Some time ago I had a good review for the one mentioned above. Burger shop discontinued. Now unfortunately I have to correct that. Last night we ordered a meal there that was simply not edible - and certainly not edible. The burgers were cold and soggy, the patties were dry, the buns were soggy and sticky and the fries were cold. In addition, the different burgers could not be distinguished from each other. In one the bacon was missing, in the other the sauces were indefinable because they were smeared with the cheese. There was nothing remotely similar to the burgers on the menu. There was no taste of crisp, fresh ingredients or spicy cheese. The dishes were actually too expensive for the trash can, but they weren't suitable for our stomachs either. So unfortunately we had to throw them away. In the Burgerme call center there was only an announcement that no one could be reached by phone on site. You couldn't do anything more. Then that's just how it is. We will chalk this up as “learning money” and will no longer order from here.

"Burger me" is the perfect place for burger lovers! The selection is varied and every burger is fresh and delicious. I was particularly impressed by the Classic Cheeseburger – juicy and well seasoned! The fries are crispy and the atmosphere is cozy. The service is friendly and quick. Absolutely recommended!

My favorite burger shop by far. Above all, I think the friendly staff is like no other store. I recommend trying the Big Angus at least once.

Today I was a guest at Burger me in der List, this was my first visit and I have to say it was one of the tastiest burgers I have ever eaten and everyone with workers who passed me (couriers as well as chefs) greeted me with a smile. I ate the Big Angus steakhouse during my visit but please try it yourself and you won't regret it!

Food arrived within 25 minutes and the salad was crunchy and the chicken was nice and crispy. Highly recommended!

I recently had a meal there and was greeted very politely. A lot of time was taken with my order and all of my individual needs were taken into account (e.g. without onions and with lots of jalapenos) I had a short wait and the food tasted excellent, fresh, crunchy and juicy, what more could you want. Simply great, gladly again!!! A recommendation that I fully support :)

So people expect way too much, you still have to remember that a delivery service is a franchise, it tastes really tasty and the guys are very friendly👍🏻 I personally like the steakhouse burger with angus patty and I would recommend it!!👍🏻 By the way, the fries are also very tasty and especially the cheesecake dessert, the best thing is the delivery time, which was very quick even in these weather conditions! Great work and a plus with stars for the employees!! Keep it up👍🏻

If you have food delivered, not only are there song fees, but each item also becomes €1-2 more expensive. That's a disgrace for a delivery company, but for the money I'd rather put together the burger myself

There is always something missing in my order. Sometimes its the burger with fewer ingredients... if you buy dessert, open the lid to check if its everything there... sad 😞

We really slowed down a lot and always picked up the food directly on site, again today. Unfortunately, the food was almost cold, the fries were sticky Burger buns were really sticky and impossible to eat, so they probably switched to the cheapest product, which wasn't prepared either. You can no longer choose brioche buns online, something was missing from the order and it was impossible to tell which one was the vegan chicken burger. That was the last order, really bad for the price quoted.

Ordered 2 burgers. Both were missing the patty. As compensation, you will receive a €12 voucher, which you can only redeem if you reach the minimum order value in addition to the voucher.

My honest opinion: Really the best burgers in town! My challenge: once a week has to be enough, otherwise I'll have weight problems. My favorites are crispy chicken burgers and crispy chicken wings - double cross 👍💝😎🍀🤩 the team is always motivated and fast and accelerates. Both the drivers and behind the checkout as well as in the kitchen. I think it's great how the young people work so hard.

I order here very often and regularly. Can't understand the bad reviews. Burgers are always very tasty and the price/performance is fair. Deliveries are always lightning fast. I always choose additional sauces and that is always taken into account - which is why I like to order here so often. I'm still very satisfied.

Simply the best burger... An incredibly fast delivery, never waited longer than 25 minutes and got a nice warm burger and crispy fries... extremely fresh vegetables on the burger... super nice suppliers and a very friendly boss... I always like to order there and it wasn't never disappointed... definitely worth trying

Burgers taste good but not anymore, driver was very friendly, food came on time and hot. The free dips were not delivered, even though they were on the receipt. With good offers/vouchers/cashbacks I would order again, but not at the normal price.

Inedible...! Even though it only took 20 minutes from order to delivery, the burgers were both ice cold. Went straight into the trash can.

It was so cold in the restaurant that even some of the employees were walking around in jackets and hats. As a customer you wouldn't have been able to survive without it. It pulled despite the doors and windows being closed. Friendly staff, food not great.

First delivery and completely failed. The six burgers and side dishes for just under €50 were really cold. The cheese on the pattis didn't even melt, we know what that means or we just assume that the pattis were only lukewarm when the cheese was added. You can also smoke customer service in your pipe. Christian from Munich doesn't care if you paid a lot of money for cold turkey. You call and nothing happens. Only people who don't care about anything work like that. I would have paid around 60 dollars without the discount. It's a complete impudence, other shops do it better and they don't just have a five minute delivery route and cost as much as you discount. Absolutely no recommendation, I'm afraid the burgers weren't cooked properly. I'm looking forward to tomorrow. Dirty shop.

The store isn't that good now. had better experiences with Ricklingen, for comparison: in List many people work and it takes a long time, in Ricklingen only one works and it was quick. Things tasted better in Ricklingen and Ricklinger worked for his master's thesis.

So, we recently heard about this chain for the first time after we saw an advertising flyer on our doorstep. So I gave it a chance... Actually, as a passionate amateur cook, I am usually very critical of delivered food and have unfortunately been disappointed by it so many times... And what should I say: Both the food itself and the delivery time and the entire process from ordering online, to payment, to delivery, everything was very easy and, above all, quick, the food was hot and seemed freshly prepared. So I convinced my husband to order there again and he was absolutely thrilled too. The finger food is also top class...👌 So if you need someone to make advertising videos on social media, then you would have a good cooperation partner in me as an actually critical customer...😜

I ordered burgers without bbq and ketchup. What do I get of course ketchup. Disaster paid money for free.

A pity. Ordered 5 burgers, 4 were delivered. Called the phone number provided and was told by the nice man: "The store doesn't want telephone support. Unfortunately, you have to go into the store for that." There's a reason why you choose delivery because you're not mobile right now. Actually 0 points for service.

Macht von aussen einen ordentlichen Eindruck. Nach dem ersten Verzehr: Nunmehr einen Inca Veggie und Black Angus Steakhouse Burger gegessen. Geschmacklich gut. Der Service vorort war freundlich. Die Süßkartoffel - Pommes waren nach drei Minuten Transport leider schon matschig und deshalb insgesamt nur ☀️☀️☀️Die Burger haben 4 ☀️verdient.

Den Salat den ich erhalten habe war vergammelt und stinkt. Reklamation Fehlanzeige...O-Ton: "Unser Salat ist nicht vergammelt" Na denn...Fotos anbei, gelb und braun sollte Salat nicht sein, eher grün.

Neuer Nachtrag: Die Reaktion auf mein negatives Feedback von Burgerme war für mich jetzt sehr gut und hat mich zufrieden gestellt. Eine Gutschrift werden wir umgehend einlösen. Nachtrag: Aufgrund der Antwort zur Rezension habe ich den Vorgang entsprechend neu geschildert. Als Antwort kam eine Standardmail mit der Bitte, den Kassenbon vorzulegen. Die standardisierten Antworten zeigen das Desinteresse an einer Lösung oder Änderung. Sehr schade. Gutes Kundenmanagement ist mehr als Standardantworten zu senden. Die Qualität ist sehr schwankend. Von sehr gut bis richtig schlecht. Wir haben vor Kurzem zum Beispiel etwas abgeholt und waren begeistert. Gestern etwas später am Abend wieder eine Abholung. Absolut schlecht. Beilagen spärlich, Patty staubtrocken, Burger fiel praktisch auseinander. Auch das Fleisch alles andere als schmackhaft.Das Essen ist fast vollständig im Mülleimer gelandet. Eine grosse Enttäuschung nach durchaus guter Erfahrung aus der vorherigen Bestellung.Dafür ist der Preis echt zu hoch. Ich denke, dass war es für uns. Wenn kurz vor Ladenschluss die Qualität nicht mehr sichergestellt werden kann, sollte man die Öffnungszeiten noch mal prüfen.

Sehr leckerer Burger! Salat und das Burgerbun waren sehr frisch. Der Burger wurde heiß geliefert. Einziges Manko: Es wird sehr viel Soße benutzt.

2te mal vor Ort gewesen und bestellt. Essen war soweit in Ordnung. Bekommen wie bestellt und wie erwartet. Service okay. Ambiente, geht so, manmerkt halt, dass es eher nen abhol, oder Bringdienst ist. Eventuell probieren wir das so auch das nächste mal.

Wegen dem Smiley auf den Verpackungen gibt es zusätzlich neben der innerhalb von 10 Minuten ( nicht mal) volle 5 Sterne die mit Herz bewertet werden & der Lieferant war auch hübsch

Ist ein sehr angenehmer Ort. Jedoch bestellt man dort eher das Essen jenes vorzüglich schmeckt, aber dafür tief tief in die Brieftaschen greifen muss. Wenn man mal aus dem Fenster luschert sieht man auch ganze Zeit Birgit me Fahrräder herumlaufen, was ja für sich spricht. Geht immer sehr fix.

Sehr sauberer, überschaubarer Laden mit start-up vibe, wo junge, offenbar motivierte Leute sich erfolgreich anstrengen, etwas Essbares hinzukriegen. Der Angus-Burger war sehr gut, noch übertroffen von den Süsskartoffel-Pommes, die es als goodie dazugab. Gerne wieder.

Essen ist immer super lecker gewesen. Nie woanders Burger bestellt. Leider wurde aber der Datenschutz missbraucht und ich wurde vom Lieferanten per WhatsApp mit einer unerwünschten Nachricht kontaktiert. Daher gibts die Burger wohl in Zukunft bei der Konkurrenz.

Das Team dieses Burger Mes ist absolut irre. Noch nie so einen schnellen Lieferservice mit so gleichbleibend guter Quali gesehen. Das Lieferteam rennt in den 4. Stock und hat trotzdem ein Grinsen im Gesicht. Bestellt über Lieferando.

Sehr leckere vegane Burger und Nuggets, blitzschnelle Lieferung in die List und ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter, der das Essen gebracht hat. Ich hätte zu meinem veganen Burgerpattie nur gerne die Auswahl für normalen Käse gehabt, da ich mich „nur“ vegetarisch ernähre und ich veganen Käse leider nicht mag. Ansonsten alles top :)

Kann man mal machen ,aber was wirklich nervig ist sind die zumeist sehr jungen Zulieferer die ohne Rücksicht auf irgendwen verkehrt herum mit ihren E Bikes auf Fußwegen und vor Kinderaugen über Rote Ampeln brettern! Das ist in einem Familienbezirk wie der List einfach ein No Go!

Ganz ordentliche Burger mit gutem Fleisch, von denen man satt wird, was für den Preis auch sein muss. Salatblatt schön frisch, Brötchen leider kalt, Speck zu fest, Pommes werden in der Pappschachtel weich.

Mir schmeckt es dort einfach gut. Die Qualität ist absolut gleichbleibend. Der Service top.

Deer Vegane Burger war hervorragend und der Mitarbeiter ebenso und klar das das Ambiente nicht als Restaurant gedacht, sondern als Lieferservice, aber so komplett ohne Ambiente ist ein bisschen traurig.

Essen war super lecker und schnell geliefert. Mir persönlich war es das leckerste Fastfood was ich je gegessen habe. 10/10 would do it again.

Bei unseren Bestellungen lief immer alles gut und vor allem sind die Leute im Geschäft alle sehr sehr nett. Wir essen gern dort oder bestellen zum Abholen. Burger sind immer frisch und lecker. Einzig die Tür könnte mal repariert werden, da es kalt rein zieht und sich diese nicht schließen lässt wenn man vor Ort isst.

Leckere Burger. In letzter Zeit sind die Pommes leider sehr labbrig.

Essen war soweit ok, die veganen Produkte sind, wär gerne einen Fleisch Ersatz möchte sehr gut. Die Konsistenz ist ähnlich zu den Burger-Boulleten aus Fleisch. Ansonsten gibt es soweit nichts zu meckern.

Haben uns ins Hotel Burger von BurgerMe bestellt. Waren ok. Gefühlt sind die in Berlin besser. Kann aber auch täuschen
