PETER PANE Burgergrill in Hannover

On this day, the burgers 🍔 were only average. For the higher price, I expected a different quality. The 🍠 sweet potato fries and the other fries 🍟 were good. Service was all OK.

We received a very friendly welcome and were given advice on our burger selection. The burgers and fries were freshly prepared and delicious. A variety of sauces were available free of charge. The ambiance was tasteful and modern. The entire restaurant was very clean, and the staff were attentive. During our meal, they asked if everything was okay and if we had any further requests. The value for money is good, and I would gladly return anytime. Birgit

The food tastes good, but we came here expecting a regular Peter Pane restaurant. Once we got there, we were told it's a self-service option, meaning you have to order at the terminal and pick up your food yourself. The menu is very limited compared to other Peter Pane restaurants, and what bothered us most was that the food isn't even served on plates; you have to eat from cardboard containers. Overall, it was rather disappointing.

We spontaneously stopped by for dinner today because we needed some refreshment before flying to Turkey. From the initial greeting to the farewell, everything was top-notch. The Peter Pane here is a little different from the big restaurants like those in Berlin, but the food is still very good and the service is great. I had a lumberjack burger with a Coke, which tasted really good, especially the meat was nice and juicy. So go ahead and give it a try yourself.

The burgers don't taste good at all. I had two beef burgers: one with spicy sauce and the avocado burger. It was almost impossible to tell the two apart. I can't recommend the burgers at all. McDonald's tastes better, and at a considerably lower price.

A very nice little Peter Pane restaurant in the heart of Hanover. Friendly service provided a wonderful end to our son's birthday party. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. The reservation worked perfectly, and the table was even decorated. Despite being self-service, our chosen menus were brought to our tables. We've only been to the Braunschweig branch so far, but we'd be happy to come back.

Ordering was super easy at the terminal. If there were any problems, someone was there to help immediately. Drinks could be taken directly to the table. The food also arrived very quickly; the message from the terminal was sent to the kitchen very quickly. Everything was fresh and delicious. The staff was very friendly and even prepared for children, who were then allowed to paint during the meal. We'd be happy to come back. Many thanks to the team.

Visiting Peter's in Hanover - surprised by the new concept. I was only used to the "traditional" restaurant and was (positively) surprised by the self-service concept in this branch. For a short, purpose-driven visit, it was absolutely perfect and made sense. I would especially like to highlight the service; we received very attentive and warm service :)

The atmosphere is okay for a burger joint. It's definitely clean. The burger, however, didn't completely convince me. Medium would have been nice, but you can't choose it as a preference when ordering from the vending machine. It definitely tasted better than its big competitor in Geliad. The fries were average.

I had a macaroni and cheese burger and actually thought the patty was delicious. The breading was just a bit too thick and cooked for too long. There was also lettuce, tomato, and salad dressing on the burger, which I didn't think was quite right. The waitress took a while to come to my table, but she was friendly. There were some technical difficulties with my order, but the employees were all courteous and I felt comfortable. I was here again on Vegan Monday and tried the hero. The brioche was delicious and the patty was great. The breading was again super thick, but very crispy and flavorful. The salad dressing on the burger was a bit too intense for me, and the mango chutney was a bit spicy.

Whatever happened to Peter Pane? Unfortunately, the quality of the burgers, especially the patties, is increasingly declining. Just a few years ago, we were absolutely thrilled – the taste, freshness, and preparation were all spot on. Unfortunately, we can't say the same anymore. For us, the value for money is no longer right. It's a shame, because the concept has potential – but there are now significantly better alternatives.
