The food was truly delicious and prepared quickly—nothing to complain about. However, one employee with blue eyes made a very unpleasant impression with her constant eye-rolling. This unfortunately somewhat tarnished the otherwise positive experience.

The sides – from the crispy fries to the homemade sauces – are also a real highlight. The staff is friendly, quick, and makes you feel welcome. The value for money is absolutely top-notch. I was there today and have to say, unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience. The burgers were very ordinary and quite boring, nothing memorable. The "Pommdaddy" dish, made with ground beef, was completely unseasoned, extremely greasy, and tasted absolutely nothing. The prices are far too high for what you get. Furthermore, the inside smelled strongly of old grease, which made sitting there very unpleasant. At the end, I was even asked to give a positive review immediately, which I found quite inappropriate. I've made it clear that I won't be going back.

The burgers were okay, but not outstanding. The meal included a huge amount of delicious fries, which we couldn't finish all of. The cleanliness of the restaurant, the tables, and the bathroom could be much better. The bathroom floor was sticky, and the tables and chairs were covered in crumbs. The service was very friendly and helpful.

The ambiance and service were okay; I had The Italien Job burger. Unfortunately, it didn't taste that good, and I threw up twice that evening. So, basically, I went there once and never went back.

We went to RnBeef Düsseldorf with three adults and a small child. We all ordered burgers, and every single one was a hit: juicy meat, fresh ingredients, and perfectly seasoned. The side dishes were also delicious and fresh. I'd like to highlight the excellent service: the staff was incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful, and they were also very patient with our child. High chairs are available, so families can also feel very comfortable here. The atmosphere in the restaurant is modern and cozy. At around €50 for four people, including drinks, the price-performance ratio is absolutely perfect. Overall, we were very satisfied and can only recommend RnBeef – we'll definitely be back!

Never experienced such a friendly waiter in a restaurant before. The man with the beard really took his time, explaining each burger step by step and how the menus were put together. He then gave us a great recommendation. A tip and a good review are the bare minimum. The music is also really great! The burgers tasted amazing. We will definitely recommend you in any city.

I went to RnBeef for the first time yesterday, and I have to say: it was amazing! The burger was grilled to perfection and super juicy. The sauces had real flavor, not just slapped on mayo or ketchup. The fries were crispy, the portions were more than fair, and the people behind the counter were super friendly and relaxed. You immediately feel at home. This definitely won't be my last visit – a definite recommendation if you're really craving a burger in Düsseldorf!

The restaurant was truly unhygienic. Everything was sticky (tables, chairs, floor), there were leftover food all over the floor, and I don't even want to get started on the toilets. The food tasted okay, but unfortunately, I kept throwing it up by the end of the evening... Perhaps another sign of poor hygiene! It's a shame; I'm not used to that from other Rn Beef restaurants!

I was in Düsseldorf again today for business. Hunger always comes at some point. I had already picked out a Greek restaurant right across the street from my overnight hotel. Then I found myself standing in front of a closed door. Vacation. So I quickly turned to Google and stumbled upon this burger "snack bar." I have to say, the good reviews are absolutely justified. I, 60, am not exactly an expert on burger variations. Of course, I've eaten burgers before, but what should I choose? Precise questions from the "burger chef" about my taste quickly led us to the Kurt Cobacon menu. Exactly the right choice. Very, very tasty! Thanks to the nice, friendly burger team!

Unfortunately, my visit had a few shortcomings. Our order arrived incorrectly at first due to a misunderstanding among the staff, but that's not a problem at all. The main thing is that the food tastes good. Mistakes happen. What bothered me much more was that, due to the internal error, the boss didn't offer a accommodating remark like "Come on, with this one menu, you just pay half price. (Or something like that). My girlfriend, for example, was really looking forward to this plate of chicken. But instead, they served a burger. So that the food wouldn't go to waste, my girlfriend just had the burger... But at least a "Come on, let's buy another Coke" or something like that would have been enough to keep us as customers and make us come back. Nevertheless, you were all very friendly, and the boss, of course, too. I wish my brother, who had his first day there, the best of luck. 🤙🏽

The ambiance has a very cool, modern, old-school feel. Not only the location but also the burgers are incredibly delicious. I ordered the loudabiss and the pommdaddy, and both were delicious and filling. The service was very friendly and attentive. They often asked if everything was okay or if I needed anything else. The meal took about 6 minutes to arrive, but it was still warm and fresh.
