gekommen bin, um Geld auszugeben. Die Musik war so laut, dass man sein Gegenüber schlecht verstehen konnte. Vielleicht soll das cool sein, ist es aber nicht. Es schien zu meinen Eindruck von dem Laden zu passen, dass er für seine Größe an einem Freitag Nachmittag zum Beginn der Sommmerferien ziemlich leer war. Nö, danke!

das Personal ist sehr freundlich und nimmt sich Zeit für persönliche Anliegen. Da ich schwanger bin wurde das Würstchen des Hotdogs auf Wunsch scharf angebraten. Echt top! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fand den Cheeseburger dafür, dass er 12 € gekostet hat, viel zu klein und geschmacklos. Ab der Mitte des Burgers habe ich nur noch Hackfleisch geschmeckt, und der Käse war kalt.

Man kann sich nicht die Hände waschen, das Essen ist ekelhaft und teuer.

Ich würde eigentlich 0 Sterne geben aber ich muss ja einen für die Bewertung geben ich hab 5€ für einen wiederauffüllbaren Becher ausgegeben dann ist die Maschine kaputt gegangen und ich habe 1.Mein Geld nicht zurück gekriegt und die wollten mir auch kein einfaches Wasser dafür geben BODENLOS.!!!!! Preis Leistung passt nicht. Teuer ist es überall, aber eine halbe Stunde zu warten auf einen Hamburger ist schon übel. Es waren 6 Mitarbeiter dort und 3 Tische, kaum Leute.

Scammen bei Lieferando fleißig mit rabatten rum, der Burger ist rabattiert, dafür im grundpreis plötzlich teurer und die Pommes auch. Das nennt man unseriöse Geschäftspraktiken. Hier bestelle ich nicht mehr.

Vom Essen her keine Ahnung, aber ist geil zum kostenlosen Blase entwässern. Hat sich wohl noch nicht rumgesprochen, kann ich nur empfehlen!

Schlechtester Laden aller Zeiten. 1. Lebensmittelvergiftung ist vorprogrammiert 2. Schwangere müssen Geld da lassen um die Toilette benutzen zu dürfen und werden noch richtig respektlos von den Mitarbeitern behandelt 3. viel zu teuer nen schlechter Service, schlechte Essens Qualität und wenn man Glück hat vergammelte Pommes und Lebensmittelvergiftung.

Unfreundliche Kassiererin. Brauchten 20 min für 2 Milchshakes. 2 der 3 Mitarbeiter haben nur rum gestanden, anstatt kurz die Milchshakes zu machen. (Der Laden war nicht voll ausgelastet, welches die Wartezeit begründet hätte)

Schon alles irgendwie okay, aber der Preis steht definitiv in keinem Verhältnis zum Produkt. Für das Geld kann man ins Restaurant statt in die Frittenbude (mehr ist es dann am Ende ja doch nicht) gehen.

Das Essen ist weniger geworden und es gab keine Caijun Pommes mehr. Die Pommes sind nicht durch. Die Burger waren ganz ok.

Nie wieder da essen. Ich hab seit vier Tage Magenschmerzen deshalb und Durchfall wallah ich mein ernst ich schwör auf Allah Lebensmittelvergiftung. Das Hackfleisch war nicht mal frisch.

Unübersichtlich. Jeder Bürger wird in Alufolie verpackt, auch für Verzehr vor Ort. Umweltsauerei. Das Ambiente deckt sich auch nicht mit dem höheren Preis.

Für mich ist Five Guys mit Abstand der beste Burgerladen in Dortmund. Die Burger schmecken einfach jedes Mal top: saftiges Fleisch, frische Zutaten und vor allem das geniale Konzept, bei dem man sich den Burger genau so belegen kann, wie man ihn haben will – ohne Aufpreis und mit extrem viel Auswahl. Der Service ist durchgehend freundlich, schnell und entspannt, selbst wenn viel los ist. Dazu kommt die lockere Atmosphäre, in der man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Auch die Portionen sind absolut fair, gerade im Vergleich zu anderen Burgerläden. Ich habe viele Burger in Dortmund probiert, aber Five Guys würde ich jederzeit allen anderen vorziehen. Qualität, Geschmack, Konzept und Service passen hier einfach zusammen. Für mich eine klare Empfehlung.

Gerade mit Kindern ein gutes Preis Leistungsangebot. Refill und Sauce nach Wahl ist echt gut. Super leckerer Shake. Pommes sind sehr lecker. Der Burger auch, aber etwas trocken.

Letzte Woche zweimal dagewesen und immer das Essen zum Tisch geliefert bekommen. Das kannten wir bisher noch nicht, war aber nett 😄. Wir lieben die Cheeseburger und Fries (im Erdnussöl frittiert) und auch die Shakes sind super cremig. Das Personal an der Kasse war sehr freundlich und gut gelaunt. Wenn Fastfood, dann hier. Wir finden es immer lecker.

Ich habe 40 Minuten auf meinen Hamburger gewartet. Am Ende bekam ich einen kalten Burger mit Cheddar-Käse, der nicht einmal geschmolzen war. Das ist meine erste Bewertung überhaupt, und ich muss sagen, dass die Erfahrung enttäuschend war.

Die Burger hier sind wirklich sehr empfehlenswert – saftig, lecker und immer frisch zubereitet. Ein Burger pro Person ist für uns nicht genug. Mein Mann und ich bestellen deshalb meistens drei und teilen sie. Besonders praktisch ist der Getränke-Becher, den man für endlose Refills kaufen kann. So kann man verschiedene Drinks ausprobieren und immer wieder nachfüllen. Außerdem kann man sich an den Erdnüssen unbegrenzt bedienen. Mayo und Ketchup gibt es kostenlos dazu. Das Personal spricht meist nur Englisch, was aber überhaupt kein Problem ist, da es sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ist. Einziger Nachteil: Die Musik ist oft zu laut, was nicht für jeden angenehm sein könnte. Man zahlt hier zwar mehr, aber dafür bekommt man alle Toppings kostenlos dazu. Für Fast Food finde ich es zwar etwas teuer aber es Lohnt sich.

Ist absolut Katastrophe der Laden. Es gibt nicht mal Menus und für 11,95€ einen kleinen Burger lohnt es sich nicht mal. Ich kann den Laden keinem empfehlen.

Große, leckere Burger mit doppeltem Burger

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, hiermit möchte ich mich offiziell über einen äußerst unangemessenen Vorfall in Ihrem Laden beschweren. Meine hochschwangere Schwester und ich befanden uns am 30.12. gegen 19:30 Uhr in Ihrem Geschäft. Als meine Schwester die Toilette aufsuchen wollte, wurde sie von einem Ihrer Mitarbeiter absichtlich mit Wasser bespritzt. Dieses Verhalten war nicht nur respektlos und entwürdigend, sondern stellte auch eine potenzielle Gesundheitsgefährdung dar. Bei den kalten Temperaturen besteht für eine hochschwangere Frau ein erhöhtes Risiko, krank zu werden. Der Vorfall hat meine Schwester emotional sehr belastet und sie in der Öffentlichkeit bloßgestellt. Ein solches Verhalten ist absolut inakzeptabel und entspricht in keiner Weise einem professionellen Umgang mit Kundinnen und Kunden. Der betreffende Mitarbeiter war männlich, eher klein, dunkelhaarig und trug eine Brille. Er war zum genannten Zeitpunkt, am 30.12. gegen 19:30 Uhr, im Laden anwesend. Ich erwarte, dass dieser Vorfall ernsthaft geprüft wird und der Mitarbeiter entsprechend zur Verantwortung gezogen wird. Sollte dieser Vorfall ohne Konsequenzen bleiben, werde ich Ihr Geschäft künftig nicht mehr betreten und es auch in meinem Umfeld keinesfalls weiterempfehlen. Ich bitte um eine zeitnahe Rückmeldung zu dieser Beschwerde. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Food has not been good!!! (not fresh)

Fries were good, but the burger wasn't (mushrooms barely cooked, buns cold).

This is the worst hamburger I have ever eaten. Five Guys is terrible in every way. The burger was bland, soggy, and completely low quality. The soda was awful too — flat, tasteless, and cheap. The ice cream and milkshakes were just as bad, with no real flavor at all. Considering how expensive this place is, the food is a total disappointment. Absolutely not worth the money. I would never recommend Five Guys to anyone, and I definitely won’t be coming back.

Never again, a disaster!! I paid 94 euros for 5 burgers. The fries were cold! The drinks dispenser was awful. When I spoke to an employee about it, they said, "Yeah, that's how it's supposed to be, it's normal." The burgers are truly mediocre. I paid by card. The card reader and my banking app immediately showed the debit was successful. Apparently, the cashier didn't accept it. I had to pay again. The second time, the same thing happened, only it supposedly worked. I asked several times for a receipt so I could submit it to my bank, but I didn't get one. My husband and I order from here whenever we feel like treating ourselves to some classic burgers! The burgers are so thick and juicy and grilled to perfection. The topics are completely customizable to your preference and the best part is, UNLIMITED TOPPINGS! While the burgers are a little bit pricier than most fast-food places, the quality is absolutely worth it.

The veggie offers are not recommendable at all but the normal burgers with meat were very tasty

All great but having the staff shout out the numbers for the pick up is beyond me. A led board for writing down the numbers would be a perfect benchmarking of MacDonald's that would add value and would not make either the staff or the customers feel bad. You get a good old plain paper bag containing your fries and burger. The burger is wrapped in aluminum foil. Unwrapping is brilliant; the aluminum foil prevents any of the burger from slipping and the bun gets a nice, greasy moist texture. And there's plenty of grease, typically American. Ordered with UberEats. The bag looked completely dirty upon arrival. The fries were cold and soggy, bad even for delivery fries. The fries were scattered all over the bag, except in the designated cup. The hot dog gave me Ikea vibes. It was quite tasty, but definitely too small for the price and quality.
