The burgers (vegan Double Cheese and vegetarian Green Monster) tasted good. The fries had an unusual consistency because when you bit through them you could tell they were half air inside. The tables were a bit dirty - unfortunately all sorts of food residue collects in the wood.

Not only the best burger, but also the best customer service: unfortunately the order was sent too early (this can happen), they sent us a second, hot and tasty portion at the right time. More than correct, thank you very much. For me the best burger in Düsseldorf.

A real highlight in Düsseldorf! The Pearl is an absolute must for all burger lovers! The burgers are not only visually eye-catching, but also a real taste experience. The chicken burger was incredibly juicy with a crispy breading and perfectly coordinated toppings. The chili cheeseburger had just the right amount of spiciness, plus creamy, melted cheese – simply heavenly! We were also impressed by the side dishes: the truffle fries were crispy, aromatic and refined with fine Parmesan. The avocado fries were a great surprise – nice and crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside and really well seasoned. There is also a really cozy atmosphere, a beautiful outdoor area and extremely friendly staff. You feel completely comfortable here. We'll definitely be back!

Service very good and quick. The food is also very good (high quality), but I would like more variety. E.g. a burger sauce instead of mayo & ketchup on the Double OG, otherwise great.

After ordering, you wait 2 hours for your food and then you get cold fries and a cold and carelessly topped burger

The burger was good. The service was a mix between good and bad due to a certain situation. The good part was the decent staff members. The bad part was that I ordered a certain Burger "Menü", One of the staff member proceeded with the order. At the end, the receipt included three items and I asked whether this was the "Menü" option. He said they didn't have a Menü option in the first place! However he didn't clarify this at the very beginning. It seemed to me like using the customer's assumptions about common offerings to upsell other items. Theoretically, it was a small difference. But practically the issue was the lack of clarity about what they offer. In fact, if he had clarified there was no Menü option, I might have considered combining items other than the default!

O.G. Double Smash Burger was just to die for. The fries were fresh and crispy. I can only recommend it.

So I've been out to eat several times now and tried different burgers. All were delicious and made with love. Plus the nice service. Highly recommended.

A very nice restaurant that I would visit again. Both burgers we ordered were found to be very tasty, although there could have been a little less salad and a little more meat. The chicken nuggets were very crispy, which I really liked. The fries were my highlight. The service was good, but nothing exceptional. In my opinion, the ambience stands out here, a cute little shop that is nicely decorated, only the music could have been a little quieter.

You can see and taste the quality and dedication. Work is done with care and people often ask at the table if everything is OK. Keep it up

I highly recommend this store! The food is simply incredibly delicious. I was particularly impressed by the large selection: there is something for everyone, and everything is prepared with so much love and dedication that it's almost a shame to eat it. The service is absolutely top! The team is super friendly, attentive and makes you feel completely comfortable. The atmosphere in the store is also a highlight. It is cozy, stylish and invites you to linger longer. Whether for a quick lunch or a relaxing evening - this place is just perfect. I'll definitely be back!

The Pearl is about 35 minutes walk from the main station and has tables both inside and outside. The shop is clean and the atmosphere is more familiar, but there is a train line right on the street, which can sometimes be a bit annoying outside. There are mainly burgers and fries in different variations - including veggie and vegan. The dips are sufficient with the side dishes 👍 The staff is very friendly and attentive and the price-performance ratio is also good. The Coca Cola brand drinks could be replaced by other providers, but otherwise great. Would go again.

The burgers I ordered were really good! In addition, the store kindly responded to my special requests and did everything the way I wanted. Therefore 5🌟 for taste and service! 😇

Super tasty pulled beef burger 🔥

I had a vegan double cheese burger (see picture). Was it a solid, typical Beyon Meat Patty and buns with a normal bake? as burger bread. Not really anything special, but still OK by default. Sweet potato fries were okay too, nothing special. The chicken burger and the double smash burger were also ordered. These were perceived as very tasty. Unfortunately service was terribly bad. The service was listless. Didn't come to the table during or after the meal. When you wanted to pay, the staff just looked back questioningly and the chef then called out that he would come to the table and settle the bill.

The very last! - I ordered via Lieferando, the whole order was cold, wrong or of poor quality. I reported this to Lieferando. The owner called me and wanted to clarify this, assured me that the smash burger and the chili cheese nuggets would be refunded and that he apologized for the quality. I waited for the refund and was informed today that he had secretly rejected it. Absolutely unfair business practice and you truly deserve zero stars.

Wij hebben hier later op de avond gegeten, waardoor het er wat rustiger was. We konden heerlijk buiten op het terrasje zitten. Het personeel hier was erg vriendelijk en sprak ook goed Engels. Daarnaast was het eten ook lekker. Het is zeker een aanrader!

Does not seem to be the place it is advertised in the pictures. Really seems out of place in the neighbourhood. The service was tragic. We were literally the only table in the entire restaurant on a saturday evening and they still got our order wrong. The burgers were decent, but the fries were way below average.

I was there today with my friends and they were just thrilled, the best burger shop in Düsseldorf. The wait was worth it.

We weren't informed, but our order was postponed because a large order came in via a delivery service, and was apparently more important to fulfill than than the orders of the dine-in customers. Burger was good, but definitely not worth a 1-hour wait.

Excellent hamburgers in a nice setting

Absolute impudence! We sat at the table for probably 45 minutes, but the waiter didn't even look at us. Even after we asked both the waiter and the chef if we could order, no attention was paid to us. The waiter was super bold, so we stormed out of the store in a rage and went to Space Burger. We received great service there.

Inconspicuous but a hidden gem (allusion deliberately chosen). The Pearl is located in Düsseldorf Pemeplfort diagonally opposite the Münstertherme. It is still an insider tip for burger lovers, so you can usually get a table without any problems. The burgers are very tasty and there are enough combination options to suit every taste. I definitely recommend the truffle fries and homemade lemonade. There is also Beyond Beef Burger for vegetarians.

We Had the most incredible burger experience today at this spot. Seriously, it's the best smashed burger joint I've ever been to. Coming all the way from London, I thought I knew good burgers, but this place in Dusseldorf takes it to a whole new level. Brought the whole family along, and my sons couldn't get enough. But what really sets this place apart is the amazing couples who run it. Their passion and warmth make every visit feel like home. You gotta check this place out its more than just burgers;

If you're looking for a really good burger, you've come to the right place. It is prepared fresh every day and you can taste it. The fries are really crispy with a delicious selection of sauces. My favorites are the chilli cheese burger and the truffle burger. The shop owners are very attentive and great hosts. Highly Recommended!!

I got two burgers from the menu with my girlfriend and unfortunately I have to say that what I got was totally overpriced and unfortunately it didn't taste good. There was only a small tomato on the burger, cheese and some sauce and it tasted quite dry for the price , unfortunately it wasn't tasty and I won't come back. Should have taken the time and made burgers at home. My burgers are better as a layperson, which I can't understand with a business like this. I'm disappointed PS: I had diarrhea for the rest of the day and it started 20 minutes after I ate the burger, strange in any case.

The employees are sooo nice. The burgers taste great, especially the sauces. Additionally, it is halal. E is clean and the decoration is very nice. The dried flowers on the tables, wow. So well chosen. The atmosphere is pleasant. Prices are totally reasonable, especially on this lively street. Even in the evening to break your fast, you can easily get a table that isn't overcrowded. We will come back!

We had two vegan burgers, they were delicious, but Parmesan cheese (not vegan) was spread on the plate “as a decoration” (see picture). Well, I have to say that it wasn't particularly well thought out, as there was a good reason why we ordered something vegan - namely so that NO animal products end up on this plate... The service, on the other hand, was very friendly, there's nothing wrong with that complain!

Extremely friendly and courteous staff and super delicious food. We felt very comfortable and were really happy with everything. No long waiting times. Had a chilli cheeseburger and a goat cheese burger with crispy sweet potato fries. Truffle mayo was amazing. I would particularly like to highlight the lovely staff. We would love to come back.

Food tastes good, ambience is ok too

Bad and disrespectful service. Forgotten the wrong order and one person gets the food 10 minutes earlier than the other. Blonde at the counter with the sprayed lips is very disrespectful and even shouts at the employees next to her. Food arrives cold, the knife in the burger is hammered into the board so you can only get it out with a fight. Actually zero stars

Delicious food that was prepared quickly. Unfortunately, the side dishes were swapped and the plates were not cleared away in a timely manner after the meal. Tastes very good!

Burger sind sehr lecker & freundlicher Service

Gelieferte Pommes und Süßkartoffel Pommes waren jeweils eine Matsch Masse. Noch nie so etwas fieses gegessen. Leute, warum liefert ihr Pommes in einer verschlossenen Box mit Alu Beschichtung? Richtiger Fail. Das macht die Konkurrenz klüger. Der Texas Bürger war ok, nicht überragend aber ok. Lieferzeit 1h:45 Minuten. Zu lang.

The Pearl bietet erstklassige Burger, die geschmacklich einfach unschlagbar sind. Die saftigen Patties und die frischen Zutaten machen jeden Bissen zu einem Genuss. Die neuen Pommes sind der Hammer! Knusprig und von innen weich! Die gemütliche Atmosphäre und das freundliche Personal tragen zusätzlich zum positiven Gesamterlebnis bei. Ein Muss für Burgerliebhaber!

Leider gibt es bei Lieferando und auf der Website bei Bestellungen keine genauen Beschreibungen, sodass ich dachte mit dem Beyond Double Cheeseburger eine sicher Wahl zu treffen. Zum ersten Erstaunen kam der Burger im Roggen-Bun. Komisch, aber OK, wenn es abgestimmt wäre. Zweites Erstaunen: Double Cheeseburger mit nur einem Patty. Das ist dreist. Leider war dann bis auf das Beyond Patty auch nichts daran lecker. Zu viele (saure) Zwiebeln und Sauce, sodass alles auseinander flutscht. Pommes waren auch labberig, da in komplett verschlossener Box geliefert. Das machen andere deutlich besser. Leider hat Fav Home (immer knusprige Pommes geliefert bekommen!) montags (wohlverdienten) Ruhetag. Immerhin kam die Lieferung pünktlich. Dennoch zu den Preisen bei der gelieferten Qualität keinesfalls zu empfehlen. Da sind selbst die Fast Food Ketten noch besser.

Wir sind 10 Minuten vor Küchenschließung gekommen, haben dennoch unsere Bestellung bekommen und bekamen keinerlei Zeitdruck. Das Essen kam sehr schnell und schmeckte fantastisch. Besonders der Crunchy Chicken (noch nicht auf der Karte) war sehr zu empfehlen.

Truffile burger is my fav, with low carb version being good for a late evening dinner. French fries is delicious. The place itself is simple but cozy - mostly I order for take-away.

Wir haben bei Lieferando bestellt. Das Essen kam zwar pünktlich an, war jedoch in einem unzumutbaren Zustand. Pommes, Burger waren labrig. Das Brot war alles andere als frisch. Die Pommes waren ungesalzen und geschmackslos. Im Allgemeinen lässt sich unser Essen mit geschmackslos und labrig sehr gut beschreiben.

Das Essen war sehr lecker, die Arbeiter waren super freundlich und die Preise waren für die Menge des Essens gut.

Sind spontan dort spät abends um kurz vor 22 Uhr essen gegangen. Würden nett empfangen, schnell bedient und super lieb behandelt. Der Burger war wirklich hammer, geschmacklich wahnsinnig lecker. Die Pommes dazu, super warm und frisch zubereitet. Lange gewartet haben wir nicht. Wer Lust auf einen guten Burger hat, soll definitiv zu pearls gehen. Preislich auch echt in einem gutem Rahmen.

Ich war mit 2 Freundinnen bei The Pearl. Service war super freundlich. Mein Burger war extrem lecker. Das Brot war super knusprig, Fleisch saftig und man hat gemerkt dass die Beilagen super frisch vorbereitet waren. Dazu, der Preis stimmt.

Sind extra 35km hierher gefahren um die Burger zu probieren. Wir haben uns für den Chilli Cheeseburger mit Pommes unr Süßkartoffelpommes entschieden. Schön scharf und wirklich super Lecker. Gemütliches Ambiente (wir saßen draussen) und freundliches Personal. Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder!

Der beste Burger Laden in der Stadt einfach nur zum empfehlen. Die Trüffel Pommes sind mega lecker und sehr intensiv vom Geschmack. Sehr liebevolles Personal.

1 saat boyunca yemeklerin gelmesini bekledik, yemekler geldi ama çiğdi. yemeği yiyemeyeceğimizi söylediğimizde bize ukala ukala cevaplar verdiler . Lezzet olarak da çalışanlardan da hiç memnun kalmadık. Birdaha da gelmem ve gelecek olanlara da tavsiye etmiyorum !! Net !!!

Man muss leider sehr lange auf die Bestellung warten (1 Stunde). Dazu kommt noch, dass der Burger nicht ganz durch war. Da meine Freundin schwanger ist und ihn nicht essen konnte, haben wir sie gebeten den Burger erneut zu machen. Als der Burger dann gebracht wurde (plötzlich konnten sie diesen Burger innerhalb von 5 Minuten zubereiten), hörten wir aus der Küche wie der koch auf einer sehr unfreundlichen art und weise sagte, dass man das beim nächsten mal eher sagen soll. Ein nächstes mal wird es zum Glück nicht mehr geben!!
