Beverly's Burger in Hannover

The burger was tasty, but the fries were the best part, in my opinion. The staff were friendly and did their jobs well. Unfortunately, the place seemed understaffed, which made it less than clean. I hope the necessary measures are taken to provide the employees with a better working environment.

Hey, I unfortunately fell for one of BurgerMe's virtual brands today. I wanted to try something new and didn't order from Burgermeister, but from "Project B." I was very disappointed. I don't expect tasty or even good fries when I order, but they were inedible. The burgers I made weren't any better. Hard bun, greasy sauce, half-raw bacon, limp jalapeños, and the meat was incredibly dry. Well, like an idiot, I ate it, and I don't even feel that great now. Next time, it's good old Burgermeister again.

Ordered there and never saw the food. The restaurant's hotline could only refer you to another hotline, which was 'temporarily unavailable.' Cancelling directly through the store wasn't possible either. More than weak!

Okay, the food is okay for a burger joint. The fries were well salted. But we ordered 4 burgers for the price of one. One burger was missing because the system didn't accept it as a special offer. We effectively paid €8.49 for the same burger that was also available for 2 for 1. Head office said we'd bring another one, but the store said no. So if you want to be customer-friendly, this is the wrong approach! So check your order beforehand, otherwise you won't get your orders in full. Outrageous

Last night, I spontaneously had triple cheese and bacon. I also had chili cheese nuggets. 10/10!
