Went there today because we saw the place on TikTok and liked it. Unfortunately, we have to say (there were four of us there), it was simply the worst burger we've ever eaten and I'm not one for fussy people. The fries were cold and not fresh at all, the sauce for the fries was horrible, the bread fell apart while we were eating it and the burgers (we all had different ones) didn't taste good at all. Maybe we were just unlucky that day but none of the four of us liked it at all, even though we all had different things but absolutely zero. Oh yeah, and one of the employees just changed his socks in the kitchen.

First, we had to wait forever for our order. The burger tasted okay, but nothing special. More like McDonald's. The fries arrived ice cold and were inedible. When I asked about it, they just shrugged their shoulders... Definitely the last time I'll be here.

The food is delicious and it was very tasty, I advise everyone about it

Generally ordered often, everything was great. But what happened last weekend doesn't work at all. Ordered via Lieferando around 7:45 p.m., order was confirmed. Then a notification came that the order was delivered at 8:48 p.m. even though it was 8:37 p.m., but unfortunately there was nothing there. Called 3 times until someone answered at 8:45 p.m. then the worker said that she would be in touch immediately. And then nothing came. No food, no call back, no cancellation from the restaurant and they can't even answer it. So we stood there with no food and it was already 10 p.m. Educate your employees. Never order again

Ordered food for delivery. According to Lieferando, delivery time is 25 minutes. After almost 2 hours still no delivery. Called the restaurant and was told we would be called back. No call back and when I called the restaurant, after multiple attempts, no one ever answered. Now it's just before 10am and still no delivery and closing at 10am… poor service, very disappointing.

0 stars. Ordered food. According to Lieferando, it should be delivered after 25 minutes. After two hours still no delivery. Have during Call the restaurant there easily over 50 times during that time. To no avail, they didn't answer the phone. I've NEVER lived anything like that, honestly. Now we sit without food thanks to this great restaurant. Never again!!

Mixed Restaurant Experience I visited the restaurant and unfortunately didn't have the best experience. The food was good, but the service was rather poor. We had to wait a long time, weren't served immediately, and had to take action to place an order ourselves. Another issue was payment – ​​they only accepted cash, which wasn't clearly communicated beforehand. This ultimately led to unnecessary complications. Overall, the visit wasn't as pleasant as I would have liked. With better service and clearer information about payment, the restaurant could make a better impression.

Rating RNBEEF We were here for the first time and discovered the store via TikTok - our curiosity was piqued! We ordered the Ramadan menu and once the Ludabiss. The meat patty and crispy chicken fillet were of very good quality, but could have been a little larger to fit the bun better. The pommdaddy could have been a little juicier for my taste - they were a little too dry for me. A little more cheese on the burger would also have been appreciated. The store itself is well equipped and looks very modern and stylish. I also liked the music selection and it fit the atmosphere. More seats would be desirable. I would particularly like to highlight the service: A big thank you to Kurosh! He was incredibly accommodating and friendly. We would definitely come back for him alone. Overall, a very successful visit with small opportunities for optimization in the food - but a real highlight in terms of service!

Food arrived 20 minutes late, was cold and two Cokes were missing, plus the sauce spilled out on everything. After consulting with the store, I was simply yelled at and told that I was unlucky, then I was pushed away and they no longer responded to my calls. I can't recommend this store, the people who work there are beyond understanding and disrespectful.
