The three of us ate at the Peter Pane restaurant today and were served by your employee, Hermes. Both the food and the service were excellent – ​​we were completely satisfied. :))

You receive a very friendly welcome. The burgers are top-notch. There were a few issues with the burger, but they were fixed immediately. Truly top-notch service. The price is a bit on the high side, but the quality is justifiable. I'd be happy to go back anytime.

I traveled a long way from the county of Bentheim, and it was worth it. Great food, generous portions. Pick up from the counter, but the people here are super friendly.

We spontaneously stopped by for dinner today because we needed some refreshment before flying to Turkey. From the initial greeting to the farewell, everything was top-notch. The children's wishes were perfectly met, and they also provided excellent advice! If we're ever in Hanover again, we'll be happy to come back. The food was just as it should be and spot on!

This was our first self-service restaurant at Peter Pane. The service was super friendly.

The Peter Pane here is a little different from the big restaurants like those in Berlin, but the food is still very good and the service is great. I had a lumberjack burger with a Coke, which tasted really good, especially the meat was nice and juicy. So go ahead and give it a try yourself.

The burgers don't taste good at all. I had two beef burgers: one with spicy sauce and the avocado burger. It was almost impossible to tell the two apart. I can't recommend the burgers at all. McDonald's tastes better, and at a considerably lower price.

A very nice little Peter Pane restaurant in the heart of Hanover. Friendly service provided a wonderful end to our son's birthday party. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. The reservation worked perfectly, and the table was even decorated. Despite being self-service, our chosen menus were brought to our tables. We've only been to the Braunschweig branch so far, but we'd be happy to come back.

Ordering was super easy at the terminal. If there were any problems, someone was there to help immediately. Drinks could be taken directly to the table. The food also arrived very quickly; the message from the terminal was sent to the kitchen very quickly. Everything was fresh and delicious. The staff was very friendly and even prepared for children, who were then allowed to paint during the meal. We'd be happy to come back. Many thanks to the team.

Visiting Peter's in Hanover - surprised by the new concept. I was only used to the "traditional" restaurant and was (positively) surprised by the self-service concept in this branch. For a short, purpose-driven visit, it was absolutely perfect and made sense. I would especially like to highlight the service; we received very attentive and warm service :)

I had a macaroni and cheese burger and actually thought the patty was delicious. The breading was just a bit too thick and cooked for too long. There was also lettuce, tomato, and salad dressing on the burger, which I didn't think was quite right. The waitress took a while to come to my table, but she was friendly. There were some technical difficulties with my order, but the employees were all courteous and I felt comfortable. I was here again on Vegan Monday and tried the hero. The brioche was delicious and the patty was great. The breading was again super thick, but very crispy and flavorful. The salad dressing on the burger was a bit too intense for me, and the mango chutney was a bit spicy.

The atmosphere is okay for a burger joint. It's definitely clean. The burger, however, didn't completely convince me. Medium would have been nice, but you can't choose it as a preference when ordering from the vending machine. It definitely tasted better than its big competitor in Geliad. The fries were average.

Whatever happened to Peter Pane? Unfortunately, the quality of the burgers, especially the patties, is increasingly declining. Just a few years ago, we were absolutely thrilled – the taste, freshness, and preparation were all spot on. Unfortunately, we can't say the same anymore. For us, the value for money is no longer right. It's a shame, because the concept has potential – but there are now significantly better alternatives.

First of all: The staff at the counter are super friendly! Even though this is a self-service restaurant, they are very helpful. And the burgers are, as is typical for Peter Pane, delicious.

It was really good, albeit at a high price, that has to be said. What I don't understand, though, is why the homemade iced tea and salads are no longer offered here like they used to be. Then it would be even more refreshing as a whole experience, and you wouldn't just have hearty burgers and fries (which are also really good). What a shame. Otherwise it would be perfect, so unfortunately I can only give it a solid 4 stars.
