Tasty Burger in Dortmund

Die Burger und die Chicken bites sind sehr lecker .

Wir haben zwei bürger bestellt und 2 pommes ich hatte einen ,,crispy chicken bürger" der im Angebot war(50%) dennoch habe ich den kompletten betrag zahlen müssen, das Fleisch war nichtmal paniert und deshalb garnicht knusprig und die pommes waren auf gar keinen fall frisch! Haben nach alten, wahrscheinlich 2x aufgewärmt geschmeckt und das geht garnicht!! Die soße wurde auch falsch geliefert.

Habe EINEN Burger bestellt und der hat anderthalb Stunden gedauert um fertig gemacht zu werden :/

Keine Empfehlung, nicht bestellen. Hähnchen trocken. Service unfassbar unfreundlich, habe bestellt und statt auf Fehler zu reagieren wird, will man sich aus der Verantwortung ziehen und versucht auf die Fahrer die Schuld zu schieben. Hat mit guter Gastro und Kundenzufriedenheit wenig zutun.

+2 Std. für die Lieferung gebraucht. An der Tür den Lieferanten drauf angesprochen und dieser meinte selbstgerecht, in unseren Angebaben steht bis zu 90 Minuten Lieferzeit. :/ Essen war ok. Hätte wenigstens mal wer geschrieben oder angerufen, dass es später wird, wären es 4 Sterne geworden.

Bereits mehrmals hier bestellt. Die Burger sind super und die Pommes und Zwiebelringe sind auch nach der Lieferung knusprig. Sehr empfehlenswert ist auch der Halloumi Burger

Ich habe bei Tasty Burger in Dortmund einen Chickenburger sowie die Chicken Filet Bites bestellt. Leider waren beide Produkte extrem trocken, zäh und praktisch ungenießbar. Nachdem ich dies freundlich reklamiert habe, wurden mir neue Speisen gebracht. Zu meiner Enttäuschung waren diese jedoch genauso trocken und von schlechter Qualität wie die ersten. Besonders negativ war für mich der Umgang mit der Reklamation. Der Mitarbeiter reagierte sehr unfreundlich und verhielt sich aus meiner Sicht respektlos und beleidigend. Statt einer kundenorientierten Lösung fühlte ich mich als Gast nicht ernst genommen. Leider war sowohl die Qualität des Essens als auch der Service eine große Enttäuschung. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung kann ich das Restaurant nicht weiterempfehlen.

Die chicken bites, waren alt und wurden einfach nochmal fritiert L. Dementsprechend hart und trocken waren sie, die Dinger gingen in den Müll. Auf meinem Burger der auch nicht sonderlich Toll war, hat zudem der bacon gefehlt der aber abgerechnet wurde.

Lieferung falsch, Nachlieferung nach 2,5 Stunden nicht eingetroffen...Dann können wirs auch lassen 🤷

Wir haben das Essen bestellt und ich muss sagen : großartig ! Frisch und lecker ,Lieferung hat sehr gut geklappt ,alles war super verpackt und die Pommes einfach spitze ! Wir werden wieder bestellen

Angegebene Lieferzeit wird nicht eingehalten und das ist kein Einzelfall. Die Burger sind in Ordnung, die Beilagen nicht. Die Bites und Tenders kommen trocken an und die Pommes sind labbrig. Falschen Soßen/Dips kommen an. Bildet euch selbst eine Meinung, aber da es in Dortmund eh unzählige Burger Läden gibt, hat es sich hiermit für mich erledigt.

Heute Tasty Burger gegessen… 🍔🔥 Ich kann nur eins sagen: Manche Burger sind einfach Essen, aber dieser hier macht einfach glücklich. Wenn du ihn noch nicht probiert hast, verpasst du echt was. Hol ihn dir, iss ihn heiß und genieß jeden Bissen.

Wenn man schon das Essen über online Lieferdienst anbietet dann soll man vielleicht es auch liefern oder wenigstens ans Telefon ran gehen…

Tolle Auswahl, Tischservice und mega leckeres Essen😋 Nur leider gab es kein Besteck und es gab nur zwei Tische draußen 🙈 Ansonsten absolut zu empfehlen 👌

Ohne viel Erwartungen bestellt was ich bekommen habe war pure Qualität sei es Pommes Burger oder ganz besonders die soßen vor allem chillen cheese. Ich bin positiv überascht.

Erlebnis mit dem Essen, das ich nicht wiederholen möchte. Ich habe eine Portion Hot Wings bestellt, aber als das Essen ankam, wusste ich nicht, wie ich dieses Gericht überhaupt nennen soll.

Ich bin fassungslos über so viel Unhöflichkeit. Nicht nur, dass auf das Essen vergeblich gewartet wurde, man wird am Telefon auch noch ignoriert und weggedrückt. Wer sein Essen und einen Mindestrespekt gegenüber Kunden schätzt, sollte woanders bestellen!

Vom 31.03.2026: Hach, die belegten Brötchen, sind so lecker! Vor allen Dingen mit Bulette und Zwiebeln/Remulade. Super lecker! Wenn ich das nächste mal wieder in Dortmund bin, und zufällig in der Nähe, werde ich das Salamibrötchen testen! Jawoll, das werde ich tun.

Ich habe zum ersten Mal bei Liferando bestellt und muss ehrlich sagen, dass ich ungefähr eine Stunde oder länger gewartet habe (ganz abgesehen davon, dass ich über 6 km entfernt wohne). Das Essen kam dampfend heiß bei mir an und gehörte ehrlich gesagt zu den besten, die ich hier in Dortmund probiert habe... Glückwunsch!

Wir haben im Dezember dort bestellt und haben 1,5 Stunden gewartet - war kein Problem. Heute war wieder eine Lieferzeit von 90 Minuten angegeben und das Essen kam nach 30 Minuten. Ich glaube es liegt einfach daran wie viel zu tun ist. Wir sind hier zufrieden und der Fahrer ist nett. Essen ist nicht mehr heiß, aber für uns die perfekte Temperatur zum Essen. Haben für 4 Burger etwas über 30€ bezahlt - ist in Ordnung.

Essen ist Top aber am Wochenende bis zu 3 Stunden Wartezeit. In der Woche 5 Sterne da geht's schneller

Die Burger waren sehr lecker! Die Dinger sind richtig durchdacht und super ausgewogen. Mir fällt nichts ein was man da besser machen könnte. Die Pommes sind sogar noch besser. Keine Ahnung ob die zugekauft oder selbstgemacht sind... spielt am Ende auch keine Rolle, da sie einfach überragend sind. Hier wurde nochmal mit etwas Stärke nachgeholfen um den bestmöglichen Crunch zu erhalten. Genial. Wenn man bedenkt, dass das ganze auch noch geliefert wurde muss man sagen, dass diese Qualität in Dortmund seinesgleichen sucht. Chapeau 👌🏽

Wir haben heute über Lieferando bestellt. Das Essen war in weniger als 30 Minuten da und richtig gut. Die Burger, davon einer vegetarisch, waren sehr lecker. Endlich mal ein vernünftiges Gemüsepatty 😍 aber wie perfekt kann man denn Pommes liefern?! Die waren der Hammer. Wir sind sehr zufrieden 🫠

Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, vor Ort zu essen. Ich habe dennoch drei Cheeseburger zum Probieren gekauft. Der reguläre Preis liegt bei 15 € pro Burger, selbst der gezahlte Preis von 5 € pro Stück erscheint mir im Verhältnis zur Qualität zu hoch. Der Patty war Tiefkühlware. Die Bestellung erfolgte ohne Tomaten und Zwiebeln, was den hohen Preis jedoch nicht erklärt. Insgesamt leider nicht empfehlenswert.

The order was delivered incomplete. The replacement wings were rock hard and tasted like they'd been sitting in the fridge for two days. The delivery also took far too long. And then there was the argument when I complained.

The burgers are great and the people are lovely, but the delivery times on weekends are extremely long. No chance of getting it in under two hours, unfortunately. I'm still waiting... Update: Order received. 2:45 a.m.

I ordered through Uber Eats, a 2 for 1 offer. The delivery driver arrived with one of the items, and the owner started yelling at me and threatening to call the police. As for me, I'm letting it come to a formal complaint. I don't recommend this place.

I ordered via Uber Eats. I live practically around the corner from the store, and it took them an hour and a half to make two burgers and a pair of fries. The burgers weren't hot anymore. The delivery driver sat in his car in front of the house for at least six minutes before coming up. I want my tip back. €15 as the regular price for a Smash Burger is way over the top, and the €7.50 I spent per burger with the 2-for-1 deal wasn't cheap either. The food itself tastes pretty good.

Unfortunately, there's only outdoor seating on wooden benches. When it rains, you get wet, and because of the construction, you end up sitting crookedly. The staff are friendly and quick. I ate there, and the price is perfectly reasonable. The fries were very good, warm, and crispy, and the burger was fresh and good. Unfortunately, the burger wasn't warm enough; it was almost cold. However you manage, even if you order and have it served there. Given the overall situation, I can't recommend it.

3 hours late and the food was cold and soggy and the bread from the burgers was hard. Nausea and stomach pain were inevitable.

The burgers are great, fries, and everything else are also very good. One star deducted because delivery always takes a while, and unfortunately, they forgot to bring a drink. But the driver was very nice, thank you!

Addendum: An attempt was made to have this review deleted. So, a total of three failures to provide acceptable customer service were made! This franchise will not receive any more money from me due to this poor treatment of the shift manager/driver leader and social media mod! They could pull themselves together and own up to their mistakes and learn from them, or they could continue to scare people away and have reviews deleted... 2.5 hours after ordering, and 45 minutes after the "should be with you right away, it's just around the corner" message, the food arrived. It was probably simply forgotten, but then you can also own up to it, make it fresh, and throw in a Coke. The food was reheated (it arrived at room temperature), but still quite tasty.

The order was supposed to have been here 30 minutes ago. We've been waiting for over two hours, and no one in the store is answering.

I ordered through Lieferando and have been waiting for my food for two hours. I've tried calling several times, but no one has answered. I guess I won't see my money again.

If I could give stars I would give them less. The staff is super dismissive, they were rude and didn't know how to respond. I didn't know if they were talking to me or Teo, a client. According to them, their wait times on Sundays are 90 minutes, but the Liferando app didn't say that, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered. It told me that if I didn't want to wait, then I should cancel it, which wasn't that difficult either. 😤 That's how you lose customers.

Ordered during the week via Lieferando, around 9:15 p.m., still no food at 11:06 p.m., no one could be reached by phone, and the money was gone. Great. Update: The food was delivered at 11:31 p.m. from a different branch. 10 out of 10 service, and the food was still warm and delicious.

Offering a single cheeseburger with a 100g patty for €15 is an absolute cheek. I can get brioche buns from the bakery, meat from the butcher, and vegetables from the organic market, and with normal margin calculations, I'm still cheaper.

Dortmund's best burgers & the fries are simply perfect! Fair value for money, there's absolutely nothing to complain about. I recommend local pickup.

I ordered food from Dortmund Kirchhörde via Lieferando today, a Sunday afternoon. After waiting for two hours, I called and my order arrived 20 minutes later, and the driver didn't leave until then. The side dishes were generous, but they were very dry and not well seasoned. The burger, however, was almost okay; unfortunately, there was too little meat in too much bread.

The burger, sweet potato fries, and sauce were amazing. I'll definitely order again 👍🏻 Full marks (I can't comment on the atmosphere, I wasn't there 😅)

My absolute favorite burger in all of Dortmund! Large portions, great taste, and fair prices. Unfortunately, you can't eat in, or I wouldn't recommend it, because there are only two tables without a roof.

Horrible! I ordered through Lieferando last night. Even more than two hours after placing the order, the food wasn't delivered. Around midnight, Lieferando canceled the order. These people didn't even respond to my calls!!! What's even worse is that the restaurant has a different name on Lieferando. I'm sure it's this place because the address and phone number are the same.

Burgers didn't taste good at all and arrived cold. Chicken was fried to match and not crispy. Information that I didn't want fresh onions on it was ignored. Fries and Twisters were hard, as if they had been left there overnight. And finally I forgot a drink, after a call a drink was delivered to me. The store used to be much better. I won't order from them anymore.

Over 2 hours wait for the food. The driver arrived after more than 2 hours with the cold food. After consulting with the business owner, he gave the food back to the driver and demanded the money back. We should contact you again on the next opening day and then they will bring the money to me in cash. I am excited. Unreasonable!

We ordered directly from Tasty Burger for delivery. 60 minutes were given, after 90 minutes I called, "The driver was on the way, would come soon", after 120 minutes I called again and wanted to cancel, "The driver would come now", and he came. Fries cold and soggy, burger luckily still warm and very tasty. Two hours delivery time is absolutely unacceptable!

If you are looking for a delicious and juicy burger, then Tasty Burger is the place for you! The burgers here are simply amazing: fresh bun, perfectly fried meat and lots of delicious ingredients. The sauces are particularly noteworthy - they give the dishes a unique taste. The staff is friendly and quick, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is cozy. My order was prepared very quickly and everything was hot and fresh. I'll definitely be back! Recommended for all real burger lovers! 🍔🔥

I ordered a smash burger and sweet potato fries through Lieferando. Despite the long delivery time there are 5 stars! The food was hot when it came and the burger was really great! Clear recommendation! Fries are great too!

Very good burgers and tasty fries. Ordered via Lieferando but used for collection, ready in time and really good. I can only recommend it. Finally a burger shop that deserves its name and is within reach. Looking forward to next time. Price-performance is more than reasonable.

Ordered something to take away for the first time yesterday and what can you say, it was so hot and tasty that we went back today. The burgers are great and the fries are crispy and well salted. We will definitely come more often!

I ordered from Tasty Burger via Uber Eats at 9:22 p.m., called where my order was at 10:48 p.m. I was told it was on the way. Now 11:23 p.m. Food is finally here, but no longer warm.

Don't know if the chef had a bad day today, but the citizens were much better last time. The burger bread was still very old and full of oil and tasted old. We didn't think it was that great.

Burger was way too greasy, my stomach really didn't feel so good afterwards. It's a shame, I had better experiences with the store.

There is outdoor seating in front of the restaurant, which can be used when the weather is good. I chose the Tasty Bacon Burger, especially because of the combination with avocado, which sounded promising. Visually, the burger made a very appealing impression, the fresh ingredients were clearly visible. However, it didn't convince me in terms of taste. Despite the high-quality ingredients, I found the burger to be too dry, which spoiled the overall impression a bit. Unfortunately, an attractive look alone isn't enough for me - a juicier burger would have significantly improved the experience.

We just ordered for the first time. What can I say? That was a damn good burger! A tasty bacon burger with an extra patty. Definitely highly recommended. The curly fries tasted good. Nicely seasoned but not overly seasoned. Unfortunately it's just a little cold, but that's clear when it's delivered from Hörde to Schwerte. My wife had the Chiliese Burger. Since my wife couldn't quite make it, I was allowed to taste it too. Finally a chili burger that lives up to its name. Great taste and nice and spicy. Just as he should be. The next time we order burgers, we'll come back from you. Thank you for this taste experience

I am absolutely shocked at the behavior of the operators! It is incomprehensible and irresponsible to set off Polish fireworks next to a small baby. The well-being and safety – especially of children – should come first. The noise and danger posed by such actions are completely unacceptable. Anyone who shows so little consideration for other people should urgently become aware of the consequences of their actions. I will definitely avoid this place and can only advise anyone not to spend any time here.

I haven't received my order. No contact with the restaurant. After three hours of waiting, the delivery status changed to "bon appetit" XDD

Food was delivered incompletely after 2.5 hours. A subsequent delivery was promised, but did not take place. I was also no longer able to reach the restaurant by phone afterwards. Simply outrageous.

Fairly good burger..., staff very unfriendly..., almost threatening..., employees are shouted at in front of the customer and insulted as donkeys..., it's a shame about the halfway good food..., no thanks..., no please..., very aggressive atmosphere... , To the owner..., you are the figurehead of your shop..., you have to treat customers in a friendly or at least neutral manner and not be grim and unfriendly..., you are not at the train station

Food arrived an hour later, soggy fries, dry buns and our comments about my girlfriend's allergy were ignored.

Unfortunately, due to the maximally incompetent delivery, my experience with this restaurant was disastrous, even though the food is actually not bad. However, since the delivery took over 2 hours (1 hour was previously stated) and the delivery driver had apparently been on the road with the food for an hour, the food was of course cold upon arrival. Additionally, the status of the delivery was changed to delivered before it even arrived (20 minutes before the delivery was actually delivered). I don't understand how a store with seemingly good quality food relies on such incompetent delivery driver staff.

A truly exquisite meat and bread tower selection that will make your culinary heart beat faster. The prices also make it possible for a student like me to enjoy these digestive diamonds. Only the Texas BBQ Burger gave me an oversized and explosive long-term session on the ceramic throne due to its pronounced jalapeño content. After I freed the last brown bears from Darmstadt, I ended this culinary experience with a smile. Gladly again.

The food is very good. The service is a complete disaster. I was there four times, each time something was forgotten or something was packed incorrectly. Once I ordered it to be delivered and even though I only live about 800m away, it took 2 hours and then something was missing and everything was cold. Sorry guys, good burgers, but with your service bordering on incompetence, I as your customer will simply be out in the future.

Ordered there for the first time today and was very satisfied. Burgers are really big and especially not this standard burger bread. The chicken fillet on the burger was nice and crispy and extensive. The beef burger was also freshly made and extensive. All in all it was very tasty. The delivery person was friendly and even gave me a Fanta... I will order there again.

Very, very tasty burgers. Crispy and juicy chicken pieces and to my surprise the crispiest fries I've ever tasted. So delicious. I hope that wasn't a coincidence but always happens that way. And that despite delivery. Keep it up!

Good bread-heavy burger. Unfortunately, the homemade sauces are not a starch. But the fries are extremely good. The price is extremely fair. Definitely worth recommending. The presentation of the food is Instagrammable. But the ambience leaves a lot to be desired.

I ordered a take out. It was ready within 10 minutes. I ordered Cheesy Burger. It was the yummiest I had, juicy and full of flavors. I also ordered Pommes. They were super crispy and also yummy. Not a diner in place but you can always take out.

Delicious burgers. Unfortunately, I've had the problem several times recently that patties were left on the grill for far too long and were still placed on the burgers. A hard crust had already formed on the edge. More care should be taken here.

Haben dort bestellt und es wurde einfach nicht ausgeliefert, hatten eigentlich schon öfters dort bestellt und lief immer gut. Ans Telefon ging auch niemand mehr. Werden von jetzt an woanders bestellen. Nie wieder.

Das Essen wurde 2,5 Stunden nach Bestellung erst geliefert, telefonische Kontaktaufnahme war nicht möglich. Als das Essen dann da war, waren die Pommes kalt und der Burger klebte an der Verpackung fest, von dem man ihn auch nicht mehr entfernen konnte, leider absolut ungenießbar. Und das bei den Preisen, leider mehr als enttäuschend
