Sehr freundliches Personal gutes Essen und gute trinks

Das Essen hier ist ganz ok. Ist halt Fastfood und was anderes darf man auch nicht erwarten. Ein bisschen kreativer dürfte es aber schon sein. Irgendein wilder Burger mit Blauschimmel oder so. Schade ist, dass die Karte hier nur digital gibt. Grundsätzlich habe ich damit kein Problem aber irgendwie bevorzuge ich dennoch eine physische Karte. Ich gehe eigentlich auch Mal ganz gerne ohne Handy Essen aber das geht hier nicht. Ambiente ist OK aber eben nichts besonderes und wie üblich in erlangen eher eng.

Ein tolles Restaurant mit einer guten Auswahl an Gerichten. Es gab sogar einen Old Fashioned (Cocktail). Wir hatten einen normalen Pulled-Pork-Burger, einen Waldschrat-Burger und einen Pulled-Pork-Burger ohne Brötchen. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und ging gerne auf unsere Sonderwünsche ein. Das Essen war gut gewürzt, frisch und von hoher Qualität. Absolut empfehlenswert bei einem Besuch in Erlangen! Gemütliches Ambiente zum Verweilen und Plaudern, dazu freundlicher Service. Wir kommen wieder.

Toller Laden mit gutem Essen. Vor allem die Burger sind zu empfehlen. Das Personal war bei unserem Besuch schnell und freundlich.

Haben Gerichte zum Abholen bestellt. Sie waren noch nicht fertig, daraufhin wurde uns ein Getränk aufs Haus für die Wartezeit angeboten. Das fanden wir schonmal sehr nett. Leider haben wir beim Auspacken festgestellt dass die Beilagen vergessen wurden( war gerade große Gruppe im Service). Kurzer Anruf und wir durften nochmal kommen und die Beilagen mit viel Extras und noch mehr Entschuldigung abholen. Sehr nette Geste und wir kommen mit Sicherheit noch einmal vorbei während unseres Klinikaufenthalts. Natürlich auch weils so lecker schmeckt.

Lecker Burger essen, hier ist es möglich. Pommes mit pulled porg und coleslaw nur zu empfehlen. Und selbst der Espresso schmeckt, top. Gerne wieder, mit lust auf meeeehr!

Top Essen, leckere Drinks und immer nettes Personal. Absolut Top! Kritikpunkte: So wie alle Restaurants inzwischen leider relativ teuer. Im Vergleich kriegt man hier aber richtig was für sein Geld! Musik ist oft etwas laut was wiederum zu unnötig lautem Reden unter den Gästen führt wodurch es wiederum noch lauter wird. Aber auch das ist ein gängiges Problem.

Also es wäre mega wenn es Dubai chocolate geben würde, das fehlt mir. Egal was genau, Hauptsache Dubai chocolate, zb Dubai chocolate burger. Und es wäre auch toll wenn die Musik lauter schallern würde, vor allem Justin Bieber und Joe Jonas (fürs Klo). Ansonsten war alles echt gut, hat gemundet.

Toller Service und gutes Essen. Nur schade, wenn man zu dritt an einen winzigen Tisch gesetzt wird, wenn man reserviert hatte und das Restaurant den Abend über alles andere als voll war.

Essen war gut, hat auch nicht allzu lang gedauert. Allerdings waren an dem Abend nur 2 Bedienungen dort, einfach ein bisschen wenig, das Restaurant war voll. Eine der Bedienungen war auch noch ziemlich schroff und unfreundlich, die Bestellung wurde auch durcheinander gebracht. Schade weil bisher waren die Bedienungen dort immer sehr nett und bemüht.

Wir haben dort mit 8 Personen gegessen, leider hatte das essen keinen überzeugt bis auf der Caesar Salat bei dem aber das Hänchen anfangs fehlte. Ich hatte die Rippchen und Wings, die leider aus der Fritteuse kamen und das dritte mal gestorben waren. Die waren komplett trocken und die scharfe Soße hat gefehlt. Ein essen wurde an den falschen Tisch geliefert, dessen essen kam dann als alle fertig mit ihrem Gericht waren. Die Kellnerin war freundlich und hat einen Obstler oder Espresso angeboten. Keiner der Personen möchte dort noch einmal dort hin, obwohl das Lokal selber schön war.

4 Personen. Alles Top. Wings etwas süß, Steak 200g top! Cheeseburgerklasse, Salat und Soßen überragend.

Unserer Meinung nach die besten Burger in Erlangen! Klasse Essen, toller Service und super Ambiente. Jeder Besuch fetzt!

Immer gut, tolle Burger und super Service.

Sehr nette Bedienung, vorallem Tiffany stach durch ihre zuvorkommender und Professionelle Art heraus und sorgte damit für einen Unvergesslichen Abend.

Schöne Lokalität mit sehr leckeren Speisen und Getränken. Bedienung war super schnell trotz vollem Lokal, was heutzutage kein Selbstverständlichkeit mehr ist. Daher Daumen hoch, komme sicher wieder her.

Gute Burger und alkoholfreie Cocktails

Leider ist das Restaurant nicht geeignet für Personen mit Unverträglichkeiten. Die Allergene, die auf der Karte angegeben wurden stimmen nicht mit dem tatsächlichen Gericht überein. Ich habe Zöliakie und ich muss extrem darauf achten, dass ich kein Gluten esse, ich hatte mir extra ein Gericht ohne Gluten bestellt und das auch der Kellnerin gesagt. Ich bekam dann das Gericht mit einem Brot auf meinem Salat und musste selbstverständlich das Gericht zurückschicken. Es kann doch nicht sein, dass das Gericht auf der Karte als “glutenfrei” deklariert ist, es aber dann doch Gluten enthält. Außerdem hatte ich bemerkt, dass bei anderen Gerichten die auch als “glutenfrei” bezeichnet waren, auch Gluten enthalten war (z.B Röstzwiebeln auf glutenfreiem Essen). Ich habe dann einen “neuen” Salat bekommen, der genau so aussah wie der Salat den ich zurückgeschickt habe. Ich habe mich extrem unwohl beim Essen gefühlt, da ich mir nicht sicher war, ob die Leute, die das Essen zubereiten überhaupt wissen, was Gluten ist. Ich würde das Restaurant nicht an Leute mit Unverträglichkeiten weiterempfehlen. Der Service war sonst in Ordnung und das Ambiente war schön, ich werde dieses Restaurant aber nicht mehr besuchen kommen.

Sehr netter Service, das Essen ist super lecker. Die Spare Ribs sind genial, so gute hatte ich bis jetzt nirgendwo gehabt. Preislich ist es auch ganz machbar.

Ich hab bestellt heute 2 burger zum mitnehmen: Bling Bling und DoubledSmashBurger. Die essen ist immer sehr lecker, sehr freundliche personal und ein super Restaurant in Erlangen und Forchheim👍 ich emphele das 100%, keep up the good work😁

Alles tippotoppi. Junges Servicepersonal, total nett. Diese QR Menükarte hat bei mir technische Probleme bereitet, dass hat die Bedienung sofort bemerkt und mir das Dienstpad gegeben. Mein Steak war einfach mega. Bestes Fleisch, nach meinem Geschmack zubereitet. Zuvor ein leckeres Cocktail. Gerne wieder.

Die Burger haben uns nicht überzeugt. Ich hatte extra einen mit doppeltem Beef-Paddy bestellt, weil ich Lust auf Fleisch hatte. Der einfache Burger eines Freundes sah größer aus. OK, da war vielleicht etwas mehr "Beilage" drauf. Ich hab den Deckel abgehoben und musste wirklich genau schauen, ob das zwei waren. Hatte mich an einen Double Cheese von McDonald's erinnert. Beim Zahlen hebe ich dies der sehr netten Bedienung gesagt. Sie meinte, dass sie das genauso sieht und dass ich nicht der erste gewesen bin, der das bemängelt hat. Die Mitarbeiter dort waren aber alle super nett. Ein großer Teil des Restaurants, vor allem im Eingangsbereich, ist mit Hochtischen ausgestattet. Diese sind Recht ungemütlich. Wir saßen an einer Fensterwand, die sich bei jedem Öffnen und Schließen der Türe in Scharnieren bewegt und geklappert hat. Mächstes Mal reservieren wir und probieren mal die Spare Tipps...

Eure "Karte" ist leider maximal benutzerunfreundlich. Empfang ist nicht vorhanden, selbst mit WLAN lädt es nicht. Ebenso die Feedbackseite - 3 Anläufe waren nötig, um überhaupt die Cookies wegzuklicken und dorthin zu kommen. Das Absenden des Feedbackbogens war danach nicht möglich da die Auswahl "Arizona Erlangen" ungültig war. Obwohl ich das Restaurant, Speisen, Getränke und Personal hier eigentlich mag, ist das für mich leider ein Grund, warum ich hier wahnsinnig ungerne herkomme. Das Vorhandensein wenigstens einer physischen Karte wäre wirklich wünschenswert! Gerade auch die älteren Mitmenschen schließt dieses Kartenformat leider kategorisch aus. Schade!

Essen leider ungenießbar, da kalt. Ich achte extra auf kurze Lieferwege, aber durch eine schlechte Routenplanung des Fahrers kam die Bestellung viel zu spät an. Das Schlimmste war jedoch die Reaktion des Geschäftsführers am Telefon: Anstatt sich dem Problem anzunehmen, wurde die Schuld nur auf Lieferando geschoben. Absolut kein kundenorientiertes Verhalten. Keine Empfehlung!

Die Getränke sind okay, die Burger unterdurchschnittlich.

Absolute Frechheit. Ich wurde doppelt abkassiert und habe das sofort gemeldet. Mir wurde versprochen, dass mir der komplette Betrag zurücküberwiesen wird. Nach 6 Wochen kam dann endlich Geld zurück – aber nur ohne Trinkgeld. Das Trinkgeld wurde einfach einbehalten. So etwas ist extrem unseriös und zeigt, wie wenig hier mit Kunden ehrlich umgegangen wird. Ich werde diesen Laden definitiv nicht mehr besuchen.

I went in hungry, and left in a bad mood! The food was the worst I've ever had; the spare ribs were deep-fried and dry. My ginger ale wasn't even fizzy anymore. Not recommended.

Really good burgers and lots of vegetarian/vegan options. Staff really hospitable and super nice.

Unfortunately, it's getting worse and worse. Last time, card payments were suddenly no longer accepted. Today, our reservation was missing even though we had received an email. The food is getting worse and the portions are smaller. The drinks taste watered down. I can't shake the feeling that they're resting on their laurels.

The Schwarzenegger burger with bacon, fried egg, cucumber, tomato, lettuce, and fried onions with BBQ sauce was delicious. The Arizona fries (regular) were also good. I also ordered an elderflower mint lemonade. Nice atmosphere, American style. It gets quite busy in the evenings, so you might want to make a reservation. The menu and drinks menu can be scanned with a smartphone or tablet, and the link will open. Wi-Fi is also available, as the signal inside is weak.

The burger was delicious and the service was really good; the only negative point was that the table had already been reassigned to a later group, which is understandable given all the Christmas parties.

The selection of burgers and drinks was extensive. Despite the restaurant being full, the food arrived quickly and was good. The drinks were large and not too strong. The staff were very friendly and attentive; even though the restaurant was nearly full, they allowed us to move seats after our meal because the draft was bothering us. It was quite noisy, but that's to be expected on a Friday night. Therefore, reservations are recommended, especially on weekends.

Must visit. Expensive, yes but worth every penny.

We waited 15 minutes for someone to come to our table. After over an hour, we finally got our burger and cold fries. We had to get our own ketchup from the next table. The service here is a disaster.

Delicious veggie burger (Rapunzel), good service (although some seemed a bit overwhelmed), tasty cocktails, and a pleasant atmosphere. My friends, however, weren't very satisfied with their burgers. They were rather tasteless. The meat was dry. The cheese wasn't melted. The non-alcoholic beer was very watery.

The food was very good and ready very quickly. The portions were large and affordable. Also, the staff was very friendly and the atmosphere pleasant.

A lovely American restaurant in the heart of the Old Town. The food and drinks are good, and the prices are reasonable. The place is generally quite large and suitable for larger groups. While it's certainly good, it ultimately lacks a distinct unique selling point. Ultimately, it's just a burger bar like many others.

I really enjoy coming here and really appreciate the atmosphere and the quality of the food. However, I have to address one important criticism: There's unfortunately only one vegan option on the menu. In times when plant-based alternatives are readily available everywhere, I find that a real shame—and, frankly, outdated. Vegan cuisine is no longer a niche topic, but a necessity for the environment, animals, and health. Many dishes could be suitable for vegans with minimal adjustments, without compromising on taste or variety. I sincerely hope that the restaurant offers more vegan options in the future—that would be a real benefit for all guests and an important sign of sustainability 🤗

We went there for dinner with eight people over the weekend. There wasn't much to rate highly except for the cocktails. A huge selection, they were well-made and delicious. The service was apparently completely overwhelmed. We waited almost 20 minutes for our first drinks, and reordering took almost as long. Half the table took their food, but the other half didn't, so we couldn't even eat together in the end. Maybe I'm too old-fashioned, but I don't like scanning the QR code for the menu and it's simply annoying. The ambiance was spoiled by a party on the first floor where the music was so loud that even on the ground floor, you felt like you were standing next to the speakers, and you could only half-shout to have a conversation at the table. The decor and style were quite nice. The food was okay. The burgers were average, but I personally thought the fries were very good. All in all, I probably won't go there again—a shame, really.

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio was disappointing! Two dry spare ribs and five tough wings on a plate with a barely visible coleslaw! Still hungry afterward! A real shame considering the lovely ambiance! Service gets full marks 🤩

👎 ❌ Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio here isn't right. The amount of meat in the burgers isn't specified – after the first bite, it was clear why: the patty was tiny 🍔, so McDonald's probably uses more meat. 🥦 The veggie burgers were also disappointing: carelessly fried, burnt in places, and mediocre in taste. We mostly left them alone. 🥤 The drinks were also disappointing – the blackcurrant spritzer was stale and lacked carbonation, and the beer was lukewarm 🍺. 👍 The only positive things: the fries 🍟 and the friendly service 🙂. All in all, a disappointing visit – I won't be going back 🙈

The food was good. While not exactly amazing, it was a decent burger. The ribs were definitely too small, and they were also dry. I'm guessing they need to be heated up in the microwave. Service and atmosphere were very nice. The price is OK. The food still has potential.

Top service, and really good food and drinks.

I was there today with my two children, and we were all pretty hangry (you know... a mosquito and an elephant and all that) - anyway, the two waitresses had a keen sense of what was happening and were able to super-professionally pick up on my mood, which was just starting to get bad due to a bit of a wait (the place was packed), and even transform it into a good mood. Simply through attentiveness and doing the right thing at the right time. I'm very impressed. They also served the entire restaurant with such concentration and smiles. I take my hat off and congratulate the owner. Oh yes, the food was also extremely delicious, the patty was just right, everything went together perfectly and was a real taste experience. And I "only" had the cheeseburger with extra bacon. For dessert, we had the brownie with a soft chocolate center and vanilla ice cream. If you didn't try it, it's your own fault. Thanks for the lovely evening.

In my opinion, the best burgers in town (the buns are amazing), served with the finest fries and pulled pork. Absolutely delicious. The service is also a special highlight; the young waiters are very attentive and super friendly.

The food and service were great. I would deduct one point because the ketchup and mayo are served in small plastic packets.

Etabliertes US-amerikanisch inspiriertes und auf Burger spezialisiertes Restaurant in der Erlanger Innenstadt, das gerne für Geburtstage genutzt wird. Dafür ist bei größeren Gruppen auch ein eigener Raum mietbar. Verfügt über eine kleinere Bier-, aber eine sehr große Cocktailkarte. Es gibt Aktionstage und eine Happy Hour von 22:00 bis Ladenschluss. Wenn viel los ist, brauchen die Bestellungen manchmal etwas, aber das Essen ist stets heiß und frisch und der Service gut. Musik läuft relativ laut.

Both the ambience in the restaurant and the food are excellent. The team is happy to provide some information about the dishes and their history. For larger groups you can order a cross-section of the menu and share the dishes, highly recommended

Food was great. Thank you also for the service, which took a lot of time. We had an older gentleman with us, he was overwhelmed with the digital order, the waitress took care of it patiently and explained everything.

I want to give you 5 stars. Despite the delivery difficulties and the circumstances that you had as a result and it was absolutely no fault of your own, you still made sure that I got my food from you. To be honest, it's rare to find something like that that was delivered personally. I still enjoy visiting your restaurant whenever I'm nearby. And there's always something to the saying...talking and eating gets people excited :-) thank you very much
