Ordered burgers and fries, what did the burger shop forget? Citizens. We called and they delivered the burgers to us, they were cold. We called again and were told to hand everything back in. We did so and received our burgers after about 3 hours. They tasted bad. Core open.

The food was inedible and cold. Half of the food was missing. It was the worst meal I have ever ordered. If you want to ask questions or complain, you can't reach anyone. I implore everyone to order this in the eventuality!! Very bad!!!

Burger King is even better than that.

Rip-off! Never order again Fries completely burnt, burger with no taste! Not recommendable!

The food was delicious. We ordered 2 kebab boxes and received them quickly. Prices are okay, without us saying so we already got a lot of sauce.

The meat tastes great, the fries are great and the price is more than fair! All in all a TOP burger! Highly recommended!

This is the worst Five Guys I've been to so far. Absolutely not comparable to top places like Antwerp, London or New York. For some reason it took a very long time to help everyone, causing a huge queue. There was no place to sit as everyone was just waiting for their food. Fries are not as crispy or tasty as other locations (other reviews also mention this). Hamburger was still okay. Young guy at the cash register was very friendly. Toilets were neat and well cleaned. For the amount you pay, there are much better places to eat in the area.

Wir haben uns spontan entschieden hier zu essen. Freitags Nachmittags (17 Uhr) war nicht super viel los und wir konnten uns einen gemütlichen kleinen Tisch in einer Ecke des Birkenwalds aussuchen. Ein echt schönes Ambiente. Die Bedienung war super freundlich und das Essen kam sehr schnell (hätte ich bei den ganzen negativen Bewertungen jetzt nicht gedacht). Die Burger (insb. vegetarisch), die Fritten und insbesondere die Homemade Limonaden waren alle sehr lecker. Wir kommen gerne noch mal hierher!

Foreign employees who don't speak German, lack of them. Respect for customers. Terrible service ! The company should hire employees with more efficiency and better hygiene... Training employees so that they do not respect the work environment with Tinder dating and married men.

I just wanted to order two nugget burgers “quickly”. The waiting time should be 20-25 minutes. Then I left. The meaning of “fast food” is completely missed here. It's not the first time I should have waited forever. Orders are often packed incorrectly and/or people wait far too long. It's a shame - the range of veggie alternatives is great! The “driveway situation” and road connection is also more bad than good.

Ordered 2 burgers there. A normal hamburger and a chicken burger. If delivery costs 2 euros, the driver could ring the bell instead of calling from the car to say that he is there now. Hamburger raw inside, not possible. Who puts all the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and sauce under the patty of a chicken burger? Very weak, was disappointing.

Totally underground again! Ordered a menu over the phone - only got fries and a drink without a burger. Since the hotline employee didn't pass it on correctly, only fries and a drink were delivered extra. It can happen - but what's really annoying is that you have to spend ¾ hour on the phone with the hotline and store employees, everyone blames the other for the mistake, but no apology is forthcoming or a solution is found to the customer's satisfaction! Customer satisfaction is definitely not taken into account here. Mistakes happen - how you deal with them is the art.
