burgerme in Hannover

I ordered a burger at this store and was shocked when I happened to take a closer look at the burger bread before eating. And what do I see? Mold. Yes, you read that right – MOLD! If I hadn't happened to look at the bread beforehand, I would have even eaten it. Something like that is absolutely disgusting and just shows how little value is placed on quality and hygiene here. With the best will in the world, I cannot recommend this store. Anyone who eats here is seriously risking their health. Hands off!

How am I supposed to rate something if the food didn't even arrive?

It's a shame, Stam has been a customer since it opened. (Ordered once a week) At the beginning it was super tasty, I always recommended it to my friends... But for about a year now the quality seems to have been reduced... Especially with the chicken fingers. I'm just wondering what it is... Well, food is always there quickly, 20 minutes, and still warm. But I also live around the corner. If you increase the quality again (I was there from the beginning and know that something has been changed) then it will be 5 stars again.

It's a shame that customer service doesn't work at all. I just spoke to Markus from customer service in Hannover Südstadt. I actually just wanted to know where our order was. 15 minutes overdue for burgermee is actually an absurdity. Unfortunately, Markus told me that the time at Lieferando that is written there is just Lieferando's time and that it has nothing to do with him. He's from Burgerme. Very well maintained, I ordered: Chili n' Cheese Burger Menu It was prepared quickly and any special requests were taken into account. Friendly and quick. If I didn't live far away, I would come more often.

Food arrived quickly and warm. The quality of the food is a pure taste experience. Overall, a clear 5-star recommendation for Burgerme!

Very unfriendly employees shout at each other on the phone, this will also be passed on to my lawyer. . I would like to point out that the employees are paid by us customers! Maybe the company should send the employees to training so that they can learn some nice things! I will share my experience with all my friends who will then post it on social media!!!

They don't even deserve the star. What I witnessed today was absolute madness as the employees scream at the customers. I'm at a loss for words. I'll never order from them again because they don't deserve my money! I will pass on my negative experience to everyone! They probably put customer service first!

Burger was good. The rest doesn't fit. It's just an out-of-house restaurant.

It was a unique experience, super nice staff so good that you can't express it in words. The food is incredibly delicious. Just a great place. I would give 6 stars on everything if I could. I recommend it with 3 thumbs up.

The food is very good but I am a bit disappointed with your delivery. My previous order is paid for in cash and that costs a total of 16.97 euros. If a delivery from you is collected from me and I have already said that I made 17 euros and gave 20 euros. But your delivery only gave me 5 cents back and unfortunately I didn't pay attention to it yet. Later I was able to find out about it. For me it doesn't matter because it's only 3 euros, but a little bit only truth and being clear work. Please imagine, if I were to order from you again in the future and it still happens, then I would decide that I would not eat here again.

Dry hard sesame bun with pre-made frozen beef patty. I imagine a “premium burger” (Angus BBQ) differently... The chicken fingers were also far too dry and felt like they consisted of 80% breading. Ordered via UBER EATS and otherwise an enthusiastic customer at FiveGuys. Then go straight to McDonalds.

I actually liked ordering there, but after I ordered brioche rolls for 2 burgers, accepted the extra charge, but only sesame rolls were delivered, without a voucher or any other information, I'm already disappointed. Then the salad was still brown and limp and had no place on a meal anymore. It's a shame... if I were to eat at BurgerMe again, I would just pick it up myself so I could check the quality and correctness of the order myself. But when do you feel like doing that?

So far I've only had delivery here at lunchtime, but I've always been very happy with it. The quality and the price are right, the Burhers have always arrived warm.

The food was good and the people there were very nice

Very friendly staff, but the change in the offer annoys me. There was previously a fairly large selection of vegan burgers, but these have now been removed from the program. Instead, there are now “Meatfree” burgers, where it is completely unclear whether they are vegetarian or vegan burgers. This isn't very service oriented as I had to call personally to find out.

Overall a good burger place. The burgers themselves are nothing special but they are always fresh, hot and tasty. The chicken and vegan options are also reasonable. Unfortunately, the fries are usually really bad, which is why it just can't be a perfect burger place overall... However, if you pick them up you can save a lot!

Burger kam kalt an, nach 55 Minuten, wohne nur 3 min mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Statt Cheesy Hot Fries gab es einen fettigen kalten Klumpen Süßkartoffeln, das war wohl leider das letzte Mal bei Euch, auch die Bestellung davor war schon grenzwertig, schade.

Dass einem Burgerladen die Pommes ausgehen, darf nicht sein!

Der Burgerme Laden lieferte mein Essen schnell, und es war wirklich lecker. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top. Ich werde sicherlich wieder hier bestellen.

Schnelle Lieferung. Pommes kommen warm und knusprig an. Das Kindermenü (Minime) enthielt diesmal eine Capri Sonne 👍🏼.

Quite happy with my order. The counter server was very polite and listened carefully to how I wanted my burger to be customized. The prices are reasonable and the quality of the food is good. I recommend this place if you look for a cozy and friendly restaurant in Hanover.

Veganen Burger und onion rings bestellt. War an sich lecker, aber der burger enthielt eine einzige Tomatenscheibe und ein kleines bisschen eisbergsalat. Ansonsten halt das patty und mayo. Also ein paar tomatenscheiben und zwei salatblätter kosten jetzt nicht die Welt.

Die Burger sind geschmacklich meiner Meinung nach die besten in ganz Hannover! Auch das System, sich die Zutaten selbst zusammen stellen zu können finde ich sehr gut. Der einzige Makel ist die Lieferung, es dauert manchmal recht lange & die Pommes sind leider fast immer kalt (obwohl wir nur 5 Minuten vom Restaurant entfernt wohnen). Die Milchshakes sind ebenfalls super lecker. Allerdings sind die Preise inzwischen leider viel zu hoch.

Geschmack aller erste Sahne. Sachen fast immer kalt und die Süßkartoffelpommes waren eine ekelige, fettige und nach Salz schmeckende Masse.

Essen lecker, aber Lieferung klappte die letzten 3 Mal leider nicht. Es ist ja kein Problem wenn es länger dauert, aber Kommunikation wäre schon top.

Der Burger war okay, nichts besonderes. Die Süßkartoffelpommes hingegen waren eine extreme Zumutung. Sie waren sehr sehr weich und es war im Grunde nur eine zusammenhängende, fettige und nur nach Salz schmeckende Masse in der Box. Lediglich die Lieferung verlief reibungslos und schnell. Ein weiteres Mal würde ich jedoch auf keinen Fall dort bestellen.

Burger war sehr gut. Pommes leider etwas wabbelig und im Salat war noch sehr viel Sand. Konnten leider nicht viel davon essen. Lieferung sehr schnell!

Leckere vegene/vegetarische Burger. Ich hatte eben den Crunchy Vegan. Die Getränke (fritz kola) könnten etwas günstiger sein, aber der Preis wird durch nette Mitarbeiter kompensiert. Der Laden ist sogar an den Feiertagen bis zum späten Abend geöffnet, was für die faulen Studenten wie mich, die nicht selbst kochen wollen, sehr vorteilhaft ist. 😀

Eigentlich vor allem ein Lieferdienst, aber man kann auch vor Ort essen. Draußen ist es sogar relativ gemütlich. Die Burgerauswahl ist wirklich groß und fantasievoll. Gute Auswahl an vegetarischen und veganen Burgern. Haben hier zwei Mal gegessen und die Burger waren immer lecker. Punkt Abzug für die ungemütliche Atmosphäre drinnen. Zum nach Hause liefern lassen sind mir die Burger zu teuer.

Per Lieferando bestellt und muss echt sagen kann man mal machen. Hatte einen BBQ Burger mit Bacon und Pommes und bin echt angetan. Sehr guter Standard der Burger, die Pommes waren auch top obwohl geliefert.

Gewohnt lecker. Und oben drauf sind die Jungs dort sehr sehr freundlich. Top.

Lieferservice ist mega gut! Schnelle Lieferung und geliefert schmeckt das Essen hier irgendwie besser als vor Ort woran es liegt- keine Ahnung. Burger sind lecker ( nichts ausgefallenes oder mega hochwertiges ) aber für den Hunger reichts und wenn man Lust auf nen Burger verspürt. Personal ist hilfsbereit.🍻

Sehr korrekter Fahrer hätte ihn mehr Trinkgeld gegeben wenn ich mehr hätte und ist noch Mal extra hoch gelaufen für meine Cola sehr korrekt 👍

Das Essen war lecker und die Angestellten waren sehr nett.

Sehr lecker würzig zubereitete Speisen, schnell und fair im Preis. Speisen können auch bestellt werden, mit Fahrrädern, die vor dem Laden stehen, werden die Kunden beliefert. Leider gibt's kein Kunden-WC...

Burger lecker, aber war schon etwas kalt ….Chili Cheese Nuggets waren noch heiß!Mein Burger sollte ohne Zwiebeln sein hat gut geklappt!:-)
