Terrible service, the attendant talks too fast, doesn't give you time to think, basically puts everything they have on the burger without asking you what you want. If you go, go to the ATMs that were recently installed, that way you don't have to talk to anyone The mayonnaise has a strange taste, almost sour, the fries were soggy and the sandwich was all sloppy. They try to provide fast service but fail in quality. In addition to being more expensive compared to other burger/fast food joints in Munich

Everyone working there is cheerful and it is always full. There are so many. If you like spicy food, try french fries and a burger with full toppings. It's the best. You have to choose toppings for your milkshake to proceed to the next step. The popcorn topping was quite good. When choosing a drink option, go to the staff and they will give you a cup right away. After selecting the drink you want to drink, press the large button in the middle, and ice comes out by holding the cup and pushing the rear lever.

We ordered through Uber Eats. Delivery took about an hour and a quarter, which was okay since it was announced before the order was completed. What's not okay is that the food didn't even arrive lukewarm. They apparently sent the driver (who was very friendly) on an extremely long tour, because the food was properly packed; if it had been a direct journey, it would have still been warm. And ultimately, on the Uber app you can't rate the order itself (i.e. the food), but only whether “a driver” discriminated against you. So now that they're gendering, they can't even do it correctly. What a juice shop, I won't order anything from Uner anymore, and I probably won't order anything from Five Guys either if you have to heat it up yourself to at least make it edible...

Five Guys is simply the best chain when it comes to burgers, small selection, free toppings, drinks with free refills, fries fried with peanut oil. Everything very clean!

Depending on the time you go it can be a bit crazy. Its a tat expensive but i love the burger here they are big and feel you up (if you are normal ofc). The Cajun fries are also super good.

The burger and fries taste very good. It's messy and crowded inside, classic fast food restaurant mess, potatoes on the tables and floors. My favorite hamburger place among fast food chains. You can buy unlimited peanuts.

Too expensive a small hamburger almost 10€

Great place to eat a burger. The cheeseburger is of good side, you can choose the toppings you like. Local fries. Workers are really nice. Delicious burgers, we ordered the cheeseburger, it is a good size and excellent flavor, you can order them to your liking. The potatoes are local and on a blackboard they write down where they come from each day. The place is very big, 3 floors. The staff is constantly cleaning it and they are super friendly too.

Burger overpriced and very small. Picked it up and ate it straight away, but the burger was still cold. The cheese isn't even close to melting. The restaurant itself is really not clean, the floor and tables are sticky.

Very decent takeaway. Burgers are big and very tasty. It's a bit on the pricy side with chips costing €7.00 and burgers upwards of €12.00 but the taste compensates for it. Service was a bit slow, and tables weren't too clean. In general it is worth a visit.

Food is good, drinks are cool, unfortunately everything is a bit expensive, but the main thing is that please get your begging problem under control... 3 beggars seemed to come by our table within 10 minutes with "Have a euro, have money please, please eat". Being Romanians, Bulgarians or something like that. Afterwards, we cheekily grabbed empty cups from the tablet cart, filled them up at the drinks machine (2nd floor) and grinned down the stairs. Your security at the entrance seems to be asleep.

It should be a sandwich. Almost €8 for a burger bun with a slice on top. Topping ordered was not prepared. Everyone can decide for themselves whether the quality corresponds to the price quoted.

The best thing was the drink. Fries were too soft, rubbery. Tables dirty, some still have leftovers from the previous ones on them.

Does not accept purchased/already paid vouchers. This is “basically” not possible in this branch...

All in all it is a good place to grab a classic American burger. Since it is located in Marienplatz it's crowded most of the time. The only down is that there are always soda machine dispensers broken and you have to sort out of the 3 floors which one works.

This place in madness in both the good sense and thr bad. It can get super busy so the wait times are big (thus defeating the purpose of fast food). Portions are huge but that explains the huge prices. Food is good for a joint of this kind. Fries are really good.

The whole store couldn't convince me. Everything seems tight, tight and, to be honest, dirty. Many people were looking for somewhere to sit with their food.

Disgusting! Whole place was dirty, food looked bad, the cooks stood on a floor, covered in oil and the staff was not friendly. Cannot recommend! Especially for the price.

Tuvimos una pequeña cena aquí, sabiendo qué esperar - y obtener exactamente lo que sabíamos que obtendríamos - comida rápida y sencilla. Pedimos una hamburguesa, una hamburguesa vegetal y 2 bebidas de recarga gratis. Ambos platos estaban listos en poco tiempo y eran muy buenos. La interacción con la máquina de bebidas bien valió la pena el precio, ya que los gustos y combinaciones eran prácticamente interminables.

I highly recommend it if you go to downtown Munich. The taste is very good.

I can't explain how a restaurant like this can survive. The burgers taste disgusting, they are swimming in so much juice that everything is just soggy. When people are stupid they buy and don't think, those are the best customers.

I tried it for the first time and I was satisfied. I don't know if I will try it again, maybe if I really feel like it. It's not that they're bad either, they're all delicious, but I think they're expensive in terms of price and performance. Definitely go to try it. It's nice to have unlimited drinks. milkshake must be tried. I highly recommend lotus and salted caramel.

I just love the milkshake, the fries are not upsetting but fair enough to relieve your hunger. Small tips, just buy small fries, they usually put more on the bag :).

One thing was missing from my hamburger, bread, it may be strange to say it but there wasn't any bread in the "sandwich", and the same thing happened to a friend of mine. let's finish our meal, if you can call it that, and go away finally

Busy restaurant and sloppy burger, but that's what you're there for?

Very popular place on three floors. Normal food, good chips, different from the frozen ones. Not everything is always available at the drink dispensers. Prices a little high.

We came to try the taste of the American Vibe and ended up in a cafeteria somewhere in Mexico, not cozy, not particularly tasty and the most disappointing thing was that having ordered two burgers marked "on a plate" we were given only the ingredients for the burger WITHOUT BUN. Literally all the components of the burger were on the plate, which was extremely inconvenient, thank goodness they at least gave us a fork. In general, we were not satisfied at all and went to McDonald's.

Typical American restaurant offering excellent quality food! Really nice atmosphere. You absolutely must try the fresh chips fried in peanut oil 🥜, 🔝 and their delicious and fresh burgers prepared to perfection! Free refill of drinks.

Fast service, good food and Open on Christmas day!

There are much better burgers elsewhere, for example at Burgermeister in Berlin, which only cost 9 EUR and not 13 EUR. Unfortunately, the atmosphere is reminiscent of a cold train station and the music is far too loud.

Good for a quick meal. Drinks are free but you are honestly paying for them in the items you buy to eat.

Good. I wasn't expecting anything, but I'm still disappointed. The burgers were dry as hell. It brought back my worst memories of the pushy burgers of Moldova. Way too expensive, it's a pain in the ass*. Spiderman is a big myth that it's the best burger in New York. But the cooks are handsome, hard workers so shout out to them. But it's not good.

Horrible experience. I've eaten at good Five Guys, this certainly wasn't one of them, bad atmosphere, quite dirty tables without anyone cleaning them, the burgers were weak and obviously too expensive. For those who want to try Five Guys, I advise you to avoid this one, unless you are willing to have a bad experience.

The staff are friendly and the store is clean. The cheeseburger has two patties and is quite a large portion. I chose spicy French fries, but they weren't that spicy and were tasty. The Oreo shake is really good. The paper straw gets crushed in the middle and you can't drink it up, so I hope they improve that.

We ate two hamburgers. The meat was too dry and the other was raw. The potatoes they served us were all dumped inside the paper bag and the overall flavor of the meat could be improved. From the top floor there are good views, but the quality of the food needs to improve since the price is high for such a bad burger...

Unfortunately we were there at the wrong time, everyone seems to want to eat at 2 p.m. on Saturday. The restaurant was busy and absolutely full. The service was really hectic, the burger was unfortunately only average, but the fries were great. The price was far too high for the ambience and for “just” fast food. You can also go to a restaurant for the money. Sorry guys, unfortunately only 3 points

I got traumatized by the extremely crowded atmosphere...

We ate as a couple and each had a cheeseburger and a large fries together. We came to a total of €38, the fries were very good and the burger was rather middle class for the price. The store was very littered and overcrowded and the employees couldn't keep up with cleaning. I would recommend a local burger shop for that price, as €38 is way too expensive for fast food. With drinks you can easily end up spending over €45 here.

Same prices as here in America. McDonald's was down the street and wanted the same prices as 5 Guys. NO REFILLS ON SODAS. When I go back, will definitely visit this 5 Guys again. Stay away from McDonald's. Over priced and not even close to being anything like an American McDonald's. This 5 Guys is the best American fast food in München. No comparison

Very hardworking staff and they have a lot to do.

The hamburger is very tasty and filling, but I have eaten tastier before (this is the disadvantage of mass service, as with other such providers). The fried potatoes are a world champion!!! I don't know who invented it, but fried, seasoned fries in their skins are something sublime. + point that you can buy such potatoes in 20 kg packages at the restaurant! Unfortunately, we didn't have a "retirement tank" - and it's difficult with a train. I would have bought 2 bags immediately. 4 only because I ate something tastier (except the fried potatoes) and in the crowd due to familiarity, there was a lot of noise. Regardless, I recommend it and bon appetit to everyone. Good place.

51 euros for two burgers, two fries and two coleslaw. Terrible service, they want you to order in two seconds. Better quality than Mac but by no means worth the money.

The staff greeted me with smiles, their hands moving swiftly to craft each order with precision. I ordered my usual—a cheeseburger, fries, and a coke. The burger arrived quickly, its patties glistening and a good amount of toppings. The first bite was exactly what I’d hoped for: juicy, flavorful, and satisfying. But as I reached the bun, I couldn’t help but notice its simplicity. Fresh and soft, yes, but it lacked a certain character, no signature bite to elevate the experience. Then came the fries. Generous in portion by local standards but modest compared to the heaping servings I’d come to expect in the States. They were good, crisp on the outside, but the seasoning was shy. The extra scoop—usually a Five Guys signature of abundance—was underwhelming here, a missed opportunity to leave an impression. Still, the service shone. Fast, efficient, and kind. As I walked out, the memory of that juicy burger lingered, but so did the thought: with just a few tweaks, this Five Guys could truly stand out.

I wanted a flat hamburger, but the meat was double-layered. Regular fries are incredibly big and can fit two or even three people. Tekken can be f/p when it gets expensive and crowded. Reg. Fries hamb. and I paid 23 euros for the drink. There may be better options at this price.

I went here with a friend as I had heard about the chain in other countries. Never again. The place was a complete mess, and staff too busy talking to each other and ignoring customers to actually clean up. The food was disgusting, badly prepared and not worth the extra money this place asks. How many guys does it take to make a burger? More than 5 judging by this horrendous chain "restaurant".

Five Guys is the best burger joint ever! I'm glad that they aren't as widespread! Otherwise, the quality would go down. It's great that they are keeping the quality the same wherever they have branches and this one didn't surprise us in a bad way. The food was outstanding. The fries is the definitely the best. You can also get a lettuce wrap if your diet is gluten-free. Enjoy all the drinks. My favourite is the grape flavoured sprite.

The burger was ok, in terms of taste, especially in terms of seasoning, there was no rice, I think there was also too little sauce. What bothered me most about the burger was the fact that it wasn't hot. The bun was just cold, which had a very negative effect. The fries, which were fortunately freshly prepared at that moment, were amazing! What I was completely missing was a tray to be able to properly transport everything at once. In terms of service, I have to say that it seems a bit strange if you don't make good progress with German, is that intentional? Philosophy or not... Where were the toilets? Everywhere it potentially goes there is a STAFF ONLY sign. When you ask, there is no answer, you have the feeling that you are not understood. All in all, in my opinion the price is in no way justified, so I won't go there again! Almost 40 euros for two burgers, one fries and a drink (there were two of us), that's CERTAINLY NOT worth it. Burgers and football. Five Guys is one of them. The food was great. Unfortunately the ambience is below average. The tables were stuck together and the toilet could use a cleaning every now and then.

I was there on a Saturday in November. There was really something going on that day. Even though it was busy, I was able to order fairly quickly and had my bag in my hand a few minutes later. The burgers were really good. The meat was juicy and well seasoned. The relaxed atmosphere in the team was noticeable. Full points from me

Went there for the first time today and I have to say we were very disappointed. You didn't really have time to think about it, you had to say what you wanted straight away. Burgers taste very tasteless and there is very little choice of sauces and toppings. The bread also tasted really cheap and wasn't of good quality. The fries were really good but that was it. I don't think the price is really justified for 2 burgers, medium fries and two drinks around 42 euros. Once and never again.

Very tasty burgers, very rich toppings. The large burger comes with a double patty that was super fried. Unfortunately, the burger was also a bit heavy on the stomach.

The ingredients are good and the portions are plentiful! When ordering your burger, remember that all vegetables can be added (pickles are especially recommended), and they are included in the price!

Outrageous prices and very crowded at lunch. I thought North American prices were high but this is insane.

I was eating there today and bought a cheeseburger, I ordered it spicy and got exactly the opposite - the citizen's bread was completely shriveled up. Normally I would have had to let it go back but then I didn't feel like it anymore Paid 16 euros with drinks. In comparison, the citizen was as if I had bought it in the refrigerated section of a discount store. Well, you probably did that to me because I'm German.

Normally I only know Five Guys at a 5 star level. I'm just guessing that the massive crowds in downtown Munich on Saturday evening caused a slight drop in quality

My visit to Five Guys Munich Five-Guys definitely has a special “retro style”, which only attracts people even more. There is also plenty of space in the restaurant as it is 3 floors high. Another interesting thing about Five Guys is that you can refill your drink for free. Now let's get to the food. The food here is very “American style”. The selection is particularly large. From hot dogs and cheeseburgers to milkshakes. Vegetarian options are also available here. But you won't find burgers as gigantic as here anywhere else. The fries are also a delicacy. A heads up, it's also better not to order a lot as the portions here are very large. The staff here is reasonably friendly. I couldn't say the same about the prices. We're talking about €14 for a burger and €6 for small fries. For a fast food restaurant it is definitely overpriced. Overall, my visit here was very nice. Highly recommended.

Starting from the sandwiches, the quality of the ingredients is terrible, everything is packaged in an approximate way, the staff is grumpy and not very interested in the customer, cleanliness leaves something to be desired, there is no list of ingredients, I had to remove the mushrooms because I was intolerant, all topped off with an exaggerated price for what you eat!

The food here is really very poor quality. And at this price this is unacceptable. Never again.
