Very bad experience, the food was delivered cold, the milkshake was melted and had some weird black stuff in it, hygiene is questionable, I ordered a burger but it came without bread, just wrapped in lettuce for the same price ??

The burger was way below Five Guys standards. My sauce was missing from the burger. The restaurant was filthy all over. To be fair, it was Champions League today, and the place was buzzing.

The food was great, but most types of drinks were out of stock. The premises were not tidy.

In the burger chain restaurant industry, there are no demands on culinary delights. Fast, fatty, addictive - that's enough. But it should taste good. Here, everything, absolutely everything, seems carelessly thrown together in a short time. And on top of that, it simply doesn't taste good. Not downright bad, but still so bad that you lose your appetite while eating. The oversized fries make up for it a little, but in return, they coat your throat with a nasty mixture of onion and garlic powder (in the case of the Cajun fries). The interior is dominated by self-congratulatory articles and media quotes, which confirms my aversion to testimonials as a main selling point. Only recommended if you have no other alternative. For the price of €25 for a standard cheeseburger, fries, and a drink, everything is also extremely expensive. Prices are as salty as the fries, so to speak. The staff, however, are the least to blame. These are just people who are slaving away at a hard job under these conditions and for presumably meager wages.

The worst Five Guys I've ever eaten in Europe. The cheeseburger was undercooked and the spicy fries were so spicy I couldn't eat them and left them.

The burger and fries were really tasty, but the drinks had no CO2. So we basically ended up drinking syrupy not cola :(

The hamburger is very tasty and filling, but I have eaten tastier before (this is the disadvantage of mass service, as with other such providers). The fried potatoes are a world champion!!! I don't know who invented it, but fried, seasoned fries in their skins are something sublime. + point that you can buy such potatoes in 20 kg packages at the restaurant! Unfortunately, we didn't have a "retired tank" - and it's difficult with a train. I would have bought 2 bags immediately. 4 only because I ate something tastier (except the fried potatoes) and in the crowd due to familiarity, the noise was great. Regardless, I recommend it and bon appetit to everyone. Good place. UPDATE: We are back after 1 year. I shouldn't have. You can no longer get potatoes in bags. The line used to be out the door. We were able to order right away. The order for 4 people was made very quickly. At first I was happy, then I saw the "hamburger". It looked like a wretched bun sandwich wrapped at dawn and kept in a backpack all day. Everything is cold... the hamburger bun looks like it was wrapped 2 days ago.. the tomato is cut with a chainsaw to 0.5 cm thick, which immediately slips out at the first bite. The drink was diluted... That was the last one. I'm sorry. I didn't think that the quality would change so much in 1 year, in a bad way. There were a lot of people on the streets... Sunday, Women's Day... My son's hamburger meat was only half cooked.... I'm sorry. This is not Five G...s .. I would call this Five "Gány" (Hungarian slang: the result of colluded, worthless work). For 4 people, 85 EUR a bunch, for something that is not fresh and not delicious... :'(

We snuck in 20 minutes before closing; thankfully, they took our order. Probably one of the most delicious burgers we've had in Germany. Made perfect to order; hot and tasty.

12 euros for cheese seems too much to me, even with the fact that there was complete chaos and dirt inside...but I have to admit that the fries and burgers are made from good ingredients and don't taste like sawdust in competing fast foods

It's the dirtiest place in the entirety of Munich. Litter on the floor everywhere, dirty windows, dirty everything. After being amazed at how clean Germany is, this place is shocking.

Really good burger and fries , exactly what you expect from Five Guys! The quality was great, and everything tasted super fresh. I also love the fact that they always have a sign showing where the potatoes are from it gives a nice touch of local sourcing and transparency. The place itself is big with plenty of seating, and I really enjoy the consistent Five Guys concept — simple, satisfying, and always hits the spot. Definitely worth it if you’re craving a solid burger!

We ate in the restaurant on Wednesday and have been struggling with stomach problems ever since. We both had both burgers and fries. What a shame!!

I have never eaten such a tasteless, bad hamburger before, I do not recommend it. Not that it is not worth 12 euros, but not even two.

Oreo Milkshake was delicious but too sweet. The fries were nice thin crust. But I'm not so sure about the cleaning part.

Was at Five Guys for the first time and was totally shocked that it was just a fast food place below McDonald's level. The man at the counter was super nice (he called me Mom and smiled so friendly, he was really sugar), but he apparently misunderstood my order, which doesn't surprise me given the crazy noise. Half of the order was therefore incorrect or partly missing. Given the rush, it was clear to me that I could forget about a complaint anyway. The burgers are good, the hot dogs unfortunately not at all, cheap rolls with cheap colored sausage, not even the child liked it. The fries are good, but not particularly just because of the peanut oil, sorry and then they are all loose in the bag and everything is in no name paper bags and aluminum foil! packaged - er...ok screw the environment... The drinks machine was out of concentrate and the cola was therefore almost transparent. The furnishings are absolutely ugly and uncomfortable, the cleaning staff struggles to keep three floors clean - in vain given the rush. And then you pay €28 for 2 hot dogs, 1 fries and cola. Sorry, totally overrated. And I said to the child "no, we're not in muc to go to McDonald's!" If only we had done it!

Warning: if you don't want to ruin your holidays in Munich I recommend you avoid eating here! Yesterday for lunch I ordered a classic hamburger with bacon and cheese (I also found some mushrooms that weren't written anywhere...) The flavor of the sandwich was good, but a few hours later the nightmare begins: very strong stomach aches caused by food poisoning. I'll spare you the details but I discovered that some pieces of meat were raw!

🇹🇼Taiwanese personal comments: Every time I come to Europe or the United States, I will definitely eat Five Guys. Every time I order little fries, they are not little at all. Three people can eat one portion of sweet potatoes. If you like your burger, you can customize it by adding whatever you like.

I'm giving one star because you can't do less. My husband and I ate the same sandwich today (bacon cheeseburger) and we both felt sick. I'll spare you the details. Very high prices, terrible quality, slow preparation. If you are hungry, don't eat.

We came to try the burgers, ordered 2 burgers, small fries and 2 beers. After some time our order got called at the takeout table, they didnt give us our beer that we payed 9eur for, and when we asked for it we didint get it. The burger patty was very dry. Fries were decent. Would not visit again

Burger standard menu, with fries and drink, costs €26. I leave the judgment to you, you can probably eat in a restaurant for that money. Although food was pretty tasty and looked freshly made.

Disastrous presentation of the food (see photo) and completely seasoned Cajun French fries. Furthermore, two orders were not delivered and we had to wait 20 after complaining Wait minutes. The very tasty burgers don't help overcoming the fact that neither the restaurant nor its staff nor the food are in any way worth the high prices... and on top of that, the place is full of dirt. Postscript: less than 30 minutes after leaving this establishment, I was overwhelmed by unbearable stomach problems. Since I had my last meal at 1 p.m., these complaints can clearly be attributed to the food in this system restaurant. Unbearable!

The burgers were good, the fries even better, although the cheese wasn't completely melted, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, everything could have been a bit hotter for my taste. However, the visit was during rush hour at the end of the working day. Nevertheless, everything was fresh and delicious!

When I come across it, I prefer it directly over Mc Donalds or Burger King. In terms of taste, it is definitely much better than the mainstream companies. But it's a little expensive. But is it worth it? It is debatable. Peanut treats are also very delicious.

Here I am in 7th cheeseburger heaven - topped as you like, completely fresh and very tasty! Employees are always friendly and the fries are very large. There is as much ketchup and mayo you want with it. Huge selection of drinks at the vending machine. It's twice as expensive as McDonald's but it's worth it.

Lukewarm tasteless bacon cheeseburger for 13.95?! half the size of a Tasty. Fries were good but for 8.95? I wouldn't even feed the hot dog to my dog. Everything carefully wrapped in aluminum foil. Yuck

My visit to Five Guys Munich Five-Guys definitely has a special “retro style”, which only attracts people even more. What’s even more interesting is that Five Guys offers “free refills”. Now let's eat. The selection is particularly large. From hot dogs and cheeseburgers to milkshakes. Vegetarian options are also available here. The staff here is reasonably friendly. I couldn't say the same about the prices. We're talking about €14 for a burger and €6 for small fries. It's definitely overpriced for a fast food restaurant. Overall, my visit here was very nice. Highly recommended.

It’s a five guys like any other, but the bread was a little stale.

Absurdly overpriced, cold, limp burgers - if you dine there with the family, you'll be out over €80, eating the slapped-together meatball rolls made from paper bags in a dirty, cramped atmosphere. The fries, on the other hand, were okay, but certainly not good enough to compensate for the failed burgers. Certainly never, ever again.

I hate this place. Don’t come here because they only serve unhealthy food. The hamburger I had was so delicious I almost inhaled it. Combined with some spicy fries made for a spicy morning, it was the perfect place to satisfy my hunger. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone I like but damn those burgers are good! Probably the best burger I ever had. I hope Five Guys goes out of business soon. Bathroom all the way on the 3rd floor. Free water.

The food is good, but the ambience and atmosphere are far too stressful and relaxed, and the prices are too high.

It was the first and last time I was in a 5 guys. There are hardly any veggi options and the veggi burger was the worst I've ever eaten. It was full of onions and mushrooms, there wasn't even a veggi patti, the taste was terrible. The ambience does not seem modern and inviting. However, the staff is friendly and very quick. Not recommended for vegetarians Aluminum foil for every burger is also questionable, even when eaten in a restaurant

Food is just OK, nothing special. Milkshake is great though. The price is also high for the quality of food, but at least the place is clean and plenty of seating available on higher floors.

It was my first time at Five Guys. The food was relatively okay, definitely better than at Hans im Glück. Service absolutely fine. When picking up the food, in the area where you are standing. There was an open box of peanuts with broken shells🥜. I found it unusual that such boxes of food were left so open with the customers and not in the kitchen, there was also a warning about the allergy on the packaging! I'm allergic to peanuts and had to give myself first aid. Luckily nothing else bad happened. What I just wished was that the peanuts hadn't been there but in the kitchen. ...

Burgers are very tasty, but everything here is seriously overpriced! The fries is somewhat bitter. You get your food in a bag even if you order to dine in, not sure what’s that about. We ordered large fries, half of our fries was in the fries cup and the other half ended up everywhere in the bag.

I ordered by default. Burger, hot dog, fanta, fries and ketchup and mayo… Fries and sauces were unfortunately forgotten. Next time please check the receipt before handing the order over to the driver then this won't happen. Food was otherwise delicious.

Ich kann den Hype um Five Guys absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Ich habe noch nie so schlechte Burger gegessen. Das Brötchen war völlig teigig. Dazu noch völlig überteuert. Einmal probiert…sehr enttäuschend…nie wieder. 4 normale Burger, 1 Pommes, 2 Getränke, 1 Milchshake=73,10 Euro!!!

The fried fries are so good, I think the Jungo is the better one! The small portion is kind of big for Asia style. They are a affordable place to rest for an old town travel. They also have a toilet to use! Of course it is too crowded but also the good stop for a while!

I visited the branch on February 3, 2025. The burger was OK, the fries too. Despite ordering to eat on site, I received a bag to take away. Potatoes from the Netherlands. Completely overpriced! For that price I can go to Hans im Glück and have service, plates and cutlery. Or pay €10 less at the two fast food market leaders I can only advise against it!

18 euros for a mini burger with small fries and a drink. The patties look delicious on the grill, but then they turn into a mushy lump with an indefinable taste. The Fries are soggy. Food is simply thrown into the bag, there are no tablets. The whole store makes a very dirty impression.

The burgers are good but the price is just too high. Here in Munich the waiting time was also very long, more slow than fast food.

Firstly, I find it strange that the device where you can order is only in English... secondly, you spend €8 on a burger and as soon as you pick it up, everything falls out of the burger. The only good thing was actually the fries and the free peanuts. I definitely won't eat here again. 🥸

The little cheeseburger is simple and good quality. Even if a little overpriced and kinda sterile, it’s still one to keep in mind because of the convenience.

Terrible service, the attendant talks too fast, doesn't give you time to think, basically puts everything they have on the burger without asking you what you want. If you go, go to the ATMs that were recently installed, that way you don't have to talk to anyone The mayonnaise has a strange taste, almost sour, the fries were soggy and the sandwich was all sloppy. They try to provide fast service but fail in quality. In addition to being more expensive compared to other burger/fast food joints in Munich

Everyone working there is cheerful and it is always full. There are so many. If you like spicy food, try french fries and a burger with full toppings. It's the best. You have to choose toppings for your milkshake to proceed to the next step. The popcorn topping was quite good. When choosing a drink option, go to the staff and they will give you a cup right away. After selecting the drink you want to drink, press the large button in the middle, and ice comes out by holding the cup and pushing the rear lever.

We ordered through Uber Eats. Delivery took about an hour and a quarter, which was okay since it was announced before the order was completed. What's not okay is that the food didn't even arrive lukewarm. They apparently sent the driver (who was very friendly) on an extremely long tour, because the food was properly packed; if it had been a direct journey, it would have still been warm. And ultimately, on the Uber app you can't rate the order itself (i.e. the food), but only whether “a driver” discriminated against you. So now that they're gendering, they can't even do it correctly. What a juice shop, I won't order anything from Uner anymore, and I probably won't order anything from Five Guys either if you have to heat it up yourself to at least make it edible...

Five Guys is simply the best chain when it comes to burgers, small selection, free toppings, drinks with free refills, fries fried with peanut oil. Everything very clean!

Depending on the time you go it can be a bit crazy. Its a tat expensive but i love the burger here they are big and feel you up (if you are normal ofc). The Cajun fries are also super good.

Great place to eat a burger. The cheeseburger is of good side, you can choose the toppings you like. Local fries. Workers are really nice. Delicious burgers, we ordered the cheeseburger, it is a good size and excellent flavor, you can order them to your liking. The potatoes are local and on a blackboard they write down where they come from each day. The place is very big, 3 floors. The staff is constantly cleaning it and they are super friendly too.

Very decent takeaway. Burgers are big and very tasty. It's a bit on the pricy side with chips costing €7.00 and burgers upwards of €12.00 but the taste compensates for it. Service was a bit slow, and tables weren't too clean. In general it is worth a visit.

Food is good, drinks are cool, unfortunately everything is a bit expensive, but the main thing is that please get your begging problem under control... 3 beggars seemed to come by our table within 10 minutes with "Have a euro, have money please, please eat". Being Romanians, Bulgarians or something like that. Afterwards, we cheekily grabbed empty cups from the tablet cart, filled them up at the drinks machine (2nd floor) and grinned down the stairs. Your security at the entrance seems to be asleep.

A very expensive fast food shop, a bit disorganized, could be a bit tidier. Got it to go even though we wanted to eat there. The customer is more likely to be ignored. I won't come back here.
