FOOD BROTHER in Düsseldorf

Despite the very intrusive advertising throughout the old town, I decided to give the restaurant a chance. Unfortunately, I just didn't like the burger; it simply lacked flavor and juiciness, in my opinion. The ambiance is as good as the place can be—there are certainly nicer spots—but I can't really fault the restaurant for that. However, the burger was so bad that I can't recommend the place to anyone and can't give it a better rating. At least the location was very clean, so on a scale of 0 to 100, I'd maybe give the place 15 points.

Instead of the 25-30 minutes stated when I ordered, it suddenly jumped to 80-90 minutes, so I had to cancel the order and my money is gone. No concessions or anything else. A real shame.

It's not a good place to eat because you can't see the ingredients in the burgers very well. There's no signboard. There are seats in the back, but the atmosphere isn't great and there's no music. Recommended for ordering only.

The service is great and fast. But a little disappointed with the food. We ordered a vegan and beef burger supreme. There was only one piece of salad in the burger for 9.5€. The sauce was a little too salty. Overall, it's tasty, but it's not a place you want to go to again.

One of the best Smashburgers in Düsseldorf and the surrounding area. The meat in the shop is also halal! The chicken burgers and fries are also delicious! The shop also has a cool interior. I eat there often and have always found it delicious. In addition to seating inside, there are also a few tables with benches outside. The staff is also friendly and helpful.

I first happened upon Food Brother in Düsseldorf by chance, but since then I've been going there regularly because it's always amazing. The burgers are incredibly juicy and flavorful, and the fries are truly special and completely different from anything else you'd normally get. You can tell the quality and attention to detail here is second to none. Add to that the super friendly team that always gives you a warm welcome. For me, it's the clear number one when it comes to burgers. I highly recommend it!

Best burger in Düsseldorf! I've been going there for a few years now and have never been disappointed. I know of few places that deliver such consistently good quality. The best burger I've ever eaten! I'm from Lippstadt, so I'm rarely in Düsseldorf. But when I am there, Food Brother is always my first stop for good food. They really make the best burgers. I recommend anyone who's in Düsseldorf for a day to stop here for a break. The next time I'm in Düsseldorf, I'll of course get your delicious chicken burger, as always! Keep up the good work! Ordered a classic burger and got it with cheese. If you order takeaway food, it's better to check immediately if you got the right thing.

Ordered two burgers and fries via Uber. Inedible. The burgers were ancient, with hard, cold cheese and dry, cold meat. This couldn't have been caused by just a 10-minute transport. On top of that, everything was thrown together in a bag. A disgrace for €30. The best part was the fries that were stuck on the fries...

Customer rip-off! They advertise a 2 for 1 offer on Uber Eats and then raise the prices of the very items that are supposedly on sale. Or why does an old "Supreme" burger cost more than a Bacon Supreme? See picture. 🥴🥴🥴

A case of caution: rip-off! Charging €16 for a burger when they cut the meat in half to save money is a rip-off! Aside from that, the sight of the burger makes you sick! I swear the cheese was thicker than the meat patty.

Long waiting time 45 minutes for a chicken burger

The burger itself was delicious, but the bacon inside was so dry that I really had to take it out. When I told the employee, he told me it was a matter of taste. So if I can't chew the bacon, it's not a matter of taste but a lack of quality.

The waiting times are an absolute disgrace. If an order takes over 20 minutes (for us it ends up being 50) you have to at least communicate this when you take it. I had the impression that the five men behind the counter didn't really know what they were doing. In any case, they rarely prepared food. The fries are delicious, I wouldn't order the falafel burger again. It was just extremely greasy frozen food.

I know Food Brother from Cologne, and this was my first time here. I ordered a Baba Burger. It tastes just as good as the one in Cologne. The selection of drinks is larger here. They have what I think is the most delicious iced tea ever (Elephant Bay), as well as lemonade and even Acqua Morelli water.

The employees were extremely unfriendly and told us at 7:30 p.m. that we couldn't order anything anymore. we ordered through uber eats and the burgers were completely wet, smashed and small. i ordered the nacho burger: there were only 3 wet nachos on there. the fries were dry and sloppy. the chicken tenders were small and only 4 pieces for 6 euros. for my menu i ordered an apfelschorle 0.3l and only got apfelsaft 0.2l. we paid 50€ and we’re so disappointed. never ordering there again

I placed my order online and my food arrived as shown in the photos. When I called and complained, the lady on the phone wasn't friendly or critical. She just kept saying that it was the Uber driver's fault

Never had such good fries and the burger was really good too. We only waited 5 minutes for our food, it was really quick and you can even watch it. You also have the feeling that the employees enjoy their work. The woman did a really great job, quickly and neatly.

In the evening we decided to have a little snack. So the choice fell on FB. Unfortunately, many suppliers from Gerresheim are now within the radius. Well, that's just the way it is. Thanks to Uber Eats it was late but it worked. We knew or suspected that the food would not arrive hot. Not so wild. We knew... 2x supreme burgers with supposedly double cheese. But we decided to take 3x cheese. You probably found/saw/tasted 1 slice. Annoying because we were looking forward to it. Well, it happened, the burgers still tasted very tasty and I can recommend it. There were also fries with FB special sauce!!! Or in other words, fries with Joppie sauce from Holland. That's really cheeky. Anyone who knows her knows it immediately.

Miss the real foodbrothers burger! It used to be definitely the best burger in Düsseldorf. Unfortunately, it's now just driven by money - at least that's how it seems. Employees are not trained properly. Patties are regularly smashed to zero and sometimes completely over-salted, there is no love left behind them. Buns change every 14 days. And what the hell is this with the salad all of a sudden? Instead of the typical frisée salad that rounded off the burgers, there was suddenly tasteless (and cheaper) iceberg lettuce. What's that supposed to mean? In summary: Partially inedible burgers because they are too salty, cheaper and therefore poorer quality ingredients, less qualified staff and yet the prices continue to be increased diligently (Nacho Baba individually now costs 14.50 on UberEats). You have lost me as a regular customer for several years for the time being, I hope something happens

I've been a customer since it opened and am therefore very impressed with the food. Unfortunately that has changed, I've been there several times in the last few months, unfortunately the burgers are very salty and not edible. It's nice to get new burgers, but you still get stomach pains and even cramps from them over-salted burgers. I hope the quality improves again, but unfortunately I won't be eating any more in the near future or will have to switch to the branches around Düsseldorf.

I had the pleasure of eating at Food Brother and it was a fantastic experience! The food was simply incredible – fresh, delicious and perfectly seasoned. The service was friendly and quick, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant and inviting. I was particularly impressed by the variety of the menu, which offers something for every taste. You owe me €28.60 and the canceled invoice has still not been paid back. It's an outrage this disgusting store and their incompetence with workers. I demand a response to my review within the next 48 hours otherwise I will call the police and have them do it!

Wait 40 minutes for fries and mozzarella sticks. In addition, all the orders came before us even though we were the first. It doesn't work at all. And then being totally rude and saying that it would take another 30 minutes. I would prefer to cancel it. Addendum: after almost 1 hour we decided to cancel our order. I found the burger way too salty, the waiting time was way too long and everything in front of the shop was dirty. Napkins, fries, etc. on the floor. The smelly rubbish bin from FB was right next to us at the table. Overall I didn't think it was great.

I've been looking for a burger like this for a long time. Many of the burger shops in Düsseldorf have really declined. That's why the Food Brothers are a real asset to the Düsseldorf burger scene. Go and try it yourself. The store deserves to have people queuing up!!!

I've rarely found a burger joint that exceeds my expectations like this one! The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, perfect for a leisurely meal with friends or family. But the real highlight are the burgers – juicy, perfectly seasoned and topped with high-quality ingredients. The service is also first class – friendly, quick and always with a smile. A real insider tip and for me the best burger place in the city! I can really only recommend it!!

Today was the last time I order there. Absolutely disgusting for €20!? A year ago I was happy to order, but since then the food has become more and more disgusting with each order. Today the burger arrived with a completely new bread (which is disgusting and tastes like rubber), the meat was synthetic pink and the bread has turned pink (?!), the lettuce was black, the cheese was stuck to the packaging, so I didn't have any cheese? It's great to see once again how a store is run down... The main thing is money but reducing quality standards.

Diesen Titel beansprucht ja fast jeder für sich. Die Food Brothers auch. Hierbei handelt es sich um ein Franchise aus dem Ruhrgebiet, was seit ein paar Jahren auch in Düsseldorf anzutreffen ist. Bis jetzt ist mir der kleine Laden nie aufgefallen, versteckt er sich auf der Ratinger Straße doch zwischen den traditionellen Brauhäusern. Im ersten Moment wirkt es so, als sei man hier nur auf Lieferdienst ausgelegt, aber wenn man rechts an der Küchentheke vorbei geht, findet man neben den paar Plätzen draußen vor dem Lokal auch noch Innen eine Sitzgelegenheit. Während man auf seine bestellen Burger wartet, dröhnt (schlechte) deutsche HipHop Musik durch den Laden. Sobald die Bestellung fertig ist, bekommt man diese mit den Worten „Hier bitte Bruder“ ausgehändigt. Na ja mittlerweile sind ja scheinbar alle irgendwie Brüder; wichtiger wird es beim Geschmack. „Best Burger“ würde ich dann auch mal stark bezweifeln, aber schon ganz gut und so ziemlich genau das, was man von einem guten Burger erwartet. Fleisch schmeckt etwas zu sehr nach Grill/Rauch, Brötchen ist sehr weich (mag ich), Portionen ehr mickrig (oder ich hatte zu viel Hunger). Die Pommes dünn wie beim Goldenen M, dafür etwas länger (und damit besser) frittiert. Alles in allem kann ich über nichts meckern und würde wiederkommen. Empfehlung: Bacon Cheese, Classic Chicken

Simply disrespectful, 1 hour for a burger with fries. It's called fast food for a reason. Although it was full, customers who came after me and ordered more than just one burger got their food earlier. The food is actually good but it's definitely not worth waiting an hour for it. Didn't even get a sorry or anything (actually I don't care but it's just disrespectful to the customer to keep you waiting that long). It's not the first time either but today it was really one too many.

The wait was worth it, the employees listen to customers if something doesn't suit them and are very friendly. I've been a customer of theirs for years and yes, sometimes there are bad days, but overall it's the best burger for me!

I was really disappointed. After we had to wait half an hour, which I find far too long for a fast food restaurant (there were three of us), the food arrived incomplete. I had the Nacho Veggie Burger, where salad and vegetables were simply missing, even though the menu explicitly states that these ingredients are included. Simply unreasonable for this high price. The other burgers were also missing salad. I just didn't go back to complain because I didn't want to wait that long again.

They took over 1.15 hours to get us our food and everyone who came in after us got their food first. I really recommend eating elsewhere. They continued to lie about the time this would take.

The price-performance ratio is nowhere near right. Waited 15 minutes until I could order, then waited 25 minutes for the order. Tables are not cleared. I wanted to use the “NeoTaste” app to get a burger deal. Then the seller suddenly said that I couldn't redeem it. I felt quite confused. The burger tasted good, but it's not worth the money and wait.

I love the burgers from Foodbrothers but today it wasn't possible We ordered and no one said in advance that we would have to wait long - after 30 minutes had passed we were informed of this (not even nicely). We waited an hour for our food - when we asked, we were bullied because next time we can eat at McDonald's Aszoliaer didn't work at all

We placed a large order and a lot of people forgot to put it in. The bacon was forgotten in my burger, all the drinks were delivered incorrectly and extra ordered side dishes were not delivered either. In addition, our burgers were simply thrown into a bag without being packaged I found this to be very unhygienic. I would not recommend it.

Nice little Burger shop for take away or eat it in front of the shop. Funny and very friendly staff! Kind of pricey for the food still.
