Incredibly delicious smash burgers, even if they're not crispy. The staff is also super friendly. The modern, industrial-style shop design is also a great fit. We'll be back :)

I went to Pearl for the first time today, and I have to say it was incredibly delicious. Fresh burgers were prepared with lots of love. The staff were all very friendly, the restrooms were clean, and my mom is coming back next week with her friend because she loved it so much :)

It's better never to have food delivered to your home. The food doesn't arrive. You pay, get an order confirmation, a time, but nothing arrives. The order confirmation lists a phone number to call if there are any problems...well, it's always busy, or no one answers. A complete scam! I'm curious to see if I get my money back.

I was at The Pearl last night and I have to say, I'm thrilled! The meat was super juicy and delicious, the burger buns were perfectly soft, and the vegetables were absolutely crisp and fresh. The sweet potato fries were also incredibly delicious! I'll definitely be back!

Unfortunately, we had to wait almost 100 minutes for our order, even though the delivery time is less than 5 minutes. The cheeseburger was dripping with cheese and cheese sauce, which tasted completely artificial. The fries were okay and hot. Unfortunately, the drinks also arrived incorrectly. All in all, it was a disappointment for way too much money. We wouldn't order from there again.

I ordered food and waited over an hour. I had already asked where the food was. When the kitchen closed, they said the order wouldn't go out. The staff was also incredibly unfriendly! Not recommended.

A few days ago, we visited this restaurant. We traveled from Frankfurt and wanted to satisfy our hunger. The pictures in the reviews, as well as the unusual burger creations, overcame our desire. I ordered the burger with goat cheese and caramelized walnuts. I deliberately chose this burger because of the walnuts. Unfortunately, I didn't taste any walnuts in the burger, which was quite disappointing. The bread was outstandingly good. The fries with pulled beef were very tasty, especially because they were well seasoned. We had asked the waiter beforehand whether one fries with pulled beef would be enough for two people. It took him a long time to answer, and in the end, he said he didn't know. I briefly wondered if he had even understood us. We were sitting in the outdoor area, and a large spider had stretched itself from the ceiling almost in front of my nose. Of course, things like that can happen outdoors, but the ceilings were already susceptible to a cleaning routine. Otherwise, I found the restaurant to have an Argentinian feel. In total, we spent about €43 for two people, and I wasn't completely full. (2 burgers, 2 drinks, 1 poutine fries) Overall, I think it's okay to visit the place once, but I won't be returning.

They have a Neotaste partnership, but they're not accepting the deal. All this without prior notice? tf

We ordered 2 burgers with fries via Uber Eats and waited about 1 1/2 hours (45 minutes were stated) until it was delivered lukewarm. You then pay €4.50 for delivery plus a €2.14 service fee. That was the first and last order from The Pearl, although the food was tasty.

The burgers (vegan Double Cheese and vegetarian Green Monster) tasted good. The fries had an unusual consistency because when you bit through them you could tell they were half air inside. The tables were a bit dirty - unfortunately all sorts of food residue collects in the wood.

Not only the best burger, but also the best customer service: unfortunately the order was sent too early (this can happen), they sent us a second, hot and tasty portion at the right time. More than correct, thank you very much. For me the best burger in Düsseldorf.

A real highlight in Düsseldorf! The Pearl is an absolute must for all burger lovers! The burgers are not only visually eye-catching, but also a real taste experience. The chicken burger was incredibly juicy with a crispy breading and perfectly coordinated toppings. The chili cheeseburger had just the right amount of spiciness, plus creamy, melted cheese – simply heavenly! We were also impressed by the side dishes: the truffle fries were crispy, aromatic and refined with fine Parmesan. The avocado fries were a great surprise – nice and crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside and really well seasoned. There is also a really cozy atmosphere, a beautiful outdoor area and extremely friendly staff. You feel completely comfortable here. We'll definitely be back!

After ordering, you wait 2 hours for your food and then you get cold fries and a cold and carelessly topped burger

The burger was good. The service was a mix between good and bad due to a certain situation. The good part was the decent staff members. The bad part was that I ordered a certain Burger "Menü", One of the staff member proceeded with the order. At the end, the receipt included three items and I asked whether this was the "Menü" option. He said they didn't have a Menü option in the first place! However he didn't clarify this at the very beginning. It seemed to me like using the customer's assumptions about common offerings to upsell other items. Theoretically, it was a small difference. But practically the issue was the lack of clarity about what they offer. In fact, if he had clarified there was no Menü option, I might have considered combining items other than the default!

O.G. Double Smash Burger was just to die for. The fries were fresh and crispy. I can only recommend it.

A very nice restaurant that I would visit again. Both burgers we ordered were found to be very tasty, although there could have been a little less salad and a little more meat. The chicken nuggets were very crispy, which I really liked. The fries were my highlight. The service was good, but nothing exceptional. In my opinion, the ambience stands out here, a cute little shop that is nicely decorated, only the music could have been a little quieter.

You can see and taste the quality and dedication. Work is done with care and people often ask at the table if everything is OK. Keep it up

The Pearl is about 35 minutes walk from the main station and has tables both inside and outside. The shop is clean and the atmosphere is more familiar, but there is a train line right on the street, which can sometimes be a bit annoying outside. There are mainly burgers and fries in different variations - including veggie and vegan. The dips are sufficient with the side dishes 👍 The staff is very friendly and attentive and the price-performance ratio is also good. The Coca Cola brand drinks could be replaced by other providers, but otherwise great. Would go again.

The burgers I ordered were really good! In addition, the store kindly responded to my special requests and did everything the way I wanted. Therefore 5🌟 for taste and service! 😇

Super tasty pulled beef burger 🔥

I had a vegan double cheese burger (see picture). Was it a solid, typical Beyon Meat Patty and buns with a normal bake? as burger bread. Not really anything special, but still OK by default. Sweet potato fries were okay too, nothing special. The chicken burger and the double smash burger were also ordered. These were perceived as very tasty. Unfortunately service was terribly bad. The service was listless. Didn't come to the table during or after the meal. When you wanted to pay, the staff just looked back questioningly and the chef then called out that he would come to the table and settle the bill.

The very last! - I ordered via Lieferando, the whole order was cold, wrong or of poor quality. I reported this to Lieferando. The owner called me and wanted to clarify this, assured me that the smash burger and the chili cheese nuggets would be refunded and that he apologized for the quality. I waited for the refund and was informed today that he had secretly rejected it. Absolutely unfair business practice and you truly deserve zero stars.

Wij hebben hier later op de avond gegeten, waardoor het er wat rustiger was. We konden heerlijk buiten op het terrasje zitten. Het personeel hier was erg vriendelijk en sprak ook goed Engels. Daarnaast was het eten ook lekker. Het is zeker een aanrader!

Does not seem to be the place it is advertised in the pictures. Really seems out of place in the neighbourhood. The service was tragic. We were literally the only table in the entire restaurant on a saturday evening and they still got our order wrong. The burgers were decent, but the fries were way below average.

We weren't informed, but our order was postponed because a large order came in via a delivery service, and was apparently more important to fulfill than than the orders of the dine-in customers. Burger was good, but definitely not worth a 1-hour wait.

Absolute impudence! We sat at the table for probably 45 minutes, but the waiter didn't even look at us. Even after we asked both the waiter and the chef if we could order, no attention was paid to us. The waiter was super bold, so we stormed out of the store in a rage and went to Space Burger. We received great service there.

Inconspicuous but a hidden gem (allusion deliberately chosen). The Pearl is located in Düsseldorf Pemeplfort diagonally opposite the Münstertherme. It is still an insider tip for burger lovers, so you can usually get a table without any problems. The burgers are very tasty and there are enough combination options to suit every taste. I definitely recommend the truffle fries and homemade lemonade. There is also Beyond Beef Burger for vegetarians.

We Had the most incredible burger experience today at this spot. Seriously, it's the best smashed burger joint I've ever been to. Coming all the way from London, I thought I knew good burgers, but this place in Dusseldorf takes it to a whole new level. Brought the whole family along, and my sons couldn't get enough. But what really sets this place apart is the amazing couples who run it. Their passion and warmth make every visit feel like home. You gotta check this place out its more than just burgers;

I got two burgers from the menu with my girlfriend and unfortunately I have to say that what I got was totally overpriced and unfortunately it didn't taste good. There was only a small tomato on the burger, cheese and some sauce and it tasted quite dry for the price , unfortunately it wasn't tasty and I won't come back. Should have taken the time and made burgers at home. My burgers are better as a layperson, which I can't understand with a business like this. I'm disappointed PS: I had diarrhea for the rest of the day and it started 20 minutes after I ate the burger, strange in any case.

The employees are sooo nice. The burgers taste great, especially the sauces. Additionally, it is halal. E is clean and the decoration is very nice. The dried flowers on the tables, wow. So well chosen. The atmosphere is pleasant. Prices are totally reasonable, especially on this lively street. Even in the evening to break your fast, you can easily get a table that isn't overcrowded. We will come back!

We had two vegan burgers, they were delicious, but Parmesan cheese (not vegan) was spread on the plate “as a decoration” (see picture). Well, I have to say that it wasn't particularly well thought out, as there was a good reason why we ordered something vegan - namely so that NO animal products end up on this plate... The service, on the other hand, was very friendly, there's nothing wrong with that complain!

Bad and disrespectful service. Forgotten the wrong order and one person gets the food 10 minutes earlier than the other. Blonde at the counter with the sprayed lips is very disrespectful and even shouts at the employees next to her. Food arrives cold, the knife in the burger is hammered into the board so you can only get it out with a fight. Actually zero stars

Gelieferte Pommes und Süßkartoffel Pommes waren jeweils eine Matsch Masse. Noch nie so etwas fieses gegessen. Leute, warum liefert ihr Pommes in einer verschlossenen Box mit Alu Beschichtung? Richtiger Fail. Das macht die Konkurrenz klüger. Der Texas Bürger war ok, nicht überragend aber ok. Lieferzeit 1h:45 Minuten. Zu lang.

The Pearl bietet erstklassige Burger, die geschmacklich einfach unschlagbar sind. Die saftigen Patties und die frischen Zutaten machen jeden Bissen zu einem Genuss. Die neuen Pommes sind der Hammer!
