Mega awesome homemade burgers, really tasty, the price is a bit off-putting at first but totally justified for the product. I had the bacon cheese burger with mozzarella sticks and a delicious homemade sauce 🤤🤤🤤👍👍🥳🥳

So I always order from you very often. But yesterday I ate your chicken burger and then noticed that it was still raw!!! So you're really lucky that my son and I didn't have food poisoning, otherwise I would have really sued you! Never again!

The burger is like biting into a cloud

We sometimes drive long distances to eat a burger here. The burgers are very fresh and juicy, the fries and sauces are delicious. A little more expensive, but worth the money. The seating isn't super comfortable, but it's enough. The food is ready quickly and it is highly recommended.

The burgers are always good, but orders are unfortunately disastrous. If you offer 2 for 1 deals, then you should deliver two burgers instead of one. We called and complained, whereupon we were told that we would get one more burger the next time we ordered. So we ordered again on the same day, pointed out to the unfriendly gentlemen on the phone that this was the order in which we would have requested our burgers to be delivered, and still nothing arrived. It's actually a shame, but they lost three customers.

Food was great, staff was friendly, but the eating area could be cleaned a little more. Keep it up brothers

The burger was fresh and tasty. However, the price-performance ratio is very high. The menu was 18€ which is completely fine but the burger was quite “small”.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! I previously ordered from Foodbrother and unfortunately discovered that in addition to the completely greasy burger and salty and inedible fries, there was also a piece of a used glove in my burger, which is a complete NO-GO and really incredibly unhygienic! Contacting the store is also impossible because no one is available there. It's a shame, unfortunately...

We recently had the opportunity to visit this restaurant. Overall, the ambience was quite pleasant and had a relaxed atmosphere. The service was also fine, the staff was friendly and attentive, which made our visit pleasant. Overall, the food was well prepared and the ingredients seemed fresh. Unfortunately we discovered that the sauces were missing from our dishes. This was disappointing, especially since we had a long drive from another city and were looking forward to a full dining experience. We hope that the restaurant will take this point into account in the future. However, we would like to thank the restaurant for the overall solid service.

Better to avoid this store, very poor price performance, the drinks are especially too expensive! All in all, the visit isn't worth it at all; you'd be better off finding a much better burger a few steps further.

I really like the burgers here. I usually only go here when I feel like it. And even though that's only once in 6 months, I have to say that, like some other things that have become so incredibly expensive, the price has reached a price point where it's simply no longer worth it to me. 21 euros for a burger, with sweet potato fries, a very small dip and a drink just doesn't work for me anymore.

Well, I like eating burgers in shops like this, but this was a unique experience. Just under €20 for a menu and the only thing that doesn't taste like cardboard are the fries. Demanding an extra charge for every little thing is probably the boldest thing I've experienced. The store looks nice from the outside, but inside it's just cramped, stuffy and packed with customers. Advertising “everything” halal and then offering beer is quite funny. no recommendation 👎🏻

12 euros for a medium cheeseburger! As of 12/13/24. Wow!

We ordered burgers via Ubbeat. One should cost €14. Yesterday was an action, 2 for one. Chili Cheese Balls just over €6. There was also an action. 2 for 1. The burger was a little bigger than Mc D's. Were tasty. But that was it. Nothing more to it. The Chilli Chesse Balls were cold and some of them had run out. There were 6 balls in each pack. A joke. Individual fries were also in the package. Corrosive. Processing fee €1.99. Delivery €3.99. If you calculate everything individually, €28 for the small burgers, over €12 for the balls, €3.99 delivery and €1.99 processing. The little bit of food normally costs around €46 For what??????? Usury. The delivery time was almost 90 minutes. Am so disappointed. Never there again

We order various products via a well-known delivery service. Two of the products ordered were not included in the bag. Nobody could be reached by phone, so in the end we didn't have the option of a subsequent delivery. That was the last time we placed an order here.

I love eating there, super tasty, super fast!

The food is actually pretty tasty, but I couldn't order anything an hour before closing time four times. The excuses were either that there were no more ingredients available or that there were no more buns. I expect a burger joint to be able to take orders an hour before closing. Otherwise you can shorten the opening times by one hour.

Besides the staff being friendly, i am really disappointed, since this place isn’t what it used to be. The burger was overcooked and therefore extremely dry. Mine was also missing one of the two sauce it was supposed to have and the mozzarella sticks where extremely salty. And then half an hour before closing they started to clean up, stack the chairs on the tables, getting everything inside and turning of the music, while we were still eating and not even nearly done. So it felt kinda like they were trying to kick us out.

Incredibly delicious burger and fries

We like to come here with our small children because of the kids menu. Fits perfectly and always tastes good. They always look forward to the surprise in there. Only the benches are not suitable for small children aged 3-7. Table sizes are more suitable for 2 people sitting opposite each other. With 4 people it becomes rather uncomfortable. But we always like it very much and that's why we always like to come back!

I ordered three burgers, two of which were missing tomatoes. The salad used was slimy, and the mozzarella sticks and burgers were so cold that they were actually no longer edible - even though the delivery only took about an hour. A refund from the restaurant was refused and the delivery platform only refunded €5 out of the total €30. That's a lot of money for food that ended up in the trash. In addition, I had to order and pay again for warm and edible food. For me this is a bottomless impudence.

The burgers and fries are usually very good, although the quality of the preparation varies a little. I've had burgers more often now, especially the "double" ones with two patties from which the liquid doesn't just drip, but flows. You burn everything and can't enjoy the food. Maybe this can be remedied :) The service is okay, the ambience is okay, only the tables outside are completely crooked due to the sloping street.

The Classic Burger really tastes amazing. Absolutely recommended. The fries were also super fresh and crispy and the Sprite was ice cold. Service was nice and brought me the food quickly.

The Supreme Burger tasted very tasty, but at 11 euros it was just way too expensive and it wouldn't fill you up. If the price-performance ratio was right, I would give it 5 stars and go there more often.

Tried both their chickenburgers and their hamburgers. Hamburgers taste great, but I was slightly disappointed by their chicken patties being the same consistency as frozen chicken nuggets. The burgers still tasted great, though. Their sweet potato fries are amazing, and you get a huge portion. Great chilli mayo. Would definitely recommend, especially since its halal!

Food didn't arrive after 2 hours, called the store 3 times and suddenly the order was canceled and the lady in the store wanted to clarify it with Lieferando. After 30 minutes no feedback and ordered somewhere else.

Unfortunately the service was very bad and we waited over 40 minutes. Customers who came after us got their food faster than we did, even though we pointed it out twice. In the end there wasn't even an apology. And the food was so-so. I wouldn't even have given it 1 star.

The only good point was the really friendly staff. The burger was just ok, but for 12€ this was not at all worth it. The meat was way overcooked and the bun was not toasted. Even Burger King gives more bacon than this. Not sure the hype why it is always crowded. My search for great burger shops in Hannover continues.

Until a year ago I really enjoyed being here, but unfortunately my last visit wasn't so good, the shop was packed like every Saturday (of course it's on a Saturday) but we still received our food quickly. But now to the main reason why I won't come here anymore, the Bürger was really a failure, the bun was untoasted and tasted old (crumbly) and was therefore really inedible, the Bürger in general was just too small and tasted absolutely not what I liked was used to. In my opinion, this is no longer comprehensible in terms of price. The citizen I had would have cost €12 individually and €18 as a menu. Sorry but for a small citizen that's just too much of a good thing for me.

The food used to be better, the patties were freshly prepared, but now only frozen goods. Savings are made at every corner and you can taste it. But the quality of the food aside, the boss is an imposition. Unsympathetic, aloof and unfriendly, I have heard criticism several times from other customers and the treatment of the staff is not said to be much better. I've always enjoyed eating there, but under such management the place is doomed to fail. Not recommendable

The store is beautifully decorated, the employees are nice, the food is absolutely catastrophic. Never again. Taste of the burger was greasy, burger comparatively small. Fries were not edible, both in shape and taste. The oil probably hasn't been replaced in a long time. Result: 24 hours of nausea and vomiting. Unfortunately not recommended.

The presentation of the burger was pretty good, but there are minus points because there are only very narrow benches. I would say the burger and the fries were convincing across the board, they were delicious and, above all, as fresh as they could be.

They make delicious hamburgers in this shop. They are very friendly there. And they make good french fries too. Bacon is crispy, mayo is not crispy - but it doesn't bother you. 5/5*

I had 2 burgers and one on the menu. I came from a little further away specifically for Food Brother. They deserve the reputation, the burgers were very tasty. However, it was also really expensive, I paid €30.

I saw a queue in front of the store and wanted to check out how good the store was. I liked the vibe. It was just after 8 p.m. So I got in line and realized that the line was barely moving. Ok, that could be the case, the store was full. It's all ok. Finally it was my turn, greeted the cashier, no answer, ok that could happen, maybe she didn't hear me. So I ordered a chicken burger as a menu with an extra sauce - price €17.00. That's a steep price, but if the burger is good, then the price is justified. So I sat down at a table and waited patiently. After about 25 minutes I went near the cash register because you can also see the preparation from there. There are several burgers on trays there, including a chicken burger. The employee hands out the burgers one by one. The chicken burger is there, no heat lamp, so it's getting cold. At some point the employee notices the chicken burger and then runs to the back and throws in the fries. When I asked the employee that the burger would be cold, all he got was a cheeky answer. If he had shown any understanding I would have just let it slide, but like that... Unfortunately, I had already given a 10% tip via card payment. The chicken burger is just average. Frozen chicken patty from the industry. Taste ok. Buns and vegetables were fresh. You probably have to order the beef burgers here. What also really bothered me was that the store was extremely dirty. There were leftovers and napkins lying around everywhere. The black subway tiles are dull with grease. Here you should check whether the correct degreaser is being used. Conclusion: The operations are not consistent. The food ok. Staff unfriendly. Cleanliness is bad. Food Brothers overhyped.

The food was great and the price was very acceptable, even in contrast to other fast food chains. I just always don't know where to put the tray as there is no special place for it. The outside seats are nice, especially when the weather is good in Hanover, but they are too slanted and wobble a lot.

I came with my fiancée because of such positive comments and we were not disappointed. :) One of the better burgers we have eaten. We will definitely come back ;)

We had asked the gentleman who takes the orders to clean our table. He didn't do it (I don't know whether he forgot or did it on purpose, but in both cases it was unreasonable). The burger was ok, nothing special. I honestly expected more. The fries are like those at McDonalds I would say. Narrow and 'contentless'. At these prices and considering that this is a real burger joint, I expected more. I've previously been to two other shops in Hanover that specialize in burgers and they served really juicy, thick fries. I also don't think it's so great that when I pay by card (immediately after ordering) they ask me for a tip (on the display of the card reading machine). Above all, I wouldn't have wanted to pay a tip after this flop of a meal, but the option was taken away from me (I had already paid a tip because I felt uncomfortable saying no). I would have liked to have been able to eat the food first. It would be even more appropriate if they didn't ask me for a tip! Any normal person will pay a tip if they are happy. But I think it's inappropriate to simply confront someone with the question of paying a tip. Find another place to eat burgers. I can highly recommend 'Burger Brothers'.

I actually like coming here because, in my opinion, it is one of the best burgers in Hanover, but unfortunately I had to realize that during today's visit it was right in the middle of mine There was a severed finger from the rubber glove on the burger, which I only noticed when I took a bite (see picture). At least there was a replacement burger and an apology. I don't want to imagine where the glove was before.

Very tasty food. The tables are relatively small if there are four of you sitting there, but it doesn't spoil the nice atmosphere!

I was thoroughly impressed by the burger joint! I give five stars not only to the incredibly juicy burgers, but also to the excellent customer service. The variety of flavors and high-quality ingredients took my culinary delights to a new level. The ambience of the store creates a cozy atmosphere, perfect for burger enthusiasts. In short, an absolute highlight for anyone looking for a first-class burger experience!
