Food was very tasty and very good service

No card payment! However, the burger was very tasty

Very good burgers but the service is subpar. The employees have always been rather unfriendly but today they have shot the bird. We had to wait 1 1/2 hours for the burgers, didn't get the correct order and were not apologized for. We asked if they would like to apologize and were met with a roll of eyes. The order at the neighboring table also came too late and not complete. Really a shame as the food is good.

I gave the server a 20€ bill after they told me my receipt is 15€. They said bye and just left, so i followed them and asked for my change. They handed me just the receipt, i thought the 5 euro bill was with the receipt but once i left i noticed i only had the receipt in my hand. I even gave them a tip after they got my receipt. The food was great though wich is a shame because i left completely disappointed ! Edit: she even wrote that i gave 15 instead of 20 on the receipt. Picture attached :)

Space Burger was ahead of its time. 🚀 While burger shops are now sprouting up everywhere 🏙️ this shop has traditionally had an unusual taste for a long time. 👅 The burgers 🍔 are all lovingly created and the side dishes and drinks 🥤 are not off the shelf either. As always worth a visit. 🌟

Ordered food Very friendly telephone conversation despite several questions and requests. Supplier very nice and friendly. Burgers (Cheese-X-10 & Nuu-Burger) were very tasty! Classical fries crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, nicely salted. Gluten free was no problem! Keep it up! Yummy! Thanks for that 👍🏻 😋

I had a great experience at space citizen. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, the staff is super friendly and attentive. The burgers are really tasty, freshly prepared and perfectly seasoned. I particularly loved the homemade sauces and the crispy fries. Value for money is definitely right. I will definitely be back and can only recommend this place to every burger lover!

I went right before a concert. I had been planning this for a whole week. I was going to have a great huge burger with juicy beef and fresh flavors. Nedless to say, I was beyond disappointed. I had ordered online so that the burger would be made right when I got there, but the patties tasted dry and old, the bun tasted so cheap and not moist at all. What saddens me the most was the price I payed for this burger :(

The burgers are truly exceptional and you can make any burger vegan and/or gluten-free - that's rare and just great! The service can be improved and the restaurant is kept simple. Would still go again because the food is really worth it.

Very nice burger shop in a very special location. The choice of burgers is very varied. They are also inclusive their gluten free bread is great. I tried the version with beyond meat and I really liked it.

As creative as the Spaceburgers menu is, every single burger tastes just as delicious. Its very own charm that is incomparable. We always enjoy coming back and are impressed every time! I would say this is the best burger I have ever eaten. Huge recommendation!⭐️

Unfortunately a disappointment. Service uninterested and inattentive. Starter and main course came at the same time. Burgers tasted arbitrary. Ingredients weren't fresh. Meat was ok. Only paying in cash is no longer appropriate. The restaurant seemed like it used to be has seen better times...

Best burger joint ever! I love it! I've known this spacey burger joint for over 20 years, back when it was only in Derendorf, and it's always a celebration! The atmosphere is like picking flowers inside... My son loves it too. Best burger, best fries, best homemade iced tea... ❤️👽🍔❤️

Was ok. I promised myself something more. Price-performance ratio is pretty average, burgers are ok but nothing special.

NO CARD PAYMENTS! I was nearby for work and wanted a quick bite to eat in the evening. The burger was okay, the fries were standard. The cheese sauce was fine. What's really unacceptable, however, is that they don't accept card payments. Unfortunately, I had to make the arduous trip to the bank.

Were here in the evening with a child. Service was oookay, a bit slow. There was no extra chair outside for children, which made eating difficult. When my daughter was being served the burgers fell apart in her hand and landed on the floor. The waitress was just at our table and just kept walking, offering help or perhaps a replacement. The burgers (vegan) were okay, but very dry and looked very poor.

Very nice staff, reasonable prices, very knowledgeable about gluten free, celiac disease and contamination. Always satisfied and highly recommended. Our favorite burger shop in Düsseldorf :)

First things first: TOP burgers at affordable prices! Good selection of beef, chicken and also vegetarian burgers with an individual touch of cuisine. Friendly, unobtrusive service, but they could have happily refilled drinks more often without being asked.

My review got deleted lol, here it is again: Burned, unedible, outright health hazard. What happened to this place?! Have you guys ever heard of carcinogens? We used to order every week. Our favorite burger place was closed so we ordered from Space Burger again after a while. First they sent a burned patty with 50% of the surface black with literal charcoal pieces embedded in the bun, the smell was nauseating. I called them and they generously offered to bring a new one and I can send back the burned one. Now they delivered the second burger and it's just as burned... I paid 13,50€ for this joke and two times 2€ for the delivery guy, as he has nothing to do with this disgrace of a burger. I spent 10 minutes trying to remove as much charcoal from the second burger as I could but it smells really bad and my appetite is gone. The avocado, the bun is full of little charcoal pieces. Shame on whoever makes these!

Unfortunately the burger was very dry. The bacon was tough and not crispy. Given the price of €26 for a burger with fries, sauce and drink, I can't understand the good reviews. However, the service was very friendly.

Very tasty food, only the burger bun is a little dry. Unfortunately the service is not very customer friendly. Rarely comes to the table, doesn't listen properly, only takes individual orders instead of asking everyone at the table if they want anything else. Unfortunately, no card payment is possible and was not communicated beforehand. It could be read on a small sign at the entrance, but unfortunately you couldn't see it right away. Only upon request. Music was turned on later, but it was far too loud to be able to have a conversation while eating. Nice restaurant but unfortunately not recommended.

Space Burger / Pfalzstrasse. We sat comfortably, there is a quirky, nice atmosphere. The burger selection is great, everyone can find something. All 3 burgers we had were really tasty. Also worth mentioning is the friendly crew.

Very nice little restaurant. The burgers are very tasty. I also think the vegetarian burgers are very tasty, even though I am a meat eater. The menus take some getting used to. You choose a bug and then you can say whether you want it vegetarian. But it's worth going there and eating a very good burger. Everything is very fresh and delicious.
