Unreasonably expensive.... Price performance doesn't match at all.....

I used to love to go to Five Guys, since I used to believe that they had the best burgers out of the bunch. Yesterday I went there with my wife and daughter and after eating dinner there we at around 5am we started feeling really sick. All my muscles and skin was hurting and so on. The exact same thing is happening to my wife as well, and as we speak we passed the 24h mark since then. We did not eat anything since then and we barley drank water. Will never go there again or in any 5 guys place.

Prices are relatively high - but tastes good. Everything costs extra.

Very good. However, I also think the price is very impressive. Small fries are easy to serve as a side dish for one person!

Always friendly staff and short wait times. Fantastic fries (and generous portions), great burgers too but for this price I'd expect real cheese rather than US American gooey cheese...

We went for burgers for the first time at 5 Guys. It's a fast food chain like Burger King or McDonalds but a little different. The prices are higher but the size and quantity are significantly better. The burgers also taste very good. We can recommend the small little (that's a normal one for others) bacon and bacon cheeseburger. The small portion of fries is also huge and is easily enough for 2. Drinks have a refill option with a large selection of drinks.

We come at least 3 times a week and are absolutely thrilled with the team and the food! We receive a very warm welcome every time and the food is absolutely amazing! Everything fresh fresh fresh! All the employees are super friendly and you feel welcome. The burgers and fries are world class. It's just a shame that when the weather is nice, the terrace is used by non-paying guests (bathers of the fountain) and as a Five Guys customer you can't sit outside.

If you want to have an American feeling when eating a burger and would like to enhance your burger with all sorts of toppings, this is the right place for you. The meat is very tasty and the fries in particular taste really good. For a large fries you get a 0.5l cup full of potatoes + 1/3 of the amount scattered in the paper bag. A great quantity for the particularly hungry or to share between two people. You can refill sauces and drinks for free and the milkshakes are also recommended there. In terms of price it is a bit more expensive. A burger in particular is not without its own compared to the competition. Overall, very tasty and worth a visit.

I love Five Guys. It's not perfect, but I really enjoy going. But more than that, other things also need to be taken into account. I don't want to say it's dirty, but the employees don't come to the restaurant and keep the tables clean. It is also annoying that many flavors are often not available in the vending machine. It all depends on the day, but overall I enjoy going!

I was very excited to finally try Five Guys, but it was a disappointment. I paid 18.45 for a burger and medium amount of fries. I could get high quality handcraft burger for this price. How is it a fast food restaurant in that sense? Also, the burger was not even delicious, it was completely average, while they gave me a huge amount of fries and their taste was quite mixed to be honest. I'm not sure how is it with other places of Five Guys, but after this experience, I am not much in the mood going back to one of them. But hey, free peanuts :)

Positive: Delicious peakuts, Cajun fries very tasty, free refill of drinks, crispy bacon, clean restaurant Negative: Meat juicy but tasteless, bun COLD, tomato and cucumber ice cold, so the burger overall is lukewarm (on site!) What the….?!? Even in Nuremberg the burger was only lukewarm. How can that be the point of using ice cold ingredients and rolls?!

Small burgers for a big price. Just under €20 for a burger with fries and a drink, you get more in the restaurant. The ambience is also quite sparse.

We were in the area and hungry. I don't go to Five Guys that often and the burger selection is too much to the point of being annoying. You could have ready-made burgers and save having to select every single cucumber and tomato. I ordered for my wife, myself and children. Then you stand there and have to put the thing together. Total waste of time. Service: like in every fast food chain, it doesn't exist. This only consists of a cash register and a pick-up station. However, the staff was friendly and pleasant. Eat: The burger and fries taste good. There's nothing to complain about there. Ambiance: As fast food chains are, there is no great expectation or emphasis Conclusion: Why only 2 stars overall? Overall, not exactly cheap, but €7.50 for a medium fries was the starting point? What is that supposed to be? At first I thought it was a printing error in the invoice. Yes, I could have looked at the price board. But I don't do that when I order a potato side dish. This is an absolute no-go! I think the days of just eating outside are finally over. You even have to think twice about fast food. I know we have inflation and increases in energy prices, etc. but €7.50 for approx. 300g of potatoes without service, dishes and nothing is a disgrace to me!

Burgers are not bad and it's fun to pick your own ingredients and we all know how legendary the fries are. Apart from that, we ended up paying EUR 100 for Burgers and fries (family of four) plus additional EUR 20 as the person did not understand my order correctly and my son got a burger he didn't want. I should have checked before paying. But it's sad that we couldn't meet in the middle.

The shakes there are great. Unfortunately, the operators have a false environmental awareness. They have been giving out paper straws with the shakes for about 2 years. These soften very quickly, so that in addition to the disgusting taste of these straws, it is difficult to drink half of the very expensive shake and then not at all. When I explained this problem to a senior manager, he seemed offended and gave me another straw. I also told him that it was bad for business. No understanding on his part. I haven't been there since. Now I would add that the production of paper products is generally not very good for the environment. Even a paper bag only has a balanced environmental balance after it has been used three times. If I eat or drink something good, please make sure it tastes good too. I already have one guy too many.

It's worth an experience. But in my opinion not as great as it is said everywhere. At the checkout there is an employee who looks at you strangely (or perhaps doesn't understand) when you want to have the principle of ordering explained to you. The idea of ​​free choice of ingredients is actually really interesting, you just have to make sure that the combination fits together. And that the employee at the checkout understood everything correctly (roasted onions are not raw onions)... Drinks are refillable at a flat rate, but when I visited almost everything was empty. There are Cola mixing machines there, but they didn't offer flavor additions. Fries are delicious, ketchup and mayonnaise are available from a dispenser. Ambiance is reminiscent of a diner, but very industrial hall design... All in all OK, but the almost €23 for a burger, fries and a drink isn't worth it (to me).

Ate in THE US fast food chain for the first time with great expectations. Unfortunately overhyped. The burger itself is very tasty. Fries were fine but they were far too much for a "regular size" and the atmosphere is just like a diner or, in our latitudes, a swimming pool...

This Pasing place has great good with great and friendly service.

Just perfect and a lovely place to eat

€12.50 for a burger with a slice of bacon completely without any side dishes. Way too expensive. Meat tasted rancid somehow. Sorry, but every decent McDonald's burger tastes better and costs less on the menu. Bread was 0.0 toasted and also totally dry. Just under €8 for medium fries with a little seasoning and there isn't even any sauce. “Cajun” seasoning tastes 90% like kebab fries for half the price. Over €20 for food without sauce and drink.

The visit was excellent all around, the food was delicious, the staff was nice and it went quickly. The only drawbacks are the high prices and a lot of packaging material, which is unfortunately even given out when you eat on site.

Really good burger, one small fries is enough for 2 people and the snails are really great. 1 star less only for the rather steep price and especially for the massive use of aluminum foil. I don't think every burger needs to be wrapped in aluminum foil. There is definitely a better solution.

The food tastes good, but too expensive. For the price you can get a better burger somewhere else. With the Five Guys Burger the bread isn't as firm and the sauce makes it very flat and tears quite quickly. You don't have the opportunity to hold the burger properly and the topping falls out and is therefore no longer edible. There is no tray and no cutlery. You also have all the sauce on your hands and the only way to clean your hands is with napkins and not refreshing towels. Our hands only smelled like burger sauce. There is also no sink for washing hands.

Small, simple map very clear. Good mix of good burgers and bacon, the fries are absolutely amazing. I also think it's great that when you buy a drink, the refill is free. This means you buy ketchup once and can refill it as often as you want. Mustard sauces are all free to refill yourself. Refill, I have to say again and again. I like going there, but I just found it on my last visit. The meat was a bit seasonless. So you couldn't taste that it was seasoned. Nevertheless, I like to go there and enjoy my burger there

Die Burger sind schon der Hit. Aber die Pommes waren zu lasch. Empfehlen kann ich auch die Shakes. Finde alles etwas zu teuer.

Die Burger sind durchaus gut, aber das Preisniveau ist Irrsinn. 8.50 € für einen kleinen Hamburger, 5.10 € für eine kleine Pommes... Dafür kann ich auch ein richtiges Restaurant gehen und werde sogar bedient.

Food was ok, not sure about the hype and all the quotes on the wall, as the burgers did not live up to those quotes on the wall. The milkshakes however are amazing. Best milkshakes I have had in Munich.

Good milkshake. The fries and burgers are ok for Five Guys. Have had better have had worse. Weird how taste can vary from one to the other when it comes to this franchise. Spacious interiors, pretty empty when we were there on a weekday evening. Always fun at a five guys tho.

Am besten beschreibt man das Five Guys als Fast-Food im Baukasten System. So entstehen mit wenigen Komponenten eine Vielzahl von Kombinationsmöglichkeiten, bei guter Qualität und Quantität. Die Essen werden für jede Bestellung frisch zubereitet, wodurch es zu Wartezeiten kommt. Diese sind jedoch angemessen. Das Ambiente des Restaurants besticht durch seine "Lagerhausatmospäre". Gemütlichkeit kommt da keine auf. Eher funktional, nüchtern. Vielleicht mit ein Grund, warum viele ihre sehr leckeren Essen mitnehmen. Ich komme trotzdem wieder, wenn sich eine Gelegenheit bietet.

Toilette Herren war richtig gut verschmutzt. Tische an denen wir saßen waren von Vorgängern noch immer verschmutzt, Pommes am Boden. Das Reinigungspersonal stand nur rum und unterhielt sich. Getränkeautomat unten nicht nachgefüllt, es gab nur zuckerfrei Getränke, trotz dreimalige Nachfrage wurde nur auf Getränkeautomat im 1 bzw 2 Stock verwiesen. Bei 106 Euro Rechnungsbetrag erhofft man sich deutlich mehr Sauberkeit. Pommes waren gut. Im Burger war trotz Bestellung der Saucen keine drin. Hier noch zu reklamieren war mir dann doch zu müßig. Meine drei Begleiter sahen das genauso.

Zwar sind die Burger hier etwas teurer als beim großen M, dafür kann jeder Burger individuell belegt werden. Qualität ist ziemlich identisch mit denen in USA. Getränke gibt es als refill. Absolutes Highlight für mich waren die Pommes. Sind extrem lecker.

Schlechter five guys in München! Personal klatscht alles rein , schnell schnell ist die Devise. Fleisch wirf nicht kross angebraten , war in der Mitte noch kalt . Zutaten einfach rein geklatscht , pommes waren noch hell . Toilette muss man runter ins Parkhaus laufen, geht nur mit Schlüssel auf vom Personal. Nie wieder ..

Lecker Burger, alles frisch und super Geschmack. Leider ist Five Guys aber auch sehr teuer. Für Burger + Pommes + Getränk zahlte ich fast 22€, da es keine Menüs gibt. Dafür sind es: a) viele Pommes und b) beim Colaautomaten gibt es unglaublich viele Getränkesorten (Coca Cola Freestyle), sehr geil.

Die Pommes sind nicht zu toppen! Bedienung sehr lieb und multilingual und sehr sehr sauber!! Eine Toilette wäre eventuell nice ansonsten top !!

Also Service ist echt Hammer. Burger war halb durch, einfacher. Hab gesagt das der net durch ist, ohne wenn und aber, ohne Diskussion, entschuldigt und einen doppelten nachgemacht. Krass. In Deutschland wird immer diskutiert und gemeckert. Ich rülpse nach 8 Stunden immer noch nach dem Burger aber der war echt geil. Preis ist unterirdisch teuer, aber das ist mir bei dem top Service echt egal.

Die Pasing Arcaden sind eine sehr gute Einkaufsmeile. Besser als in München Innenstadt. Hier gibt es alles, was man braucht, von Büchern über Lebensmittel, Kleidern, Parfümerie wie Rituals, Cafés, Mediamarkt, wenn es um IPhones, Smartphones, Tablets, Fernseher und viele mehr geht. Dasselbe gilt auch für O², der einen guten Service hat und ebenso, aber nicht ganz so gut, aber trotzdem gut für Vodafone. Es gibt dort auch viele Annehmlichkeiten, die das Leben verschönern und liebevoll machen. Ich denke an einen Schmuck für die Freundin oder auch vieles Selber. Die Bekleidungsgeschädte sind sehr gut. Da ist für jeden etwas da. Wir haben noch den großen und weltberühmten Bücherladen integriert, der eine vielfältige Bücherauslage hat. Was mir dort fehlt, ist eine Leseecke wie in München, um das eine oder andere Buch, was man gerne kaufen möchte, zu testen. Wir haben in den Arcaden sehr schöne Restaurants, wie die asiatische Küche. Die Auslagen sind sehr geschmackvoll und laden zum kulinarischen Verweilen ein. Das gleiche gilt auch bei dem italienischen Café, wo ich gerne bei einer Tasse Cappuccino Verweilen und vielleicht einem guten Kuchen oder einem ebenso guten Eis verweile. Die Pasing Arcaden sind rundum für die Bedürfnisse des Menschen sehr gut.
