A very nice Five Guys with comfortable seating and refill stations offering a variety of super interesting flavors, including Coke. 🍋‍🟩🍒🥤 The burgers, grilled cheese sandwiches, and especially the fries taste really good here! I love that you can choose from a virtually endless array of toppings. 👏🏻🍔🍟 And then there are the free peanuts and sauces – really great! 🥜 My new favorite fast food place thanks to my boyfriend 😂❤️

I was here today and was disappointed compared to my last visit to Hamburg. The burger was cooked through, and the fries were unfortunately only partially salted. Everyone was nice and friendly. But I expected more!

I spontaneously went there with my family yesterday. They forgot the sauce on my burger. Our daughter's hot dog, which we specifically ordered with ketchup, had mustard on it. The tables outside were all dirty. Sorry, but that's completely unacceptable. We were really looking forward to delicious food and were very disappointed.

I ate very well! The service was very fast, the sandwiches were assembled very well and the quantities were generous, I will definitely be back!

This is my absolute favorite burger restaurant! I've been here many times and have enjoyed the food every time. Whenever I'm craving burgers and fries, this is the place to go. The staff is always friendly and professional, the atmosphere is clean and welcoming, and the quality of the food is excellent. For the price, you really couldn't ask for anything better.

Very tasty burgers, good fries, prices a bit high. On a Sunday evening, the restaurant wasn't crowded, so it was pleasant. While the staff is friendly and competent, they allow teenagers to come in and get free drinks from the vending machine, while you pay about €5 for them.

Known for plenty of fries but reality was different we ordered fries and you could count them on one hand really greedy even though there were plenty and the shop was relatively empty

It’s Five Guys, they have a big name and standards already but I am still going to tell my experience eating here. It was early so there were only a few people there. Service was fine and I ordered a cheeseburger with a few toppings (these are free) and a small fries. Taste wise… the cheeseburger was great and full of real meat! It had two patties stacked together. We all know Five Guys has overpriced fries but it tastes good enough to get once in a while. You will always be full when you eat in Five Guys as the portion is always big. So price to portion ratio of the burger is amazing but a bit overpriced for the fries. Overall… it was great eating here, better than eating in the Five Guys that is in Marienplatz which is always packed and where you have to wait for quite a while for your order.

The cold, almost sterile interior, the burgers are completely overpriced, and the fries were okay! All in all, not recommended!

Sehr leckere Burger, die man individuell zusammenstellen kann. Optional kann man den Burger ohne Brötchen (im Salatwrap) bestellen. Besonders gut ist, dass die Filiale auch Sonntags geöffnet hat, wenn die Pasinger Arcaden geschlossen sind, da der Zugang von außen erfolgt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und arbeitet zügig. Gerne wieder!

Had a great experience at this Five Guys! Everyone was extremely polite and helpful. They quickly replaced my order when it came out wrong, and the guy at the counter was incredibly friendly. Also, the place was very clean — you can tell they really care.

Had a cheeseburger with everything + fries and Kajun seasoning. I'll be honest, it was really okay, except for one thing, which I'll come to in a moment. The burger was large, with two patties (I didn't order extra patties, apparently 2 are standard) and tasted okay, nothing extraordinary, and the fries were VERY generous compared to regular size, which were also okay. I have to say, though, this price... omg... €20 for a burger + fries, both of which tasted average, is WAY too expensive. Please get a gourmet burger for this price and enjoy. This place is nothing special and for the price I definitely wouldn't recommend it. Please save your money, it's just not worth it, in my opinion.

Five Guys Munich-Pasing In my opinion, the best all-American burgers far and wide!!! The menu includes burgers, hot dogs, grilled cheese, BLT sandwiches, and much more! The milkshakes are second to none! The food isn't cheap, but considering the quality, it's justified! The premium burger version costs about the same as the infamous burgers you'll find elsewhere in Germany! But the quality can't compare to Five Guys. The drinks are refillable and offer an incredible selection of flavors! You can customize your burgers to your liking! The patties are made from fresh meat and haven't been frozen beforehand.

The burgers were fantastic. The service was very generous with the delicious fries, and to top it all off, there was a huge selection of free drink refills.

The prices are absolutely exorbitant for what you get. There's not much more to say... €13.50 for a burger, which is of the same quality and available at Burger King with fries and a drink for the same price. The ambiance of this food temple resembles that of an ugly train station concourse.

It doesn't look what you'd expect. The tables are messy, greasy. There were hardly any customers, and they still didn't wipe them. After wiping the table, I was offered a wet serving plate. The food is incredibly greasy, and the tomatoes are glassy. I can't recommend it.

The milkshakes are delicious. I am addicted to them. The staff are very cooperative and fast.

The fast food restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. The burgers are delicious, juicy, and can be topped with any toppings you like. The fries are also really good. There's a wide selection at the drinks station. You can help yourself to as much ketchup and mayo as you like. While you wait for your burger, you can even snack on free peanuts. The value for money is decent. Definitely recommended.

Burgers OK but not particularly well prepared and the price-performance ratio definitely doesn't fit. Got jalapenos instead of champions. Fries mediocre but expensive and the only sauce available is ketchup or mayo. There wasn't much going on, but the wait was still relatively long.

Went there today, no hello, no thank you from the employee at the checkout, just a not-in-the-much attitude unfortunately and with the money you leave behind, is it actually normal that you are at least treated a little more friendly as a customer?! Or am I wrong?

TLDR: "Meh-level" McDonalds burgers for triple the price. The burgers were meh at best, nothing particularly terrible about it, typical big fast food chain type of burger. Super-low quality processed cheese. The price however, it's outrageous, it's outright criminal. 15 EUR for a McDonalds level burger... avoid. If the burgers were half the price they would have been fine.

Nice Five Guys branch. The employees are very friendly and the burgers are always absolutely top, as you would expect from Five Guys. Very good fries and milkshakes.

I worked there a few years ago and have been a customer for a long time, but the service has really deteriorated. If orders are incorrect, nothing will be remade, although the employees will be informed of this during the process. The missing ingredients are carelessly thrown on top and the wrong ingredients are simply left on top. Subpar service for the price, I'll make my own burgers in the future.

I love Five Guys and this branch. First you have to know what an American diner looks like and what to expect there. That's exactly what it looks like in Five Guys. The staff is as friendly as you would expect from a fast food joint. Fits like that. In my opinion, the food is a matter of taste. the burgers are my guilty pleasure food. First of all, they are relatively expensive. You just have to accept it. The fries are special. I love them and they go perfectly with the burgers. Even the small portion is still enough for me. You don't get your food served fancy on a plate but in a bag. When unpacking everything seems a bit muddy but that's exactly what makes it so special. The taste cannot be compared to any other burger. An absolute sin in terms of calories but perfect hangover food. It is important to mention that after a burger with small fries you are really full and not hungry again after an hour like with the Big M with maxi menu + additional large burger. You can get as much sauce as you want. Soft drinks via free refill. But I recommend the American beer, which is reminiscent of pale ale.

This was my first visit to this branch, and the quality was good. What stood out to me, and made this location unique compared to others, was that they asked about seasoning preferences for the fries—something other branches don’t do. If I’m ever in this area again, I’d definitely return to this restaurant.

The greatest burger I have eaten😂..I am not sure if I should go back to my country

War jetzt schon ein paar mal da, anfangs ist man mit dem Bestellen etwas überfordert wegen der 15 möglichen Zutaten und weil man an der Kasse sich irgendwie unter Zeitdruck fühlt, vielleicht bilde ich mir das aber auch nur ein. "All the way" bekam ich als Tip, da kriegt man eine gute Auswahl von diesen 15. Ausserdem empfehle ich immer den Cheeseburger zu nehmen, ohne Käse wirkt der Burger manchmal trocken weil die Pattys ja schon durchgebraten sind. Bei den sehr guten Pommes reicht die kleine Portion völlig, das ist immer sehr viel. Den "Salat Bun" kann man wählen, wenn der Burger besonders low carb sein soll.

Nothing special except that you can put together your own burger with given ingredients. A positive feature is the Coca Cola Group's refill station with lots of different flavors of soda as well as the ketchup and mayonnaise station where unlimited refills can be made. The packaging of the burger is made of aluminum, the bag is paper, the cup of fries and soda is cardboard and the lid of the soda cup is plastic. Everything ends up in the same trash can, which in my opinion is absolutely not sustainable and environmentally friendly! In my order, the fries were carelessly thrown into the bag, the eye eats with me, so this was my first and last visit to a FiveGuys restaurant.
