Sehr Lange Wartezeiten, unvollständige Bestellungen. Was will man mehr? Auf den Werbetafeln wird ein Menü mit Bier suggeriert und an der Theke gibts nur alkfreies.

Seit fast 10 Jahren bleibt das für mich der beste Burgerladen 😊 Der Smash Burger hat sich zwar im Laufe der Zeit leicht verändert, schmeckt aber trotzdem immer noch richtig gut. Komme jedes Mal gerne wieder her.

Früher war es sehr gut. Jetzt ist es richtig schlecht.

Schade ich habe früher gerne hier gegessen und tatsächlich war früher das Motto "Best Burger in Town" auch richtig, weswegen ich den Laden oft weiterempfohlen hatte. Aber die Qualität nimmt immer weiter ab, die Burger werden immer kleiner und die Preise steigen und steigen. Die zwischenzeitlichen Änderung der Speisekarte war noch gut, bei der man nur noch Smashburger im Programm hatte und dafür die Preise gesenkt hatte. Leider wurde diese Änderung wieder zurückgenommen und die jetzigen Smashburger sind unterirdisch. Mittlerweile kann man den Laden gar nicht mehr empfehlen, sehr sehr schade.

Ein nettes kleines Lokal, um schnell zu Mittag zu essen. Das Essen ist sehr gut.

Besitzerwechsel. Schade. War einer meiner Lieblingsburger. Smash Burger. Statt 110g, nur noch 80g.

Wie immer absolut köstlich. Hätte das Personal vernünftig Deutsch gesprochen und mich nicht “Bruder” genannt, hätte ich auch 5 Sterne vergeben.

Also FB in der City bei möller war echt enttäuschend, leider war das bun ziemlich trocken und das Fleisch nicht so krass. Brackel FB bester Laden, krankes fleisch und juicy buns!!! Geht nach Brackel!

Waren heut dort gewesen, super Essen, frisches Gemüse und leckere Pattys. Kommen aufjedenfall wieder!

Die Burger sind gut, aber mittlerweile auch kleiner geworden. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass die Patties dünner geworden sind. Geschmacklich ist es immer noch gut. Und bitte diese Funktion mit dem "Trinkgeld" rausnehmen. Ich meine man holt sich selber das Essen und die Getränke und man öffnet sie Getränke auch selber. Wozu dann diese Abfrage mit dem Trinkgeld.

Burger kamen komplett kalt an. Ein Mal und nie wieder!!!

Vorbestellt, leider sind als ich es abholen wollte alle in die Pause gegangen und es wurde mir gesagt, dass ich leider nochmal 30 mins warten muss

Wir haben Burger und Pommes bestellt. Enttäuschend. Auf dem Burger war 'ne kleine Tomatenscheibe und quasi keine Sauce drauf. Das war mal anders. Die Süßkartoffelpommes waren nicht durch. Die Qualität hat im gleichen Maße nachgelassen, wie die Preise explodiert sind. Das war das letzte Mal.

Die Burger waren mal echt lecker, die Auswahl abwechslungsreich und der Laden sehr gemütlich. Alles ist ziemlich runtergewaschen was die Größe und Qualität angeht. Es gibt jetzt effektiv nur zwei Burger - mit und ohne Käse. Bei den Patties kann man zwischen Beef, Chicken Tenders und Falaffel wählen. Also gibts mehr Variation darin als in den Burgern selbst und zusätzlicher Belag kostet 1 bis 2€ drauf. Die Bilder haben ziemlich wenig mit dem platten Ding zu tun, das ich ausgepackt habe. Dass die Größe der Pappboxen sich da effektiv verdoppelt hat, hat schon eine humoristische Note. So platt wie der Patty war, hätte da ein zweiter auch keinen Unterschied gemacht. Am Service gibt es nichts auszusetzen. War wohl aber mein letzter Burger hier.

Katastrophale Organisation und Wartezeiten

Leider nicht mehr Food Brother wie wir es kannten. Sind einen längeren Weg gefahren und wurden entäuscht. Mini Burger, Fleisch (Rind) war so dünn wie noch nie erlebt, die Burger-Brötchen waren von oben + unten verbrannt, sodass man den Geschmack immer im Mund hatte. Die Pommes waren 0-8-15 dünne TK Pommes. Alles in allem nicht mehr das, was wir von früher kannten. SCHADE!

Burger klein, lieblos, nur 1 Personal vor Ort

Ich sage nicht, dass McDonalds gut ist - ich sage nur, dass Mc‘s besser ist als der Müll.

Bin eigentlich großer Fan von Food Brothers gewesen. Der Slogan „Best Burger in Town“ fand ich sehr passend, die Burger waren echt der Hammer. Aber das, was ich gestern gegessen habe, war ne fette Enttäuschung. Die „Pattys“ waren dünn wie Papier. Ich wünschte, ich würde übertreiben, aber sowas habe ich wirklich noch nie gesehen. Ich glaube, dass das ein Versuch von nem Smashburger war. Doch selbst für einen Smashbuger war das viel zu dünn. Und so wenig Fleisch. Man muss nicht mit jedem Trend mitgehen. War seit Beginn echt ein großer Fan und großer Supporter, aber ich werde hier nicht mehr essen. Außerdem war das Fenster im Restaurant kaputt, weshalb es auch sehr kalt war. Pluspunkte waren der Service und die Pommes.

Seit dem Inhaberwechsel nicht mehr zu empfehlen, leider. Vorher waren die Burger wirklich mega.

Das ist leider nicht mehr das Food Brother was man von früher kennt Hat sich herausgestellt dass ein Inhaberwechsel stattgefunden hat. Preise sind zum Teil deutlich gefallen, jedoch leider auch die Qualität der Burger. Fleisch war durch das extreme Drücken/Pressen beim Anbraten extrem dünn und dadurch einfach totgebraten. Alle andere zutaten waren qualitativ auch nicht mehr wie noch vor ein paar Wochen. Pommes waren okay

Geiler Burger. Immer wieder! Der Double Supreme ist der beste Burger im Angebot.

Die Burger sind mega Lecker .Vorort bestellen und essen gibt es nichts auszusetzen ABER liefern funktioniert nicht so gut egal ob lieferando/Ubereats oder die eigene Webseite . Getränke ständig falsch. Kommentare werden nie berücksichtigt. Und ans Telefon geht leider auch niemand.

Great food They just can't seem to get the pickup times right (allow at least 15-20 minutes longer).

The self-proclaimed "Best Burger in Town" is ridiculous, because the quality and service are now truly abysmal. We received the wrong order (a meat burger instead of a vegetarian one). We had no way to complain about the order. No one answered the number provided, and it was impossible to place a new order. Even if the amount is refunded in the next few days, I would strongly advise everyone not to order from Food Brother in the future. There are many better and more affordable alternatives available these days.

The food was delivered incorrectly and no one could be reached to complain. The food was also cold. The quality is really bad these days, and the service even worse.

Overall, the burgers are very tasty, but the staff looks a bit exhausted, so they are served cold. I would give the food 5 stars, and the interior seems normal but not completely finished.

One of the best burgers I've ever had! It tastes amazing and is delicious right down to the last bite! The fries were also delicious! I'd definitely go back!

We were here a few years ago and again today. We were impressed, as always. Great burgers, super crispy sweet potatoes. The place is a little run-down and could use a few renovations here and there. But otherwise, really delicious.

Took a little longer but the food was great

I come here every time I go to Dortmund. I think the burgers and fries are absolutely delicious. The beef bacon is, of course, the highlight. The service is sometimes a bit annoying when you have to wait 10-20 minutes because it's so busy, but that's actually a good thing. Always happy to come back. Best regards from Munich!

Food Brother Dortmund – Addictive Burgers ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ We had the Supreme Burger and the Double Beef Burger with cheese and bacon – and what can we say: The quality is truly top-notch, the taste is disproportionately good, and you'll definitely be full. The value for money is also good: For an additional €5, you get a meal with fries (including sauce) and a drink – very fair and absolutely recommended. The indoor seating is available, but rather basic and not exactly designed for long lingering – more of a snack bar than a lounge. Outside, there's currently only one standing table, which is a bit of a shame. A few stools or outdoor seating would make the experience much more pleasant. In conclusion: If you want to eat really good burgers, this is the place to be – but the seating comfort could definitely be improved.

We arrived at 9:30 p.m. and the door was locked, so we knocked because an employee was standing right outside. He shouted through the window: "If the door's closed, it's closed?" What kind of behavior is that?

At 9:30 p.m., we found ourselves in front of closed doors...notice the opening hours listed above and online. A young man at the counter looked at us for a few moments before loudly and rudely (yelling) telling us that if the door was closed, the store was closed. Simply rude and disrespectful to the customers! Plus, the store has ZERO vegan options! What a shame...

Food Brother at Kleine Beurhausstrasse 20 in Dortmund offers a selection of freshly prepared burgers that impress with their quality and taste. Particularly noteworthy is the “Supreme” burger, which offers a real taste experience with a juicy patty, fresh ingredients and a special sauce. The sweet potato fries are a recommended side dish and round off the menu perfectly.

Simply old, cold and stale burgers delivered. We order for 37€(!) and get 2x cold drinks (the highly trained bullet turners can do at least one thing), 2x cold fries, 1x completely cold burger and 1x burger with lukewarm meatballs, the rest is cold. Instead of saying we screwed up, they blame Lieferando and promised me that I would get a voucher from Lieferando. But nothing happened, Lieferando just sent me a standard email. If you read this, I am He lied on the phone and has no sense of honor and is responsible: we have often ordered from you, it will never happen again, it is 100% your fault for lying to me without honor.

I didn't eat anything there because I didn't like the atmosphere in any way. Was there with a few people, just drank a coke. Ambiance was very uncomfortable, no menu, the toilets were unacceptable. I wasn't interested in the taste of the food anymore, so I didn't order anything. Originally I wanted to go out and wait in the car. Everyone as they want, nothing for me where I want to stay.

The food was really very good, very juicy burgers. The fries were also very flavorful. The service was also super friendly. Unfortunately, the ambience wasn't very good - it was super cold in the store, the toilets weren't very clean and the seats weren't comfortable either.

The food is top. The burgers are super tasty, the fries are perfectly fried. Both the normal fries and the sweet potato fries are really delicious. The staff is nice and processes the order quickly. I've never been disappointed, always happy.

EDIT: The prices are getting higher and higher and the patties are getting smaller, so downgraded to 3 stars. By far the best burger shop in Dortmund. Unfortunately, the staff changes very often and sometimes you catch employees who don't have it (yet) and then it doesn't taste good either, but still without question 5 stars. Once you've eaten there, you won't be able to eat burgers from the competition (McD and BK).

It's been a long time since the burgers were a bomb, but they've worn off, it's a shame to try again, I had to wait a long time for service, it wasn't even brought to the table, it's a shame.

The burgers at this fast food joint are really tasty! The service is quick, the staff are friendly, and the music selection creates a pleasant atmosphere. In terms of taste, the burgers are convincing across the board, although the prices are a bit high. Another positive thing is that delivery is possible, which is very practical. For the quality and service it's definitely worth it and I'll be happy to come back. Absolute recommendation!

It's such a shame but unfortunately it's so bad and for the price. You can also go to any McDonald's around the corner. No special fries 0/8/15 like at every McDonalds, Curlys are not available at all. Burger sauce and the burger in general, simply the worst I've ever eaten in a Burger Fililae. The service is also bad, visitors come and go tables are not even wiped down. Really a disappointment, no more visits there.

I ordered a chicken burger from FoodBrother and it gave me food poisoning. Üüüünot recommended at all!

We used to think it was the best burger in the world. It was simply a taste experience. It has now changed. The bacon was tough as a shoe sole. The pattie has changed in taste. The bun isn't as tasty anymore either. All in all, I have the feeling that the quality is being sacrificed, but the prices are getting higher and higher. The store also needs renovation again. Doesn't look very inviting anymore.

The guys behind the counter seemed annoyed and not particularly friendly. Instead of the sweet potato fries that were ordered and paid for, there were normal fries and the burgers were dry and not as good as in the other branch in the city.

Ordered from Lieferando on Saturday evening at 9 p.m. At 10 p.m. Foodbrother's order was canceled! It may well happen that you can no longer deliver all orders within opening hours. But: You have to check this immediately after receiving the order and not make the customer wait for an hour and then cancel! Very disappointing

Price performance a bit off, fries so-so too

Die Burger sind lecker, aber mit 9,50 € für einen einfachen Burger recht teuer. Der Lader selbst ist kalt (keine Heizung) schlicht und ungemütlich, ( Holzbänke und Holztische) und laden nicht zum langen verweilen auf, was wohl auch nicht gewollt ist! Die Qualität der Burger hat im Laufe der Jahre stark nachgelassen...schade.

Was there again after a long time. There is a large selection of many different burgers and sauces. The burgers tasted incredibly good, only the bacon was a little tough, but that's definitely not the norm. The fries and the respective sauces were also convincing. Likewise the simple but cultural ambience. As is often the case, the only major negative point is unfortunately the prices. I think 9 euros for a standard burger without a drink, fries or other side dishes is just too much. Therefore only 4 stars.

Sorry guys, you used to be good when you had your first shop on Brückstrasse. Unfortunately I have to say that today was the last time I was with you. The reasons? 1. The meat is way too thin. This automatically excludes the enjoyment that a burger is supposed to give you. 2. The price. 9.50 euros as the minimum price for the smallest burger is easily 3 euros too high. Even if you get a double beef burger with a side dish and pay at least 16.50 euros for it, you won't really get full. 3. None of the components really stand out. Not the bacon, not the cheese. The onions dominated everything. 4. The sauces were sparse today, almost distributed with a pipette. I didn't taste them in any bite. Why the stinginess when the price is so high? There should already be ketchup and mayo in there. 5. The table was not clean and the shop was too cold. 6. There hasn't been BBQ sauce in a long, long time. 7. The FB special sauce tastes very good, but essentially quite exactly like a Yoppie sauce. 8. The fries are good but too salty. My personal conclusion: I have to say with a heavy heart that today was the last time I was there. My standards are now higher and I'm much more likely to live up to them if I make my own burger.

Die besten Pommes die ich jemals gegessen habe. Ich hatte etwas getrödelt bei der Heimfahrt und das Essen wurde fast kalt. Die Pommes waren trotzdem die besten!! Wie das geht ist mir ein Rätsel. Die Burger waren auch sehr lecker und gut verträglich.

SEHR unfreundlich am Telefon, ohne Gruß angeblafft worden und mitgeteilt bekommen, dass man keine telefonischen Vorbestellungen mehr annehme, sondern nur noch Bestellungen über Lieferando und Wolt annehme. Also nix mehr mit „kurz vorher anrufen und dann eben den Burger selbst abholen“. Hätte man auch freundlich sagen können ohne einem das Gefühl zu vermitteln, man würde stören. Ich esse meinen Burger gerne warm und das funktioniert nunmal nicht mit den genannten Lieferdiensten, außerdem kommen die nicht für einen Burger. Könnte man vielleicht dazuschreiben, wenn man schon die Telefonnummer ins Netz stellt. Warum sollte man sonst da anrufen?
