As expected, the burgers were very tasty. Ordered for pickup at 7:10 p.m., was ready at 7:15 p.m., even though there was nothing going on in the store, but I preferred fresh rather than cold.

Very, very unfortunate. Another burger chain that was once top class and now just disappoints. There is now well-done thin meat that smells like problems with the health department about cleanliness and/or they have switched to cheaper frozen food. Unfortunately, the bread and fries are no longer good either, limp and tasteless. Only the prices are exorbitantly high. I won't come anymore and will look for another local bar. Anyone who continues to eat here doesn't know what a really good burger is that would justify a high price. “The fish definitely stinks from the head,” because the whole thing is garnished with even worse staff at the lowest level.

Unfriendly reception I walked into the restaurant and was immediately confused about the ordering process. There was no one to be seen in the kitchen or at the counter. As I obviously signaled that I wanted to order something, a man stood up from a table with a vape or e-cigarette in his hand and approached me. He stood in front of me and seemed ready to take my order. I asked how the ordering process works – whether I should order standing up or at the table. I was then asked in a very incomprehensible manner what I wanted. I asked the man if he worked here and received a listless "yes" and a hard-to-understand "what do you want?" in response. The whole situation was so unpleasant that I lost my appetite to consume anything there. I then drove on to Hans Kebab and had a delicious meal there.

It's a shame what this has become. It used to be one of the best burgers in Munich. Now you have to wait 2 hours for your food and the fries are a disgrace. I've never had such bad fries. They are so soggy and wet as if water was simply poured over them for whatever reason

I am very disappointed with my last order through Lieferando. The delivery took an hour and a half. When I called the burger place I ordered from, I was rudely brushed off and the employee simply hung up on me. Despite my advice that I didn't want any sauces etc. on my burger, it was delivered incorrectly. In addition, the burger tasted rather bland and wasn't really tasty. Very poor service and overall a disappointing experience.

Unfortunately one of the worst crispy chicken burgers I've ever eaten. The meat was hard to bite and only pulled strings. Had to take the meat out to be able to eat the burger. Is not recommended!

There were four of us and we arrived at the Burgerhouse shortly after twelve. Unfortunately, our visit was marred by a number of disappointing experiences. At first we waited in vain for someone to take our order. After some time we went to the front to place the order ourselves. It took a while before we got the restaurant owner's attention. After we were finally able to order, we had to wait an hour for our food. While we waited at the front, we watched the chef fry the fries again. This resulted in fries that were fried several times and were therefore inedible. The meat we ordered was not "medium" and after the long wait there was little joy about it. Later we ordered another meal to pick up. The shop was completely empty, but we were still not allowed to eat the order on site. The restaurant manager insisted that we take the food with us even though we wanted to eat it there. Overall, our visit to the Burgerhouse Schleisheimer Straße was very disappointing. Both the service and the quality of the food left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant.

It was raining and the weirdly improvised blanket outside couldn't stop the water from dripping onto our table. As if that wasn't uncomfortable enough, there were mice shuttling back and forth between the pantry and the toilet. You can excuse that because it's more of a kiosk with a tent than a real restaurant, but the food also contributed to the fact that you just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. The fries were lined up in rows at the counter and were simply fried again as needed and tasted accordingly. In addition, the staff was indistinguishable from the alcoholics and drunks who frequented there - their disrespectful, outrageous behavior blended perfectly into the overall picture of this sad “beer garden” (or whatever that is supposed to be). If you enjoy having Eastern European bickering as a constant background noise while you eat multiple fried, completely dry fries, feel free to go there. Otherwise I really wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Maximum anti-social.

Good burgers, moderate prices for DE and Munich.

Burgers have become really bad, back then a juicy thick patty, now a thin dry one like everyone else's, they have given up their unique selling point. Plus the new ice cream is so bad and cheap and artificial, I wouldn't even eat it for free. It would have been cool to have an ice cream parlor here.

As a vegetarian, I ordered a vegetarian burger and one with meat was delivered to me. After I reported this error to the waitress, the employee asked me if I had bitten yet. You should pay immediately after ordering. Cash only. Napkins and dips are on the counter and you can take the drink out of the fridge yourself, but your order will be served to the table. If I have to compare with the big famous franchises, I wouldn't choose this snack bar again. Parking is a problem and here you can't feel like you're in a restaurant. Burgers are nothing special.

How sad! The salad I ordered with Uber Eats arrived without cutlery, not even a small plastic fork. So I had to eat it with my hands and it wasn't the best. Perhaps disposable cutlery could have been requested separately, I probably didn't understand since the menu was only written in German. However, it wouldn't have cost them anything to add one, also considering that they require a minimum order of €25.

Ordered from Burger House via Lieferando. For the price of €16 (crispy chicken), the burger was an outrageously small size, had a lackluster topping and the fries provided were completely over-salted. All in all a very bad price-performance ratio. Not recommendable.

Fairly average food, the chips tasted like they were cooked in old oil. The staff didn't greet customers on entry as they were too busy on their phones, even ording was hard with one of the staff members only arriving after 5 mins at the counter.

By far not the usual Burger House level. Strange staff, strange location, seems like the main focus is on delivery and pick up. Not clean, a bit messy. e.g. Mayo turned yellow as stored in little dipping bowls. Expected something different from the vegan patty. I prefer more the fake meat kind than vegetable patty. Fries were good.

After many years, I adjusted my top rating because of the terrible new service (new employees) and the incomplete orders with zero insight and really poor communication. Then head over to Burger House Schwabing, it tastes good and the people are nice. Believe me, it's worth it.

Die Rezeption ist sehr respektvoll und sehr höflich. Ich bestelle schon öfter dort und es schmeckt einfach so wie man es sich vorstellet. Das Fleisch von den Burgern ist einfach nicht zu vergleichen mit den anderen, es ist war ganz besonderes und schmackhaftes. Ich empfehle es immer weiter.

I had an order today (Lieferando). Came pretty quick but the food was not ok. I ordered well-done and it was just raw. It is already a second or third time they food lacks quality. The whole burger was also wet from the meat juice aka water. Oh yes, the prices are also way too high.

Über eine Stunde gewartet. Hab mir u.a. nen Mini Cheeseburger bestellt. Aber die Größe ist echt für den Preis ne Frechheit. Der Rest war ok

Wir waren am Nachmittag zum Mittagessen dort. Der Geschmack ist wie bei einem normalen Burger House. Die Pommes mit Speck und Cheddar waren wirklich lecker. Ich würde wiederkommen, alles war in Ordnung.

Hier herrscht Imbissstimmung. Auf dem Teller waren wohl noch Rückstände vom Geschirrspüler. Mitarbeiter reden extrem laut. Wohlfühlstimmung kommt hier nicht auf. Preis dafür auch zu hoch. Essen war gut.

Super Schmackhafte Burger. (1x Classic Burger und 1x Chilli Cheese Burger); Cole Slaw war auch gut, gibt es aber besser. War sehr Weißkraut lastig. Getränke und Eis braucht man nicht zu bewerten. Insgesamt eine stimmige Preis / Leistung. Werden wieder kommen.

Was soll man noch dazu sagen. Es ist nicht mehr so wie es mal war! Die Qualität hat sich sehr verschlechtert über die Jahre. Geschmacklich nichts besonderes für die Preise die verlangt werden. Die Hygiene lässt zu wünschen übrig, der Service ist alles andere als gut. Ich werde zukünftig nicht mehr zum Essen gehen. Ich müsst wirklich was ändern!

Nach langem, hier mal wieder im Burger House gewesen. Fande den Bürger früher besser. Werden sicherlich nochmal vorbei kommen und einen neuen Versuch starten.

Burger an sich in Ordnung, aber nichts besonderes. Preis Leistung stimmt leider absolut nicht. Der Chef hat vor Kunden Streit mit Mitarbeitern gehabt, was nicht geht. Schon beim bestellen wollte ich eigentlich wieder gehen, da man keinen Anschein machte, die Bestellung aufzunehmen, anstatt weiter zu streiten.

Die besten Burger in München. Geschmacklich sensationell. Nicht billig aber jeden Cent wehrt.

Preis-Leistung sehr schlecht. Man wird für den Preis nicht wirklich satt und die Hygiene lässt zu wünschen übrig. Geschmacklich waren die Burger sehr gut. Haben für 5 Cheeseburger mit Getränk und zwei Pommes 72€ gezahlt.

Wahnsinns Burger 🍔 und nettes Personal. Ist eher ein Imbiss daher nicht bei jedem Wetter zu empfehlen, aber das essen ist ein Traum. Freu mich schon aufs nächste Mal.

Ist kein wirklicher Biergarten. Es gibt eine sehr kleine Auswahl an Getränken (weniger, als auf der Karte gelistet), komisch überdacht und eher wie ein Wintergarten. Essen war okay, aber nicht besonders… ich würde es nicht weiterempfehlen

Überteuertster und mittelmäßigster Burger, den ich je hatte. Wir hatten unsere Burger zum vor Ort essen bestellt. Nach gut 20 Minuten erfahren wir, dass unsere Burger schon seit einer Weile fertig sind, uns wurde nur einfach nichts gesagt. Da war es auch nicht übertaschend, dass die Burger kalt und trocken waren und ganz einfach nach fast nichts geschmeckt haben. Es ist schon fast eine Leistung, so einen lahmen Burger zu machen.

Burger Blue Cheese teuer aber absolut lecker. Der Halbe Flaschenbier ist leider auch hochpreisig. Ansonsten sehr angenehmer Platz um sich aufzuhalten und zu Essen. Die Pommes vom Nachbartisch sahen auch sehr gut aus. Kartenzahlung bei unserem Besuch nicht möglich. Ketchup und Majo waren gratis.
