Burger hat überhaupt nicht geschmeckt

Super Essen, ich hatte die Käse-Pommes und den Giddy Smash Burger, beides war klasse. Der Hund des Besitzers war total entspannt, was die Atmosphäre noch besser machte. Absolut empfehlenswert für Burger-Fans.

Ich habe klar und deutlich gesagt ohne Käse weil ich erlegisch bin und was war drin Doppel Käse obwohl abgemacht das der Burger ohne Käse idt

Auf gar keinen Fall erneut! Wenn ich für 15€ - 18€ einen Crispy Chicken Burger bestelle und ein zwar knuspriges, aber auf gar keinen Fall crispy, TK-Chicken aufm Burger habe, nenne ich das echt schlecht! Sry, aber für diesen Preis erwarte ich frisches Fleisch! - Lieferung ging für München echt fix, Fahrer brachte die Lieferung direkt an die Zimmertür im Hotel, das war gut … UND, die Süßkartoffelpommes und Cheese Soße, die waren gut, wirklich gut! Aber der Burger wie gesagt, schrecklich!!!!!

Leider habe ich inzwischen mehrfach schlechte Erfahrungen mit diesem Burgerhaus-Standort gemacht. Bei meiner letzten Bestellung wurde eine feste Lieferzeit angegeben, die deutlich überschritten wurde. Erst 20–30 Minuten nach dem ursprünglich angekündigten Lieferzeitpunkt wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass der Fahrer überhaupt erst losfährt. Besonders ärgerlich ist dabei die fehlende Transparenz. Wenn es zu Verzögerungen kommt, sollte dies frühzeitig und ehrlich kommuniziert werden, anstatt Kunden bis zum Ablauf der angegebenen Lieferzeit im Unklaren zu lassen. Da dies nicht das erste Mal passiert ist, kann ich Bestellungen über Lieferando bei diesem Standort leider nicht empfehlen. Wer Wert auf zuverlässige Lieferzeiten legt, sollte dies bei seiner Bestellung berücksichtigen.

Ich habe bezahlt, aber meine Bestellung nicht erhalten. Schreckliches Restaurant und schreckliche App (Lieferando). Sie betrügen Kunden mitten in der Nacht und liefern nicht, was sie versprechen. Ich werde das der Polizei melden, denn das ist eine Straftat!

Kann’s nicht empfehlen schlechte Qualität. Viele zähe Stellen im Fleisch ist teuer und nicht gut. Schade war früher jeden zweiten Tag da :(

Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Service ! Obwohl ich einen Fehler in meiner Bestellung hatte rief der nette Besitzer mich an und änderte es auf seine Mehrkosten nur um mir meine gewünschte Bestellung zu erfüllen. Top Service - Top Geschmack kann ich nur jedem weiterempfehlen. Heutzutage sind alle nur auf Profit aus, aber diesem guten Mann liegt die Zufriedenheit des Kunden im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes auf dem Herzen. Danke !

Burger bestellt und über 90min gewartet (angegeben waren 35-50min). Nach 1h45 wurde der kalte Burger dann geliefert…

1 Stern – absolut enttäuschend! Ich habe über Lieferando einen Burger bestellt. Der Burger alleine hat 22 € gekostet, dazu kamen noch 3,99 € Liefergebühr. Insgesamt also fast 26 € für einen Burger. Mir ist klar, dass bei einer Lieferung das Essen nicht mehr so heiß ist wie direkt im Restaurant. Aber zumindest warm sollte es sein. Mein Burger war allerdings komplett eiskalt, als hätte er schon 10 Minuten irgendwo herumgelegen. Für diesen Preis ist das wirklich eine absolute Frechheit. Wenn man 22 € für einen Burger verlangt, sollte man zumindest sicherstellen, dass das Essen in einem vernünftigen Zustand beim Kunden ankommt. Ich werde dort definitiv nicht noch einmal bestellen. Lieferando wurde von mir bereits informiert.

Lieferung dauert mehr als 2 Stunden. Essen schmeckt in anderen Filialen besser.

Meine Freundin hat ihren veggie Burger ohne Käse und ohne Sauce bekommen und cheese dip für fast 4€ ebenfalls „vergessen“ Ich würde hier jedem davon abraten hinzugehen

Wir haben diese Woche drei Burger bei Burger House bestellt und waren leider sehr enttäuscht. Die Burger kamen nur lauwarm an. Der Chickenburger war besonders schwach – das Patty wirkte wie ein billiges Tiefkühlprodukt aus dem Supermarkt. Bei diesen Preisen ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut nicht gegeben. Keine Empfehlung.

Leider enttäuschend – früher war's besser Das Burger House 3 war mal eine gute Adresse, aber mittlerweile bin ich wirklich enttäuscht. Die Preise sind in den letzten Jahren deutlich gestiegen während die Qualität eher schlechter geworden ist. Der Burger war klein, mittelmäßig und für den Preis einfach nicht mehr gerechtfertigt. Auch die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Der Tisch war dreckig und musste erst nach Aufforderung geputzt werden. Der Service wirkte desinteressiert und unfreundlich. Die Anzahl an rauchender Lieferanten hat es nicht besser gemacht. Schade, dass sich hier so viel verschlechtert hat. Bei den Preisen erwarte ich deutlich mehr. Es gibt mittlerweile bessere Alternativen in München.

Ich habe über Uber Eats bestellt, und es gab ein Missverständnis mit dem Fahrer, der das falsche Paket geliefert hat. Wir sind dann ins Restaurant gegangen, und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sie haben die ursprüngliche Bestellung neu zubereitet und uns zurückgebracht. Der Chickenburger ist wirklich lecker und saftig, der klassische Burger ist ebenfalls sehr schmackhaft und die Zutaten sind perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Also ich weis nicht wo ich anfangen soll 21.10.2025 Ich habe bestellt zum abholen Smash Burger Pommes und ein Cheesecake Ich wurde mit einer Zigarette im Mund erwartet an der Kasse der ganze Laden hat nach Zigaretten gestunken. Darauf hin habe ich kein cheesecake bekommen sondern ein Pudding. Auf meine Frage das ist ja kein cheesecake wurde mir gesagt ich soll das einfach nehmen weil sie kein cheesecake haben! Ich zahle doch keine 7€ für ein Pudding sorry aber was soll das Zuhause angekommen Wurden mir alle Soßen falsch gegeben Zudem war das kein Smashburger ich musste das wirklich wegschmeißen weil es nach Zigaretten gestunken hat ich möchte hiermit eine Rückerstattung haben und eine Erklärung !!!

Ich habe das Crispy Chicken Burger Angebot geholt, wo man 2 Burger für den Preis von einem bekommt. Jedoch als das Essen ankam, hatte ich nur einen Burger bekommen. Als ich dann bei dem Bugerhouse anrief, war der Herr am Telefon sehr unfreundlich und nicht wirklich hilfreich. Ich bestelle schon öfters bei dem Burgerhouse, jedoch ist dass das erste mal, dass sowas passiert ist. Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht, da ich ja für 2 gezahlt habe und nicht meine Wunschbestellung erhalten habe. Bestellt KEIN essen dort, das ist eine reine abzocke dieser Laden. Und das personal erst recht unhöflich und diese verstehen nicht mal eine kleine Anweisung, oder bestellung.

Ich nehme 2 Burger, aber es schmeckt wie Müll, Fleisch ist wie Plastik, das kein Kumpel essen kann, also kann ich für alle etwas verlangen, wenn Sie einen Plan für dieses Burgerhaus haben, nehmen Sie bitte nichts anderes

Sehr enttäuschend! Ich habe mein Essen vor fast drei Stunden bestellt und trotz genauer Angaben zum Standort (Arbeitsplatz und Tor-Nummer) ist nichts angekommen. Die Lieferung wurde überhaupt nicht ausgeführt. Es ist völlig inakzeptabel, dass man so viel Zeit verliert, ohne eine Rückmeldung oder eine Lieferung zu erhalten. So ein schlechter Service und unzuverlässige Lieferfahrer sind absolut respektlos gegenüber den Kunden. Ich habe zum Glück noch nichts bezahlt (Barzahlung bei Lieferung), aber fast drei Stunden umsonst zu warten, ist eine Frechheit. Nie wieder!

What was that just now?! I went in hungry and left hungry. I paid almost 20 euros for a measly mini burger and a tiny coleslaw. Strange characters were sitting in the best seats, smoking and drinking beer. They were supposed to be employees. Afterward, I went to a restaurant and had another proper meal. I'm completely baffled how they could offer something like that. At MCD, I would have paid half as much and left feeling fuller.

The order was placed around 1:20 a.m. Thursday to Friday, with the stated delivery time being 40 minutes, meaning arrival was expected around 2:00 a.m. I had to call this crappy store twice to ask where the delivery person was. Be careful with this burger joint! In my experience, a visit here is definitely not worth it. There's apparently a connection to Ruff's Burger, but the quality was a bitter disappointment. Disappointing experience – overpriced and unprofessional treatment We recently ordered from Burgerhouse on Schleißheimerstraße and were disappointed. We were charged a flat rate of €16 for four drinks (including a beer) – that's €4 per drink. This price is disproportionate to the usual costs, especially since we ordered takeout. When we asked for a refund, the staff were unfriendly and annoyed. They did issue us a receipt, but the prices on it seemed to have been typed in arbitrarily. A comparison with Wolt shows that the prices there are lower (e.g., beer €4, soft drinks €3.50). It feels like we were deliberately ripped off. Added to this was the unpleasant manner of the staff, who were unwilling to take our criticism seriously. This kind of behavior is disappointing and leaves a bad impression. We will definitely not shop here again 👎

Business used to be really good, but since the change of ownership it has unfortunately just been a disaster! We placed an order 6 hours in advance with a requested delivery time of 7:30 p.m. Our order was simply canceled by the restaurant 15 minutes before the desired delivery time.

Unfortunately one of, if not the worst, burger house in Munich. I don't know what happened here, but before the pandemic the shop was really amazing and delicious. Now it only feels like they only use old products (especially the bread, as it is always old), and it doesn't taste like it does in other branches, since Loaed Fries in particular, compared to other branches, saves a lot on toppings in order to save on costs. The staff is ok, only the older man is unfriendly. What's also a shame is that if you order online and say, for example: Pick up: 1:40 a.m. (if they're open until 3 a.m.) and then you come punctually at 1:40 a.m., they only then start preparing the food. It is the best burger in Munich, but has the worst delivery service in the city. I have to say the staff is very nice and friendly. We still order every weekend because the burgers are too good, but we always throw away the fries (are always wet and disgusting). Recently the deliveries take too long to arrive, the food is terribly cold and via uber eats there is no way to track them but calling the restaurant (it feels like it’s 2008 🙄). I hope they fix it soon, otherwise they will loose two very loyal customers.

The Burger + Pommes was definitely not worth the twenty something Euros I paid. The Pommes were soft, the burger was quite small, but the place was open at 2:00 am and the delivery was fast, so I didn't have to starve! Therefore a positive review. from my side

Unfriendly reception I walked into the restaurant and was immediately confused about the ordering process. There was no one to be seen in the kitchen or at the counter. As I obviously signaled that I wanted to order something, a man stood up from a table with a vape or e-cigarette in his hand and approached me. He stood in front of me and seemed ready to take my order. I asked how the ordering process works – whether I should order standing up or at the table. I was then asked in a very incomprehensible manner what I wanted. I asked the man if he worked here and received a listless "yes" and a hard-to-understand "what do you want?" in response. The whole situation was so unpleasant that I lost my appetite to consume anything there. I then drove on to Hans Kebab and had a delicious meal there.
