Five Guys München Pasing Arcaden in München

This was my first visit to this branch, and the quality was good. What stood out to me, and made this location unique compared to others, was that they asked about seasoning preferences for the fries—something other branches don’t do. If I’m ever in this area again, I’d definitely return to this restaurant.

Best Fries. Period. Love the Cajun Fries here. Even the small is good enough for two people as a snack.

Am very satisfied. The burgers are delicious and you're actually full afterwards. I love the fries. They are shelled and fried in peanut oil.

Nothing special except that you can put together your own burger with given ingredients. A positive feature is the Coca Cola Group's refill station with lots of different flavors of soda as well as the ketchup and mayonnaise station where unlimited refills can be made. The packaging of the burger is made of aluminum, the bag is paper, the cup of fries and soda is cardboard and the lid of the soda cup is plastic. Everything ends up in the same trash can, which in my opinion is absolutely not sustainable and environmentally friendly! In my order, the fries were carelessly thrown into the bag, the eye eats with me, so this was my first and last visit to a FiveGuys restaurant.

The citizens simply didn't taste good. Milkshake was very tasty.

The food is expensive but it's worth it, a real taste bomb, the milkshakes came quickly and the double cheeseburger was juicy and grilled perfectly medium rare, in my opinion it's a little too expensive and greasy for me so unfortunately I can only give 4 stars

The price for the burgers, fries and the like is already high at first. However, if you consider that a normal burger (with two patties) and a medium fries are already way too much for one person, you can classify the price differently. In principle, the Little ..... burger and a small fries are enough for you. The quality is good and I liked it. You can refill drinks as often as you want, so €4.10 is ok.

That wasn't a nice visit. I've only been to FiveGuys in London once and I remember it much better. The burgers were lukewarm and quite tasteless. The fries were ok but nothing special.

Good for sharing experiences and local food. Lots of people, lots of attractions, packed tables in the houses. It's worth seeing. Lots of security. All very expensive.

Food was made to order and pretty quick. Everything was good and the portions were pretty big themselves. The shop was also pretty empty on a Tuesday night so it was also quiet.

There are no trays. The burger buns fall apart, the fries are served in a cup and you are served the goods in a bag. You get better service from the competition and the buns are better too.

Great burgers... Nothing fancy but it's still hands down a damn good burger. The milk shakes are also incredible. I only have one complaint = the price. A single Patty Bacon cheese burger 12€ (no fries included) and 7€ for the shake. And they have those mix your own soda machines. Free drink refills and the power to mix your own flavor soda. Raspberry Sprite :-)

The tables outside were borderline clean in terms of cleanliness. Things looked much better inside. The staff was friendly. The prices have now (in my opinion) reached the top. Two burgers, one fries and two drinks in the mid-double-digit price segment is, let's say, very sporty. Overall everything was fine. That's why I give it a total of ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Unreasonably expensive.... Price performance doesn't match at all.....

I used to love to go to Five Guys, since I used to believe that they had the best burgers out of the bunch. Yesterday I went there with my wife and daughter and after eating dinner there we at around 5am we started feeling really sick. All my muscles and skin was hurting and so on. The exact same thing is happening to my wife as well, and as we speak we passed the 24h mark since then. We did not eat anything since then and we barley drank water. Will never go there again or in any 5 guys place.

We went for burgers for the first time at 5 Guys. It's a fast food chain like Burger King or McDonalds but a little different. The prices are higher but the size and quantity are significantly better. The burgers also taste very good. We can recommend the small little (that's a normal one for others) bacon and bacon cheeseburger. The small portion of fries is also huge and is easily enough for 2. Drinks have a refill option with a large selection of drinks.

All the employees are super friendly and you feel welcome. The burgers and fries are world class. It's just a shame that when the weather is nice, the terrace is used by non-paying guests (bathers of the fountain) and as a Five Guys customer you can't sit outside.

If you want to have an American feeling when eating a burger and would like to enhance your burger with all sorts of toppings, this is the right place for you. The meat is very tasty and the fries in particular taste really good. For a large fries you get a 0.5l cup full of potatoes + 1/3 of the amount scattered in the paper bag. A great quantity for the particularly hungry or to share between two people. You can refill sauces and drinks for free and the milkshakes are also recommended there. In terms of price it is a bit more expensive. A burger in particular is not without its own compared to the competition. Overall, very tasty and worth a visit.

Vom geschmacklichen Standpunkt aus sind diese Burger sehr gut. Die Five Guys Pommes sind ein Gedicht. Soßen und Getränk sind refillable. Das große Manko an Five Guys sind allerdings die horrend hohen Preise. Die Größe und der Geschmack des Burgers rechtfertigen die Preise leider nicht.

I love Five Guys. It's not perfect, but I really enjoy going. But more than that, other things also need to be taken into account. I don't want to say it's dirty, but the employees don't come to the restaurant and keep the tables clean. It is also annoying that many flavors are often not available in the vending machine. I was very excited to finally try Five Guys, but it was a disappointment. I paid 18.45 for a burger and medium amount of fries. I could get high quality handcraft burger for this price. How is it a fast food restaurant in that sense? Also, the burger was not even delicious, it was completely average, while they gave me a huge amount of fries and their taste was quite mixed to be honest. I'm not sure how is it with other places of Five Guys, but after this experience, I am not much in the mood going back to one of them. But hey, free peanuts :)

What the….?!? Even in Nuremberg the burger was only lukewarm. How can that be the point of using ice cold ingredients and rolls?!

We were in the area and hungry. I don't go to Five Guys that often and the burger selection is too much to the point of being annoying. You could have ready-made burgers and save having to select every single cucumber and tomato. I ordered for my wife, myself and children. Then you stand there and have to put the thing together. Total waste of time. Service: like in every fast food chain, it doesn't exist. This only consists of a cash register and a pick-up station. However, the staff was friendly and pleasant. Overall, not exactly cheap, but €7.50 for a medium fries was the starting point? What is that supposed to be? At first I thought it was a printing error in the invoice. Yes, I could have looked at the price board. But I don't do that when I order a potato side dish. This is an absolute no-go! I think the days of just eating outside are finally over. You even have to think twice about fast food. I know we have inflation and increases in energy prices, etc. but €7.50 for approx. 300g of potatoes without service, dishes and nothing is a disgrace to me!

Burgers are not bad and it's fun to pick your own ingredients and we all know how legendary the fries are. Apart from that, we ended up paying EUR 100 for Burgers and fries (family of four) plus additional EUR 20 as the person did not understand my order correctly and my son got a burger he didn't want. I should have checked before paying. But it's sad that we couldn't meet in the middle.

The shakes there are great. Unfortunately, the operators have a false environmental awareness. They have been giving out paper straws with the shakes for about 2 years. These soften very quickly, so that in addition to the disgusting taste of these straws, it is difficult to drink half of the very expensive shake and then not at all. When I explained this problem to a senior manager, he seemed offended and gave me another straw. I also told him that it was bad for business. No understanding on his part. I haven't been there since. Now I would add that the production of paper products is generally not very good for the environment. Even a paper bag only has a balanced environmental balance after it has been used three times. If I eat or drink something good, please make sure it tastes good too. I already have one guy too many.

It's worth an experience. But in my opinion not as great as it is said everywhere. At the checkout there is an employee who looks at you strangely (or perhaps doesn't understand) when you want to have the principle of ordering explained to you. And that the employee at the checkout understood everything correctly (roasted onions are not raw onions)... Drinks are refillable at a flat rate, but when I visited almost everything was empty. There are Cola mixing machines there, but they didn't offer flavor additions. Fries are delicious, ketchup and mayonnaise are available from a dispenser. Ambiance is reminiscent of a diner, but very industrial hall design... All in all OK, but the almost €23 for a burger, fries and a drink isn't worth it (to me).

Ate in THE US fast food chain for the first time with great expectations. Unfortunately overhyped. The burger itself is very tasty. Fries were fine but they were far too much for a "regular size" and the atmosphere is just like a diner or, in our latitudes, a swimming pool...

This Pasing place has great good with great and friendly service.

Just perfect and a lovely place to eat

€12.50 for a burger with a slice of bacon completely without any side dishes. Way too expensive. Meat tasted rancid somehow. Sorry, but every decent McDonald's burger tastes better and costs less on the menu. Bread was 0.0 toasted and also totally dry. Just under €8 for medium fries with a little seasoning and there isn't even any sauce. “Cajun” seasoning tastes 90% like kebab fries for half the price. Over €20 for food without sauce and drink.

The visit was excellent all around, the food was delicious, the staff was nice and it went quickly. The only drawbacks are the high prices and a lot of packaging material, which is unfortunately even given out when you eat on site.
