We order from there regularly and we are super satisfied with the food quality, taste and delivery! They also regularly have discounts and gift coupons. Love it!

Waited a good 10 months and no one took my order even though the staff saw me and ignored me

I used to like ordering here, but I felt the quality had deteriorated significantly. Today I had a big angus cheeseburger - but the barbecue sauce and bacon I chose were only on the bill and the box, I didn't see or taste them - I'll probably go back again have to look for another delivery service. It's a shame actually. As always, delivery was on time and friendly.

Food was delivered completely cold! Inedible!

Preparation was good, the delivery person was very friendly, but the burger itself just wasn't that tasty. I wouldn't order again.

A little more expensive but tasty

The order was forgotten for the third time in 4 months. Either individual orders are not of interest, or it is incompetence. Accounts are deleted.

Today I was really disappointed with Burgerme. We ordered 2 burger menus, the Angusburger and the special burger, which was supposed to have tzatziki, fresh cucumbers, red onions, shepherd's cheese and fresh pepper. What was delivered was: 1 cheeseburger, the burger on offer instead of tzatziki with pink sauce and the salad was wilted. When we complained, the Angusburger came and although the offered burger had tzatziki herder's cheese on it, the fresh cucumber was missing and the pepper in the lettuce had wilted again. We went out first and looked for another burger place.

Food was ordered at 12.45 and arrived at 2.30pm… no apology was given. I called the central office in between because no one answered in the store. Apparently the driver left at 1:07 p.m. and the food had already arrived (around 1:30 p.m.)... The food was cold and unfortunately ended up in the trash. Fries were inedible, burger was soggy and the lettuce on it was disgustingly wilted…

I ordered a cola that never arrived and received no help or resolution. Secondly, the burger I ordered was poorly packaged and was falling out of the box inside the bag, making a mess.

Never again! Ordered via UberEats and we never received our food.

I've always been quite happy with the food at Burgerme, but lately they've started reducing the portion sizes. As an example: Today I ordered the chicken fingers, which according to the website should have a portion size of 212g. Unfortunately only 139g arrived. It looks like they even split an extra piece into two to make the portion seem larger. At a price of €6.49 for 6 pieces, I expect the portion size to actually correspond to what is stated. I also ordered a burger that was delivered with hard tomatoes and not fresh lettuce. This is really disappointing as I used to value them very much.

Wrong food delivered, contacted customer service, only got stupid answers.

We ordered vegan nuggets, among other things, but normal ones were delivered. So I called customer service to complain. The guy on the phone was super rude and then wanted me to explain to him why I thought they were normal chicken nuggets. Me: I think I know what real meat looks like. Then I had to describe the color (?!) of the things to him. He probably noticed that I was starting to get angry because he said this complaint had come up a lot lately and then later turned out to be wrong. That may be true, but basically accusing me as a customer of being stupid is not very customer-friendly. He then accepted the complaint. In the end, the correct vegan nuggets were delivered after 20 minutes and we ordered from Burger me for the last time. In this sense, the branch cannot do anything about it; the wrong delivery can always happen, but customer loyalty is different.

Throw in unwanted advertising despite the “No advertising please” sticker. Anyone who can read has a clear advantage. Please don't do this!

Update 2 years later. The delivery time is now given as 60 minutes. However, the order only arrived after 1.5 hours and as an apology there were 2 vouchers for the next order. Are you serious? If I have to wait longer than expected for my food, that will probably stop me from ordering from you in the future. Unfortunately, in most cases the driver has to listen to the customers' frustration, but his hands are tied. Delays can occur, but compensation in another form (1 free drink, dessert, etc.) would be more appropriate than vouchers with a short validity. 2021: I think there are little dwarves sitting in the bike box who are preparing food while we ride 😁 I can't explain the fast and hot delivery any other way! Within less than 20 minutes the very nice one was up! Driver at the door! 😊 Glad you exist!! 😍 The taste is also super delicious (at least that's how it tastes to me), better than the competition in the district 👍 The price is also ok, it's just not Mäkkes.. My special request was also fulfilled 😊

Ordered here for the first time today and the food arrived almost piping hot and since I don't normally get full from one burger, I thought two for each person would be enough Big mistake, I was fed up with cardboard and I have to say it was almost divine

1 hour waiting time, even though it said 40 minutes, and the drinks were also forgotten...

Today, unfortunately, another star has been removed, already the third order with a delivery time of one hour... I now think the advertising with 25 minutes is fake! Since the price is still very high (around €45 for 2 people), I'm only giving it 3 stars this time. I emphasize that everything is my very personal opinion.

We actually liked ordering here, but as of today that's probably over. Firstly the drinks were forgotten, well that can happen, but then we discovered that the Crunchy Vegan had a chicken patty on it! As if that wasn't enough, I discovered a beard hair in my salad. So it couldn't have been worse.

Wir haben so lange auf EINEN Burger gewartet das wir angefangen haben 'Ich sehe was, was du nicht siehst' zu spielen. Der Burger war dann ok, wie immer.

Schlechter Service. Es wird geworben mit 25 min Lieferzeit. Ich habe 1.5 Stunden gewartet und das Essen war lauwarm.

Absolut Klasse, Ich bestellte das Essen und 10 Minuten später war es schon da . Normalerweise dauert es bei Dominus nicht weniger als 20 Minuten, auch wenn die Läden nicht weit voneinander sind . Das Essen war heiß und frisch. Der junge Mann , der das Essen lieferte war sehr freundlich. Ich bestelle gerne hier wieder 🤗.

Zum ersten Mal bestellt und naja In der App steht man kann einen Salat Pommes haben, was aber nicht geht. Übertriebene Preise und dann wird die Bestellung nicht korrekt geliefert Die Extras jalapenos auf meinem Burger waren einfach nicht drauf Nächstes Mal bestellen wir wieder bei Manhattan Burger

Wie bestellten an einem Donnerstag. Wir waren 6 Leute und hatten Diverse Burger und verschiedene Sorten an Pommes. Das Essen kam zügig per Fahradkurier. Die Speisen waren warm. Die Burger sind insgesamt sehr groß und man wird locker davon satt. Beim Bestellvorgang kann man zig verschiedene Optionen ab- oder hinzubuchen. Das hat bei uns alles gut geklappt und alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Wir werden sehr sicher nochmal bestellen. Uns hat es geschmeckt.

Alles super Das Geld lohnt sich komplett

"25 Minuten" Dass ich nicht lache. Geschmacklich aber ganz gut. Auch wenn man eine Stunde warten musste.

Nun einen leckeren Burger gab es wohl aber im Vergleich zu der Kongruenz nicht super spannend ich persönlich würde eher den Duke Burger bevorzugen.

Essen schmeckt soweit gut. Wir haben mehrfach über Wochen hinweg extra hier bestellt wegen den Shakes..gab es leider jedesmal nicht. Heute extra angerufen vor der Bestellung um sicherzugehen, dass es den Shake gibt..mit Freude heute dann bestellt und wieder wird kein Shake mitgeliefert, nichtmals ein Anruf als Info.. Wird erstmal unsere letzte Bestellung sein. Schade!

Wie haben uns letztens ein Chilli-Cheese-Burger Menü bestellt. Wie immer war essen frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet worden. Da wir öfters bestellen, ist uns die schnelle Lieferung von BurgerMe hier bekannt. Jedoch durfte uns ein gestylter und hübsch orientalisch aussehender junger Mann bedienen, der professionell die Bestellung abgab. Das Abkassieren konnte er problemlos. Seine Haare (Mittelscheitel) waren gestylt, wie frisch aus dem Barbershop. Der Duft, wahrscheinlich Dior Sauvage, begleitete uns viele weitere Minuten. Vielen Dank für das Warme essen.

Ich fange mal entspannt an. Lieferung war top. Lieferant war sehr nett und hatte die Zeit im Auge. Ich kann mich nicht am Namen erinnern aber er hat ein Mittelscheitel. Trinkgeld hab ich natürlich hinterlassen. Das Essen hat meine Erwartungen getoppt. Alles war warm und frisch. Jeder Biss war ein Traum. Das einzige schlechte war als das Essen fertig war. Immer wieder Gerne!

Leider hat es im Restaurant sehr gezogen, da die Tür nicht zu schließen war. der Burger war wirklich nicht besonders, der Bun kam mir vor als wenn es ein Fertigbun war. Zu den Pommes ab Tüten Kechup. Alles zusammen sehr mager. nicht zu empfehlen.

Ist Okay… Kann man machen muss man aber nicht.

Ich habe 2 mal mir etwas liefern lassen und ich war sehr zufrieden. Essen und Lieferung super. Kann die negativen Kommentare nicht nachvollziehen.. Burger waren sehr gut, Fuer mich das Beste was ich bisher an Burger-Lieferdienst gegessen habe.

War sehr lecker Italien ciabatta Burger 9/10

Wir haben uns essen bestellt und es ging super schnell (große Bestellung). Es schmeckt super Lecker und man sieht sogar die Qualität. Die Preise sind natürlich etwas höher aber es lohnt sich absolut! Die Chilli Cheese Nuggets sind echt gut scharf.

Der Burgerladen war ziemlich gut. Die Pommes und Süßkartoffelpommes waren großartig. Die veganen Burger waren okay, aber nicht unbedingt was besonderes. Die Getränkeauswahl war gut und die Bedienung war sehr nett und hatte Humor.
