Rating RNBEEF We were here for the first time and discovered the store via TikTok - our curiosity was piqued! We ordered the Ramadan menu and once the Ludabiss. The meat patty and crispy chicken fillet were of very good quality, but could have been a little larger to fit the bun better. The pommdaddy could have been a little juicier for my taste - they were a little too dry for me. A little more cheese on the burger would also have been appreciated. The store itself is well equipped and looks very modern and stylish. I also liked the music selection and it fit the atmosphere. More seats would be desirable. I would particularly like to highlight the service: A big thank you to Kurosh! He was incredibly accommodating and friendly. We would definitely come back for him alone. Overall, a very successful visit with small opportunities for optimization in the food - but a real highlight in terms of service!

We spent our Iftar here and really loved it! We were warmly welcomed upon arrival. We were particularly pleased that we received dates and water on the house – a really nice gesture! They are really attentive, a gentleman contacted us again by phone to place a pre-order so that our food would arrive on time for Iftar. Totally lovely👍🥰

Extremely disrespectful staff on the phone! Drinks were forgotten and sauces completely ran out and the entire meal was ruined. Listened to the phone for less than 10 seconds and just hung up!

Food arrived 20 minutes late, was cold and two Cokes were missing, plus the sauce spilled out on everything. After consulting with the store, I was simply yelled at and told that I was unlucky, then I was pushed away and they no longer responded to my calls. I can't recommend this store, the people who work there are beyond understanding and disrespectful.

I called today at 7:52 p.m. to ask whether there really was no more kids menu. The gentleman on the phone said I should hang on for 5-10 minutes. After 28 minutes I hung up. Numerous subsequent calls failed because no one answered the phone (wanted to answer if it was busy). I was here regularly with my son and if you're reading this, dear MO, best regards to you. But tonight wasn't so cool. It may be that there is a lot going on, but I'm also a customer and don't have to spend almost half an hour there. hanging on the receiver.

I specifically asked to get extra jalapeñod and was told it wouldn't be an issue. I wanted to have a small bowl and pay for it. The employee told me I put it in your bag, it's on the house. When I got home I noticed that no jalapeños had been packed. I find that a disgrace. I would have been willing to pay €5 for a bowl, they didn't want my money and said it was on the house and then they wouldn't put anything in it. This is disrespectful and unfair. The food still tasted good. But I don't think that's correct about the jalapeños. That makes you feel like you're being taken for a ride.
