The burger was tasty, but the fries were the best part, in my opinion. The staff were friendly and did their jobs well. Unfortunately, the place seemed understaffed, which made it less than clean. I hope the necessary measures are taken to provide the employees with a better working environment.

Everything was great. Food was awesome. And it was not crowded so we had the place ro ourselves and 1 more family. We were there late evening. Perfect 5guys meal. We have tried it in several countries and this place is as we have experienced before. The staff was helpful and understanding that we couldnt speak German compared to some other placea in Germany who dont try to help you if you dont speak German.

You can order many toppings for your burger. The Little Cheeseburger is comparable to the Mackes Royal TS or the Whopper, but over €2 more expensive and doesn't taste any better. Juicy cutlets. The milkshake is excellent. You can add your own ingredients to the burger, separately sauces and spices.

Every time I'm here I've invested a lot. 2 burgers with fries to snack on immediately, two for later. They're also cold, easy 9/10. Staff is super nice. Anyone who complains about long waiting times or higher prices can happily eat standard stuff from the Krone or the Golden Seagull. I love that I can have the burger freshly made to my exact wishes here. Done.

Hmm... I can now compare it to the strong Frankfurt 5Gs: the Hanover 5Gs falls far short. Despite the similar layout due to the franchise, the location was less well-maintained – the cashier was preparing the burger and two others at the same time, adding cold toppings (pre-fried mushrooms), and then serving (the burgers cooled while he laboriously filled them with fries) – even though at least four (!) colleagues were in the branch at the same time, and during my 20-minute stay, the heavy mess at the pickup counter was calmly ignored.... Sorry, but with burger prices like that, that's just not acceptable.

One point for the burgers and fries. They're just like any other Five Guys. But what's absolutely unacceptable are the restrooms. Absolutely disgusting. Filthy (and not just one day's worth of dirt) and broken. Of the three women's restrooms, only one stall was open. The door scrapes so hard on the floor that you have to use a lot of force to open and close it (it doesn't open all the way). The disabled restroom is also broken. There's no way to change your child's diaper. It smells like a motorway restroom. Unbearable and unacceptable.

The cheeseburger is quite okay. Personally, I find the burger with bacon instead of meatballs a little more delicious. Unfortunately the rolls are a bit too sweet. But the fries are awesome. There are free mayo/ketchup dispensers for unlimited refills, as well as a huge selection of drinks (also unlimited). I find the interior very authentic and special.
