I think the food there is very good

Food was nice, quick and filling. However, I suppose like any major city, expect it to be expensive per person. Spent about 25 or 26 euro for a burger,fries and a drink. Free roast peanuts were a big win though. 😁

5 euros for tap water, very slow service - tasty burger

Quality ingredients but dissapointing... the meat felt more boiled than grilled (overcrowded grill,low temp) plus the buns and dressing were prepared much in advance thus the end burger consumed just outside the restaurant felt stone cold. Fries SUPER GOOD. Shake very good but AWFUL straw. Super friendly staff!!

Call me a Marketing Victim, but that was one of the key reasons I went here and my experience ended up being... Mid. Burgers are definitely more "alive" than in more common Fast food chains and foil gives a more Crafty experience to it, however, for the price of one burger you can have a whole set at McDonald's! Also, the place is quite packed and popular amongst youngsters, so before they serve you, your portion can get cold...

Wonderful staff, very helpful, well clear, several stairs though there may have been a lift. I'd be back.

Surprisingly, most restaurants in Munich close early. This one was the only spot open late. It was packed, and while the atmosphere was lively, it felt a bit messy, the ice dispenser and ketchup wasn’t working.

I had a terrible experience at this Five Guys in Munich. After eating here, I ended up with food poisoning and was sick the entire day. Very disappointing and definitely not coming back.

I stopped by this place just to grab a drink and ended up paying €4.65 for what was supposed to be a cola. What I got instead was 90% water with just a hint of cola to give it color. Absolutely disappointing and a complete tourist trap.

Great fries and burgers, just as I remember them from the USA

I've been to this place twice now. I'm not a fan of this burger chain, but a relative loves 'five gays'. He loves the style of burgers, the fries, and the fact that you can drink as much as you want for just one drink. So, I got a voucher on my second visit. There were serious communication problems due to the language barrier. Personally, I don't like it there. I'm not enthusiastic about the burgers, and I find loud rock music while eating distracting.

What an absolutely disgusting restaurant. Aside from the fact that the prices are simply exorbitant (€25 for a burger with fries and a drink), the food is simply disgusting. The soggy burger is the most carelessly thrown-together piece of inferior meat, bread, and sides I've ever encountered, the fries are dripping with grease in what could only be described as a brown garbage bag, and the restaurant is simply a disgrace. Staring at the dirt and leftover food, I wonder if the Munich Health Department is simply turning a blind eye? Never again!

Food was good, order management was a disaster. I waited half an hour for a burger after they messed up my (and countless other) order(s).

The food itself tasted okay, but nothing special. Some toppings were missing from our order, such as tomatoes. The prices are too high for what you get. The branch had some tables that weren't clean during my visit.

Great for a break or to spend some quality time with friends

A large space divided into three floors, there is room for everyone. The sandwiches and chips reflect the Five Guys quality. Each floor is equipped with a drink dispenser and sauces on the support tables... the prices are a bit high, as in other Five Guys restaurants scattered around Europe.

It's really delicious and you can customize your order with your favorite ingredients. The staff are also super nice. I highly recommend it.

For 21 euros, I was handed two lumps of mush wrapped in aluminum foil (one was supposed to be the hot dog, the other the cheeseburger) in a bag over the counter for "eating here." The delivery consisted of an incomprehensible shout of numbers in English, the likes of which I've only ever experienced at the airport gate in Mozambique.

The ingredients ordered were not what was ordered for the burgers. The food was prepared for takeout, even though it was ordered in person. Water was included in the order, but not served. The place was noisy and dirty.

€27 for a Coke, bacon cheeseburger, and medium fries. The fries were simply thrown into the bag, and the burger was missing bacon. After complaining, I got a large portion of bacon, but it was completely burnt and dry as a rusk. My food had been sitting there for about 15 minutes to keep warm, so it was only lukewarm. The only positive thing is that you can refill your drink. I definitely wouldn't go back.

Absolutely terrible. I was hoping the chain would be better than what I'm used to. Dirty outside. Greasy burgers, oversalted fries, and everything just thrown into a paper bag for two people for €40 with one drink. As a restaurateur, I would be ashamed.

I went to the last floor to use the toilette and there are bags of imported foodstuffs lying in the hallway, from potatoes (presumably US made - think what they feed those potatoes) to peanut oil (same thing). I'm not eating imported American junk food.

Ten people took forever to make two burgers. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger without any extras and a burger with "all the way"... but in the end, the bacon cheeseburger also came with "all the way." A customer complained that both machines were out of ice cubes, and the staff didn't care. The waiters walked around, helped themselves to the drinks machine, but didn't bother to refill the ice cubes. The fries tasted like they were eating salt on their own and were just soggy. Many tables weren't cleaned. It's a shame.

The burger and fries were okay, but nothing more. For the price, you'd expect something better. The staff spent more time talking to each other than serving customers. The outside area was completely covered and dirty. Of course, the customers share some of the responsibility, but it wouldn't hurt to empty the trash cans more often and clean up a bit. If they had any decent service and okay prices, then I would be happy to come here and eat again, but unfortunately all Five Guys "restaurants" are waaay tooo hyped and waaay tooo overpriced!! ...which is a shame, because they actually make quite good burgers... just too bad service is also always lousy...

We paid 35 euros for 2 burgers and 1 fries, which is fine. Five Guys is normally worth the money, but this branch was truly awful. After waiting in line for half an hour, the burgers were delivered misshapen and cold. I chose the Cajun fries, but they were so spicy and stale that I had an upset stomach and couldn't even eat them. The service is absolutely terrible, too. They don't even provide a tray; they just dump the fries and burgers into a bag. Therefore, I absolutely do not recommend this branch.

The burger was very good as always, but the fries were soggy and cold, when you expect crispy, hot fries. The service was a bit lacking, as the servers speak very quickly, and non-German speakers almost have to guess what you're ordering. The view is very nice, but it's not worth the experience.

I was in shock when I saw the filthy counter. I was almost ready to vomit. By the time I got the food, it was inedible food, like feces in the bowl in my bag. Take Switzerland as an example; we don't have such a mess anywhere. Disgusting!!

If you can't eat anything with a piece of beef in it, find another place. Vegetarians should know that their burger is bad...really bad. Try Ruff's Burger, a few minutes' walk away, and you'll be rewarded.

An excellent fast food chain located in the heart of Munich, spread over 3 floors. The service is fast, and drinks are unlimited, with a fountain on each floor, which is very convenient.

The food was not worth the praise and was expensive. The staff argued with each other, after which the manager came to sort out the dispute and it was then settled in front of everyone.

The burger itself wasn't bad, but definitely not worth €13. It had barely any flavor and seemed to melt into a mass, and the patty was too small for the bun. The fries weren't particularly crispy and didn't seem to be cooked all the way through.

Good food at a very expensive price. I'm only giving it 4 stars because a burger cost €14, which is quite expensive for fast food. At other restaurants, you can get a complete meal with a burger, fries, and a drink for just €10. However, I really liked that for just €4.20, you get an unlimited refillable cup that you can fill with a very wide selection of drinks.

I can honestly say it's the best hamburger I've ever had. I had the chance to try it twice during my five-day trip. The prices are a bit high, but the quality is excellent. The fact that they make the burgers right in front of the waiting audience is a testament to their cleanliness.

Five shit, I won't say any more

It's by far the worst Five Guys restaurant I've ever been to (and I've been to many in several countries...) My small bacon cheeseburger was burnt, as was the bacon and the bun, stale. My wife ordered a veggie burger, and when she opened the package, it looked like an inedible mess, smothered with cheese and oozing all over the place, and cold...and what about the employees? Rude, lazy... I told one of them that the quality of the food was very poor, and he tried to tease me. Laughing, he suggested I could leave a message on a small board on the second floor where kids could have fun painting, coloring, and sticking Post-it notes... Furthermore, the cleanliness of the place leaves a lot to be desired: dirty, with uncleared trays on several tables, etc. In short, it was a regrettable, horrible experience. So, if you're going to Munich, don't even think about eating at this Five Guys (and, by extension, I would advise against anyone in Munich), because you might have a very bad experience... At first we wanted to go to Mac, we went in, and there was a line and nowhere for three of us to sit, not enough space, we didn’t want to eat standing up, so we went on. We saw this place and decided to try it. We got a hamburger, chicken and a vegetarian sandwich, as well as two small French fries and two glasses of drinks. All this cost 50 euros, the portions were large, tasty, we couldn’t finish it. If you order, know that when you order something, the fries will be included, so you don’t have to order, you buy a glass and any drinks are included in the price without restrictions, mayonnaise and ketchup are poured at the end of the room themselves, as much as you need, there are also free peanuts. The place has three floors plus tables outside. The atmosphere is pleasant, worth a visit. Better and cheaper than Mac.

I was going to the bathroom until some vendor started threatening me that I wasn't allowed to go to the bathroom even though we had already paid for the food, but I managed to get to the bathroom after a little investigation. The hot dog was good.

The description only said that they were with cashews, but it did not mention anywhere that they were very spicy. I politely asked if it was possible to change the portion to a normal one, considering that it was for my wife and our young child, who cannot eat spicy food. The response I received was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I was laughed at, spoken to in an inappropriate tone, and told that "this is not acceptable" and that if I wanted something else, I would have to pay again. I consider this behavior unacceptable in a place that claims to provide quality service. The staff's attitude leaves much to be desired and I recommend more attention and respect towards customers, especially in situations where it is obvious that the product was not clearly described.

Five guys is the best restaurant

The burger was one of the best I've ever had. The fries tasted strange because they were fried in peanut oil, but they were good. The drink machines are simply amazing. If the price weren't so high, I'd definitely give it 5 stars.

I tries five guys in others countries and used to like. Yesterday went in Munich and was terrible. The place was unbelievable dirty, even with an employee passing by the tables and “cleaning” the rest of food with his own hands. So we took home. Today both my friend and I are sick. It takes 15 minutes for ten people to freshly prepare a hot dog that looks and tastes like it's been left in carry-on luggage for three days. Sausage comes in a milk roll and with sliced ​​cheese. Gas station sandwiches are cheaper and, shockingly, better. Staff is friendly, though.
