Five Guys Berlin MBA in Berlin

I was very disappointed with my experience here. The food quality was poor; the tomatoes were completely green and inedible. The place was incredibly overcrowded, and finding a table felt like a battle. Cleanliness was also a major issue. There was food all over the floor, and although a staff member was cleaning, it wasn't enough to keep up with the mess. Finally, while there were some free tables near the restrooms, it was impossible to sit there due to the strong, unpleasant smell.

Update: The prices have been drastically increased; the milkshake now costs twice as much! I'm so annoyed that I'll be avoiding this place from now on! I'm happy to pay for good products, but this just goes to show when someone's never satisfied. I first went to a Five Guys in New York. The burgers are incredibly delicious and fresh, and the milkshakes are amazing. I especially loved the "salted caramel." The concept of choosing what goes on your burger provides plenty of variety, especially without a complicated selection system. However, the price could be more attractive; it's definitely more expensive compared to established burger joints in Berlin.

Almost €13 for a cheeseburger is outrageous!

Well, it was okay here, first time at Five Guys but also the last. For those prices, a cheap kebab shop makes better burgers 🍔. The burger 🍔 was almost cold even though there weren't many people in the place... at least the one employee who brought the food was on the ball and served the customers.

The burgers are good and ready in a reasonable amount of time. The prices are fair too. But the atmosphere, well, that's a matter of personal taste. But it's fine for a quick burger.

The food was okay! But the toilets are a bad joke!

I really wanted to try Five Guys. So yesterday I went for the first and probably last time. The burger wasn't all that great. The bun was too soft and rather bland. Then there was the meat, which was alright. The fries were way too mealy for my taste. And then everything was carelessly thrown into a cardboard bag. And the burger was wrapped in aluminum foil. Anyone who cares about the environment will think what a huge amount of waste that is, and I'm not even talking about the burger. My personal highlight was the mayonnaise and the ketchup. Which is sad, considering we paid almost €40 for two burgers and fries 😉 In the future, I'd rather go to Bürgermeister and Burgeramt.

NO - simply NO, awful food and quality

Normally I love Five Guys. Here in Germany it was a big disappointment.

Very good food and pleasant atmosphere

Unfortunately I didn't get the ususal quality of Five Guys here. I ordered a Cheese Bacon Burger and some sides and a shake. The bacon was burnt, the burger didn't contain the dauce I ordered it with, and the patties weren't as juicy as they normally are in a Five Guys burger. It was a bit didsapointing, since Five Guys isn't an average fastfood restaurant, and they rightfully ask the price for that, but here, it didn't hit the bell for the price.

Unfortunately, the meat in the hamburger was completely overcooked. The bun was cold and completely squashed in the aluminum foil. It's a shame, I remembered everything being much better. The shakes were great, though. Overall, though, they weren't good and they were too expensive. I won't be going back to this place.

Food was still raw… how can you sell something like that?

The food was super delicious. Burgers, fries, everything was really great! €50 for 4 fast food meals (2 adults, 2 children) is steep, though... But unlike some other fast food chains, you get full! And it tastes much better, too. We ordered from the vending machine, which isn't a big deal; the wait was about 5-10 minutes. Unfortunately, the kids' fries were forgotten, but we got them immediately and without any problems. Before events at the Uber Arena, it's naturally packed, so it's clear that you can't get a table or have to wait. The atmosphere is that of a fast food joint: nothing high-class, nothing dramatic. Nicely done, but that's about it. If you're hungry, you'll get full here!

The burgers are, as in every Five Guys, very good! Unfortunately, the atmosphere in this touristy corner isn't...

Well, okay. The patty was okay, the sliced ​​cheese wasn't melted. There was no bacon on the bacon burger, and the buns weren't toasted! For almost €14, I expected more!

Absolutely terrible organization. After ordering, you wait forever for your burger. You can't tell when it's ready. You stand at the counter and hope your turn comes soon. And all this for a mediocre, but completely overpriced burger. Never again!!!

Here, you can order at the terminal or directly from an employee, which is great! Everything can be customized, and the fries here are simply the best! The Coke Freestyle machine is amazing; you can mix and match and experiment. Ketchup, mayo, and even vinegar for the fries are available free of charge. The store was clean, and there was plenty of seating inside and outside. The only big difference from a US store was that it wasn't air-conditioned, and it was very warm inside.

The burgers themselves are okay, but you can tell they're mass-produced. The toppings, like lettuce and the like, are fresh, the burger is nice and thick, but the bun is just not good. It absorbs too much moisture, so it immediately gets soggy. You'd have to toast the cut surface a bit to prevent the moisture from penetrating immediately. The price/performance ratio is typical for a big city, very expensive. There's definitely room for improvement for the price.

The burger tasted okay but was significantly overpriced. It's also a bit questionable why, when you eat in, you get a burger wrapped in aluminum foil and paper, and all the waste after eating is unfortunately thrown into a bin without any sorting.

Probably the best Five Guys I’ve had. Nikhila welcomed us with a huge smile, and was lovely and friendly. The restaurant was almost empty at 15:00 on a Friday, which was great for us 😁 And the burger was delicious! The small fries portion felt smaller than usual, though.

I wish myself to visit this place again 🫶🏼

Outrageous prices for terrible quality. The patty has no flavor, and the bacon is burnt and tough. Guys, please don't bother with this place! There are so many other great burger joints around.

It certainly wasn't my thing, although the fries were pretty good. But the price of €20 for a burger and fries is pretty steep, and I think the atmosphere reminds me more of a toilet, which is a matter of taste. The place was super clean, and the young lady who cleaned was very nice and hard-working. But since the kitchen is open and the employees are naturally chatting, it's very loud.

Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. We wanted to eat there with five people. We had ordered for two people, but the order for the other three was canceled because they were closing. Canceling the two meals wasn't possible either. The burger was okay, the fries were soggy and lukewarm.

Tasty food, loads of delicious fries. Burgers and hotdogs 4/5. Unfortunately, cleanliness or rather lack thereof makes the meal less enjoyable.

Ordered grilled cheese, got something with mushrooms. Fries were way overseasoned, ketchup and mayo weren't refilled at the store... Well... more like a 4-

on an evening, very full and smelling of fat. you will like the vegetarian burger if you are into a lot of onions with mushrooms (if not stick with the fries)

truly fantastic fast food restaurant! I wish I had Five Guys in Poland. you got to choose from a few basic burgers but add as many topping as you like (which is included in the price already so no additional charges). besides that there is a lot of other things to try as spicy fries and, believe me here, bacon shake. everything was delicious and I cannot wait to go there again when I get a chance. kudos to Habeeb who was very patient with me and perfectly explained everything.

Unfortunately the last few times the service has been absolutely bad! I was happy back then that five guys is now also available in Berlin. But it was the last time there. There are enough better restaurants with friendlier service!

I was very excited when I saw the Five Guys on my way to the hotel, cause I was starving. Small Cheeseburger and Milkshake: 17 Euros... Quite the price for some fast food. The restaurant looked a bit untidy. Service was fine. Food tasted ok, but I woke up in the middle of the night with stomach cramps and (sorry TMI) had to spend an involuntary long time in the bathroom the rest of the night and even now after a couple of days, my stomach still hasn't fully recovered. Might have been my last Five Guys for a long while.

Great burger - but now very expensive. Yes quality has its price but for 3 adults and 1 child 80€ - phew. But it was delicious 👍 What's particularly worth highlighting is the option that you can get your burger in a salad bun.

Very tasty burgers. You can't go wrong here for a quick snack. The burger patties could be a little thinner. The burger is a bit bulky at times. Nevertheless, it's delicious and it's also cool that there are lots of free toppings on offer here.

The vegetarian sandwich is of very low quality and tastes bad. Just a sticky burger bun with canned champions and greasy onions and a slice of tomato. Almost €7 is a very steep price. I threw it away! Inedible!! Despite a legal obligation, no reusable packaging was offered. The employees are friendly but the shop is dirty.

Sunday, September 29th. When I wanted to place my order, the front man from the grill and the cashier laughed at me before I could say anything. I turned around and left.

It looks like a slaughterhouse, with really ugly red and white tiles. Everything seems very cold. The food, for the price, isn't particularly tasty.

Best hamburger and good dresding. The employees are very friendly.

They have the best fries there and delicious shakes.. Burger is still room for improvement..Bread from burger not so crispy or not quite hot or through..soggy... Otherwise, I like to go there...super nice staff and it's the fries that glide me there!

There’s nothing to complain about about the burgers, they’re delicious! The fries were lukewarm! But for two people, almost 45 euros for 2 burgers with fries and a drink I found quite expensive...

Everything was absolutely spectacular, the food was served very quickly, and although it’s pricey, the quality is excellent. The burger was incredibly tasty, with fresh ingredients that really stood out. Plus, I absolutely loved the location.

Personally, I can't and don't want to understand the local prices. AMERICAN hype etc. ... ok but my friend paid €25 for 2 burgers without any frills - ONLY for the burgers. Plus fries & a drink - just about nfuffi. He thinks it's delicious there. I tried the fries, they were okay but WOW it was different for my taste. 🤷‍♀️

I strongly recommended NOT go to this place. I wish I could give them negative points for various reasons as follows: 1. The music was too loud, I thought I am an old man ( 28 by the way) but I asked my 22 year old friend who is into metal also confirmed it. Moreover after placing the order they give you a number and after your order is done, they will shout your number which was very annoying. They don't have any display or the vibrating token kind of thing. 2. The cold drink is unlimited fill for around 4 euro but when you take it, the machine gives you much more water than actual cola and completely ruins the taste of cola. 3. We ordered big fries which was given in a big paper cup in a paper bag. I wonder what they think how people will eat it after finishing it half. You need to put the fries on tissue paper as they don't have any tray or plate. Anyways, the fries had too much salt and spice over it. None of us could eat it completely. 4. I found it too expensive and it is completely not worth the taste. Overpriced, overhyped.

It was the best fries I've ever had at classic chain burger joints. Availability of peanuts and unlimited drinks are plus points.

Honestly, really overpriced juice shop, I order a cheeseburger and what is it? dry roll meat and cheese? Have you never seen a real cheeseburger? And no, I don't want to tap the screen 25 times and select everything individually, a cheeseburger should basically have what it needs on it and that includes tomatoes, pickles, lettuce, onions and sauce. Aren't you ashamed to sell me such a shitty thing?

Mega fries - totally overpriced!!!! A medium portion of fries for €7.50, which is a little more than a cup in size, is simply outrageous. I did brazenly reach for a second bowl of peanuts, otherwise my daughter wouldn't have been nearly full. It was just supposed to be a snack... The quality is top - but peanut oil is priced lower than, for example, truffle oil...

Burgers are great, especially can be served individually! 🍔 Little Cheeseburger with bacon is more of a normal size. Atmosphere loud also due to the number shouting when a meal is ready to be picked up. Drinks expensive.

Incredibly bad fries... So I thought the burger was delicious. Two patties, cheese in between and the rest is completely free to choose. However, charging €13.50 for a beef-bacon-cheese burger is more than steep. But taste good! But now to the point of why I'm even writing this review: the fries. They were just really, really bad! Even the snack bar at the next construction site can do better. 🤷 I don't understand at all how you can bring something so bland to the guest. And here again, it feels like an exorbitant price: a medium portion for more than 7 euros! The employees were very friendly, but we had to place the order in English because no German was understood. In the future I will go to small burger shops again and not to this chain. Overall, the experience was unfortunately far too expensive and overall disappointing due to the fries.

Fast service, food was solid and tasty fast food as expected. The highlight are the fries, fried in peanut oil.

Too expensive and offers too little for my taste. The fries were very salty but there was no sauce in the small portion. The burger patties didn't feel seasoned at all. The milkshake was so thick that you couldn't drink it through the cardboard straw. By the way, the prices there are exclusive of VAT. I didn't even know that this was legal in Germany

Was here for the first and last time. Price performance is not right at all, even if the ambience tries to represent something different. Burgers were only mediocre, drinks from the car mats were not carbonated, the fries were good.

First time eating at this fast food, I confess that I really liked it. It only loses one star because it is very expensive. A combo + just 1 sandwich was 36 euros. On the other hand, the large potato is really big, so much so that it was enough for 2 people and still had leftovers. The way you call numbers could be improved, which is by shouting.

Price-performance was below ground, 12€ for a cheeseburger that was 3-4€ expensive, fries were ok, hot dog was small and expensive. All in all 34€, still hungry and extremely disappointed with the store. Ps around the corner there is good bratwurst at a good price.

American Fries & Burgers. We went here with 4 People and we had 2 Bacon Cheeseburger + Large Fries. Really good Taste & Friendly Service as well.

The most delicious burger - freshly made, no frozen patty, large selection of ingredients that go on the burger. You only pay extra for cheese and bacon, all other ingredients are included in the price. I recommend the bacon cheeseburger “All the way”, without mayo. Also recommended is the Little Cheeseburger with mustard, ketchup and pickles. The difference between a burger and a Little Burger is that there is only one patty of meat in the Little Burger and two patties of meat in the Little Burger. Milshake is mega, also with free ingredients if desired, but €6.95 is already an announcement. A portion of large fries is easily enough for at least 2 people. You can choose between normal (salty) and cajun style (spicy). It should also be mentioned that everything is prepared in peanut oil. The drink can be refilled at any time after a one-time payment at the free-refill machine. You can shorten the waiting time with free peanuts.

Hello, one of the nastiest burgers I've ever seen. Wrapped in foil, cold and looked like mud. Just disgusting

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely recommended! I was recently at Five Guys at Mercedes-Benz Arenaplatz and was lucky enough to be served by Adish Louis. What a great guy! He was incredibly personable, attentive and really went out of his way to fulfill the customers' wishes. You can immediately tell that he cares about the satisfaction of his guests. His friendly manner and excellent service made my visit a real highlight. Thanks Adish! Fast food is fun, I'd love to come back!

I ate there and about 1.5 hours later I missed half an hour of a show in the Uber arena as I couldn’t leave the toilet. Since I have not eaten anything else for several hours and had no issues, it is very unlikely that something else might have evoked the stomachache. Also, the machine that serves the drinks was very messy and dirty.

I would like to eat more Fiveguys, but unfortunately the concept doesn't suit me. ..I like the burger, but the "ambience" is terrible...far too loud, even more uncomfortable than any subway station (is there any more light and screaming?) ..I won't even stand at the checkout again because I'm far too slow to choose the right one from all the options ..so I do it like this: when I'm there and it's right, I order via the app and go to the counter to pick up, but also just a burger that I can easily eat in my hand... um, When it's winter and I have to sit inside, I want to get out of this screaming hall as quickly as possible Burgers now cost anywhere between 7-10 EUR or more.
