Five Guys Hannover Bahnhofstraße in Hannover

I'm not a fan of having too many choices, so when I enter a new restaurant or fast food joint I actually feel pretty lost and overwhelmed. And you have to know Five Guys, otherwise it's difficult to choose something. The atmosphere is like a commercial kitchen in the States. It's not my thing at all, cool and somehow "untidy". The lady at the checkout tried hard, but she didn't give the feeling that an "absolutely clueless" customer would feel welcome there. Anyway, you have to like it, mine isn't.

That was the worst Five Guys burger I've ever eaten. The "fried" onions were still almost raw and the fried champions were slippery, cold and raw from the can. I actually like Five guys...

As always, it's all a matter of taste. I think the burgers are sensationally good. The fresh fries are also great. I'm happy to pay a little more for "every now and then". Update: Prices have increased slightly again. Quality is still consistently top.

I put 4 stars on the food because in the cheeseburger the second burger was half done... and in terms of price, what you get is what you pay for!!

I really liked the Five Guys Hannover. Here the burgers are not squished together when being packed like I have experienced in other branches. The extra portion of French fries is also available here. The burger tasted very tasty. The service was okay. At least the tables were cleaned after the visits. I didn't like the atmosphere. Still 5 stars. A clear recommendation for all Five Guys friends.

The cheeseburger is quite okay. Personally, I find the burger with bacon instead of meatballs a little more delicious. Unfortunately the rolls are a bit too sweet. But the fries are awesome. There are free mayo/ketchup dispensers for unlimited refills, as well as a huge selection of drinks (also unlimited). I find the interior very authentic and special.

Burgers 🍔: I didn't think it was that great. I wouldn't buy again. Fries 🍟: Mega🤩! I would come back for that alone! Ketchup, mayo and vinegar are available for self-service. Oreo shake 🥤: Great 🤩 Toilets 🚽: No separate toilets for men and women. That doesn't work for me at all. It doesn't make me feel safe there! Toilets should be a safe place for women. And that only works without men. Service 🤝: Unfortunately, the fries were not included in our order. Unfortunately I had to reorder these afterwards. Self-service for drinks and sauces is great.

Was here for the first time at the weekend and I have to say that the prices are quite overpriced... 2 cheeseburgers and 3 large fries with drinks cost me just under 58 euros... sorry but that's quite exaggerated. The taste was ok...but I also have to say, there are definitely better alternatives for the price.

Whoever wants it please but what's the point? The whole flow and chain is long gone. Better brothers

Burgers okay but the prices are really outrageous, especially for fries they charge over €7. In my opinion this is absolute usury and has nothing to do with inflation or anything else. Because of the price, I wouldn't recommend this store.

Damn, the food is completely finished, I threw a bit of it away and when they say it's not fresh the meat tastes good whether it comes out of the deep fryer. Never mind

Poor value for money, waited a long time even though there was nothing going on. It's clear that you don't eat fast food with cutlery off your plate. There isn't even a tray here, you can dine straight from a paper bag and aluminum foil. All in all a disappointment. Burgers and fries weren't convincing either. That was nothing but expensive!

Had the cheese bacon citizen, which was really good as a whole. The nice thing about Five Guys is that you can choose from 14 free toppings (onion, jalapeno, sauce), which compared to the competition costs 20-50 cents per topping. The bun doesn't taste as good as the one you bought from the supermarket, but the meat is really good. It's nice that you can take peanuts 🥜 ​​and fill up your drink as much as you want. Conclusion: Good good burger better than at MC or BK and ok in terms of price

The service staff was nice, but absolutely overpriced and not worth the money. The burger was mediocre and the fries weren't very tasty. You get a bag instead of a tablet. Ambiance very unpleasant. Was there for the first time today and definitely the last time.

Best burger chain I know. The fries are bomb. The waste for 2 people fits in a drinking cup! A little more expensive than BK or MC but the quality is 3-4 times better.

Were there for the first time. It's confusing at the beginning with the extras. My son liked it very much. The highlight is the wide variety of drinks. A little more expensive, but you can do it.

Expectations were quite high, but it is also a well-known chain. Unfortunately, the taste is not as convincing as in the USA. It's not bad but it doesn't live up to expectations either. Since it is in the middle of the city, it is centrally located but not a place where you would drive past quickly. The price is very high. 3 adults and 1 child can easily spend over €80 on a burger and a shake. It's not worth it for that. But the atmosphere is pretty American and nice. Cleaning is done all the time. All in all quite ok, burgers taste ok, but not really that special. Ambiance and neatness are nice, but prices are way too high. Rating: 2.5 stars

Simply great! Today I was here with my family. Since there was a long line at the checkout, I decided to order online using the app. I paid but the order was not placed and completed. I asked a friendly employee who was helping at the checkout. She took the time to check the issue and take the order again even though she had a lot of stress and work. She was very nice and prepared the order on time. We were offered shakes as an apology. I found this behavior very professional and considerate from a catering employee who enriches the restaurant. The food was also excellent and tasty. All the employees were friendly. We'd love to come back!

I was there on June 15th. around 6 p.m. at Five Guys in Hanover and was really hungry. As soon as I entered the restaurant, I was warmly greeted by an employee in a black shirt. Your friendly service made my visit pleasant from the start. My burger was freshly prepared for me and the taste was simply unique. Every bite was delicious and the ingredients were extremely fresh. I would particularly like to highlight the crisp salad - you can literally taste the freshness. The fries were the best I've ever had in a fast food restaurant. They were perfectly crispy. Even though the restaurant was busy, my burger was prepared surprisingly quickly. Overall it was a great experience at Five Guys Hannover. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a tasty and fresh burger!

So prices are almost outrageous. Half of the burger was cold and the taste was just ok. Paid 42 euros for two. It was worth an experience, but not so quickly 🤷‍♂️

Large portions, freshly made with a lot of feeling! The only drawback is that it is simply packaged for eating there. That could be a little nicer. But otherwise really good burgers, not to be compared with McDonald's Burgerking and Co!

First time at Five Guys. Seems like a pretty cult establishment with all the clippings and magazine covers plastered around the place. In fairness I got a bacon cheeseburger and it was really good. The fries were excellent too. Definitely a little expensive but tasty nonetheless.

The food and its packaging looked underwhelming, but it tasted awesome. The small fries were huge! Pricey, but definitely worth it.

The American flair of the store is really nice and detailed (e.g. the staff speaks English among themselves). The concept with the custom made burger is really, really cool, everything is prepared fresh in front of the customer. The fact that everything is served in a paper bag when you eat in the store and then random fries are thrown onto your order is a bit strange, but it's part of the store's concept. Commendably, you can freely refill your drinks with mayo and ketchup, which I consider a big plus point in times when I have to reorder the whole thing separately for a fee every time. The menu is absolutely clear, which is why the quality is quite high for a franchise company.

The food was very, very tasty - but also very, very expensive. You can't always treat yourself. The ambience corresponded to the lively pedestrian zone. If you want to eat in peace, this is the wrong place. But as I said: the burgers and especially the fries are great.

Very tasty food. Had the Little Bacon Cheese. The bacon was super crispy, just the way I like it. The pickles were delicious and the BBQ sauce went perfectly with them. The peanut oil fries tasted great. You could basically mix your own drink, which I'm really into. Finally Cola with a dash of Sprite. Seems very American, which I like too. The diner looks like something out of a movie. The only thing that was difficult to understand was the staff's pronunciation when they called out the order number. Otherwise I have nothing to complain about

Best burger chain in Germany, it should be much more common. But I think it would be even better if the cheese was melted on the grill and not placed cold on the meat. Grill the onion under the meat and the burger would be 10/10

Hallo, ich würde gerne über meinen ersten Besuch bei Five Guys berichten . die Bürger werden vorbereitet, wenn es sehr voll ist daher wahr alles aus er das Fleisch, was auch an sich sehr gut war, alles andere mehr als nur kalt und ich weiß auch nicht warum man gebratene Dosen Pilze auf ein Bürger macht sowas gibt es in den USA nicht genauso wie in Deutschland und dann kostet ein singel Bürger ohne Pommes etc. 13 Euro kann nur dazu abraten da jemals essen zu gehen

5 Guys as you are used to. Anyone who knows and knows what they're getting into will love it.

The ambience is worse than in a normal fast food restaurant. I wouldn't recommend it for a romantic meal. The employees are nice and helpful. The food tastes good even if the burger bun is so soft that it falls apart immediately. Next time I would rather use two smaller burgers than one normal burger. This is probably better to eat. The burger restaurant is within walking distance from the train station. You don't walk for 5 minutes. The burger patties taste much better than in a normal fast food restaurant. Here they are nice and crispy. You can also sit outside to eat.

Unfortunately, fries were cold and, above all, unusually few. So about a medium one at Mecces... 19 euros for a menu is simply too much for what is on offer.

Typical Five Guys: the best burgers in the fast food sector (at least as far as franchise companies are concerned), but expensive and not particularly convenient either. This one is no exception because the location is also great

It was my first time at Five Guys as there is no branch in our state. My mouth watered with Five Guys before through YouTube, TikTok, etc. So I went there full of anticipation and high expectations. And what should I say. I had a cheeseburger with 'small' fries and a Coke. And I paid over €20 for it!? The burger, which didn't taste particularly good, almost got stuck in my throat. The patties were basically unseasoned. The fries were good, but a lot for a small portion. One portion is easily enough for 2 people. Service was super friendly and nice. But I don't think I'll go to Five Guys again.

Das Lokal ist sauber, der Service ist gut und die Kartoffelstäbchen sind köstlich, aber die Menge ist groß. Der Verbrauch muss darüber hinaus rationalisiert werden, denn die meisten Kunden werfen viele Kartoffeln in den Müll, und das ist nicht gut.

Leckere Burger und Milchshakes . Pommes gibt es reichlich. Was hier eine kleine Portion ist, geht woanders als groß durch. Ordentliche Auswahl an Softdrinks inkl. Free refill.. Wer einmal Coca Cola mit Himbeergeschmack testen will wird hier fündig (ist gar nicht mal so übel! 😁)

The restaurant is very nice, the atmosphere is nice, the food is ready quickly, everything is fresh, they cut fries by themselves which are definitely better in taste and bigger portions than McDonald's and KFC, friendly service, affordable prices, 100 different options for a drink refills, unfortunately sometimes it's a mess but it's not because of the service because they are cleaning non stop, but because of the customers who often have problem with maintaining culture.

War heute hier und das war auch für mich das letzte Mal. Meinte zur Bedienung das ich hier Essen möchte und erhalte das Essen Verpackt in einer Papiertüte was wohl üblich ist in diesem Restaurant. Ich musste mir aus meiner Burger Folie einen Teller basteln. Zur Krönung war der Burger( Cheese Bacon) so schlecht gewesen, das ich sogar die FastFood Ketten MCs und Burgerking eher bevorzugen würde als dieses nochmal zu betreten. Der Käse beim Burger ist nicht geschmolzen, weil dieser einfach Kalt war, obwohl ich hierfür 10 Minuten gewartet habe. Für den ganzen Spaß habe ich 22 Euro bezahlt.

Sauber, nett, frisch, aber das sind mindestvorraussetzungen. Leider übertrieben teuer. USA Preise. Kann man 2-3 mal machen dann wird es langweilig.

War letztes Jahr dort. Burger sind wie bei jedem Five Guys sehr gut, natürlich nicht so gut wie in den USA, aber deutlich besser als andere Fast-Food Ketten. Hab mindestens 9 Liter Flüssigkeit zu mir genommen, man kann das Trinken nachfüllen so oft man will und die Auswahl an verschieden Geschmacksrichtungen von den Softdrinks ist grandios. Manche hab ich selbst noch nie hier in Deutschland gesehen. Das Essen kam relativ schnell, ich kam vor 5 anderen Menschen dran, war sehr überrascht. Der Service bestand tatsächlich aus 5 Guys👍 Die Ambiente ist akzeptabel es ist sehr groß, aber das war es schon.

Absolut gutes Essen, die Mitarbeiter sind nett, der Service ist gut und man bekommt das Essen sehr schnell.

Ich hatte ein Bacon Cheeseburger mit verschiedenen Toppings. Die Bestellannahme war nicht so einfach, da der Herr nicht gut deutsch konnte. Deswegen auch ein Punkt Abzug. Wenn man noch nie bei five Guys war, weiß man nicht, dass die mit Erdnuss Öl frittieren. Dies kann bestimmt gefährlich für Allergiker werden... Daher bitte drauf hinweisen oder das Mini-Schild größer werden lassen.. es gibt 15 Toppings zur Auswahl. Burger war sehr lecker. Was auch eine Verbesserung wäre, wenn man einen Pager bekommen würde, um zu wissen, wann das Essen fertig zu bereitet würde. Getränke kann man individuell wählen. Da es im Zentrum ist, gibt es keine direkten Parkplätze vor Ort.

Ich glaube, wer die hohen Preise beklagt, versteht nicht das Konzept. Die Qualität der Burger ist allen anderen Fast Food Läden meilenweit voraus. Und Qualität kostet halt. Die Schubkarre voller Pommes, die die MITTLERE Portion ausmachen, waren so schön salzig, dass man mehrmals zum Free Refill Automat gehen konnte. Ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch. Lieber 22€ für ein Menü hier lassen als 12€ für eine dahin geklatschte Alternative bei "Konkurrenz" (welche eigentlich gar keine ist).

Das erste Mal im Five Guys. Hat sehr lange gedauert, bis meine Bestellung zubereitet war, habe vor Ort gegessen. Der Burger wurde in Alufolie eingepackt, das geht auch anders. Geschmacklich ging es so, der Käse war allerdings einfach nur zwischen die beiden Patties gelegt und war kein bisschen geschmolzen. Die Einrichtung hat mir nicht wirklich gefallen, außerdem war es nicht gerade sauber. Die Tische hätten mal abgewischt werden können. In Summe zu viel Geld für das Gebotene

Die Bürger sind ja ganz lecker aber nichts außergewöhnliches. Leider waren die Pommes nicht knusprig sondern leicht labberig. Für den Preis hätte ich schon mehr erwartet. Beeindruckend war allerdings die Getränkebar. Alles in allem, kann mal man hingehen wenn man das nötige Kleingeld hat.

Geschmack echt lecker, aber 11,50 für einen Bacon Burger ohne Menu zu verlangen ist unverschämt.

Personal war freundlich. Getränke können an einer Refill-Station aufgefüllt werden. Burger durschnittlich. Das Bun war im Verhältnis zum Belag viel zu weich und labberig. Schon nach dem ersten Bissen fiel alles auseinander und war matschig. Hände somit völlig verschmiert, weil alles einzeln wieder aufgesammelt werden musste. Patty und Geschmack insgesamt ok und halbwegs warm. Pommes sehr salzig und total ungleichmäßig gegart - Von fast roh bis total trocken alles dabei. Leider keine Tabletts, sodass trotz Vor-Ort-Verzehrs alles in Tüten eingepackt wird oder man es einzeln zum jeweiligen Tisch tragen muss. Weder nachhaltig noch komfortabel. Das Ambiente finden wir fürchterlich. Schlachthaus-Charakter. Schlauchartiger Raum, hoch gefliest, ungemütliche, "kalte" Atmosphäre. Unbequeme Holzbänke. Ständig latschen Nicht-Kunden an einem vorbei, die nur die Toilettenräume aufsuchen. Wer gute Burger in angenehmer Atmosphäre essen möchte, findet in Hannover deutlich bessere Adressen.

Essen war sehr geil! Immer wieder grade wenn man Spontan was schnelles sucht geht es kaum besser.
