Nice Five Guys branch. The employees are very friendly and the burgers are always absolutely top, as you would expect from Five Guys. Very good fries and milkshakes.

I worked there a few years ago and have been a customer for a long time, but the service has really deteriorated. If orders are incorrect, nothing will be remade, although the employees will be informed of this during the process. The missing ingredients are carelessly thrown on top and the wrong ingredients are simply left on top. Subpar service for the price, I'll make my own burgers in the future.

I love Five Guys and this branch. First you have to know what an American diner looks like and what to expect there. That's exactly what it looks like in Five Guys. The staff is as friendly as you would expect from a fast food joint. Fits like that. In my opinion, the food is a matter of taste. the burgers are my guilty pleasure food. First of all, they are relatively expensive. You just have to accept it. The fries are special. I love them and they go perfectly with the burgers. Even the small portion is still enough for me. You don't get your food served fancy on a plate but in a bag. When unpacking everything seems a bit muddy but that's exactly what makes it so special. The taste cannot be compared to any other burger. An absolute sin in terms of calories but perfect hangover food. It is important to mention that after a burger with small fries you are really full and not hungry again after an hour like with the Big M with maxi menu + additional large burger. You can get as much sauce as you want. Soft drinks via free refill. But I recommend the American beer, which is reminiscent of pale ale.

This was my first visit to this branch, and the quality was good. What stood out to me, and made this location unique compared to others, was that they asked about seasoning preferences for the fries—something other branches don’t do. If I’m ever in this area again, I’d definitely return to this restaurant.

War jetzt schon ein paar mal da, anfangs ist man mit dem Bestellen etwas überfordert wegen der 15 möglichen Zutaten und weil man an der Kasse sich irgendwie unter Zeitdruck fühlt, vielleicht bilde ich mir das aber auch nur ein. "All the way" bekam ich als Tip, da kriegt man eine gute Auswahl von diesen 15. Ausserdem empfehle ich immer den Cheeseburger zu nehmen, ohne Käse wirkt der Burger manchmal trocken weil die Pattys ja schon durchgebraten sind. Bei den sehr guten Pommes reicht die kleine Portion völlig, das ist immer sehr viel. Den "Salat Bun" kann man wählen, wenn der Burger besonders low carb sein soll.

Nothing special except that you can put together your own burger with given ingredients. A positive feature is the Coca Cola Group's refill station with lots of different flavors of soda as well as the ketchup and mayonnaise station where unlimited refills can be made. The packaging of the burger is made of aluminum, the bag is paper, the cup of fries and soda is cardboard and the lid of the soda cup is plastic. Everything ends up in the same trash can, which in my opinion is absolutely not sustainable and environmentally friendly! In my order, the fries were carelessly thrown into the bag, the eye eats with me, so this was my first and last visit to a FiveGuys restaurant.

The price for the burgers, fries and the like is already high at first. However, if you consider that a normal burger (with two patties) and a medium fries are already way too much for one person, you can classify the price differently. In principle, the Little ..... burger and a small fries are enough for you. The quality is good and I liked it. You can refill drinks as often as you want, so €4.10 is ok.

That wasn't a nice visit. I've only been to FiveGuys in London once and I remember it much better. The burgers were lukewarm and quite tasteless. The fries were ok but nothing special.

Food was made to order and pretty quick. Everything was good and the portions were pretty big themselves. The shop was also pretty empty on a Tuesday night so it was also quiet.

There are no trays. The burger buns fall apart, the fries are served in a cup and you are served the goods in a bag. You get better service from the competition and the buns are better too.

Great burgers... Nothing fancy but it's still hands down a damn good burger. The milk shakes are also incredible. I only have one complaint = the price. A single Patty Bacon cheese burger 12€ (no fries included) and 7€ for the shake. And they have those mix your own soda machines. Free drink refills and the power to mix your own flavor soda. Raspberry Sprite :-)

I used to love to go to Five Guys, since I used to believe that they had the best burgers out of the bunch. Yesterday I went there with my wife and daughter and after eating dinner there we at around 5am we started feeling really sick. All my muscles and skin was hurting and so on. The exact same thing is happening to my wife as well, and as we speak we passed the 24h mark since then. We did not eat anything since then and we barley drank water. Will never go there again or in any 5 guys place.

We went for burgers for the first time at 5 Guys. It's a fast food chain like Burger King or McDonalds but a little different. The prices are higher but the size and quantity are significantly better. The burgers also taste very good. We can recommend the small little (that's a normal one for others) bacon and bacon cheeseburger. The small portion of fries is also huge and is easily enough for 2. Drinks have a refill option with a large selection of drinks.

All the employees are super friendly and you feel welcome. The burgers and fries are world class. It's just a shame that when the weather is nice, the terrace is used by non-paying guests (bathers of the fountain) and as a Five Guys customer you can't sit outside.

If you want to have an American feeling when eating a burger and would like to enhance your burger with all sorts of toppings, this is the right place for you. The meat is very tasty and the fries in particular taste really good. For a large fries you get a 0.5l cup full of potatoes + 1/3 of the amount scattered in the paper bag. A great quantity for the particularly hungry or to share between two people. You can refill sauces and drinks for free and the milkshakes are also recommended there. In terms of price it is a bit more expensive. A burger in particular is not without its own compared to the competition. Overall, very tasty and worth a visit.

I was very excited to finally try Five Guys, but it was a disappointment. I paid 18.45 for a burger and medium amount of fries. I could get high quality handcraft burger for this price. How is it a fast food restaurant in that sense? Also, the burger was not even delicious, it was completely average, while they gave me a huge amount of fries and their taste was quite mixed to be honest. I'm not sure how is it with other places of Five Guys, but after this experience, I am not much in the mood going back to one of them. But hey, free peanuts :)

What the….?!? Even in Nuremberg the burger was only lukewarm. How can that be the point of using ice cold ingredients and rolls?!

Yes, I could have looked at the price board. But I don't do that when I order a potato side dish. This is an absolute no-go! I think the days of just eating outside are finally over. Burgers are not bad and it's fun to pick your own ingredients and we all know how legendary the fries are. Apart from that, we ended up paying EUR 100 for Burgers and fries (family of four) plus additional EUR 20 as the person did not understand my order correctly and my son got a burger he didn't want. The shakes there are great. Unfortunately, the operators have a false environmental awareness. They have been giving out paper straws with the shakes for about 2 years. These soften very quickly, so that in addition to the disgusting taste of these straws, it is difficult to drink half of the very expensive shake and then not at all. When I explained this problem to a senior manager, he seemed offended and gave me another straw. I also told him that it was bad for business. No understanding on his part. I haven't been there since. Now I would add that the production of paper products is generally not very good for the environment. At the checkout there is an employee who looks at you strangely (or perhaps doesn't understand) when you want to have the principle of ordering explained to you.
