What's with the cheese... I want to pick it up. I took all the bells and whistles that I didn't want anyway... Because of a cent. Fine, then I won't order at all.

Burgers are good, but PLEASE make the app better. It just causes problems, it's really bad. I really feel sorry for the poor branches that are terrorized by customers because something went wrong with the programming. Either discount codes are not accepted, the delivery address cannot be adjusted or entered at all, or the app says it can be delivered even though the branch is actually closed.

Unfortunately, the alleged managing directors Mr. Bankwitz and Mr. Geschöderer cannot be reached. It's no wonder, with such strange rip-offs who have to insert advertising everywhere in order to sell anything at all. I've never had unwanted advertising in my mailbox from Porsche, only from "companies" like Burgerme, clothing collection rip-offs, etc... Porsche is just good, Burgerme is just trash.

Ordered there by chance and found it absolutely good, great burgers and fast delivery, recommended!!

Extremely poor service. Never order from them. Nobody wants to hear anything about complaints.

Never had such bad service and never eaten such a bad burger. Absolute rip-off, far too expensive and inedible.

We ordered at lunchtime, guaranteed delivery within 30 minutes. If the food arrived later, we'd get a voucher. The food arrived after 45 minutes, the delivery person was rude, and the food was cold! The cold fries were absolutely inedible. The only thing that stood out was the Coke. We haven't received a voucher yet. NEVER AGAIN

Given the price you can make the meat a little more visible. With chicken it's even worse. All patties are actually just for small burger buns. There's almost nothing in there apart from rotten iceberg lettuce. Image editing is nice, but if it doesn't even look remotely similar to the actual burger then it's almost a criminal offense for deception. So once and never again. Given the prices for a burger, you expect fresh ingredients and not frozen ones. But a typical franchise disappeared on the market tomorrow because people were too greedy.
