Best burger shop in Hanover, very tasty food, I would recommend it to everyone. The burger was juicy, perfectly cooked and the fries were fresh and crispy. However, a highlight of my visit was the excellent service. Despite the high volume of customers, two young employees handled everything confidently and with a smile. They were extremely friendly and polite, which is not a given in today's gastronomy. The organization and their commitment definitely enriched my visit. I'd love to come back!

The Manhattan Burger Shop is highly recommended. I was there on January 18, 2025 and was very satisfied! The burgers are fresh, juicy and can be put together as desired - they taste really great. The service also deserves high praise: the employees are friendly, attentive and always strive to offer guests a great experience. Even when there are large crowds or a lively atmosphere, the team remains patient and professional. A perfect place for delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere. Everything is just right here! Rating for the citizen restaurant – “French fries Odyssey 2025” So guys, we had a dream. A dream of crispy fries, fried until golden, steaming hot, with a little salt on top and a generous portion of sauce to dip into and drown all your worries. With this dream in our hearts and a beer in our hand, we set off - a real beer walk that took us through the vastness of the city center until we finally stood in front of the community restaurant. It looked promising. A temple to potato culture, we thought. But what followed was more of a pilgrimage to the realm of fate. The portions: Guys, I'm telling you: The portion of fries we got was so small that even a diet app would have applauded. A few fries here, a few fries there – I felt like Indiana Jones looking for the lost potato. And then the sauce: first they forgot it! No joke. We had to ask. Ask! It's like screaming for water in the desert and the waiter comes back with half a shot glass. The coleslaw: It wasn't a side dish, but a philosophy. A tiny portion, so microscopic that I considered breaking out the magnifying glass. There was more air in the bowl than herb. Maybe this is art? Maybe I just don't understand? The toilets: The quiet place was more of a screaming place. Not because it was loud, but because I was screaming inside. It was like an escape room, only without the sense of achievement at the end. The service: There's nothing to complain about. Friendly, attentive, everything good. But honestly, given the chaos, I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. The waiter was our rock in the surf, even if the surf unfortunately consisted of forgotten sauce.

I recently ate at Manhattan Burger and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The ambience is cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing evening. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive and very pretty without being intrusive. The food was simply outstanding – fresh, creative and perfectly prepared. All of the burgers are particularly recommended and were really a highlight. We were impressed by the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail. I had dinner there last week The food tasted very, very tasty, everything was fresh without a long wait. The service staff were very, very, very nice and friendly and very helpful And kept the store very clean and tidy. And asked if everything was OK. I was in the store and asked for a menu with my colleague, she said 1 menu with a side dish for 10 euros, I said ok then sweet potato fries she ok I sit down wait she brings the order I go out look in the bag after 2 minutes and I see normal fries then I went back and asked. She said I had to pay 2 euros extra even though she said OK beforehand. Then I left and she said smoked too much, that's very rude and disrespectful. I asked what they said she said ahh nothing nothing very rude and respectful going on as I said I used to eat with friends but never again from now on and when you charge you very often get less than you have to and it's not possible at all

It only took them 10 minutes to take my order, then someone else came and wanted to go through the order again. After 15 minutes, I couldn't even place my order. Then I went out. The staff was very unfriendly and incompetent. Overall not worth recommending.

Value for money and taste are great. Customer service is great too. Once we even got a free large pizza because it couldn't be delivered a few days before due to a broken extractor hood.

I placed an order at 9:30 p.m. and the order hadn't arrived by 11 p.m., even though it was supposed to be delivered at 10:43 p.m. at the latest. Not recommendable..

Yesterday I ordered a burger and sweet potato fries and the order arrived an hour late. The burger tasted good, but the fries were just cold and rancid. Because of the delay, I was promised two free drinks that didn't arrive when delivered. Simply disrespectful! I only give the two stars because the food arrived at all and the burger tasted good.

We like to order here because the burgers taste good (vegetarian and with meat). Unfortunately, we have often had the experience that the delivery time is significantly longer than stated. Today our food was supposed to arrive at 7 p.m., but it actually arrived at around 8:30 p.m. At 7:30 p.m. we received a telephone call saying that the driver would be leaving in a few minutes. Very implausible for a journey of <20 minutes. We do not understand why the announced delivery times are not adjusted or alternatives are chosen, as there seems to be such a high level of utilization often.

Food was good so far and burgers were also available in vegan form, but there was no water and no toilet here, which is really a no-go!! We weren't offered to use the employee toilet either. If you offer service and aren't a ToGo restaurant, that's it has sanitary facilities to offer.

According to Google, the operator lodged a complaint against my original review. Given the very long wait when ordering mozzarella sticks(!), I think 3 stars are justified and I also didn't like the service/atmosphere. Good thing I was there with my friend and her family who can confirm the above.

To me it was the best burger I tasted in Hannover. A big portions and a drink with fries for only 12 euros.

So first of all, the burger and the side dishes were good. I didn't think you could really taste the blue mold, but otherwise everything was delicious. However, I found the toilets to be a complete disaster. That's too bad. The service was otherwise friendly and explained everything. Here you can also put together your own burger if you want.

Die Burger sind lecker und im Menü ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Pommes Portion ist wirklich enorm. Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern da. Service super nett, wir waren happy. Kommen gern wieder her. (Bitte macht mal was mit euren Toiletten, dann ist alles top!)

Die Burger sind lecker. Ich kann den Pablos Dream Gucamole-Zuccini-Burger empfehlen. Das Personal ist nett- und hilfsbereit und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Die Toiletten sind allerdings schrecklich.

Hey Lieber Freunde, bin heute in Manhattan Burger Limmerstraße gewesen hab dort mit meine Freunde gegessen, die Burger war unglaublich lecker die Susen warn top Personale waren sehr freundlich, ich sage nicht viel dazu lasst euch überraschen, ich werde euch weiter empfehlen

Haben insgesamt gut 2,5 Stunden auf unsere Bestellung gewartet. 90 Minuten waren als Wartezeit angegeben. Nach 2 Stunden wurde auf Nachfrage mitgeteilt, der Fahrer wäre unterwegs. Nach weiteren 30 Minuten wurde auf erneute Rückfrage wieder gesagt, der Fahrer sei gerade los. Als Entschädigung für die Wartezeit haben wir Getränke bekommen. Die Pommes waren eher kalt und matschig. Kein Hochgenuss. In den Süßkartoffelpommes war zudem ein Chickennugget. Für mich eine leckere Überraschung, für Vegetarier sicher ein hartes No-go. Burger waren gut, aber auch schon mal besser. Da durch die Onlinebestellung sowohl Handynummer als auch Mailadresse vorlag, wäre eine Rückmeldung über die lange Wartezeit wünschenswert gewesen.

Der Chili cheese Burger schmeckte weder scharf noch nach Käse. Er schmeckte nach trockenem Beeffleischpatty. Er schmeckte nicht schlecht hat aber sehr viel Potential sich zu entwickeln. Die Curly fries waren i.O. Der Preis ist zu hoch für Selbstbedienung. Die Tische waren klebrig. Die Türklinke defekt. Insgesamt macht es keinen vertrauenserweckenden sauberen gepflegten Eindruck. Ich werde nicht mehr dort hin gehen.

undurchsichtige Preisgestaltung. nachdem wir bei der Bestellung bereits bezahlt hatten, sollten wir bei beim servieren der Burger noch eine weitere Zahlung leisten, angeblich wurde zuvor falsch berechnet. Bei 3 Standard-Burgern plus 3 Getränke im self-service (jeweils Dose aus dem Kühlschrank) für fast 50 € ein teurer Spaß. Fazit: ist soviel Geld nicht wert

Noch nie so versüffte Toiletten gesehen! Dagegen sind die auf den Autobahnparkplätzen sauber. Seife war vorhanden, eine Möglichkeit sich die Hände abzutrocknen existierte nicht. Die Toilettentüren ließen sich nicht abschließen, die Klobrillen waren mit Urin beträufelt und an der Unterseite mit Kot beschmiert. Ich hätte mich beinahe übergeben. Wie kann man seinen Gästen nur so einen Zustand anbieten? Pfuiiiii…. Der Burger war allerdings top! 👍

One of the best burgers I’ve ever tried. I recommend the Smokey Burger. I’ve tried more then 2 times there and always tasty. Besides that, sometimes can take a bit time to get the food but it worth it!! Love it!

Die Burger sind nicht nur saftig, sondern geradezu perfekt zubereitet. Jeder Bissen war ein Fest für die Sinne. Was diesen Laden wirklich auszeichnet, ist die kreative Zusammenstellung der Burger. Hier werden keine gewöhnlichen Kreationen serviert, sondern wahre Meisterwerke. Von außergewöhnlichen Belägen bis hin zu einzigartigen Saucen - die Burger sind echte Kunstwerke, die den Gaumen verwöhnen. Und das Beste ist, dass die Qualität der Burger nicht mit einem hohen Preis einhergeht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut stimmig. Man bekommt hier wirklich viel für sein Geld, was heutzutage nicht selbstverständlich ist. Die Atmosphäre des Ladens ist ein weiteres Highlight. Der Jugendstil-Look verleiht dem Ort eine einzigartige und charmante Note. Es ist der ideale Ort, um sich mit Freunden zu treffen oder einen gemütlichen Abend zu verbringen. Eine weitere Besonderheit ist die Möglichkeit, sich draußen hinzusetzen. Dank der verkehrsberuhigten Limmerstraße kann man die entspannte Atmosphäre der Straße in vollen Zügen genießen. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor Ort sind zwar begrenzt, aber das ist kein Problem, da der Laden gut mit der Straßenbahn erreichbar ist. Die Haltestelle befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, und auch ein REWE und ein Rossmann sind ganz in der Nähe. Insgesamt kann ich diesen Burgerladen nicht genug loben. Von den saftigen Burgern über die kreative Zusammenstellung bis hin zur gemütlichen Atmosphäre und der verkehrsgünstigen Lage gibt es hier nichts zu bemängeln. Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall, und ich werde definitiv wiederkommen, um mehr von diesen köstlichen Kreationen zu probieren!

Neuer Lieblingsladen. Wir waren spontan auf der Limmerstraße und wollten irgendwas essen. Vor einiger Zeit waren wir schon mal hier und dachten, ok, ein Burgerladen. Wir waren aber sehr begeistert. Wir hatten einmal den Burger mit Beyound Meat (sehr gut!) und den Burger mit doppelt Beef (ist wohl auch sehr gut gewesen). Mit den Pommes haben sie es sehr gut gemeint, wir waren mehr als satt, als wir alles aufgegessen haben. In anderen Läden sind die Pommes oft mikroskopisch klein, aber hier nicht. Wir haben auf Nachfrage auch einen zweiten Dip bekommen, um die Pommes komplett verdrücken zu können. Der Service war auch freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Sehr guter Burger mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Super nette Bedienung. Laden insgesamt nicht sehr sauber. Man isst außerdem von Tabletts, die nicht sooo angenehm aussehen.

Wir waren zum Mittagsmenü vor Ort. Der Burger hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir saßen draußen und uns wurde das Essen herausgebracht.

Never again. Das Essen war sein Geld nicht wert. Den Laden möchte ich nicht im Hellen sehen. Die Tische außen waren nicht gereinigt oder desinfiziert. Am Nebentisch wurde hemmungslos gekifft.

Hatte Burger und curly fries Es waren ultra viele curly fries das war sehr nice. Der Burger war sehr lecker,das Brötchen wurde nicht matschig oder fettig. Auch die soße war sehr gut. Komme gerne wieder. Preis Leistung war top.
