The burgers are really tasty, and the fries are good too. And you don't have to wait long. The service is a bit too "standoffish" and could be better.

I placed my order online and my food arrived as shown in the photos. When I called and complained, the lady on the phone wasn't friendly or critical. She just kept saying that it was the Uber driver's fault

Never had such good fries and the burger was really good too. We only waited 5 minutes for our food, it was really quick and you can even watch it. You also have the feeling that the employees enjoy their work. The woman did a really great job, quickly and neatly.

In the evening we decided to have a little snack. So the choice fell on FB. Unfortunately, many suppliers from Gerresheim are now within the radius. Well, that's just the way it is. Thanks to Uber Eats it was late but it worked. We knew or suspected that the food would not arrive hot. Not so wild. We knew... 2x supreme burgers with supposedly double cheese. But we decided to take 3x cheese. You probably found/saw/tasted 1 slice. Annoying because we were looking forward to it. Well, it happened, the burgers still tasted very tasty and I can recommend it. There were also fries with FB special sauce!!! Or in other words, fries with Joppie sauce from Holland. That's really cheeky. Anyone who knows her knows it immediately.

Supposedly a 50% promotion through Uber Eats. In the end, this turns out to be a complete scam and you end up paying more than normal. Avoid the store!

Miss the real foodbrothers burger! It used to be definitely the best burger in Düsseldorf. Unfortunately, it's now just driven by money - at least that's how it seems. Employees are not trained properly. Patties are regularly smashed to zero and sometimes completely over-salted, there is no love left behind them. Buns change every 14 days. And what the hell is this with the salad all of a sudden? Instead of the typical frisée salad that rounded off the burgers, there was suddenly tasteless (and cheaper) iceberg lettuce. What's that supposed to mean? In summary: Partially inedible burgers because they are too salty, cheaper and therefore poorer quality ingredients, less qualified staff and yet the prices continue to be increased diligently (Nacho Baba individually now costs 14.50 on UberEats). You have lost me as a regular customer for several years for the time being, I hope something happens

I've been a customer since it opened and am therefore very impressed with the food. Unfortunately that has changed, I've been there several times in the last few months, unfortunately the burgers are very salty and not edible. It's nice to get new burgers, but you still get stomach pains and even cramps from them over-salted burgers. I hope the quality improves again, but unfortunately I won't be eating any more in the near future or will have to switch to the branches around Düsseldorf.

I had the pleasure of eating at Food Brother and it was a fantastic experience! The food was simply incredible – fresh, delicious and perfectly seasoned. The service was friendly and quick, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant and inviting. I was particularly impressed by the variety of the menu, which offers something for every taste. I will definitely be back and would recommend Food Brother to anyone looking for a great dining experience!

I can't put it into words. It used to be so delicious. I ordered 4 times. 3 times the food was inedible. The fries were undercooked and totally soggy. The burger was cold and not particularly tasty

Wait 40 minutes for fries and mozzarella sticks. In addition, all the orders came before us even though we were the first. It doesn't work at all. And then being totally rude and saying that it would take another 30 minutes. I would prefer to cancel it. Addendum: after almost 1 hour we decided to cancel our order. We paid just under 29 euros and the payment went through. Now comes the hammer - our order went under and we have been waiting for money for 2 weeks. So 29 euros for nothing?

You owe me €28.60 and the canceled invoice has still not been paid back. It's an outrage this disgusting store and their incompetence with workers. I demand a response to my review within the next 48 hours otherwise I will call the police and have them do it!

I found the burger way too salty, the waiting time was way too long and everything in front of the shop was dirty. Napkins, fries, etc. on the floor. The smelly rubbish bin from FB was right next to us at the table. Overall I didn't think it was great.

I've been looking for a burger like this for a long time. Many of the burger shops in Düsseldorf have really declined. That's why the Food Brothers are a real asset to the Düsseldorf burger scene. Go and try it yourself. The store deserves to have people queuing up!!!

I've rarely found a burger joint that exceeds my expectations like this one! The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, perfect for a leisurely meal with friends or family. But the real highlight are the burgers – juicy, perfectly seasoned and topped with high-quality ingredients. The service is also first class – friendly, quick and always with a smile. A real insider tip and for me the best burger place in the city! I can really only recommend it!!

Today was the last time I order there. Absolutely disgusting for €20!? A year ago I was happy to order, but since then the food has become more and more disgusting with each order. Today the burger arrived with a completely new bread (which is disgusting and tastes like rubber), the meat was synthetic pink and the bread has turned pink (?!), the lettuce was black, the cheese was stuck to the packaging, so I didn't have any cheese? It's great to see once again how a store is run down... The main thing is money but reducing quality standards.

Diesen Titel beansprucht ja fast jeder für sich. Die Food Brothers auch. Hierbei handelt es sich um ein Franchise aus dem Ruhrgebiet, was seit ein paar Jahren auch in Düsseldorf anzutreffen ist. Bis jetzt ist mir der kleine Laden nie aufgefallen, versteckt er sich auf der Ratinger Straße doch zwischen den traditionellen Brauhäusern. Im ersten Moment wirkt es so, als sei man hier nur auf Lieferdienst ausgelegt, aber wenn man rechts an der Küchentheke vorbei geht, findet man neben den paar Plätzen draußen vor dem Lokal auch noch Innen eine Sitzgelegenheit. Während man auf seine bestellen Burger wartet, dröhnt (schlechte) deutsche HipHop Musik durch den Laden. Sobald die Bestellung fertig ist, bekommt man diese mit den Worten „Hier bitte Bruder“ ausgehändigt. Na ja mittlerweile sind ja scheinbar alle irgendwie Brüder; wichtiger wird es beim Geschmack. „Best Burger“ würde ich dann auch mal stark bezweifeln, aber schon ganz gut und so ziemlich genau das, was man von einem guten Burger erwartet. Fleisch schmeckt etwas zu sehr nach Grill/Rauch, Brötchen ist sehr weich (mag ich), Portionen ehr mickrig (oder ich hatte zu viel Hunger). Die Pommes dünn wie beim Goldenen M, dafür etwas länger (und damit besser) frittiert. Alles in allem kann ich über nichts meckern und würde wiederkommen. Empfehlung: Bacon Cheese, Classic Chicken

Simply disrespectful, 1 hour for a burger with fries. It's called fast food for a reason. Although it was full, customers who came after me and ordered more than just one burger got their food earlier. The food is actually good but it's definitely not worth waiting an hour for it. Didn't even get a sorry or anything (actually I don't care but it's just disrespectful to the customer to keep you waiting that long). It's not the first time either but today it was really one too many.

I don’t care about that Halal certificate, I can tell you that beef 100% isn’t Halal, I ate at another brunch of this franchise and it was totally different, I don’t know why they use different types of meat here

I was really disappointed. After we had to wait half an hour, which I find far too long for a fast food restaurant (there were three of us), the food arrived incomplete. I had the Nacho Veggie Burger, where salad and vegetables were simply missing, even though the menu explicitly states that these ingredients are included. Simply unreasonable for this high price. The other burgers were also missing salad. I just didn't go back to complain because I didn't want to wait that long again.

30 minutes for a burger, someone is working the cash register with an ice cream in his hand, they have the burgers behind the counter and don't call. After waiting so long, it was dry. The quality has deteriorated significantly. Bread stays good. Never again.

They took over 1.15 hours to get us our food and everyone who came in after us got their food first. I really recommend eating elsewhere. They continued to lie about the time this would take.

The price-performance ratio is nowhere near right. Waited 15 minutes until I could order, then waited 25 minutes for the order. Tables are not cleared. I wanted to use the “NeoTaste” app to get a burger deal. Then the seller suddenly said that I couldn't redeem it. I felt quite confused. The burger tasted good, but it's not worth the money and wait.

The bacon was forgotten in my burger, all the drinks were delivered incorrectly and extra ordered side dishes were not delivered either. In addition, our burgers were simply thrown into a bag without being packaged I found this to be very unhygienic. I would not recommend it.

Absolute disappointment! When I met Foodbrother, I was very excited. But now it's a shame to order there! The burgers are thin and bland, hardly any lettuce, patties that are too small/thin, forgotten tomato. The burgers arrive squashed. Both fries and burgers cold upon delivery. And for two menus 35€!! Never again!!

I have to admit that it was one of the tastiest burgers I have eaten. Tasty, juicy, fresh vegetables, odorless meat. The burger is not very big, but it will satisfy your hunger. The sweet fries were very tasty and fried crispy. The taste of salt and sweetness of the fries was very good. I recommend this burger to everyone. Hopefully they can maintain the quality and taste of the burger.

Ordered more often from Foodbrothers - it always happened that either drinks were missing or the side dishes were not delivered. Food arrived cold - conclusion I won't give the shop any further chances - not recommended!!!!

The well-thought-out preparation of the food and the inviting atmosphere round off the overall package perfectly. Everything is just right in this burger joint – an unreserved recommendation! The only problem is parking. Unfortunately there are no parking spaces but that's not so bad because you can get there by train etc. By the way, the bread is super soft and tastes great

I ordered a vegetarian burger without mayonnaise, but unfortunately there was still mayonnaise slapped on it. Instead of making a new burger, the mayonnaise was wiped off with a napkin - I was able to watch the whole thing and didn't think it was particularly hygienic. I canceled my order, the money was still debited even though I was assured that the order had been canceled.

There were no offers or anything similar that could be assumed to overload the restaurant or the employees. I wouldn't recommend it. The delivery lady was nice though.

I've been to this Food Brothers location several times and it's been delicious every time. It's very nice inside, but not particularly spacious. I probably wouldn't go with a larger group (unless you can make a reservation). Since the Rhine promenade is nearby, you can also take your food with you and enjoy it with a view :)

Supreme burger tasted good but the beef patty wasn't so thick. Service was really quick. The whole deal with a medium sized burger a drink and fries for 16 Eur seemed a bit overpriced.

Ich bin heute aus köln extra mit einem freund dort essen gegangen. Weil ich in der Vergangenheit öfter da gewesen war..ich weiß nicht, was sich an der qualität dermaßen verschlechtern kann.. uns beiden ist nachdem essen übel geworden in köln angekommen haben habd ich mich übergeben und der Freund saß ca 20 min auf der Toilette. Ich kann euch deswegen nicht weiterempfehlen und würde niemals mehr dort essen!! Katastrophe Vor allem die süßkartoffeln bähhh

2 mal Classic (Beef) bestellt, zuhause reingeguckt und einfach verdammt nochmal Classic CHICKEN drin ?!?

Die Bestell- und Ablauforganisation im Lokal war unklar und wurde uns am Empfang nicht erklärt. Wir nahmen an, im Sitzbereich bedient zu werden, da man uns direkt zum Sitzbereich führte. Wir erfuhren jedoch erst nach Rückfrage, dass wir vorne bestellen müssen. Keine Information über Selbstbedienung der Getränke oder den Zustand des Essens. Es war ein hin und her und Chaos. Der freundliche Mitarbeiter bemerkte unsere Verwirrung erst spät. Die servierten Menüs wurden auf zwei unpraktischen Tablets verteilt, sodass jeder sein eigenes Menü herauspuzzlen musste. Fehlende Kommunikation und laute Musik beeinträchtigten den Gesamteindruck, obwohl die Burger saftig sind. Sehr schade. Außerdem schrie die Mitarbeiterin beleidigend den anderen Mitarbeiter neben allen Kunden an, was überhaupt nicht in Ordnung ist.

Ich habe 1 1/2 Stunden auf mein Essen gewartet nur um dann in letzter Sekunde zu erfahren das meine Bestellung storniert wurde. An einem Samstag Abend.

Burger schmeckt super, aber 1. Ist der Laden viel zu klein, 2. Preis- Leistung passt nicht und 3. Ist das Personal nicht unbedingt freundlich zu Kunden...

Sind für mich die leckersten halal Burger, aber wenn man 50 statt den gesagten 20 Minuten warten muss und das Fleisch dann noch zu sehr gebraten wird, lohnt es sich auch nicht mehr zu kommen...

Die Burger hier waren mal ausgezeichnet. Das Fleisch ist immer noch sehr gut (Black Angus Nacken), wobei das Fleisch nicht mehr immer perfekt gebraten wird. Ich dachte, ich hätte die letzten paar mal hier halt einfach Pech gehabt. Aber nach mehrmaligem Besuch in Düsseldorf und erneut gut erlebter Referenz in Aachen kann ich den Qualitätsverlust hier in Düsseldorf bestätigen. Früher war das Fleisch immer Well-Done und saftig gebraten, nun hab ich schon nicht ganz durchgebratenes und zudem trockenes Fleisch erlebt. Zudem wird hier unterdessen Rinds-Bacon verwendet. Sorry aber das geht gar nicht und schmeckt einfach nicht. Im Food Brother in Aachen hatte ich zum Vergleich noch das Glück, normalen Bacon zu bekommen. Man will hier der muslimischen Kundschaft entgegen kommen, ohne Rücksicht darauf, dass die Burger einfach nicht mehr schmecken. Auch die Chilli-Mayo wurde hier Monatelang wegen Lieferschwierigkeiten nicht mehr angeboten, auch wenns diese z.B. in Aachen weiterhin gab.
