Jedes Detail des Hamburgers wurde mit höchster Präzision zubereitet. Der Geschmack ist einfach köstlich. Das Brötchen besteht aus Zutaten bester Qualität. Ich muss ihn unbedingt wieder bestellen.😊

Ich habe Eat Prime von meinem Cousin empfohlen bekommen und war wirklich begeistert. Ich hatte dort einen Cheeseburger und der war unfassbar lecker. Das Fleisch war saftig, der Käse richtig gut und nicht dieser typische Plastikkäse. Insgesamt einfach ein sehr stimmiger, hochwertiger und geschmacklich richtig guter Burger. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder hingehen und kann den Laden nur empfehlen.

Super freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, da fühlt man sich direkt wohl. Der Burger war lecker und für den Preis echt stark. Preis-Leistung passt hier absolut. Bin auch gut satt geworden. Insgesamt echt ein solides, empfehlenswertes Essen zum fairen Preis.

Super nette Mitarbeiter, Essen war top und Portionen sind groß so dass man definitiv satt wird! Nur zu empfehlen!

Das waren einer der besten Burger die ich je in meinem Leben gegessen habe und das obwohl ich schon einige Burger schon verspeist habe. Das Fleisch, die Saucen, der Bun, der Salat wirklich alles am Burger war perfekt und die Zutaten waren frisch. Die Ambiente vom Laden spricht auch für sich. Der Laden befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend. Ich habe meinen Burger mit Vogelgezwitschern genossen. Ich kann diesen Laden wirklich jeden empfehlen.

Ich habe folgende Bestellung aufgegeben: Smashi, Pommes frites, Wedges, San Sebastian Cheesecake und Coca-Cola 1,0 l. Alles wurde geliefert, außer dem Smashi, der 7,90 gekostet hat. Ich habe mir die Rechnung des Lieferanten angesehen, auf der der Burger nicht aufgeführt war, obwohl ich dafür bezahlt hatte. Ich habe zweimal angerufen, aber keine Antwort vom Kundendienst erhalten. Kurz gesagt: Der Burger kam nicht und das Geld wurde nicht zurückerstattet. Die Qualität des Essens lässt zu wünschen übrig: Erstens sind die Pommes nicht heiß und praktisch geschmacklos. Der Käsekuchen ist auch mies, weil er sehr klein ist. Insgesamt das Schlechteste, was ich je in meinem Leben gegessen habe, kann ich nicht empfehlen.

Die Burger schmecken wirklich sehr gut und ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

Eat Prime eigene App benutzt, um zu bestellen. Nach einer Stunde wurde die Bestellung storniert und niemand geht dort ans Telefon danke für nichts.

Ich habe gestern bestellt Lieferzeit war okey ,richtig lecker kann ich mur weiter empfehlen.

Über Lieferando von einem ihrer Ghost-Kitchen Angebote (Mr. Beast Burger) bestellt und über eine halbe Stunde gewartet, bis die Bestellung einfach storniert wurde. Es ist auch offensichtlich, dass hier Bewertungen regelmäßig gelöscht werden.

Warum nimmt man die die Bestellung (über Lieferando) erst an und stornieren dann nach 30 Minuten!? Das ist eine Frechheit, ohne Rücksprache! Extrem schlechter Service.

Ich habe bestellt gehabt, der Oriental Burger hat alles übertroffen und war mega lecker, nicht nur die Fleischqualiät auch die Toppings waren mega lecker. Ich habe nicht nur das Gefühl gehabt ich bin satt, sondern auch gesund gegessen zu haben. Kann ich jedem empfehlen, aber 1 Burger hat mir nicht ausgereicht, deshalb habe ich mir noch ein Crispy Chicken bestellt und der war echt lecker. Empfehlung ist raus :) !

Es gab bei meiner Bestellung ein kleines Missverständnis, aber der Chef war extrem kulant und super nett – wirklich nicht selbstverständlich! Die Burger waren außerdem richtig, richtig lecker. Auch der Fahrer war top: freundlich und zuverlässig. Insgesamt ein rundum toller Service. Ich kann den Laden von Herzen weiterempfehlen – für mich der beste Burgerladen! 🍔❤️

Warte zwei Stunden obwohl 40min angegeben waren. Rufe an um zu fragen wo meine Bestellung bleibt, mir wird gesagt „Fahrer steht im Stau“ obwohl der Weg maximal 15min durch ein Industriegebiet geht. In der Geschichte Dortmunds gab es dort keinen Stau, dreist. Essen gut.

Ich bestelle regelmäßig bei Eat Prime und kann dieses Restaurant wirklich wärmstens empfehlen. Das Essen ist immer frisch, lecker und kommt heiß an. Besonders positiv: Sollte doch mal etwas fehlen, wird es ohne Diskussionen sofort nachgebracht. Preis-Leistung ist absolut top, die Qualität stimmt und ich bin jedes Mal zufrieden. Für mich ganz klar eines meiner Lieblingsrestaurants ⭐️🍽️

Ich schreibe nur eine Bewertung, weil man mich darum gebeten hat. Allerdings ändert es nichts zu meiner Meinung. Ich habe hier schon öfters bestellt, sowohl als Freunde hier waren als auch, wenn ich allein esse. Ich bin jedes mal zufrieden mit dem Service. Die liefern meist überdurchschnittlich Pünktlich bedeutet, wenn bei mir 50 min steht. War er teils auch mal nach 25 Min bei mir. Auch muss ich sagen, dass die super aufmerksam sind, bei einer Lieferung ist mal die Cola Flasche kaputt gegangen, ich selbst hab gesagt "passiert nicht schlimm" und habe auch gemeint, dass es nicht erstattet werden muss. Allerdings hat das Restaurant bei meiner nächsten Bestellung eine extra Cola mit gebracht. Gerade solche Momente zeigen mir, dass ich bereit bin mehr zuzahlen als man gewohnt ist. Ehrlich gesagt, finde ich den Preis nicht mals Teuer, für die Qualität bin ich absolut zufrieden mit dem Preis.

It was a really bad experience. My order was placed two hours ago and still hasn't arrived. When I called, they said it would be here in ten minutes – but another hour has passed. What a waste of time.

Totally disappointing. The place was unkempt and barely clean. The staff were unfriendly. The food was poor quality; the meat was extremely thin and tasteless. I absolutely do not recommend it. We gave the place another chance, but the delivery was even worse because it arrived so late.

We waited 2 1/2 hours. After calling after more than an hour, we were told they were very busy and it would take another 15 minutes or so. We called again after about 2 hours. We were told the driver was on his way. And he was. The food was still warm when it arrived. But the vegan schnitzel plate definitely needs rethinking. It was cut into small pieces on top of the fries, so you ended up with the schnitzel rather than the fries as a side dish.

When my team and I got hungry at work and were craving burgers and fries, we called Uber. From the ordering process to the delivery, everything was quick and enjoyable. When the driver finally arrived, we were in a rush. He was so loving and polite, and the charm of a pop star was truly captivating! We'd be happy to use him again, and praise him.

With their unreasonable and disrespectful behavior, they lost seven customers at once today. My complaint was contested, I was lied to on the phone, no attempt was made to accommodate me, and then he simply hung up without comment and never answered again.

I've never experienced anything like this before. I ordered through Uber Eats. After five minutes, I received a call saying the doner meat was no longer available and the order would be canceled and refunded. Shortly after, I received a bill from Uber for the full amount because I allegedly wanted to cancel even though the food had already been prepared. I then spoke to the manager of the shop and explained that his staff had entered the cancellation incorrectly. Instead of correcting it and giving me my money back, the only response I got was that I shouldn't worry about it, because the staff don't have time to deal with it, and it would stay as it was.

I ordered through Lieferando, and the wait time was okay. However, when the food arrived, it was cold. When I asked the driver, I was simply told that I had to call the restaurant... I was told on the phone that the order would be canceled. I don't think there's anything else to say.

The "Smashy" was incredibly delicious. The meat was juicy and the bread was nice and soft. The Twister fries were also impressive. Despite being delivered, they were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The Crispy Chicken Burger was, unfortunately, only average. Typical frozen patty and no special sauces. It was okay in the 2-for-1 offer, but I wouldn't buy it at full price.

I've experienced a lot, but this is the absolute rudeness!!! I don't usually write reviews, but the people who read them "DON'T" order. €42.00 order for 2 burgers, 1 fries, 1 twister, 2 sauces, plus a 1.0-liter drink. The patties were just as thick as at McDonald's!!!!!! If you're going to pay so much at your place, then don't "go for the meat." I understand a lot about how expensive everything has become and at the same time wages have increased. But to be ripped off as a customer for what you get is beyond words.

The burger was simply a 12 out of 10. Juicy meat, fresh ingredients and a bun that held everything together. Highly recommended.

I can't say much about the ambiance because I ordered, so I'll ignore the review. I can't say anything about the food because it hasn't arrived yet (so I'll ignore that too), but that brings me to my actual point: I ordered and paid at 2:37 PM, now it's 5:16 PM, and the Uber app says my food is still not ready. Well, I call at 4:30 PM, the food is on its way, and now, after almost 50 minutes, unfortunately, I still haven't. If my food arrives in this lifetime, you'll hear how it went. Maybe the owner can at least get this one star. Edit: Up until now, I could have just slaughtered the cow myself, formed the patties, stirred the dough for the buns, kneaded and baked them, and chopped the onions and lettuce so I could make the damn burgers myself. After about three hours, I'm fed up, and the order is canceled. Honestly, people, others describe the same problem. Call the customer, be proactive, and tell them you can't handle it, and don't keep them waiting. This was the first and last time I order from here.

Smashburgers weren't good, I'm not picky either, but they were very dry. The meat was black on the bottom and the cheese had hardened because the cheese was burnt. At least you have enough money for it, so you can make the effort to prepare it properly

An absolute disaster – if I could give 0 stars I would! I waited three hours for my food - and it just didn't come! When I contacted the store, the employee couldn't speak German and only said that it would be delivered "in 10 minutes". In the end it took another 40 minutes and still nothing came. So I canceled the order. What's particularly noticeable is that anyone who pays by card seems to have to wait an extra long time. An absolute no-go! This seems like a pure rip-off. I really don't understand how Lieferando can work with such stores. That was the first and last time - never again!

I ordered here for the first time today. The food was delicious, still warm when it arrived and it was delivered quickly. In terms of price it is also okay. The burgers cost about the same as other well-known chains and are sometimes even cheaper.

Because he didn't have a doner bag, he simply made me a doner plate even though I only wanted fries. The great thing was that he only makes a kebab plate without fries and takes the same money Doner meat is not even fresh but never comes out of a packaging again

We ordered onion rings and no onion rings were delivered to us without any information. We called the owner and he said they didn't have any left. We didn't even get the money back. Apparently he wanted to deliver 9 rings instead of 6 rings the next day. Of course he didn't have that either. It's a scam

Fraud at its best. Food came over 1.5 hours late, then a burger was forgotten to be delivered. After the phone call we were assured that it would be delivered within 30 minutes. 1 hour No burger later, no possibility to complain as it is now closed. Never again and I will report that they have my money.

After our vacation and our appetite for burgers, it didn't seem entirely successful from the outside, so we stayed at the only table in the restaurant that specializes in delivery services. The service was really great, the sweet potato fries were served with our own sauce for the food we ordered. The regular fries were very good, as were the burgers! Any time.

The food is okay, the delivery times are abysmal and generally just not good.

Ordered at 7:42 p.m. and still no food at 9:50 p.m. Absolutely bottomless in the middle of the week. Then you just have to organize yourself better when you have so many orders. At 10 p.m. a week you want to go to sleep and not still have to wait for your food for which you paid €40.

Great food, we order burgers here every time. It costs a little bit more, but the quality is also top. When something was forgotten, it was quickly delivered with an extra cookie as an apology. Top service and good food, I can only recommend it.

NEVER AGAIN! We ordered there and the food came over an hour later than stated! I tried calling the store 5 times but to no avail...no one answered. When the food arrived after more than 2 hours, it was only lukewarm and not really of the best quality... the puny lettuce leaf alone looked like it had been there for a week... I haven't experienced something so outrageous in a long time!

Well, the chicken wings had obviously been kept warm for a long time, just like the nuggets. But at least the nuggets were through on the inside. The wings were dry and still raw inside. The "marinade" was apparently beef broth. The sour cream tasted like starch (???), the nachos are a dry tortilla without any seasoning or topping. Plus a smaller portion than you get in the cinema for €4.50, but it costs €6. The burgers are tiny, one person out of five was full, and they generally don't eat much. Fries were lousy, but delivered fries are always not very good. I think the American sauce is ketchup, mayo and horseradish, without anything else. So the basis of a cocktail sauce, but not quite. The churros were the highlight and received the rating: “Not bad” The shop opens at 1 p.m. We received our food at 1:55 p.m. (super quick since delivery doesn't take place until 1:45 p.m.) so I really don't understand why the chicken pieces were kept warm for so long. They were all dry and hard in places. I've worked in a kitchen like this and know that it's caused by keeping things warm for too long. However, I also know that you don't HAVE to keep anything warm between 1 p.m. and 1:55 p.m.

What… Happened? It was the smallest, tasteless portion of everything ever. The nachos were tasteless, nuggets were hard, wings looked overcooked yet raw on the inside and the burgers were small. I guess the only positive was churros. Honestly, felt like throwing money away.

Ordered there last time... again paid 3 euros for 2 free cheddar sauce because there was none on the burger. After I called there and the person on the phone couldn't even get a straight sentence and said the boss would call soon, absolutely nothing happened. I didn't get my cheddar sauce or my money back! I've eaten burgers there several times and they're generally tasty. But when the driver came in with the dirty Lieferando warming bags and the food was delivered to us, I felt really sick. If the bags look like that, what does the kitchen look like... A hygiene check must definitely be carried out there! We don't order there anymore

We waited almost 3 hours for our food, called several times until someone finally answered and said that no one had any idea what was going on with the order and they weren't doing it anymore. Because of the 40 € via Paypal, I have to call the next day to get it back. I should now order again from another branch.

I ordered via Lieferando (at 11:01). A kebab plate and fries After 30-40 minutes my food came. You could tell everything was fresh. Meat was still hot! And the fries were crispy and well seasoned. The salad is crunchy. And very important enough sauce for meat. I have €20.00 for both but it's okay. Definitely ordering there again.

War früher mal recht gut aber nun sind die Preise saftiger als die Burger. Hat echt nachgelassen der Laden... schade. Lieferzeiten werden auch selten eingehalten.

Wir haben über Lieferando bestellt . Über 2 Stunden haben wir auf das Essen gewartet. Obwohl eine Lieferzeit von 45 min mit geteilt wurde. Bei der telefonischen Rückfrage wurden wir sehr unfreundlich abgewiesen. Das gelieferte Essen (Burger und Salate) waren eine Zumutung . Der Burger war kalt, das Fleisch trocken gebraten und auch optisch nicht appetitlich zubereitet. Die Salate waren matschig und die Salatverpackung war komplett durchgeweicht . Zudem war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ein Witz . Wir waren entsetzt über die Qualität des Essens und auch über die kleinen Portionen .So schlechtes Essen habe ich noch nie geliefert bekommen !!!! Wir bestellen dort NIE wieder !!!!

Burger war okay. Das Bunn war gut. Fleisch Etwas zu durch und etwas wenig gewürzt. Curled Fries waren gut! Personal nett. Ambiente im Laden ist bestenfalls als "rustikal" zu bezeichnen.
