Beverly's Burger in Hannover

I never received the delivery :( Even after calling the hotline, they couldn't help me.

Hey, It would be cool if you could change your hours on the door. Friday to Saturday 11am-10pm But you're open until 11pm. While we were sitting outside and eating, several people left because they thought you were closing at 10pm.

It was my first time here and I knew exactly what I wanted and what I had ordered. The employee then handed me the food, and I took it home. When I got home, I realized I had received the "Crunchy Chicken" dish – unfortunately, it wasn't what I had ordered. I had specifically requested only grilled chicken. So, they prepared the wrong thing for me, even though I hadn't ordered it that way. I don't think that's right. The "Pomeranian" dish was also far too salty, while the "Hamburg" tasted fine – even if it wasn't what I ordered.

The food was delivered cold and the order was incomplete - something was missing. Overall, far too expensive, especially since the quality doesn't match the price. After speaking to the employee, I was promised a voucher, but I did not receive it.

11/10 burgers. I had the Big Angus Steakhouse and it brought me back from my hangover. I would recommend it to everyone. The fries were also amazing. I think the delivery time was around 15 minutes, so even if I wanted to complain, I wouldn't know what to complain about.
