Update The R'n Beef Burger most wanted is also very good. ***** I ate the Cheezy Burger on recommendation. The meat was tender and light (not so tightly pressed), the wedges were nice and crispy.

The service was first class, seeing each other again is a joy😁

The shop is comfortably furnished, although the chairs and tables could use some renovation. The staff was very nice, super personable and gave us good advice and explained how we could adapt our burger. The burgers were tasty, the meat – whether chicken or minced meat – was not dry in either case. The fries were also good and fresh. A good burger at a good price.

Chairs were uncomfortable and I think the Pettys were bought from the nearest supermarket. Otherwise everything was sneaky

The burger was very tasty and the fries were nice and crispy. In August 2024 it is still pleasantly cheap compared to other stores. I got a burger, fries and a drink for under €14.

Today I was in Düsseldorf again on business. At some point hunger comes. I had already picked out a Greek restaurant just across the street from the hotel I was staying at. Then I stood in front of the literal closed door. Vacation. So I did a quick Google search and that's how I came across this burger "snack". I have to say, the good reviews are absolutely justified. At 60 years old, I'm not exactly a specialist in burger variations. Of course I've eaten burgers before, but what should I choose when choosing? Precise questions from the “burger brater” about my taste quickly led us to the Kurt Cobacon menu. Exactly the right choice. Very, very tasty! Thanks to the nice, friendly burger team!

I ordered the surf and turf today. There were tiny shrimps on it. Are you allowed to pay that much money? 💵

In terms of price quality. Very good. I just went during Happy hour. The burger was good but it didn't surprise me.

We reserved via Google. We were told on site that we couldn't see any online reservations and couldn't offer us a table. The employee accused us of why we hadn't called him beforehand? Absolute impudence! As a customer, it's your fault if the place doesn't have control over the online reservations you offer. Then this service is not offered.

I originally wanted to order a chicken burger, but was told that unfortunately they were out of chicken. That was annoying, but I thought that something like that can happen when the supply runs out. So I chose an alternative and then ordered the Pommdaddy. This dish was supposed to contain cheddar cheese, but there was no cheddar cheese at all on the pommdaddy. We were only informed after serving that we had run out of cheese, which I found very disrespectful. When we got our order, the waitress apologized and said that they couldn't put much cheese on the cheeseburger because they were out of it. My partner's cheeseburger only had half a measly slice of cheese on it. I then heard that one of the staff went to Aldi to buy more cheese. I then went back in and asked to at least put the newly bought cheese on the pommdaddy. It made me realize how inferior the cheese was. The three slices of cheese on the pommdaddy were rubbery and didn't melt properly. It was obvious that this was a false economy. We paid 40 euros for the whole meal. Overall we felt cheated and disrespected. This experience was extremely disappointing and unfortunately I cannot recommend R n BeefLaden, especially if you value good quality and respectful customer service.

Went there at 8 p.m. on a Friday... when we entered the store we were immediately told they were sold out... they didn't have anything left. The store was empty… no one there. I guess because it was raining so heavily and there was nothing going on, we ended work early. First and last time

Hello, I was eating there on Saturday, the shop is far too small for the large number of customers. I had to wait over an hour for my food and when the gentleman gave me the food, it was very cold. The waitress is very kind and sweet and felt sorry for me. If I were the boss, I would consider hiring a second service person. Overall the food was ok.

The employee doesn't seem to want her job at all. Rude and unable to clean the table properly despite asking. But food was quite good.

We had to wait 1 hour for our order. The employee was very nice and informed us that it would take longer. BUT you can't have to wait an hour for food. As a sorry there were chilly cheese nuggets. These tasted like nothing. It felt like standard tk nuggets from the supermarket. The taste of the burger was a 2/5 in my opinion. nothing special. Only the fries were tasty. Very proud to have a restaurant like this in Germany. Everything is delicious and well done. My husband and I tried 3 types of burgers, all of which were very delicious. The burger buns are crisp and delicious, the chicken is fresh and crispy, and the meat is cooked and prepared to perfection. Prices are also reasonable.

Ordered for delivery. The meat is a little overcooked. Burgers without much flavor. Insufficient salting. Maybe this is only for delivery, but I didn’t like it.

I had really high hopes for my visit because the store had such good reviews. Unfortunately the food wasn't as great as I expected. The most important thing in a burger joint is of course the meat. The burger patty, which was supposed to be juicy and tasty, was unfortunately far too dry and too strongly seasoned. As a result, the actual taste of the meat didn't come through at all and the food wasn't really edible. The side dishes were also disappointing. The wedges and fries that I got with my burger didn't appear to be homemade.

Very friendly, very tasty. Fast. Sanitary facilities are clean in themselves, but need a little more maintenance. (soap, paper etc.)

My visit to RnBeef in Düsseldorf was mostly positive. The chicken burger I ordered was really good and the sweet potato fries were delicious. However, there was a small inconvenience: we had to wait an unexpectedly long time, a full 25 minutes, for the waitress who had forgotten our order - even though the store was not crowded at the time. Despite this incident, the staff was friendly and apologized for the mishap. The atmosphere in the store was pleasant.

Delicious burgers with homemade sauces and fresh ingredients in halal quality. Great price/performance ratio. The menu variant is highly recommended. Top service. Great team. Very busy, you need a little patience as it's not a big store. But reservations are possible.

My personal opinion is that this burger joint is not recommended. Reservation by email, clear indication of breaking the fast, was confirmed by email from the restaurant, when we arrived at the restaurant there was suddenly no table available. The staff didn't even try to find an emergency solution. My personal conclusion, based on my experience: definitely avoid!

The Pom Daddy was an 11/10. The burgers were also very, very tasty. During Ramadan, the shopkeeper made sure that no one broke their fast alone. A very nice atmosphere with nice rnb music.

Food: very small portion, in addition to the burger, we ordered fries with chicken, everything else except chicken was just crusty. I had to throw up at home... I was afraid it was food poisoning. Service: for 4 cutlery she ran back and forth 3 times instead of bringing everything at once, she puts napkins on top of our food (I thought napkins were there and half way to clean our hands and mouth) well…..
