Schon oft hier gewesen und werden auch weiterhin zurück kommen. VORSICHT JEDOCH VOR TASCHENDIEBEN! Nach unseren Beobachtungen lauern viele am Hansaplatz und beobachten alles von draußen, trotz der vielen Polizei. Ich war ausnahmsweise etwas unvorsichtig und war glücklich das mein Mann mich rechtzeitig gewarnt hatte. Ich habe meine Tasche dann sofort zu mir genommen und zack ist der vermutliche Taschendieb auch schon wieder rausgelaufen. Aber gut da muss man selber auf seine Sachen aufpassen. Ansonsten sind wir immer zufrieden! Das Personal ist zu 95% stets freundlich und bemüht und sehr kinderfreundlich. Die Burger waren bisher immer super, insbesondere die vegetarischen oder veganen, es war auch nie zu fettig oder ähnliches.

Ich bin schockiert, ich habe einen glutenfreien bürger bestellt und habe deshalb auch extra ohne pommes bestellt, weil diese nicht glutenfrei sind. Meine freundin hatte einen bürger mit pommes bestellt und schlussendlich kam der glutenfreie burger auf dem teller mit den pommes an und wurde somit vertauscht. Hätten wir das nicht selber bemerkt, wäre es zu einem desaster geworden. An leute mit Zöllakie oder einer unverträglichkeit empfehle ich es nicht weiter.

War ganz okay, hab aber schon bessere Hans im Glück in anderen Städten gesehen.

Speisen und Getränke waren originell und lecker. Leider waren die Wartezeiten sehr lang, mehr als 20 min bis zum Bestellen und weitere 30 min bis zum Essen sind viel zu lang. Schon früher sollte das Personal Hinweise geben oder einen Zettel aufhängen.

Vielfältige Auswahlmöglichkeiten, super lecker. Super auch für Vegetarier. Tolle Mitarbeiter. Gerne wieder!

Toller Laden essen geht schnell und ist lecker. Mitarbeiter sehr nett und zuvorkommend... Sehr empfehlenswert beste Hamburger und auch vegetarisch sehr zu empfehlen.

Ich finde, sie sollten die warmen Pommes frites von der Karte nehmen, die ja weltweit beliebt sind. Es ist ein super Laden für Tiefkühlpommes, die mitten im Sommer serviert werden, als wären sie vom Vortag übriggeblieben. Beim Lesen anderer Bewertungen habe ich gemerkt, dass ich nicht die Einzige bin 😄 Der Hamburger war nicht so toll. Ich habe schon richtig gute, sättigende und leckere gegessen. Meine Bewertung bezieht sich auf die Hamburger. Ich kenne die anderen Gerichte nicht und werde nicht wieder hingehen 😉

Essen und Location super. Nur die Bedienung sah aus als ob Sie aus einer Tabledance Bar kam. Helles Top ohne BH und superkurze Shorts. Beim bezahlen ist ihr ausversehen fast die Brust rausgefallen. Wir sind nicht prüde aber ein schickes T Shirt von Hans im Glück wäre echt professioneller gewesen.

Eines der besten Burger-Restaurants in Dortmund. Das Restaurant bietet auch leckere alkoholfreie Cocktails. Es gibt viele vegane und vegetarische Gerichte sowie eine Auswahl an Salaten und Brot.

Aber die Sitze haben eine zu dünne Polsterung, dadurch sitzt man echt hart. Sehr wenig Platz zwischen den Sitzreihen.

Nie wieder. Bestellung erfolgte über Wolt. 17:47 bestellt - Lieferung erst 19:20. Wolt berichtete, dass Lokal benötige länger als erwartet. Dann nach nochmaligen Kontakt mit Wolt:,,Lokal hatte was vergessen." Essen ist kalt und ungenießbar gewesen, bei Ankunft. Unmögliches Restaurant.

Wir waren gegen 15 Uhr bei ‚Hans im Glück‘ und wurden super versorgt. Bestellt haben wir den ‚Glücksgriff‘ und den ‚Pestoprinz‘ – dazu den Mango-Ingwer-Eistee und den Drachenfrucht-Guave-Limetten-Durstlöscher. Alles war sehr lecker! Besonders der Umamibratling aus Pilzen beim Pestoprinz hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Soße harmoniert perfekt mit dem Burger und alles blieb schön an seinem Platz – kein unordentliches Essen. Bei dem Glücksgriff war die Hähnchenalternative sehr authentisch und knusprig. Die Auswahl an veganen und vegetarischen Gerichten ist riesig, da findet wirklich jeder etwas. Außen und innen war alles sauber, auch die Tische und Getränkegläser waren top gepflegt. Rundum eine klare Empfehlung!

Das Essen bei Hans im Glück war insgesamt sehr lecker. Wir hatten einen frischen Salat sowie Burger mit Süßkartoffel Pommes. Burger war ok die Pommes schön knusprig. Insgesamt eine positive Erfahrung!

Es ist gemütlich aber sehr eng. Der Service war super. Essen war ganz O.K., der Burger war lecker, sowie die Pommes aber die waren leider nur lauwarm. Alles im ganzen bin ich satt geworden, ich werde da aber nicht mehr hin gehen.

Das Essen war gut, frisch zubereitet und lecker. Sauber war es nicht, die Mitarbeiter waren nicht freundlich, bis auf der Kellner und die Dame die uns das Essen gebracht hat. Toiletten waren auch nur bedingt sauber was sich in einem Lokal dieser Art nicht gehört.

Das Getränk ist komplett ausgelaufen und hat das gesamte Essen durchnässt. Das Essen ist ungenießbar und ich konnte nichts davon essen., nie wieder !!!!!

Ich habe einen Avocado & Egg Burger und Pommes bestellt (Lieferung). Leider habe ich Süßkartoffelpommes bekommen und das Ei im Burger war nicht komplett durch…. Wie man im Video sehen kann, sieht man noch das Eiweiß. Ich habe mehrmals versucht mich telefonisch zu melden, aber es geht keiner ran. Nicht empfehlenswert!

Super lecker und super freundlich! Es kam in guten Abständen, regelmäßig die Bedienung um sich zu erkunden ob alles passt.

Ich habe dort gegessen und es war geschmacklich ganz anders als in den Buden die sagen sie machen den außergewöhnlichen Burger. Das war wirklich außergewöhnlich. Die soßen sind echt geil und das essen generell ist der Hammer. Sehr geil immer qieder gerne

Essen war eigentlich gut, nur 4 Sterne aber weil es keine Ya'ummi Soßen gibt!

Wir waren schon einmal dort und hatten schöne Erinnerungen, daher war unsere Enttäuschung bei unserem letzten Besuch umso größer. Das Essen war sehr durchschnittlich – der Geschmack war nichts Besonderes und entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Obwohl das Restaurant fast leer war, stand die Qualität in keinem Verhältnis zum Preis. Wäre es sehr voll gewesen, hätte man der Küche die Schuld für die Hektik geben können, obwohl das die Qualität des Essens nicht hätte beeinträchtigen dürfen. Leider lässt sich in dieser Situation keine Rechtfertigung finden. Für einen Burger dieser Qualität, ohne Pommes, wären maximal 8–9 € angemessen.

Das Essen hat super geschmeckt. Es gab auch eine reichliche Auswahl an veganen und vegetarischen Speisen. Aufgrund des Mittagsmenü hatten wir ein gutes Preis Leistung Angebot. Der Service war sehr schell und freundlich

Die nehmen regelmäßig die Beilagenportion Pommes bei Lieferando raus, damit man mehr Geld ausgibt. Ich unterstütze das nicht und gebe dann lieber meh geld woanders aus, wo man nicht so etwas zu erwarten hat. So vergrault man sich Stammkunden. Setzen 6.

Waren erst zum zweiten Mal hier. Die Burger sind sehr lecker. Aber leider ist nicht der neue erklärt wenn man einen Zusatz dazu buchen möchte. Wie teuer der dann ist kann man auf der Karte nicht ersehen sieht man dann erst auf der Rechnung. Selbst die Kellner wissen nicht genau wo man es finden kann. Kellner waren im Ganzen alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, liegt aber wohl an der Verkaufstrategie der Franchise Gruppe.

Auch mit Rollstuhl und Hund kein Problem. Waren schon öfter da und immer mit dem Essen zufrieden. Sehr gute vegane und vegetarische Auswahl 🌱

Mir gefiel die Atmosphäre des Lokals sehr gut, die Einrichtung ist ansprechend, man kann per QR-Code bestellen, die Wartezeit ist kurz und der Service freundlich. Ich war wirklich begeistert und werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und es weiterempfehlen.

Essen top, Service klasse – wirklich schwer, hier etwas auszusetzen. Das einzige „Extra“: die Aussicht. Sonntag, 17:00 Uhr, Vorspeise auf dem Tisch – und draußen am Hansaplatz gibt’s parallel Live-Programm aus der örtlichen Drogenszene. Quasi Dinner mit Breaking Bad-Charakter. Der Laden selbst macht alles richtig. Nur das Fenster serviert leider ein etwas anderes Menü.

Wunderschönes Lokal, das Essen war sooo lecker und das Personal ist da sehr freundlich. Die Tische sind etwas zu klein, vorallem wenn man mit mehreren dahin kommt, sollte man sich auf ein platz problem einstellen. Das Essen und Trinken, sind vom Preis her überhaupt nicht Teuer. Ich kann Hans im Glück nur weiterempfehlen.

There were three of us (two adults and one child). Despite the wintry temperatures outside, the restaurant wasn't heated that day. We overheard a neighboring table mentioning that the heating was broken. Some guests were even wearing winter jackets at their tables. I find it rather odd that this wasn't mentioned at the entrance. The seats are covered in felt and not padded. The felt is covered in stains at almost every seat, giving it a very dirty appearance. The food tasted quite good, but unfortunately, it had become too cold for the room. The service was very friendly and quick. However, it wasn't particularly busy at the time. In conclusion, I wouldn't necessarily go back.

The service and food were excellent. It was just very cold, so we ate wearing jackets. There were cobwebs on the windows and the toilet hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time. A shame :(

The food tasted good, but there was a bit of a wait. The interior is very nice, and it's even nicer to sit outside in the summer. The market square is simply beautiful.

It was cold; I had to wear a down jacket to stay warm. The place smelled strange, sour. The portion of fries was ridiculously tiny for almost €9 and tasted awful. The burger was okay, but not filling. The cocktails were okay, and the service was good and fast. I'll never go back.

We were told the heating was broken when we asked, and it was extremely cold in the restaurant. Guests were sitting there wearing winter jackets, some even scarves and hats. There was no sign on the door with any information about the situation. No complimentary hot drink was offered as compensation. In the end, the waiter (deliberately) tried to charge us an extra €20. Furthermore, there were numerous problems with the equipment, etc. Everything had to be reset several times. All in all, it was a very disappointing experience.

It's not nice when you get almost cold food.

Yes, it's Hans im Glück, after all. Anyone familiar with the chain won't be disappointed. Friendly staff, good service, delicious food, clean restrooms. All in all, highly recommended! It's a former bank, and in the basement, practically in the old vault, they have a private restaurant for those seeking something a little out of the ordinary. A slightly dark location, but with charm and character.

COLD Fries were cold, Burger was cold, The entire place was completely cold, Espresso was also cold, not recommended, really.

We booked a table relatively spontaneously and it was a great evening. The food was excellent and served quickly and piping hot. The service was friendly, helpful, and a little cheeky. We got the hint about the barn – "usually three people sit on the bench" 😜. Keep it up! 👍 However, we had the feeling the heating was broken because it was quite cold. That's the only reason it was so crowded on the bench 😁. We'll gladly come back when it gets warmer.

That was my first and last time there. The vegan burger tasted alright, but it was cold and only had a few toppings. The single lettuce leaf was limp and wilted at the edges. The golden fries were too dark and also cold. The café crema was incredibly weak, more like brown water. The waiters kept coming back with dishes for neighboring tables, but at least they were friendly. Overall, mediocre quality at completely exorbitant prices.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hans im Glück is simply next level. An incredibly strong, warm team – relaxed, very friendly and approachable, and full of positive energy. The atmosphere is laid-back and modern, and you immediately feel welcome. And the food? Excellent. Every bite is a hit. Top-notch quality and taste. You can tell: People with passion work here. Highly recommended.

Pleasant atmosphere and delicious wheat beer

The food is generally good, but today, just like last time, the fries were only lukewarm and the bread with the salad was very hard, whereas it usually comes fresh and soft, even warm! 🤷🏼‍♀️ I also had to search for the avocado cream today, and compared to the last two times, there was hardly any. Somewhat disappointing. The restrooms are, as last time, very dirty, and so are the seats. Somehow, it just doesn't feel right anymore and doesn't make me want to go back.

We waited at least 20 minutes for a few drinks, even though it wasn't very busy overall.

My family and I came for the Dortmund Christmas market and our last stop was HANS IM GLÜCK before driving to Köln - what a perfect choice 😊 Perfect burger - cooked just right with great flavor and quality ingredients. The lunch combo offers fantastic value. The atmosphere is wonderfully unique with its forest-themed interior - the trees and creative decor create such a welcoming and lovely environment. The team was friendly and attentive, making the dining experience very pleasant. The location at Hansaplatz is convenient and the whole experience was excellent.

I ate there yesterday, December 20th, around 1 p.m. and had a truffle smash burger with mushrooms. And I got terrible food poisoning. ---- I didn't eat anything else that day. I was there with a friend, and we ate the same thing, except for the burger. After a few hours, my stomach already felt strange. And after 5-6 hours, I started feeling really nauseous. I had to vomit everything up several times. And today I still don't feel well. Something was seriously wrong with it!!! ---- The service was slow; you always had to ask someone, but they were friendly. The food itself was tasty; I just wish it hadn't been spoiled, then it would have been five stars. ---- The ambiance is nice, but the chairs/benches are very uncomfortable and tiny. As a short person, I barely fit. The water at the sinks downstairs by the restrooms is much too hot. Surely that can be adjusted? There's even a warning that it's hot. But the water that came out was boiling; it was almost impossible to wash your hands. --- I hope management takes care of the spoiled food.

The food was tasty; we only had a quick snack once: avocado sweet potato fries and once garlic cheese sweet potato fries. The service was very friendly, but everything took a while. We sat for quite some time without anyone taking our order. The Coke arrived practically after we had finished eating, and the same thing happened with the payment! The ambiance is nice, but personally, there are far too many tree trunks. The seating isn't particularly comfortable.

Because my family is familiar with "Hans im Glück," we knew what drinks and food to expect. The food in Dortmund was also delicious and plentiful. The service was friendly, though some of the staff created a hectic atmosphere. This was a bit annoying, but understandable given the large number of guests and the loud acoustics in the dining area. Unfortunately, many of the seats were dirty (a poor solution). The menus on the tables had also seen better days. The lamps had been exposed to dust for too long. A few minor touch-ups throughout the restaurant would be advisable. The women's restrooms smelled bad and were very dirty. I've never experienced anything like it.

Very tasty and a good atmosphere.

Unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly. The burger is now only McDonald's quality, but costs around €13. The path to the toilet was paved with toilet paper and it stank. You couldn't wash your hands because the water was so hot you burned yourself.

I recently visited Hanse im Glück and was served by Firas – and I have to say, he was absolutely fantastic! Firas was friendly, attentive, and cheerful the entire time. He took the time to answer all our questions, offered recommendations, and was always immediately available whenever we needed anything. Even though the restaurant was packed, he remained calm, professional, and welcoming. The food arrived quickly, the order was correct, and we simply felt very well taken care of.

The moment I walked in, I was enveloped by the comfortable, modern atmosphere – cozy, warm lighting, lots of wood, everything very inviting. You can immediately tell that they place great importance on creating a beautiful ambiance. The burgers were absolutely fantastic: fresh, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. You can tell that the ingredients are high-quality and not just thrown together. The sides – especially the fries and sauces – were also delicious and complemented everything perfectly. I'd particularly like to highlight the service: super friendly, attentive, and totally relaxed despite the restaurant being busy. That's exactly how it should be. One star is actually too much. We were there with several people, and some burgers and drinks were forgotten or brought incorrectly. The dessert we ordered never arrived. It was a complete disaster. Other locations have always been excellent, but Dortmund was a total letdown.

Unfortunately, it was a complete disaster. The food didn't arrive, was late, cold, or the wrong food, and the whole visit took three hours. Never again!

Food was okay, service was awful. Food was delivered incorrectly several times, and hot drinks, because they came from a machine, were only lukewarm at best (according to the staff, they couldn't be made any hotter). Even though the restaurant wasn't full, we had to wait 45 minutes for a drink. If you eat here with a group, expect someone to have finished eating and drinking before everyone has even received their beverage. Unfortunately, truly awful.

Despite the huge crowds, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The vegan selection was excellent!
