What a burger joint! I've had a lot of burgers, but everything here is just perfect: The meat is juicy and grilled to perfection, the buns are fluffy and lightly toasted, the sauces are homemade and full of flavor – you can taste the attention to detail in every bite. Even the vegetarian option wasn't a compromise, but a real highlight! Add to that a super friendly team that runs the joint with real passion. The atmosphere? Relaxed, stylish, inviting you to linger. Value for money? Top notch. This definitely won't be the last time I'll be here – an absolute recommendation for all burger fans!

Environment and first classe service. We ordered the local refrigerant that is sensational Fritz Cola and ordered the top top top CHEEZY and KURT COBACON menus. Arriving in Dusselldorf, you can be 300 metres from Bilk Station.

Not recommended. Burger patties are very small (especially for the price). Fries aren't salted. Tables and chairs wobble. Restroom floors are sticky and obviously haven't been cleaned in a long time (there's not even a note on the cleaning schedule).

Ordered a burger and fries. Perhaps by far the worst burger I've ever had. The bread was cheap, much too big for the bun, there was way too much sauce, and it wasn't seasoned at all. The fries with the meat were even worse. Here, too much seasoning, the fries soaked with water and were inedible. Never again.

The fries with the beef and the homemade sauces were amazing! We were particularly impressed by the waiter. Super nice and warm, although people in Germany are no longer used to such service. The burger was also tasty but nothing special. Ultimately worth a second visit!

The bad reviews put me off at first. But luckily I went anyway! The Pomdaddy was super tasty. The two of us shared this and each ordered a burger: Copyright and Cheezy E. Both were absolutely delicious. Not too fatty and juicy meat and the sauces were good too. I wouldn't say the best burger I've ever had, but I can't really say that about anyone.😁 Would go again just for the Pomdaddy.

I was recently at R’n’Beef in Düsseldorf Bilk and I was absolutely thrilled! The concept is really fresh – cool hip-hop vibes, relaxed atmosphere and really delicious food. The burgers were juicy and perfectly seasoned, the side dishes such as fries or sweet potato fries were also great. I was particularly pleasantly surprised by the price-performance ratio: really fair for the quality and portion sizes! The staff was also super friendly and the music rounded it all off - old school and new hip-hop, but not so loud that you can't have a conversation. Perfect spot if you want to eat something good in a relaxed manner and are up for some casual beats. Definitely come back!

The staff was very friendly and attentive and made the stay particularly pleasant. The food was really tasty, beautifully prepared and a highlight in terms of taste. Unfortunately, the music was a bit too loud which disrupted the conversation during the meal. If the volume is adjusted the experience is almost perfect. We would definitely like to come back.

The meat tasted disgusting and was probably no longer fresh. The sauces were extremely sour, no idea what that was supposed to be. Some of the burger buns were rock hard, as if they had stood for too long. Fries were also very cold and soggy… Absolutely disgusting, never again!

Specifically, the employee from April 21st at 8:30 p.m. tried to use manipulative techniques, e.g. initially being nice, helpful and polite, in order to exploit 15 euros plus. After we clarified that it wasn't that expensive, he still had the arrogance and audacity to push us for a good website review!

Went there today because we saw the store on Tiktok and found it appealing. So unfortunately we have to say (there were four of us there), it was simply the worst burger we've ever eaten and personally I'm not one to be that picky. The fries were cold and not fresh at all, the sauces for the fries were catastrophic, the bread fell apart while eating and the burgers (they were all different) didn't taste good at all. Maybe we were just unlucky that day but all four of us didn't like it at all, even though we had everything else but really 0. Oh yes and one of the employees simply changed his socks in the kitchen.

Regular shop for all celebrations

Generally ordered often, everything was great. But what happened last weekend doesn't work at all. Ordered via Lieferando around 7:45 p.m., order was confirmed. Then a notification came that the order was delivered at 8:48 p.m. even though it was 8:37 p.m., but unfortunately there was nothing there. Called 3 times until someone answered at 8:45 p.m. then the worker said that she would be in touch immediately. And then nothing came. No food, no call back, no cancellation from the restaurant and they can't even answer it. So we stood there with no food and it was already 10 p.m. Educate your employees. Never order again

Have during Call the restaurant there easily over 50 times during that time. To no avail, they didn't answer the phone. I've NEVER lived anything like that, honestly. Now we sit without food thanks to this great restaurant. Never again!!

No call back and when I called the restaurant, after multiple attempts, no one ever answered. Now it's just before 10am and still no delivery and closing at 10am… poor service, very disappointing.

Rnbeef has really delicious and unusual burgers. The employees are always very friendly and in a good mood. My favorites are the Cheezy E, The Beef IG and Sucuk Montana.
