Manhattan Burger und Pizza in Hannover

Ein wunderschönes und gemütliches Restaurant. Auch das Personal ist kompetent.

Normalerweise schreibe ich keine rezension aber heute hat mich wirklich alles schockiert. Wir haben ca um 19:20Uhr Essen bestellt und haben anschließend gewartet. Auf der App stand, dass der Lieferant noch nicht losgefahren sei und haben anschließend angerufen (ca 40 min später ). Auf Nachfrage meinte ein Mitarbeiter zu mir, dass das Produkt was wir bestellt hatten nicht mehr vorhanden sei, was vollkommen in Ordnung ist. Dennoch musste ich von mir aus selber anrufen, da es keinen Hinweis darauf gab.Hätte ich nicht angerufen , hätte wahrscheinlich alles nochmal länger gedauert. Nach weiteren guten 30 min habe ich erneut angerufen und gefragt, ob das Essen schon los wäre. Dies wurde verneint und es wurde sich entschuldigt. Uns wurde als Kompensation ein Getränk angeboten, welches wir auch angenommen hatten. Das Essen kam dann gegen 22 Uhr an und unser Getränk hatte gefehlt. Ebenso haben wir statt der 2für1 Aktion Chickenfingers ,Zwiebelringe bestellt die normalerweise nur ca 6€ kosten. Die Portion war klein und wir haben den Preis der Chickenfinger für 10,45€ bezahlt. Ich habe noch nie so lange und dann noch auf nichts gewartet . Katastrophe

Waren 2x da. Der Typ an der Kasse muss wirklich unzufrieden mit seinem Job sein. Unfreundlich in Wort- und Tonwahl.

Die Preise draußen sind anders als die Preise im Laden. Der Cheese Smashburger schmeckte zwar, aber es war nichts besonderes und dafür das Geld nicht wert. Die Toiletten (Männer und Frauen) haben kein Klopapier und nicht mal die Halterung dafür. Soll man sich überhaupt abwischen oder wie ist das gedacht? Der Service ist nett. Fazit: Insgesamt besteht hier Verbesserungsbedarf in vielen Punkten.

Herzlichen Dank an Naweed! Wirklich selten so einen freundlichen und angenehmen Service erlebt. Man wurde super beraten, alles wurde entspannt erklärt und man hat sich direkt willkommen gefühlt. Dazu waren die Burger und Pommes bei Manhattan Burger wirklich sehr lecker. Insgesamt einfach eine richtig gute Erfahrung – komme definitiv wieder.

Bester Laden für Burger in Hannover, Mitarbeiter sehr sehr freundlich und essen auch sehr lecker und für guten Preis, durften nach Feierabend sogar 10 Minuten länger bleiben um zu essen 10/10 würde nochmal hingehen wenn ich in Hannover bin und jedem ans Herz legen

Ich dachte mir ganz spontan mal schnell 2 Burger mitnehmen. Ich hatte keine großen Erwartungen, weil ich den Laden vorher nicht kannte. Ich wurde wirklich überrascht. Die burger und auch die Pommes waren überragend lecker und die Portionen auch wirklich groß. Wir kommen wieder 🤙🏽

Die Burger sind sehr gut, die Portion ist groß, das Angebot mit Pommes und Getränk reicht für vier Personen, wir haben nur 50 Euro bezahlt, was meiner Meinung nach ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist.

Leider eine riesige Enttäuschung. Wir haben hier für fast 40 € bestellt und hatten wirklich mehr erwartet. Die Burger waren lieblos gemacht, geschmacklich nichts Besonderes und insgesamt einfach das Geld nicht wert. Wir waren danach so enttäuscht und noch hungrig, dass wir direkt rüber zu Bürgermeister gegangen sind, um dort nochmal etwas zu essen. Definitiv kein Besuch, den wir wiederholen werden.

Smashed Cheeseburger roch nach altem Hackfleisch, Bun war weich wie Watte, nicht getoastet. 6,50€. Dann lieber das Smart Menü vom McSpei holen für 6€.

Ich schreibe normalerweise keine Reviews, aber der Umgang hier ist dreist. Ich habe über Uber Eats bei diesem Laden bestellt. Es gab ein 2-für-1-Angebot für Burger ohne Pommes für 14,80 €, und wir dachten uns: Okay, dann kaufen wir zusätzlich Pommes für 3,90 € pro Person. Die Endrechnung lag bei 22,60 €. Am Ende kam jedoch nur eine Portion Pommes an, und diese war unfassbar klein – Respekt für diesen Preis von 3,90 €. Die andere Portion Pommes kam gar nicht erst an. Ich habe angerufen, und mir wurde gesagt, dass ich bei der nächsten Bestellung etwas extra bekomme. Erstens: Wir waren zwei Personen, und selbst für eine Person waren die Pommes nicht ausreichend. Zweitens: Wir haben dafür extra bezahlt. Es war kein Menü – mir geht es hier ums Prinzip. Als Begründung wurde genannt, dass sie keine Fahrer haben. Das kann ich nachvollziehen, aber mich dann einfach mit „Beim nächsten Mal bekommt ihr etwas extra“ abzuspeisen, ist nicht in Ordnung. Es wird kein nächstes Mal geben. Warum sollte ich nochmal bestellen, wenn mir das Essen nicht gefallen hat und ich sogar eine bezahlte Sache gar nicht erhalten habe? Wenn man es hochrechnet, fehlte fast ein Drittel des Wertes unserer Bestellung. Außerdem sehe ich es nicht ein, mich auf ein „Extra beim nächsten Mal“ zu verlassen – schließlich könnte theoretisch jeder behaupten, bei einer früheren Bestellung hätte etwas gefehlt. Ich liefere gerne Beweise für alles, damit hier nichts anderes behauptet werden kann. Ich bin auch bereit, nochmal mit mir sprechen zu lassen – aber erst, wenn ich zumindest das Geld für die Pommes zurückerhalten habe. Es geht mir hier ums Prinzip: Wer hohe Preise verlangt, sollte auch entsprechend liefern. So einen Umgang finde ich absolut nicht akzeptabel. Das Mindeste wäre gewesen, uns das Geld für die Pommes zu erstatten. So etwas kann passieren, aber dann sollte man zumindest eine vernünftige Lösung anbieten – zum Beispiel eine direkte Erstattung oder eine klare Regelung. Aber einfach nur abzuwimmeln, ist wirklich enttäuschend. ps:über Eats hat uns 2 euro von 4 Euro Pommes wiedergeben wollen deshalb ist da eine andere Endsumme

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Habe zuerst den falschen Burger bekommen, aber der wurde netterweise mit wenig Murren getauscht;)

Ich muss sagen es war alles gut ausser das wichtigste vom Burger , das Fleisch. Sowohl Brot, Salat, Sossen und Beilagen waren wirklich gut aber das Fleisch war naja. Ich weiss nicht ob es an der Zubereitung liegt oder an der Qualiät. Hier würde ich nicht wieder essen ausser ich werde eingeladen.

Wir waren gestern dort und haben das Ramadan Menü bestellt mit Suppe, Bürger und Datteln! Wir haben das Essen erst nach einer Stunde bekommen und das Brot war verbrannt und die Suppen haben wir erst garnicht erhalten. Die Kellnerin war bestimmt 14 Jahre alt und etwas überfordert aber Ihr gebe ich nicht die Schuld sondern eher den Chef, dass er es nicht koordinieren kann. Ich bin kein Typ der Bewertet aber sowas geht garnicht! Sorry

Mein Besuch hat mich heut leider negativ erwischt. Ich bin extra von weit angefahren um einfach herauszufinden, dass der Burger absolut nicht schmeckt. Ein Punkt gibt es für die Pommes. Das waren einfach ganz normale Pommes von Lidl. Die Home Made Sauce wurde glaube ich einfach aus Ketchup und Mayo gemixt und noch ein paar Gewürzen aber ich will mich nicht zu weit aus dem Fenster lehnen. . Die Mitarbeiter waren zwar ziemlich freundlich Und die Ambiente auch, wobei mir der Schimmelfleck an der Wand ein bisschen komisch vorkam

Unfassbar das der Laden 4,6 Sterne hat! Über Toiletten erwähne ich hier lieber nix.

War vor Ort und habe da mit meinen Kindern gegessen. Haben ca 30 min gewartet obwohl nichts los war. Die Toilette fand ich auch nicht so einladend. Wenn man draußen sitzt, dann ist das Recht laut, weil Autos vorbei fahren. Also wenn, dann würde ich hier bestellen. Aber dann ist das essen und der Preis immer noch so wie es ist. Meiner Meinung nach nicht gut genug für den Preis. Ich fand es nicht gut und habe 3 Sterne gegeben. Daraufhin hat der Inhaber die Bewertung mit der Begründung „Diffamierung“ löschen lassen. Dabei habe ich nichts schriftlich kommentiert…

Der Smashed Cheeseburger war Hammer Pommes auch gut sehr zu empfehlen 😋

Ich bin ehrlich überrascht. Für den Preis habe ich keine so knusprigen und leckeren Pommes erwartet und erst recht keinen so saftigen Burger. Hier kommt man für sein Geld wirklich auf seine Kosten.

Was war dass, mir ist später schlecht geworden. Ein frittierter in der Mitte längs durchgeschnittener Burger. Die Süsskartoffelpommes sind alle dunkel verbrannt. An den Tisch vorgestellt wo ich gesagt habe ich eß das nicht, hat Kellner gesagt, sie bekommen andere. Bedienung versteht kein deutsch , murmelt antworten vor sich hin hat AirPods in seinen Ohren und bestellt gleichzeitig. Mann fühlt sich als Kunde echt verascht. Ich hätte am liebsten das Essen hingeschmissen hatte aber Hunger nach meinem Feierabend. Komme mit Magenschmerzen nach Hause. Nie wieder ?? Echt Nie wieder

Sehr leckerer Smashburger (sehr empfehlenswert) in gemütlichem Ambiente. Die Preise sind richtig fair und man kann gemütlich sitzen. Pommesportionen sind sehr groß.

I've been to Manhattan Burger a few times now, and every time I leave feeling full and satisfied. The burgers are simply really good: juicy meat, fresh ingredients, and no overly fancy stuff. You can tell that someone knows what they're putting on the grill. I think it's cool that you can get different combinations than the usual standard burgers here. The portions are generous, the fries are crispy, and even when it's busy, the staff remains friendly and relaxed. It's cozy inside, but you can also easily get takeaway food if you can't find a seat. The price-performance ratio is absolutely perfect, and in terms of taste, this is one of the best burger joints in Hanover for me. No hype, no drama, just good food, the way it should be.

Today, three of us ate here for the first time. The employee asked if it was our first time. Yes: The employee greeted us warmly and explained what was on offer: a Smashburger 🍔 in the menu with a side dish, sauce, and a drink for €13.90, or two smaller burgers in the menu, also for €13.90. We could get drinks from the fridge. Less than 15 minutes later, the burger menu was brought to our table, and there was even one more sauce on each tray. It would be nice if there was a sign on the restroom door indicating that this is the restroom.

It took an eternity for the burger to be ready, about 25-30 minutes. But the problem was recognized and accommodated without further ado, so the service was good. That doesn't help if you're in a hurry (it is fast food, after all), but I didn't mind that evening. The burger made up for everything; it was very, very tasty! I'll be back.

You should be more meticulous about cleaning the toilet.

Despite the good reviews and the delicious food, I have to say that the fries were very small this time, which was very disappointing. If the portion is that small next time, I'll go somewhere else.

Everything tastes good, but it's incredibly annoying when you suddenly get a spray while eating, and then it smells like a freshly cleaned restroom. You can also clean the tables without spraying the cleaning agent into the air.

The food was generally okay. Nothing spectacular, nothing particularly new. Service was just mediocre; the order wasn't delivered as ordered, and everything was mixed up.

We found it very good and tasty! Affordable and with a large vegan selection!

All reviews here are without a clear profile! Weird! We were there two weeks ago. There was no beer, no water. Service was nonexistent. We sat outside and no waiter. We then ordered inside. The burgers tasted so-so, no comparison to other burger joints. Not at all visually appealing. The fries were too salty. Expensive for the quality. The restrooms were in terrible condition or broken. They mercifully brought us the food. We didn't get any napkins. We won't be going back, sorry. There are literally thousands of burger joints that make their burgers with love and also with a pleasing appearance. I think you'd even be better off at Burger King! Never ever!

The burgers are okay. However, the place itself is a complete disaster. The cashier seems to be slow on the uptake. They have AirPods in their ears, don't even smile, and forget everything you ordered after two seconds. This is the last time I eat or order anything from this dump. Spend your money somewhere else!

Since it opened, we've enjoyed eating at Manhattan Burger in Linden every now and then. Yesterday, we weren't impressed. My cheeseburger was more shoe sole than burger than "well done." My husband paid €18 for his cheeseburger with an extra patty. Arguments at the cashier after checking the receipt were pointless. The complaint management system needs to be improved...a shame, at the very least.

Staff noticeably unmotivated and not very accommodating. It seems like they don't feel like explaining anything about the map. 1/2 of the sauces were not available. Without explanation why. Drinks are stored in a wild mess (the selection has become extremely small) in the refrigerators. Food (mozzarella sticks, burgers and fries) arrived carelessly placed on the tray. The smashed vegan burger was simply a potato pancake (I wasn't asked what kind of pattie I wanted). Unfortunately very dry, otherwise fine. Mozzarella sticks were like they were frozen and unfortunately not good. Curly fries were good. Overall, the Manhattan experience has gotten a lot worse for some time, unfortunately!

Super nice service. Cozy and tastefully furnished. The fries look homemade. Crispy, good quality burger patties. The vegan burger was extremely tasty. The menu is worth it for the price-performance ratio. There are not only the usual Fanta, Cola, etc. , but also fruit spritzers. Highly recommended!

After 1.5 hours of waiting, I finally got my food - and then wrong, even though I clearly said that I wanted to eat on site, it was packaged for me to take away. The meal itself was a disaster: there were maybe three fries - not even enough for a child. No napkins, no sauce, just everything loveless. I've rarely experienced something like that. This was definitely the last time for me!

It was a great meal with lots of side dishes and extras. I just didn't like that the music in the shop was very anti-social and had to do with drugs. I used to order a burger there and the service was very good, but unfortunately they don't do home delivery anymore and the girl who answers the phone seems to have been there for three months without pay. I no longer recommend them. Thanks !

The Manhattan Burger Shop is highly recommended. I was there on January 18, 2025 and was very satisfied! The burgers are fresh, juicy and can be put together as desired - they taste really great. The service also deserves high praise: the employees are friendly, attentive and always strive to offer guests a great experience. Even when there are large crowds or a lively atmosphere, the team remains patient and professional. A perfect place for delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere. Everything is just right here! Best burger shop in Hanover, very tasty food, I would recommend it to everyone. The burger was juicy, perfectly cooked and the fries were fresh and crispy. However, a highlight of my visit was the excellent service. Despite the high volume of customers, two young employees handled everything confidently and with a smile. They were extremely friendly and polite, which is not a given in today's gastronomy. The organization and their commitment definitely enriched my visit. I'd love to come back!

Rating for the citizen restaurant – “French fries Odyssey 2025” So guys, we had a dream. A dream of crispy fries, fried until golden, steaming hot, with a little salt on top and a generous portion of sauce to dip into and drown all your worries. With this dream in our hearts and a beer in our hand, we set off - a real beer walk that took us through the vastness of the city center until we finally stood in front of the community restaurant. It looked promising. A temple to potato culture, we thought. But what followed was more of a pilgrimage to the realm of fate. The portions: Guys, I'm telling you: The portion of fries we got was so small that even a diet app would have applauded. A few fries here, a few fries there – I felt like Indiana Jones looking for the lost potato. And then the sauce: first they forgot it! No joke. We had to ask. Ask! It's like screaming for water in the desert and the waiter comes back with half a shot glass. The coleslaw: It wasn't a side dish, but a philosophy. A tiny portion, so microscopic that I considered breaking out the magnifying glass. There was more air in the bowl than herb. Maybe this is art? Maybe I just don't understand? The toilets: The quiet place was more of a screaming place. Not because it was loud, but because I was screaming inside. It was like an escape room, only without the sense of achievement at the end. The service: There's nothing to complain about. Friendly, attentive, everything good. But honestly, given the chaos, I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. The waiter was our rock in the surf, even if the surf unfortunately consisted of forgotten sauce.

I recently ate at Manhattan Burger and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The ambience is cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing evening. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive and very pretty without being intrusive. The food was simply outstanding – fresh, creative and perfectly prepared. All of the burgers are particularly recommended and were really a highlight. We were impressed by the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this restaurant. I'm always happy to come to you. ❤️

I had dinner there last week The food tasted very, very tasty, everything was fresh without a long wait. The service staff were very, very, very nice and friendly and very helpful And kept the store very clean and tidy. And asked if everything was OK. I was in the store and asked for a menu with my colleague, she said 1 menu with a side dish for 10 euros, I said ok then sweet potato fries she ok I sit down wait she brings the order I go out look in the bag after 2 minutes and I see normal fries then I went back and asked. She said I had to pay 2 euros extra even though she said OK beforehand. Then I left and she said smoked too much, that's very rude and disrespectful. I asked what they said she said ahh nothing nothing very rude and respectful going on as I said I used to eat with friends but never again from now on and when you charge you very often get less than you have to and it's not possible at all
