Had to switch to Five Guys because another burger place around the corner was terrible. At Five Guys you know what you're getting. Nice fresh, greasy burgers or hot dogs, crazy soft drinks and a cool, classic US burger atmosphere. Preparation could be a little quicker, but the checkout staff were very friendly and accommodating. For me personally it's always worth a visit.

Not nice locally but the classic Five Guys burgers are delicious. So everything is good.

The price seems a bit high to me personally. An amount of over €35 was charged for each citizen, fries and drinks. Unfortunately, the fries weren't particularly tasty, only tasted like fat and salt, and the burger was the worst I've eaten in a long time.

What is the most important thing in a burger? This is a fresh and delicious bun! The vegetables and meat are tasty, no complaints there, but the bun is cold and frankly not tasty, which really spoils the overall impression. The fries were ok. Simply put, the quality was slightly better than McDonald's and the price was almost twice as high. Conclusion: Price/performance does not match.

Definitely try Cajun style fries

The burgers taste fresh and authentic and I also think the fries are great with shell and good seasoning. Click&Collect also works smoothly.

Looks American, service was via a machine, unfortunately the milkshake was hardly drinkable. The pieces inside were too big and broke the straw.

I can't understand why a restaurant with such average taste has such expensive prices.

The employees actually start stressing out when you sit down at a table while your friends are paying for something... after we vacated the seats, even without protest, when we vacated the seats, another employee came and kicked us out because we were supposedly scolding the other employee... the evidence was supposedly on video surveillance, but that's simply not true, as he came to us 10 seconds later. Worst five guys ever!!! And what's more: the entire floor is glued...

Unfortunately, after the Frankfurt branch, your branch is incredibly slow and the environment is unfortunately not clean. For a while, most of the drinks were missing from one of the drink vending machines... A little more attention and order, please...

The price is unnecessarily expensive in terms of performance. There is no joke. I just loved their aromatic cola.

Order quickly via machine, but you can also order at the counter. Option of burgers in a bun, in a bowl (without bread) or in a lettuce wrap are also cool. Burgers and fries are whipped up quickly. The employee who made the milkshakes was a little confused and overlooked my order. Was delicious - would come again.

There’s probably no difference from other Five Guys locations. The staff was nice, but the place wasn’t very clean, something to consider. It was also quite noisy and likely not the best environment for children. Additionally, there aren’t many vegan options (which is expected at Five Guys). However, as they claim, the meat is 100% beef.

Great place to grab a burger. Love the simple menu and all the different toppings you can pick yourself. Burgers taste fantastic and drinks come with free refills.

The burger was juicy, freshly prepared and really tasty. You can't say anything about the price of the burger either. Unfortunately, the restaurant is really dirty, the size of the fries depends on the employee and the prices for fries or drinks - despite refills - are incomprehensible. Too bad, I won't be coming back.

So be honest! Under everything cannon! DIRTY! And then I had a portion of Cajun fries. But I have tested several recipes myself but they were NOT Cajun! That was just mercilessly over-salted! Good thing I was able to get something to drink. But the complaint had no chance of success because the lady there was already having problems calling out the order numbers clearly. Something like that is just underground! Where have the good old real snacks gone?

So, I love FIVE GUYS! I have never been disappointed with the food. I don't think it's too expensive either because it's just fresh and tastes good! The employees are always friendly, like in this branch... After eating I went to the toilet again and really had to ask: what does it look like here??? I was here just after 11 and was the first customer and the toilets looked like shit!!! Please change that. That was really disgusting!!! :-(

As an American, I love Five Guys. I have visited them all over Germany, the UK and of course in the US. This location just does not have the ambience. The toilet is used by non customers regardless that there is a code on your receipt…the food is excellent but just no American customer service. I had to ask for my drink cups as they were not given and the seating is VERY limited. The cost for 3 people coming in at almost €50 is crazy and the beverages were over €12 alone! Nuts. Otherwise- sign me up!

We came 20 minutes before closing and the staff were genuinely generous to let us order and dine in, the food was absolutely fresh and delicious🤍

The most disgusting thing I have seen and eaten so far! To charge this price for this is outrageous! Paid almost €50 for 2 burgers, 1 fries and 2 drinks and all I got was rubbish!

The food was delivered after 2 hours, and it was also cold and completely soaked. Delivery service didn't even apologize. I can't recommend it.

Burger really not good for the price (around €13-15, just the burger). Dry and carelessly squeezed together, absolutely not appetizing. The store was dirty and the service was unfortunately slow. All in all not a good experience. The only good thing about the place are the fries.

This is the worst Five Guys I've been to so far. Absolutely not comparable to top places like Antwerp, London or New York. For some reason it took a very long time to help everyone, causing a huge queue. There was no place to sit as everyone was just waiting for their food. Fries are not as crispy or tasty as other locations (other reviews also mention this). Hamburger was still okay. Young guy at the cash register was very friendly. Toilets were neat and well cleaned. For the amount you pay, there are much better places to eat in the area.

This was the first time we visited this place. Unfortunately, the burgers just didn’t have any taste. For this sort of crazy prices you really don’t expect such an absence quality, which was very disappointing. The fries and free nuts are good though, the one star goes for this. The service at the counter was also strange: the unfriendly behavior of the cashier when I was slow to select the components of the burger - remember, it was my first visit to this chain - really made me feel guilty although there wasn’t anyone else in the line. Can’t recommend this place by any means.

For me personally it didn't taste good at all. My friend, on the other hand, thought it was delicious but other restaurants simply beat it in terms of taste with burgers and fries. You get the burger wrapped in aluminum foil even though you're eating there.

An overpriced burger that gives you a lockjaw as soon as you try to bite into it. Fatter is not better people! I'll never need it again. Classic example where you don't get the quality you expect for your money.

It is and remains a burger shop, but a very expensive one and unfortunately nothing special. You wait a long time for your food and the cola was very watery. The milkshakes are great but I won't go back for the rest.

The best are the natural fries, the burger is good, my opinion is high price.

Pretty good food, but long delay to receive the order

I paid 7€ for a sandwich that i ate in like 2-3 bites. Paid like 25€ with a friend and we ate litrerally nothing, drinks are refillable but still its just not worth it. Service is okay tho but nothing special.

I liked coming here every couple of months as this has been by far the best fast food around in taste and quality. However, the drastic rise in prices no longer takes us here. €11 for a fist-sized hamburger is insane. The CEO for Germany wants to ‘crack’ €100M in sales, but please not in this way…

The location is very nice, right in the center of Alstadt. A standard five guys restaurant. Because I love burgers so much, I eat one meal here if available in the city I visit :)

The customer service from part of some of the employees leaves you with a bitter taste. The employee by the cashier was friendly and quite understanding that I had my (6kg) dog while I order and waited for my food. However, an employee who did not even start his shift, took the cortesy to come and tell me to leave because of the other (2) customers will be disturbed. The worker at the cashier told him it was fine and I only waited for the food, this wasn't satisfactory for him and went to notify the manager. I understand she was doing her job as a manager and following the sanitary rules but honestly, this all happened on a time frame of 5min. 5 minutes that this dear employer could not wait to come to me in the most unpolite way and bring me out. I totallu understand the concerns but not the manners this was managed. Nevertheless, I want to thank the guy at the cashier for his understanding and politeness.

Very disappointed in my food, i ordered a burger with salat and tomato, for some reason they decided to put onions on it. Why would you put onions on somebodys burger if they didnt asked for it? I hate onions, my day was ruined.

Tasty food and such a good overall experience. We went back the next day, the staff at the front is really friendly and smiley. We appreciated the drink station with countless choices we never got to try before, very unique! The toilets are messy though, the sinks run boiling water when you try to wash your hands and I found the music a bit too loud, which is why I deducted a star.

The food was good, but unfortunately it was very dirty and you had to sit at sticky, wet tables, some of which were full of rubbish.

Der Burger war zwar lecker aber der Salat und die Zwiebeln war neben dem Burger und nicht auf dem Burger. Die Pimmes waren in einem Pappbecher und der Rest wurde in die Papiertüte geschmissen. Er wurde dann in Alufolie verpackt. Das ganze zweimal. Zusätzlich wurde mir ein Veggiebürger mit reingepackt. Den hatte ich nicht bestellt. Der Preis Betrug 46 Euro. Ganz schön happig. Laute Musik krönte das Ambiente. Man musste sich anschreien um sich zu unterhalten. Der Laden war dreckig und die Tische klebten mit Essensresten. Ich komme nicht wieder.

The store is so overpriced. A burger with fries and a drink costs just under €25. The citizens' buns are not toasted and overall the burger falls apart when eaten and is relatively mushy. The meat is tasty and the toppings are good. I don't like the atmosphere and the waiting time is relatively long.

The price of a small burger, small fries, and soda has increased significantly from approximately €16.50 to €20.50 in a year or so. Considering that this is for a basic fast food meal, it's quite disappointing given the lack of exceptional quality.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. The food was also very tasty and we enjoyed it. With a combination you can refill your drink again at the drinks machine. However, it's only worth it if you drink a lot. It wasn't worth it for me and I wouldn't do it that way again. Everyone as it suits.

Never thought I would have genuine idea to review a fast food, but aside from all the lyrics, straight facts: standard (double cheeseburger) + milkshake fills me up to 6 hours (I’m a big time eater), sometimes it’s even hard to finish a borgar or a milkshake, which is really good, but a bit expensive imo. So if you wanna eat really full meal made of real products, but don’t have time or cash for a restaurant dish — it’s a nice alternative for a person who eats a lot

Nice place to go eat while being close to the city center. Had some good tasting burgers and fries. Mayo and ketchup is free refill which is good. Prices are a bit higher but all in all a good place!

Fries not as crispy as they are made in the Netherlands at Five Guys. Here they are far too oily and "limp" and I think they are not seasoned enough here if you choose the 'spicy' variant. Furthermore, a delicious hamburger 'double cheeseburger all the way' and a nice place to eat a hamburger.

Their burgers are delicious but I'm not sure I'd eat them again. I prefer to eat at boutique establishments where the flavors are the same in all their branches, rather than at places that have branches like this and do not taste very good. To put it simply, they used ready-made hamburger buns, not homemade ones.

It's not the Five Guys you see and try in America. In fact, if you were in America, you wouldn't go to Five Guys. Firstly, the interior is very dirty, both the seating areas and the restrooms. With few exceptions, the employees are very unprofessional and seem to be working reluctantly. Of course, these are my personal experiences. Other customers may have had different experiences. I have even witnessed some employees treating certain customers very differently. As for the burgers, I am not sure if it is due to the meat or another ingredient, but the smell does not come off your hands even after washing them three or four times. If it weren't for my kids wanting to go, I would never have entered this fast food restaurant.

It's no different from McDonald's. The meat quality is so bad, it's like we ate canned minced meat :(
