I was missing a burger. The order is rarely correct. It's a shame, even though there's nothing going on...

Burger king is the best restaurant in Leer. Specially the services and behaviour of there staff. All the staff are very polite and friendly. Most important thing there food are super delicious 😋 Love to visit Burger King again. I strongly recommend you.

I'm actually not one to write a lot of reviews. 1. King meal Kids ordered it was only a hamburger, fries, toys, the soak was missing and the fruit was missing, of course only noticed at home, the hamburgers had no sauce, employees barely understand German.

Cold food and tasted like crapp

The burgers at Burger King are always tastier than those at McDonalds. Tasty Grill taste. And big! Orders are ready quickly and staff are helpful.

It's just extremely hot in the restaurant, no air conditioning, or never turned on, otherwise everything is as you would expect from a burger king

Food is burnt and dry. Been there twice now and it's always the same. The staff is nice, that's why two stars. Definitely don't go there again.

I was there for the first time since it opened. Until now I've always eaten at the competition across the street. From now on only here! Incredible variety for people who don't always want everything with meat. Plus the advantage that individual burgers are affordable even without a menu. The restaurant looks very hip, modern and clean. Significantly smaller than the golden M, but more comfortable and, above all, quieter!! At M I get tinnitus if I stand too close to the loudly beeping kitchen, but here it was completely different. We tried our way through the menu and reordered several times. The burgers weren't slapped together, were hot and fresh. Fries and churros were also very tasty. Everything was on the tray and neatly placed on it. It's nice that there is still an eye for such subtleties in the fast food sector. The two ladies in service were also very friendly. The terminals for ordering are very inconvenient. The food was cold. The soap in the toilets was empty. A hand dryer? You can save yourself quite a few such virus distributions.

Dirty store really!!! We go there on Tuesday evening at 10:30 p.m. & they tell us there's no more beef... only chicken... I've never experienced anything like that... Just no more meat... Terrible... ideally no stars at all !!!

Ordering and paying via the terminal was very easy. The order was ready for pickup after a short wait and the table we sat at was very clean. The food was warm and delicious.

Coming from NRW, this BK is a blessing. Well air conditioned, clean, very friendly, fast and decent burgers.

Burger King in Leer Stadtring right at the intersection. You can only drive in from the main road and out only to the right onto the city ring road. If you don't want to go in that direction, we park at McDonald's or Action and walk over. The Burger King is modern and everything is clean. We also forgot something when ordering, but as soon as we said it, they brought it in and apologized politely.

Everything fresh, super friendly

Very bad store, long waiting times, overwhelmed employees and cold poorly prepared food. My Cheesy Bacon Lover Double was only with a dry slice of cheese, without sauce, bacon or the other two slices of cheese. I was looking forward to the burger and got something tattered. There were also only small fries instead of large ones as stated in the app, and the mayo was missing. We were also given a 0.4L Cola instead of a 0.5L Sprite. It's better to go to McDonald's because it's way better in Leer. If Burger King is only in Friesoythe, Leer is an absolutely incompetent restaurant. Burger King empty? NEVER AGAIN!

Bought burgers to take away again yesterday. Was served very quickly and friendly. Burgers were still warm and tasty 10 minutes later when we got home. Gladly again

Nice and quiet, not so loud and it's delicious too

I could write so much that won't change the fact that the food is as unhealthy as it is in all burgers. However, a very attractive service person with oversized glasses that also suit her. Burger King definitely fills you up and doesn't have that stressful atmosphere

The food is delicious and most of the staff I've interacted with are very nice and kind. Tho I will say one of the corner walls has termites in it and you can hear them scratching at the wood.

Typical chain restaurant… Usually little visited here. Deduction for the 5 minute wait for a milkshake despite the restaurant being empty, and for the fact that you can't order via the app!

This was my third and last visit to Burger King in Leer. I know the staff can't do anything about guidelines, so no negative criticism of the nice people there. However, price/performance is no longer really in harmony. Had a Whopper menu (large) with fries and coke. So far so good. The transport to my home took less than 5 minutes, I live less than 1000 meters away as the crow flies. Burger ice cold, not even any residual heat. The "big" fries are a real joke in terms of quantity, totally floppy and also cold. catastrophe What has improved, in contrast to my first two visits, was the speed at which I was able to receive my food. While it took over 30 minutes each on the first two visits, it was now barely more than 5 minutes (the store was almost deserted on the first two visits, just like this time) But the quality of the goods was really bad. Sorry Burger King, this really needs to be improved.

Maybe it's because of Mr. Gerdes and the rest of the team... I definitely have the feeling that a lot has changed and improved with the orders and the food on site. I haven't had anything to complain about lately. 👍 Keep it up. Why can't I use the mobile app for your branch to order? This should have to be regulated somehow. The competition has been doing this for years.

The Burger King was very dirty! The food was OK Burgerking! But unfortunately not again when it comes to hygiene!

We ate in your restaurant today, March 4, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. The food was quick and hot instead of warm like in the other restaurants. Fries were hot and with a light, pleasant salt layer. Burgers were very tasty but unfortunately I didn't get everything on.😅 The employee who served the drive and looked after the guests in the guest room was very motivated, friendly and accommodating. I would be happy to come back as a guest 👍👍👍 *I have a small comment about the bench in the guest room, as please pay attention often to whether a guest touches the bench with their fat fingers and leaves a feeling. But otherwise everything was clean

Best fast food restaurant in East Frisia. The staff is super friendly and always make an effort to treat every customer appropriately, no matter how stressful they are. Every time a friendly and warm atmosphere. The food tastes very tasty and the eating area is always clean. You're doing a great job!

Service bad, food cold rancid mayo

Really bad... was there with a few people last night and we've been feeling bad ever since... unfriendly staff and very unclean...

The staff at the drive-in is hard to understand because the loudspeakers are extremely annoying... this has been the case since it opened... when you eat you have the feeling that you are clapped together carelessly. Service is unfriendly and it is dirty in and around the building...

Meine Großeltern waren heute Vormittag sehr überzeugt von dem Essen. Der Manager Herr Gashi Beziehungsweise das ganze Personal sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit bei der Auswahl von den Gerichten.. Wir sind immer wieder gerne da. Schöne Weihnachten

Zwar alles Standard aber trotzdem darf man sagen diese Filiale ist Sauber und Freundlich

Ich bin kein regelmäßiger ( ein sehr seltener) Fastfoodesser. Daher... Die vegetarischen Burger waren ganz lecker, das Getränk - wie schon vor Jahren auch -wässrig, da zuviel Eis im Becher ist, die Pommes war winzig ( aber okay).

Alles super! Nur die Heizung ist voll, wie im Sommer, soll etwas kühler sein.

Wir hatten Glück da der Laden nicht gut besucht war und wir so einen frisch zubereiteten burger bekommen haben.

Bestellen bij een medewerker is niet meer mogelijk tegenwoordig. Staan hanessen bij een aparaat, Heel gedoe. Eten verder prima

Het duurde verschrikkelijk lang dat het klaar was, terwijl we bijna de enigste waren. Totaal geen onderlinge communicatie waardoor er vanalles misging... Zou het geen 2e keer doen.

Ich mag total gerne Burger King Essen, aber leider klaffen Preis und Qualität anscheinend immer weiter auseinander. Das ist aber kein Leeraner Problem, sondern eher allgemein zu sehen.

Ist halt Fast Food. Aber hier sind die Bestellungen immer vollständig. Nicht so wie in manch anderen Ketten zB die Kette in Papenburg

habe diesen anbieter aus dem systemgastronomiekosmos immer den anderen mitbewerbern vorgezogen, einziger wermutstropfen ist in meinen augen die verbeugung vor dem vegan- und fleischalternativentrend (der aber betriebswirtschaftlich wahrscheinlich unausweichlich ist) sowie die preisentwicklung (die aber wohl der inflation geschuldet ist).

Kvalitní přístup a vstřícná pomoc obsluhy zároveň každý si přijde na své protože jestli nejste milovníky Burger Kingu tak přes silnici najdete MC Donald's a hned o pár metrů dál můžete vidět benzínu.

Mir schmecken die plant based Produkte sehr gut. Sehr überzeugend. Als letztes hab ich mir einen Whopper mit plantbased Patty bestellt und fand ihn ausgezeichnet.
