HAFTIS in Hannover

Very tasty, wanted to come by again today, but the shop was closed. According to Google it was open. (Sunday around 4 p.m.). I ask for an update so that people like me don't make a special trip.

When we stood in front of the store it was closed, but according to the website it was open. So what is that

Burgers both meat and vegetarian very tasty. Fries are perhaps the best in Hanover and the onion rings are also very tasty.

Great burgers, fries. Drinks 0.33. Portion of fries was huge.

150km journey and then it is closed although everywhere says open from 12 p.m.…

The food was very good! I went in with little expectation and left with very positive impressions.

The restaurant is probably more for fans of the owner. The burgers were tasty and the toilets were really luxurious, but otherwise the ambience (especially in the outdoor area), the fries, the politeness and attentiveness of the staff and, above all, the grossly overpriced price leave a lot to be desired.

6star performance for very affordable prices. Fries were extremely consistent, super crisp outside with pillowy soft insides topped with fancy flaked salt. Both mango and truffle mayo were highly flavorful, strong distinct taste; the mango sauce was refreshing almost compared to the fattiness of the entree. Pilz burger was fantastic as well. Patty was done medium well (as per request) and toppings were generously added, to the point of that a couple tablespoons worth just sat on the plate. Contained two types of mushrooms (oyster and baby bella), very tender, brought very fun texture to the burger. I like that they use Feldsalat instead of other lettuce. The buns were soft. €40 euros for 2 Pilz Burgers, Two fries, mango and truffle mayo plus tip. The restaurant was nearly empty and there was only one cook in the back. They deserve so much more business

The cheeseburger was actually really good. Extremely delicious. The citizen was wrapped in aluminum foil and then placed in a typical takeout box. But the box has strange green spots and I'm afraid it could be mold? I tried to reach you by phone several times, but no one answered.

Were at the Haftis Hanover today. Was a bad day. There wasn't much going on, but the drinks still took a really long time and the table was still full of traces of the guests in front of us, but there was time for smoke breaks. Food was sent incorrectly, can happen. Although we were offered to remove the item, it was of course on the invoice. It can also happen. Ordered more beer and it didn't come. But it was also on the invoice. White wine was at room temperature, also a shame. The colleague in service reacted quickly and certainly still has to learn how to deal with objective criticism. It's a shame, it wasn't a nice gastronomic experience. Oh yes, the burgers were okay.

The fries and dips are world class. I love coming here

We had hoped for a little more, one of the waiters was friendly and well-groomed but seemed to be overwhelmed by his two tables. We sat for probably 15 minutes before we were asked for drinks. They then lasted another quarter of an hour. The manager's son (?) was helping out in the kitchen, great in itself, but please don't wear street clothes and dig around in the chip bowls with his fingers. The vegetarian/vegan patties were not in stock, and the rosemary potatoes were not ready yet. We still enjoyed the food, even if the burgers could have been bigger. But the side dish portions are decent!

Unfortunately, the burgers were really well done, and the bacon and onions were also only black.... Used to be good. Now no longer recommended. This is supposedly due to the new chef....

Delicious burgers in a casual atmosphere

The employee was extremely nice, nice and polite, thank you for that. But the rest was really very bad. There was no vegan citizen. The three Citizens we had were all cold, zero taste. Afterwards all stomach ache. The window front is super dirty, a lot of dust everywhere and the ventilation is killing half your neck. I actually expected more quality for the price, the price without fries for a citizen was not justified, I even find it sometimes outrageous. More cleanliness and better quality is a must, otherwise this store won't last long, unfortunately, because we were really looking forward to it. But again, I won't do it to myself. Price performance not acceptable. The beer was delicious and the staff was very cool, that's why we get 2 stars.

Unfortunately by far the worst store in Hanover! We ordered the fitness plate once with beef patty and once with chicken breast. Patty was ordered medium and arrived more than done. Chicken breasts were a maximum of 50g of meat. The vegetables were almost only peppers fried in oil...we both felt sick afterwards. You can't call something like that a fitness plate! Never again

We had dinner there yesterday with the Schlemmerblock. The ambience inside is very nicely decorated, unfortunately the music was too loud for us to entertain, so we sat outside. It then took about 10 minutes for our order to be taken. We were also asked about the doneness of the patties and we asked for the table to be wiped down because it was a bit sticky from the drinks from the previous guests. After 5 minutes the burgers (bacon, carpaccio and cheese) arrived, another 3 minutes later the drinks and then the side dishes. We asked again for the table to be wiped down, which was then done. Everything tasted okay and the degree of doneness was also as desired. All in all solid, but I'm still a fan of Harp, they really have the best burgers

100 kilometers to travel for a burger from Babo?! It was worth it... The burgers were awesome. The mushroom burger is absolutely amazing and the side dishes were also very good. I've never had such delicious fries before... Even the drinks were great. The whole thing was rounded off by good service. We will be back.

Ladies and Gentlemen I am writing to complain about an extremely unfriendly employee I recently encountered at your restaurant. I had a voucher for a 2:1 offer that I wanted to redeem. However, I was told that this was only possible if I eat on site. However, this condition is nowhere in the voucher conditions. After I suggested ordering the food to go and then having it packed for me, I was just told to stop arguing. I am very disappointed with the employee's behavior and ask that you take action to ensure that such an incident does not happen again.

Delicious food, great service, definitely recommended and worth a visit. The waiters are great but there was one who was really sweet and sweet and very accommodating, I think her name was Melda. Greetings to Haftis and their team

The burger wasn't bad, but the mac n cheese was unfortunately a bit dry.

Certainly not bad locally, but I would advise against delivery. Burger was in aluminum foil, disastrous.

I can recommend everyone, whether from Hamburg or Cologne or or, to definitely visit this shop. I don't like mushrooms and yet I celebrated the mushroom citizen there the most! I say with a clear conscience that he is the best citizen in Germany. So go, see for yourself and thank me later ☝️🙏

After placing the order and AFTER we received our drinks, which we had ordered at the same time as our burgers, we were informed that the vegan burger was not in stock. While ordering we were informed that the rosemary fries were not in stock. We finished our beers, paid and left. Unfortunately it didn't look very clean there either. The mirror behind my companion was particularly dirty. After our first visit shortly after it opened, which was similarly disappointing, we wanted to give the store another chance and were unfortunately disappointed again.

The food was good and the service was very attentive and friendly. The fairly large room is somewhat reminiscent of a cafeteria or dining room. Exudes little warmth and coziness. Nevertheless, it was a nice evening.

We were a little disappointed with our visit. The food is ok and not expensive either. So price-performance OK. However, despite the chic furnishings, you feel like you're sitting in a canteen. (Subjective perception) A huge room, very spaciously furnished - and to be honest, poorly attended on a Thursday evening. There was a musty smell in the air, probably from the toilet, drain or kitchen? We were also accompanied by several flies as we ate, which buzzed around our heads and settled on the food. It doesn't have to be that way now. The staff could also get some tutoring. It's understandable that you're not in the routine when there's nothing going on, but standing behind the bar and loudly complaining about things and not even looking at the guests doesn't necessarily contribute to a successful dining experience. Conclusion: If you want to eat a quick, good, cheap burger and fries, it's the ideal place to go... but it's not designed to linger.

I ordered via the delivery service, so I can only rate the food. The food was more than delicious, I rarely have such good burgers and fries. And I haven't had a cheesesteak anywhere yet, it was great

Went to Hanover specifically to eat at Haftis. And what can I say, we weren't disappointed. Really very good burgers and side dishes, other restaurants can learn a lesson. Great atmosphere and nice service! We will definitely come back, the journey was worth it.

My food was great and hot, but unfortunately my companions weren't. The fries are absolutely top. The atmosphere is chic, but doesn't blow you away either. The worst thing for me was the smell of the toilets. If you haven't even gotten to them yet, you can smell them. Otherwise the service took a while, but was super friendly..

Unfortunately, my experience at the HAFTIS burger restaurant was not satisfactory. The food was not of high quality and seemed like it was prepared quickly. The location exudes a rather cheap atmosphere, which did not meet my expectations of a pleasant restaurant experience. The staff was not particularly attentive and seemed uninterested in providing guests with a positive experience. It would be desirable if the restaurant could focus on improving the quality of the food, improving the atmosphere and training the staff on customer service. I hope these suggestions can help improve the overall guest experience.

It's somehow not relaxed, the dancers sometimes block the area where you walk around, it takes a while for the food to arrive, but it was delicious and the service is very friendly.

Simply one of the best burgers and we drive 40km there every now and then

The store is visually quite nice. The food was okay but not exceptional, you can do that. You definitely don't save on salt here. The service was a bit disorganized, sometimes we had to wait a long time or something was forgotten. Overall ok, a burger shop like many others…

We've always wanted to go. Now the restaurant was represented in the Schlemmerblock. We've finally done it. This was also accepted without any problems. People like to order and take an extra. We had the Farmers and Sucuk burgers with fries and onion rings. Everything came very quickly and was very tasty. Very attentive staff, my wife dropped her cutlery and new ones were brought straight away. Ambience modern and contemporary. A burger restaurant the way you like it. We will go there again.

Visited Haftis for the first time today and it was great. Apart from the really delicious food - which for me was delicious fries and a classic cheeseburger - (all extra requests were implemented by the attentive and super friendly waitress named Melda), I found the ambience particularly outstanding. If you love dancing and have a dancer's heart beating in your chest, you should eat there on Wednesday. Because a group of dancers danced wonderfully Batchata today while others were happily eating burgers. The music was also perfect for my taste 😍 I was filled with happiness today because of the food, the lovely service and the dance performances. We will come again 💜

Schockt gar nicht. Mac'n'Cheese nicht essbar. Burger waren okay - gibt aber in Hannover viele bessere. Chabbos wissen wo man Burger isst - hier nicht!

Habe schon so oft die Burger ohne Zwiebeln bestellt. Telefonisch, vor Ort, per Lieferando. Aber habe immer den Burger mit Zwiebeln bekommen. Fleisch habe ich well-done bestellt, dennoch es halb roh. Echt schade, dass die Küche von HAFTIS Kundenwünschen keinerlei Beachtung schenkt. Geizen an Mayo

Die Beratung zur Auswahl des Essens war Mega gut sehr guter Service, die Burger sind sehr saftig und die Beilagen sind ausreichend groß. Die Haftis Sauce ist eine exzellente Kreation. Der laden ist aufjedenfall zu empfehlen.

Sehr modern eingerichtetes Lokal mit leckeren Burgern, Pommes und Sandwiches. Service super freundlich und nicht verkrampft. Sehr gelungenes Konzept wo man sich wohlfühlt. Klare Empfehlung meinerseits.

Bruder, das Essen im Haftis war Baba, verstehst du? Die Kellnerin da, richtige Ehrenfrau, Service war krass. Hatten so einen Burger (Bacon Bomber), besser als in meiner Hood, richtiger Geschmack, keine Kinderkacke. Ambiente war auch korrekt, so richtig gemütlich, als ob man bei seiner Mutter zu Hause isst, weisch? Preise waren okay, nicht zu teuer, nicht zu billig, aber für das Essen, Bruder, kann man schon zahlen. Also, wenn du Bock hast auf richtiges Essen, nicht so ein 0815 Zeug, dann check das mal ab. Baba!

Essen ist sehr lecker. Bester Service den wir je hatten. Sehr freundlich und engagiert. Top Empfehlung!

Essen war sehr lecker und die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Top

Wir hatten keinen Platz mehr im theharp bekommen und sind dann zum Haftis. Leider wurden wir hier eher enttäuscht. Essen: Burger war ok - mehr aber auch nicht. Ich habe etliche bessere Burger gegessen. Leider war sowohl der Burger nicht heiß, als auch die Beilagen nicht. Sowas ist für mich ein no go. Soßen sind alle Mayobasiert und schmecken gleich. Bis zu 1,50€ pro Soße für einen Minidip finde ich auch schon ganz schön happig. Der Service hat extrem lange gebraucht. Zwei Sachen wurden vergessen und wir mussten sogar zweimal nachfragen und einmal direkt zur Bar hingehen. Der Laden an sich wirkt schmuddelig. Die Spiegel im Laden hinter uns waren verdreckt, was nicht gerade die Lust aufs Essen fördert. An sich generell unglücklich eingerichtet. Man kommt rein und steht erstmal in einem leeren Teil des Raums. Das macht eine ungemütliche Atmosphäre, weil man das Gefühl von „Leere“ hat.

Wir haben nun mehrfach vor Ort mit der Familie gegessen - super Service, sehr leckeres Essen, alle waren satt und glücklich. Beim Bestellen ging durch den Lieferanten etwas schief - Haftis war bei dem Telefonat sehr freundlich und hat sich direkt um eine Lösung gekümmert & uns bei der Lieferung alle Soßen zum Testen mitgegeben.. krass lecker. Also definitiv sehr empfehlenswert!

Leider nicht mein Fall. Die Burger sind lecker, aber nicht besonders. Fleisch schmeckt etwas nach ,,Köfte"Pommes sehr lecker. Desserts sind Tiefkühlkost, aber lecker. Die Basis von den hellen soßen ist Mayonnaise. Mitarbeiter mega nett und freundlich. Finde aber, dass es qualitativ und preislich für MICH bessere Alternativen für Burger gibt. Der Hafti hype hat bei MIR leider 0% Wiederholungsfaktor erreicht.

Eure Burger sind super lecker, aber in letzter Zeit schmeckt das Fleisch sehr nach köfte und man schmeckt viel Kümmel raus. Sonst seid ihr top

Vorab: Ein gutes Restaurant mit einem guten Burger und TK Beilagen, welches aber etwas zu sehr gelobt wird. Wir haben telefonisch Zwei Burger (Pilz u veg. Cheeseburger) ,Pommes, Chili Cheese Nuggets und Walnuss Bällchen bestellt. Am Telefon wurde mir vergewissert, dass der Burgerpatty Medium sein wird. Auch wenn wir das Essen to go bestellt hatten. Leider war der Party, wie zu erwarten nicht Medium. Dies finde ich aber auch nicht schlimm, da es bei einem so dünnen Party schwer ist diesen Garpunkt zu treffen und erst recht bei einer Lieferung. Die Pommes, Chili Cheese Nuggets und Walnuss Bällchen waren leider alles reinste TK Ware und wurden nur in die Fritteuse geworfen. Finde ich tatsächlich schade. Die Karte ist nicht sehr groß und ich finde für den Preis kann man etwas mehr erwarten. Positiv: Die Verpackungen hatten Löcher und somit wurden bspw. die Pommes nicht matschig. Die Burger schmeckten gut. Sie wurden in Alufolie verpackt und dann in einer Pappbox geliefert.... Etwas widersprüchlich, wenn man auf der einen Seite "umweltfreundliche" Pappbox nimmt und auf der anderen Seite die Burger dick in Alu verpackt. Mein Pilzburger war lecker. Er war aber auch sehr schwer zu essen, weil er mit sehr sehr viel Pilzrahmsauce begossen war. Der Patty vom Cheeseburger konnte ohne Aufpreis durch einen veg. Patty ersetzt werden.

Der Bacon-Burger und die Süßkartoffelpommes waren sehr lecker und sind sehr zu empfehlen. Der Service war okay. Unsere Gläser waren lange leer und es wurde auch zwischendurch noch gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Es war sehr leer und viel zu tun hatte das Personal entsprechend auch nicht. Dennoch sehr freundlich. Das Ambiente war sehr ansprechend, nur etwas kalt.

Der Pilz Burger ist ein Umami-Tsunami! Einfach lecker 😋 Und ich liebe gute, heiße, knackige Pommes. Die von Haftis sind bislang die besten, die ich in Hannover bekommen konnte.

Wir waren zu dritt am Nachmittag dort. 3x Cheeseburger mit Pommes, Chilli Cheese Nuggets, Trüffel Mayo und Haftis Sauce bestellt. Sowohl der Burger, aber vorallem die Pommes und die Saucen waren wirklich Klasse. Als Berliner, der bereits jegliche Spots besucht hat, wirklich Hut ab. Gerne wieder. Wenn ich etwas kritisieren müsste, dann der Preis von 9,50€ für den Cheeseburger. 8€ wären eher gerechtfertigt.

Das Essen war wie immer geschmacklich sehr gut, kam aber leider kalt an. Außerdem ist es schade, dass neben der eigentlichen, nachhaltigen Verpackung der Burger und die Soßen in Alufolie eingewickelt werden.

Ich bestellte einen Bomber-Bacon-Burger. Obwohl ich medium bestellt hatte, kam der Burger sehr trocken, eher well-done als Medium. Das Personal waren sehr freundlich und nett.
