At Five Guys, the burgers taste delicious and are filling. If you want fries with them, you should get the small fries, because that's quite a lot for a small fries. You can get as many drinks as you like. Overall, the food is delicious. The service and ordering were very quick, and the atmosphere is quite pleasant and clean.

Best hamburger you can buy in the world. (Try cheeseburger if you wanna have a good first impression). Only problem, the cola is little bit expensive but its totally a great experience, even with price (its about 4 euros per cup, you can refill the cup later if you want ofc)

Best burger to have for its price. Personally recommend the chesse burger without fries grilled onion, mushrooms, mayo, jalapenos and even green paprika+ raw onions if you want more veggies. If you add ketchup or tomato etc it’ll overwhelm the patty taste.

Doesn’t compare to Five Guys I’ve had in America imo. The burgers were cooked well and they tasted good but it just wasnt the same Five Guys experience taste-wise. The patties were thicker and the bread wasn’t as soft, nonetheless still good burgers but just not was I was looking for especially considering the price. And although it wasnt too crowded the wait time was a bit longer than I expected.

Stomach poisoning, my stomach swelled like a balloon. I've never experienced anything like it. The burgers tasted like nothing, the cheeseburger was cold, the meat was dry as cardboard, it had no flavor at all, the cheese was all over the meat, not even a little bit melted like you would expect from a classic cheeseburger. 11.25 for a cheeseburger is excessive. The burgers are served in aluminum foil, like back in 1998 in Bugujno at the bus stop when we got 10 Ćevape with bread. American fast-food chain, thanks to you, we get diabetes.

The burly man who looked like Cengiz from ApeCrime denied me access to the restroom, even though I had ordered and eaten there. When I asked him for the restroom code because it was wrong on the receipt, he told me, "Find out for yourself." While I was eating my food, he repeatedly glared at me with an aggressive stare. The food was good, but the customer service was unfortunately lacking.

Five Guys simply has the best fries, the best burgers, and the best hot dogs!!! Keep it up, guys!!!!💎

Super good burger, though a bit pricey. Great location right in the city center. The place was clean and tidy.

The fries weren't cooked through, and the Coke was warm like soup (and tasted kind of wrong anyway). The burger tasted really good, but unfortunately we couldn't digest it (I won't say more about that). Is the whole experience worth €27? I question that. Peter Pan is 50 meters away, cheaper and more comfortable.

Definitely fiveguys never failed. Staff was friendly..i come here on sunday about 12:30pm and not busy. Cheese burger so tasty, fresh, and juicy meat. Dont forget to Try their milkshake: salted caramel+peanut butter+whipedcream 🤤👍👍

I wasn't in the mood for a dead animal, which is probably a bad thing when you go to a burger joint. "Grilled Cheese" sounded like a delicious grilled cheese, but unfortunately it was a burger bun fried in grease with a slice of bright yellow fake cheese in between. And mayo. And nothing else. Disgusting. The atmosphere in the joint reminds me of a factory hall or a slaughterhouse. Red and white tiles, washable.

The burger was quite juicy, freshly prepared, and delicious. The price for the burger is quite high. Unfortunately, the restaurant is really dirty, the fries vary depending on the staff, and the prices for fries and drinks—even with refills—are unreasonable. Too bad, I won't be back.

The milkshake is a must have again and again

The food quality is excellent. Delicious, juicy burgers and fresh-cut fries! The milkshake is also highly recommended! I do think the prices are a bit steep, though. A cheeseburger costs €12.50, and that's without fries. With fries and a drink, it's €21.85!

The company is adopting a zero-tolerance policy against mentally disabled people who want to relieve themselves. The person could no longer stay in the store. It's incomprehensible that they were not allowed into the restroom despite speaking to staff.

Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Even though it was barely busy, I had to wait almost 30 minutes after ordering. The reason: The fries weren't ready, so they served customers who only wanted fries first – while my burger got cold and soggy in the meantime. The taste was a disappointment. What was particularly annoying was that the meal cost €21.85 – absolutely unjustified for this quality. Given the price and the low occupancy, I expect much better service and fresh, hot food. This was definitely my last visit to this place.

i love the food,the sandwich is crunchy the sauces are beautiful and the spicy sandwich is so lovely.The service is fast,but when it is to full it's fast too!The atmosphere is very good because it is in the city center.I love the idea that we can write paper to the five guys people.What I also like is that we can take ketchup or mayones for the fries or in general for the food.The Milkshakes are so good i have try the oreo Milkshake and it was do so good. Burgers are good, but expensive. I don't understand the hype.

The food was great. The cheeseburger was a bit pricey, but it tasted high quality and was like what you'd expect from a real cheeseburger, not like what you'd often get at other fast food chains. The fries and hot dog were also good. Compared to other Five Guys locations, this one was smaller and therefore a bit noisy, but in good weather, you could eat outside, so that's negligible.

Firstly, the interior is very dirty, both the seating areas and the restrooms. With few exceptions, the employees are very unprofessional and seem to be working reluctantly. Of course, these are my personal experiences. Other customers may have had different experiences. I have even witnessed some employees treating certain customers very differently. As for the burgers, I am not sure if it is due to the meat or another ingredient, but the smell does not come off your hands even after washing them three or four times. If it weren't for my kids wanting to go, I would never have entered this fast food restaurant.

The burgers and fries are very expensive and don't really live up to the price, although the portion of fries was quite large. The very friendly and helpful staff are definitely a positive.

Yesterday, there were new employees in the restaurant, and they worked very slowly. But the positive thing is the machine where you can refill your drinks. There are so many different types!

We waited for 20 minutes to get our food. The fries were cold when we finally got our order.

Everyone deserves a second chance. Update May 20, 2025 I visited the Düsseldorf branch again today. Everything was much better than a year ago. Fries were hot and plentiful, and the salted caramel shake is great. ----------- Snapshot April 30, 2024, around 3:00 PM: Restaurant moderately busy, cleanliness was okay, but could be better. Employees were very self-absorbed, so attention and concentration sometimes slipped by the wayside 🙄 The cheeseburger and fries were lukewarm, and the fries were carelessly thrown into the bag. The milkshake was forgotten, and I had to ask for it. The taste was very good, as usual, but for the prices, you'd expect a bit more service. There are better Five Guys branches, but as I said, just a snapshot.

Although it was not a crowded time, the Fries and Hamburger were not hot enough. The Hamburger was closed carelessly.

The food is okay, a few employees are okay. If the restaurant is closed, take it seriously. A few employees are flirting inappropriately. No one says anything. Or helps.

The food was typically Five Guys very tasty. Unfortunately there is no service staff to keep the restaurant clean. I have rarely eaten in such a dirty shop. Garbage and dirt on the floor, table also littered, sink on toilet clogged… not acceptable for the price. I'm not coming back. At least the employees behind the counter were all very friendly. That's why 2 stars for the service.

A good burger, but you can expect that for over €12.

Had to switch to Five Guys because another burger place around the corner was terrible. At Five Guys you know what you're getting. Nice fresh, greasy burgers or hot dogs, crazy soft drinks and a cool, classic US burger atmosphere. Preparation could be a little quicker, but the checkout staff were very friendly and accommodating. For me personally it's always worth a visit.

What is the most important thing in a burger? This is a fresh and delicious bun! The vegetables and meat are tasty, no complaints there, but the bun is cold and frankly not tasty, which really spoils the overall impression. The fries were ok. Simply put, the quality was slightly better than McDonald's and the price was almost twice as high. Conclusion: Price/performance does not match.

The employees actually start stressing out when you sit down at a table while your friends are paying for something... after we vacated the seats, even without protest, when we vacated the seats, another employee came and kicked us out because we were supposedly scolding the other employee... the evidence was supposedly on video surveillance, but that's simply not true, as he came to us 10 seconds later. Worst five guys ever!!! And what's more: the entire floor is glued...

Order quickly via machine, but you can also order at the counter. Option of burgers in a bun, in a bowl (without bread) or in a lettuce wrap are also cool. Burgers and fries are whipped up quickly. The employee who made the milkshakes was a little confused and overlooked my order. Was delicious - would come again.

The price is unnecessarily expensive in terms of performance. There is no joke. I just loved their aromatic cola.

There’s probably no difference from other Five Guys locations. The staff was nice, but the place wasn’t very clean, something to consider. It was also quite noisy and likely not the best environment for children. Additionally, there aren’t many vegan options (which is expected at Five Guys). However, as they claim, the meat is 100% beef.

Great place to grab a burger. Love the simple menu and all the different toppings you can pick yourself. Burgers taste fantastic and drinks come with free refills.

So be honest! Under everything cannon! DIRTY! And then I had a portion of Cajun fries. But I have tested several recipes myself but they were NOT Cajun! That was just mercilessly over-salted! Good thing I was able to get something to drink. But the complaint had no chance of success because the lady there was already having problems calling out the order numbers clearly. Something like that is just underground! Where have the good old real snacks gone?

So, I love FIVE GUYS! I have never been disappointed with the food. I don't think it's too expensive either because it's just fresh and tastes good! The employees are always friendly, like in this branch... After eating I went to the toilet again and really had to ask: what does it look like here??? I was here just after 11 and was the first customer and the toilets looked like shit!!! Please change that. That was really disgusting!!! :-(

As an American, I love Five Guys. I have visited them all over Germany, the UK and of course in the US. This location just does not have the ambience. The toilet is used by non customers regardless that there is a code on your receipt…the food is excellent but just no American customer service. I had to ask for my drink cups as they were not given and the seating is VERY limited. The cost for 3 people coming in at almost €50 is crazy and the beverages were over €12 alone! Nuts. Otherwise- sign me up!
