Love this place!!! It actually made me try a burger after alot of years..the bacon burger ROCKKSSS!!! And the fries are GOOOD!!

This place is rubbish, the burgers are awful. The bread was cold and the bacon was cold. Five Guys in Berlin is a thousand times better.

The service was bad; the fries had fallen apart in the packaging. The drinks were flat and watery. The fries were very salty. The burger was better than a typical fast-food burger.

I was rather disappointed with my visit. The food didn't impress me, and the quality seems to vary from visit to visit. The prices seemed quite high to me, considering the portion sizes and the quality offered. Furthermore, I would appreciate it if the restaurant placed more emphasis on sustainability – for example, the burgers are wrapped in aluminum foil, which is no longer acceptable these days. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant, even though the concept itself has potential.

Five Guys on Neuhauser Straße offers really good burgers and fries—freshly prepared and deliciously seasoned. The atmosphere is typically American: relaxed and modern, ideal for a quick snack downtown. One small drawback: it's often very crowded, especially on weekends, and the prices are quite high. Nevertheless, it's worth a visit if you're craving really good burgers.

Delicious and expensive A full meal costs 25 euros

Large store located right in the city center. Ordering is possible at the terminal. When picking up your order, the staff sometimes speak so quietly that you can't understand anything. The food was okay. Only the cleanliness of the store could be improved.

Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try this Five Guys and only know it from Vienna. It says it's open until 3:00 AM, but that's NOT true (it's only open until midnight)!! We were also very rudely informed by an employee that they were closed.

I was eating, I went to the toilet and when I came back my food was gone. My friend was still there at the table talking to someone on the phone. A employee took my food and they didn't want to give me another portion of fries. The atmosphere was extremely bad. I'm never eating there again.

This specific Five Guys excelled in customer service and delivered a very high-quality meal, but the general ambiance prevented it from being your top-rated location. The excellent staff and good food likely offset the so-so surroundings, resulting in a positive, but not the best, overall experience I had to the Five Guys pub.

Five Guys is always good, a bit pricey, like, very expensive. Yes, but it was solid, so you can't complain. We sat right at the top because it was relaxed. It was also great that they gave you extra fries in your bag. Yes, it was good.

Extremely expensive. We paid 50 euros for 2 burgers with fries and water. For the same price we could have gone somewhere to eat a "normal meal" and not something fast like what this particular shop offers. The burger was a little higher quality than McDonald's. The fries were actually nice and very crispy. The burger, however, was nothing special and we would not choose it again under any circumstances. What disgusted us so much that we got up as we were and left (I don't blame the shop) but there are too many mice in this particular location. We found ourselves at the shop around 9 tonight, these days that we have been in Munich we have walked around it all and we have not seen any mice anywhere. We're not saying they don't exist, but outside of that specific spot it seems like it's their little spot and they're lazy. Completely disgusting. Regardless of what could happen in any other store, the quality doesn't justify the price and we wouldn't choose it again.

It's a regular fast food restaurant, which I personally don't like, but my husband says it has the best hamburgers.

In a time where everything is digitalized with technology I Am happy that humble places like this still servers good old hamburger.

The burgers are good, but the service is bad because I didn't get the side dishes I ordered. I guess the person who makes the burgers can't read. The price is high and there are leftovers on the tables.

From a beef hamburger that costs €12, I expect that I won't get some weird, watery meat product that tastes of nothing but cardboard. Whether it's takeout or eat-in, everything was packed in a bag. The fries were squashed into a paper cup, and anything that didn't fit was scattered throughout the bag. The value for money is terrible. 2 burgers and 1 fries for €34 without a drink is almost outrageous. Unfortunately, I had to give it one star; Five Guys doesn't deserve a single star.

Too expensive but also delicious and very satisfying

Very disorganized and unhygienic. The way they put the potatoes in the bag where the food is transported is ridiculous. Regarding the quality of the burger, it was very poor. We ordered mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, lettuce, and pickles. Only one mushroom arrived... very poorly served... Poor quality potatoes. I don't recommend it even if you're hungry.

Ordered: Vegetarian burger with lots of vegetables and grilled mushrooms Received: Burger with 2 beef patties My bill listed the veggie burger, and the package I received listed the veggie burger; so, of course, I trusted the employees to be able to process my order correctly. A little later, at home, I opened the package, which specifically stated (!) that the veggie burger was available, and was surprised by two greasy beef patties, so tightly covered in cheese that I ended up having to settle for soggy bread with one (1) tomato slice and a quarter of a lettuce leaf. Even if that's all, I can only rate the ambiance as satisfactory; the only positive here was the relatively short wait time. Unfortunately, I couldn't complain to the restaurant by phone, as I was abroad at the time and didn't want to pay extra for a phone call after having just paid €7 for a cold, WRONG burger. To receive a positive review from me, at least the order should be correct, as one would expect from a restaurant.

Apart from the high price, there's nothing bad to say. If someone wants a good burger, they'll pay a bit more.

One of the best burger you can get

"Five Guys" claims in its advertisements that their potatoes are never frozen. That's completely idiotic: Nobody freezes potatoes. At most, the fries are frozen or refrigerated. Furthermore, they package them in aluminum foil. Aluminum is toxic. I would never eat there.

Food was nice, quick and filling. However, I suppose like any major city, expect it to be expensive per person. Spent about 25 or 26 euro for a burger,fries and a drink. Free roast peanuts were a big win though. 😁

Quality ingredients but dissapointing... the meat felt more boiled than grilled (overcrowded grill,low temp) plus the buns and dressing were prepared much in advance thus the end burger consumed just outside the restaurant felt stone cold. Fries SUPER GOOD. Shake very good but AWFUL straw. Super friendly staff!!

Call me a Marketing Victim, but that was one of the key reasons I went here and my experience ended up being... Mid. Burgers are definitely more "alive" than in more common Fast food chains and foil gives a more Crafty experience to it, however, for the price of one burger you can have a whole set at McDonald's! Also, the place is quite packed and popular amongst youngsters, so before they serve you, your portion can get cold...

I had a terrible experience at this Five Guys in Munich. After eating here, I ended up with food poisoning and was sick the entire day. Very disappointing and definitely not coming back.

Surprisingly, most restaurants in Munich close early. This one was the only spot open late. It was packed, and while the atmosphere was lively, it felt a bit messy, the ice dispenser and ketchup wasn’t working.

I stopped by this place just to grab a drink and ended up paying €4.65 for what was supposed to be a cola. What I got instead was 90% water with just a hint of cola to give it color. Absolutely disappointing and a complete tourist trap.

Great fries and burgers, just as I remember them from the USA

I've been to this place twice now. I'm not a fan of this burger chain, but a relative loves 'five gays'. He loves the style of burgers, the fries, and the fact that you can drink as much as you want for just one drink. So, I got a voucher on my second visit. There were serious communication problems due to the language barrier. Personally, I don't like it there. I'm not enthusiastic about the burgers, and I find loud rock music while eating distracting.

What an absolutely disgusting restaurant. Aside from the fact that the prices are simply exorbitant (€25 for a burger with fries and a drink), the food is simply disgusting. The soggy burger is the most carelessly thrown-together piece of inferior meat, bread, and sides I've ever encountered, the fries are dripping with grease in what could only be described as a brown garbage bag, and the restaurant is simply a disgrace. Staring at the dirt and leftover food, I wonder if the Munich Health Department is simply turning a blind eye? Never again!

The food itself tasted okay, but nothing special. Some toppings were missing from our order, such as tomatoes. The prices are too high for what you get. The branch had some tables that weren't clean during my visit.

Great for a break or to spend some quality time with friends

A large space divided into three floors, there is room for everyone. The sandwiches and chips reflect the Five Guys quality. Each floor is equipped with a drink dispenser and sauces on the support tables... the prices are a bit high, as in other Five Guys restaurants scattered around Europe.

It's really delicious and you can customize your order with your favorite ingredients. The staff are also super nice. I highly recommend it.

For 21 euros, I was handed two lumps of mush wrapped in aluminum foil (one was supposed to be the hot dog, the other the cheeseburger) in a bag over the counter for "eating here." The delivery consisted of an incomprehensible shout of numbers in English, the likes of which I've only ever experienced at the airport gate in Mozambique.

The restaurant is well-known and their burgers are made from beef, but their prices are very expensive. 4 double meat meals cost 80€, which is equivalent to 355 riyals.

The ingredients ordered were not what was ordered for the burgers. The food was prepared for takeout, even though it was ordered in person. Water was included in the order, but not served. The place was noisy and dirty.

Burgers were awful - meat is mediocre, cheese unemelted and cold, buns almost stale - though they've arrived pretty quickly. There was noone to clean the tables. And of course the prices are insane..

€27 for a Coke, bacon cheeseburger, and medium fries. The fries were simply thrown into the bag, and the burger was missing bacon. After complaining, I got a large portion of bacon, but it was completely burnt and dry as a rusk. My food had been sitting there for about 15 minutes to keep warm, so it was only lukewarm. The only positive thing is that you can refill your drink. I definitely wouldn't go back.

Absolutely terrible. I was hoping the chain would be better than what I'm used to. Dirty outside. Greasy burgers, oversalted fries, and everything just thrown into a paper bag for two people for €40 with one drink. As a restaurateur, I would be ashamed.

I went to the last floor to use the toilette and there are bags of imported foodstuffs lying in the hallway, from potatoes (presumably US made - think what they feed those potatoes) to peanut oil (same thing). I'm not eating imported American junk food.

The burger and fries were okay, but nothing more. For the price, you'd expect something better. The staff spent more time talking to each other than serving customers. The outside area was completely covered and dirty. Of course, the customers share some of the responsibility, but it wouldn't hurt to empty the trash cans more often and clean up a bit. Paid €51 for two people... Of course, you know that when you order... but keep in mind... once and never again. €7.50 for a small cup of fries 🍟 🤨 no thanks. Save your money and go get a kebab or pizza if you want something quick.

Ten people took forever to make two burgers. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger without any extras and a burger with "all the way"... but in the end, the bacon cheeseburger also came with "all the way." A customer complained that both machines were out of ice cubes, and the staff didn't care. The waiters walked around, helped themselves to the drinks machine, but didn't bother to refill the ice cubes. The fries tasted like they were eating salt on their own and were just soggy. Many tables weren't cleaned. It's a shame.

If they had any decent service and okay prices, then I would be happy to come here and eat again, but unfortunately all Five Guys "restaurants" are waaay tooo hyped and waaay tooo overpriced!! ...which is a shame, because they actually make quite good burgers... just too bad service is also always lousy...
