Absolutely cozy atmosphere despite the very full hut. No annoying music or bar noise. This makes relaxed conversations possible. High-quality sanitary facilities. Reservation is definitely advisable. We'll be back soon. A mini greeting from the kitchen would be nice and criticism at the highest level. Thanks for the great evening! Update: everything is ok so far. Drafty at the window, lukewarm sweet potato fries were exchanged without any problems.

We ate at Hans im Glück again, as always everything was delicious. Our waitress (Masha according to the invoice) was simply great - finally someone who you could tell was enjoying her job and providing great service. we will definitely be back 😊

Food and ambience quite good so far. However, I have never had such a rude waiter. He accuses me of being on my cell phone too much, which was absolutely not true, and makes fun of the fact that I charge my cell phone on a power bank. Simply bold!

I have eaten at another branch several times and have always been very satisfied. Unfortunately, our visit to Erlangen was disappointing. The burgers and fries were only lukewarm to cold. We also had to make ourselves known several times in order to be able to place an order, which shouldn't happen in a restaurant. The cutlery and napkins were only replenished upon request. The long wait for our food was particularly annoying - three different Lieferando drivers picked up orders during that time. It seems like these orders were prioritized, which made us feel like we were less of a priority as in-house guests

Came here for an evening meal. Wasn’t to busy on a Sunday. The burger was good, the loaded fries were ok, fries came out like warm and the cheese sauce could be better.

So if you eat here it's your own fault. Do yourself a favor and go eat somewhere else. My burger didn't taste old and cold and the fries didn't convince me either. the service is way too slow. it's just not worth it at all. never again!

I recently visited Hans im Glück and unfortunately I have to say that the visit was not convincing. While the food was okay, the entire experience was severely marred by several points: Waiting time: The waiting time for the food was way too long. Apparently I was also unlucky and my salad was forgotten because when it came, my partner was almost finished with his burger. Space concept: In my opinion, the space concept is a real step backwards. The tables and benches are far too close together so there is hardly any privacy. You constantly feel like you're touching the back of the guest behind you at any moment. In addition, the benches are not comfortable at all, which makes the stay uncomfortable. Cold and draft: Another big drawback was the temperature in the restaurant. It was constantly cold, and cool air kept blowing from above, which made sitting uncomfortable. Service: We were actually there because of the gourmet block and had announced this before ordering, but in the end this was not honored because we had chosen a dish for lunch - a note about this in advance would have been really helpful. Overall, the restaurant feels like they tried to accommodate as many guests as possible without keeping comfort or quality of the experience in mind. The food may have been ok, but given the overall atmosphere I can't recommend it.

A nice restaurant in itself. It's a shame that there are only benches without backrests, which makes a longer stay a bit uncomfortable. The service was great, reserved online and received a confirmation quickly. We received a really nice welcome and were looked after and advised by Tim. Thank you. Unfortunately the food was disappointing, nothing special in terms of taste. Too bad for the price. The cocktails were very tasty.

A very stylish restaurant in a really good location. We parked in the large parking lot and were at HIG in 5 minutes on foot. Very friendly staff and cool atmosphere. Unfortunately we had a seat at the door because it was very crowded. It got a bit cold here because of the draft. But the food was a real treat and the cocktails were delicious. If you're very hungry, you should order a side dish with your burger. We'll definitely be back :)

The two of us were there on December 22nd, 2024. The air conditioning was brutally turned down. It was simply too cold. The juicy roast beef used to be pretty much the opposite of juicy. Almost fried to death. After telling the waitress there was no “sorry”…. but rather: “I will pass this on to the kitchen”. Yupp girl, THAT is the least. The bowl itself was good. But here too: What does the kitchen do with the chicken? Again: fried to death and therefore naturally fibrous and tough. Unfortunately, overall the price/performance was not right

Everything wonderful and very tasty

Delicious burgers and side dishes and drinks in the well-known HiG quality. Personally, I'm not that impressed with the Birkenwald interior, which means it's rather cramped and uncomfortable with the stick in the back 😄. I would rethink the concept and gradually change the motto into something more comfortable. Maybe it gives a new kick, also to give customers the feeling that they are part of the latest trend.

Food top. Employees are nice and helpful. But the benches are more than uncomfortable and everything is quite narrow. But that seems to be due to the concept. It's no different in other cities.

Had reserved online in advance for 7 people. When we arrived we were told that the only large table had already been taken elsewhere. We had to sit at two separate tables. The food took a very long time and one table had to wait another 10 minutes longer than the others...

We ordered the food at 1:30 pm. They said they will deliver at 2:30pm. It is 9 pm now and still the delivery hasn’t reached. This is damnnn disappointing. This was ordered for a birthday and it spoiled everything. Worst experience!!!!!! We still dont know when the order will reach!! Also we called them like more than 20 times and they did not pick up the call either. How are we supposed to track them? The order detail still says we will reach in 45 mins since 2 hours!!!! Extremely frustrating!!

Love it there! Vegan selection on top 🔝 🌱💯 was there on Sunday, the staff was very stressed, everything took a long time. But hey, it can always happen. We got gingerbread as compensation. Thanks :-)

A pure disaster. We ordered for pickup and the order was also accepted by the restaurant. After the status was set to ready for pickup, we went there. The order has not yet been processed and was informed that it will take a moment. After repeated inquiries to various employees and now more than 45 minutes of waiting time at Hans im Glück for the order to be “ready for pickup,” it was then canceled. There was no apology, only the excuse that they had actually deactivated the pick-up orders for that evening. That doesn't work at all. Wait 45 minutes on site and then leave without eating. Understaffed or not, but then say so right at the beginning or don't even accept the order.

The store was super full when we were there last Friday, but they still took the time to allow us to order everything in peace. My partner has some intolerances, we were able to adjust everything as he needed. Great thought was put into this and we were given excellent advice about alternatives. Patience and a friendly smile were also shown to undecided young people, even though, as I said, the store was really full. Food came quickly and was very fresh. It was super tasty and everyone was happy. Thanks!

We had reserved a table for several people. The table wasn't enough. It took a long time until we actually got a table. After ordering the food, you saw less of the service staff.

Good fast attentive service. The burgers were good too. The atmosphere is not that pleasant. They tried to set up as many tables as possible, so you sit very, very close to other people and the noise level is appropriate. After a while there was a very unpleasant smell of drains and we quickly left. Maybe it's more pleasant overall if you sit outside, but I can't recommend sitting inside.

Wir haben uns spontan entschieden hier zu essen. Freitags Nachmittags (17 Uhr) war nicht super viel los und wir konnten uns einen gemütlichen kleinen Tisch in einer Ecke des Birkenwalds aussuchen. Ein echt schönes Ambiente. Die Bedienung war super freundlich und das Essen kam sehr schnell (hätte ich bei den ganzen negativen Bewertungen jetzt nicht gedacht). Die Burger (insb. vegetarisch), die Fritten und insbesondere die Homemade Limonaden waren alle sehr lecker. Wir kommen gerne noch mal hierher!

I had an excellent vegan burger here, with a patty that was almost indistinguishable from chicken. My dog ​​was also welcome and even got a bowl of water - that made me very happy. The service was nice and courteous. We'd love to come back! 😊

The burgers are delicious, the fries are exquisite - garlic cheese fries - hhhmmm, the sauces for the fries are too. The service was very friendly. I haven't finished the menu yet, but everything so far, whether classic savory, vegetarian or vegan, has been extremely tasty!

Superlekker gegeten in een leuke setting. Bij binnenkomst direct vriendelijk ontvangen, een plaatsje aan de bar toegewezen gekregen en de doppelburger gekozen. Met pepperkorst ( echt een aanrader) was dit echt een heerlijke burger. Samen een grote portie zoete frietjes erbij en de avond kon niet meer stuk. Alle mensen in de bediening waren jong, vlot en erg netjes. We hoefde iet te wachten op drankjes er werd vaak gevraagd of alles naar wens was en al was het helemaal vol, merkte je dit niet aan de bediening ing. Kortom een erg goed restaurant en als we in de buurt zijn komen we hier zeker terug.

Das Restaurant hat eine tolle Innenausstattung. Es gibt für das eher kleine Lokal viele Tische. Für mehr als 4 Personen wird es allerdings etwas eng an den Tischen. Der Service war super, das Essen war lecker und die Auswahl ausreichend.

Wirklich fitte, nette Bedienung; sehr leckere Burger, noch besserer Salat dazu!!! Leider saßen wir sehr beengt und ungemütlich. Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert.

Top Service und Top Burger. Einfach Brutal

Hippes Burgerrestaurant im Zentrum von Erlangen. Unbedingt vorher reservieren! Speisekarte per QR-Code am Tisch. Damit kann man (angeblich) auch online bezahlen, ausprobiert habe ich das nicht.

Wir waren vor 7 Jahren in Berlin im Hans im Glück und waren begeistert, jetzt wollten wir es in Erlangen wiederholen und wurden etwas enttäuscht. Die Burger konnten leider nicht überzeugen, geschmacklich gut, optisch ohne Liebe zur Sache einfach zusammen gebaut wie McDonalds Burger. Der Service war top freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Ambiente wie gewohnt schön, die Plätze sind aber viel zu eng gestellt, ein Tisch für 4 ist eigentlich nur für 2 geeignet wenn man etwas bequem sitzen will.

Super freundliches Personal. Tolles Ambiente. Getränke und Essen wurden flott aufgenommen und innerhalb 10min serviert. Richtig lecker, kann ich nur sagen! Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Leider nicht empfehlenswert. Nach 20min. kamen erst auf Nachfrage die Getränke und eine weitere halbe Stunde später kamen dann die Burger aber ohne die brstellten Beilagen!!! Die Angestellten liefen planlos durch die Gegend und keiner konnte was konkretes sagen. Der dritte Mitarbeiter wollte es dann klären, konnte aber nicht mal nachvollziehen was uns noch fehlte. Die Durstlöscher und Eidtees sind mit 0,5l angegeben aber die Flaschen sind sind maximal mit 0,4l gefüllt. Nach über einer Stunde und immer noch keinen Beilagen haben wir die Rechnung gefordert. Leider war das auch kein Einzelfall, in Nürnberg lief es genauso.

Der Laden ist Bombe 👍🏻 Meine Freundin und ich hatten leckeres 😋 Essen und auch sowas wie Privatsphäre, da die Tische wie in kleine Nischen stehen. Der Service ist ebenfalls zu positiv zu erwähnen.

Wer die Kette kennt, wird hier nicht enttäuscht, wer gute Burger haben möchte geht am besten woanders hin. Die Rindfleischburger haben den typischen (etwas hochwertiger als MC) tiefkühlgeschmack, wodurch ich eher die vegetarischen und veganen Alternativen empfehlen würde. Gerade hier gibt's dann aber erfreulich viele Fleisch-alternativen. Der Service ist hier sehr nett, auch wenn man Auslastungsspitzen schon merkt.

War dort am Freitag, den 8.12 mit einer Freundin Mittags essen. Haben problemlos einen Tisch bekommen, obwohl wir nicht reserviert hatten. Das Essen war durchaus super. Was wir jedoch besonders gut fanden, war der Service (Meike)! Super lieb und aufmerksam! Bei so einem Service kommen wir gerne öfter 😇

Hans im Glück ist zwar eine Burgerkette und nimmt sich dafür also auch von Restaurant zu Restaurant nicht viel, aber das macht nichts, weil die Atmosphäre und das Essen dort immer toll sind.

Personal geht nicht auf Wünsche ein, wenn man im einem Getränk eine Zutat nicht verträgt und diese Zutat abbestellt

Nach dem Platzieren an meinem Platz würde ich sehr schnell und freundlich bedient. Dealight Bowl Falafel war ein absoluter Hochgenuss. Frischer Salat mit sehr leckeren Beilagen, oben auf reichlich Falafel. Alles in Allem super. Für ein ruhiges Abendessen ist hier leider der falsche Platz. Es ist sehr wuselig unruhig.

Habe über Lieferando bestellt. Nach fast 2 Stunden wurde die Bestellung seitens Hans im Glück storniert. Da war es für leider auch zu spät um wie anders zu bestellen.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt von Anfang bis zum Ende! Die meist sehr jungen Servicekräfte haben uns ein echtes Willkommensgefühl gegeben. Haben uns Plätze zur Auswahl gegeben. Haben Rückfragen zur Speisekarte freundlich und kompetent beantwortet. Das Essen war auch sehr lecker. Abgerundet und 5 Sterne gerechtfertigt hat es dann noch final die saucoole Deko im Dschungel Look. Alles in allem richtig stimmig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder:-)

Sehr zuvorkommender Service, gute Beratung und sehr leckeres Essen. Hatten den Weltenbummler mit Hähnchenalternative und den Elsässer Burger, beide sehr empfehlenswert.

Wahnsinn wie hübsch man viele Sitzplätze einbauen kann.Essen sehr gut und zügig am Tisch. Viele Bänke ohne Lehnen und relativ eng zum sitzen, dennoch gemütlich.
