Not bad in itself, but it took forever until we had the food (60 minutes, in the evening). In addition, the vegan offering is really limited (a single burger is vegan). Unfortunately, the vegetarian burgers do not have meat substitute patties, but are made from beluga lentils or oatmeal sweet potatoes. In addition, Parmesan is declared vegetarian, which it usually is not. The burger was OK, but not great. Unfortunately, the vegetarian cauliflower wings weren't great either. Now I can only speak for veggies: If you want to come with a group that includes vegetarians or even vegans, I would go somewhere else.

I am very disappointed with my stay at Arizona Erlangen. We waited 30 minutes for a seat, were ignored by the staff the whole time and after half an hour we were asked how they could help us. After we said that we would like a seat, we were looked at puzzled and refused a free seat because there was a group sitting next to us. Unfortunately that was our last visit there. Kind regards

Great restaurant for burgers, drinks and dessert!! The buffalo wings are not buffalo but they are ok. The ribs rub is not good, they need a good recipe, but the BBQ sauce it’s good.

We went to Arizona today for cocktails and a quick snack. The food was out after a short time and our waitress Leticia continued to look after us very well and attentively. From our seat we had a good view of the bar and so we could watch our cocktails being prepared in real time. The bartender Tai put a lot of effort into decorating. Food and drinks were very tasty. We'd love to come back.

I had a wonderful evening with my girls. Food and drinks were excellent. The clearing service was a little slow at peak times, but our waitress Leticia was super attentive, quick and friendly. She even shares the tip intended for her - MVP!

Nice atmosphere, friendly and attentive service. The menu is varied, the food came promptly despite the house being full, the dishes are very good and the portions are sufficient. The only thing that needs to be improved is the slightly bad air when the guest room is full. We would be happy to come back.

Für eine Abitur-Jubiläums-Feier hatten wir die Event-Lounge der ARIZONA Bar im ersten Stock in Erlangen reserviert. Der großzügige Raum war für die 55 Gäste ideal, viel Platz, um gemütlich zu sitzen und zu speisen, aber auch um sich bei einem Glas Wein oder Bier über die alten Zeiten im Stehen zu unterhalten. Jeder hat eine gemütliche Ecke gefunden und so konnte man den Abend in entspannter Atmosphäre bei chilliger Hintergrundmusik zusammen genießen. Das Essen wurde in Buffetform gereicht, sehr geschmackvoll angerichtet, immer wieder frisch nachgelegt und mit einer tollen Burger- und Salatauswahl. Das Personal war immer präsent, sehr hilfsbereit und super nett. Die Auswahl an verschiedenen Cocktails war klasse und geschmacklich hervorragend. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis der Veranstaltung war wirklich gut, wir hatten mehrere Locations entsprechend angefragt. Die Feier war ein voller Erfolg, der schöne Abend verging leider viel zu schnell und wir freuen uns schon auf die nächste Feier in der ARIZONA Bar. Das gesamte Eventpaket war super und auch die Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber Till verlief reibungslos und perfekt. Macht weiter so, wir kommen immer wieder gerne zu euch.

Were there on Sunday evening and it was really nice, the ambience and the light are very cozy and it is really nicely decorated. The food was very tasty and the service was incredibly nice. It's nice to go out where the people are so great. Definitely coming back<3

Unfortunately we waited quite a long time for our food and it was still cold. The burgers were below average and the "Buffalo Wings" ended up being frozen chicken wings from Metro with BBQ sauce. So very far from good Buffalo wings. The service, however, was very nice. Prices are on the more expensive side, especially for the quality of the food.

One of my favourite restaurants in Erlangen. Their truffle mayo fries are amazing. A lot of different burger options. I always order from here when I want to treat myself. The waiters and waitresses are friendly.

Made a last minute reservation (glad we did because it was packed). Waitress (and all of the staff as well) was amazing, she was friendly, spoke great English, and was very attentive the whole night. The table shared shared the chicken wings, ribs/wings platter, and sweet potato fries. The ribs were what I expected, just normal, but the chicken wings were amazing. The whole place was what I've been missing from the US "sports bar". We will definitely go back......

Ordered via Uber Eats, the delivery person forgot half of the finished order at the restaurant. After a quick call to the restaurant, the problem was immediately taken care of. I had different options on how to deal with it, the communication was optimal. Ultimately, the managing director took care of it personally and delivered the missing food by bike, including a small compensation, that's really not a given but just great, thank you very much!

The service seems totally disoriented, asks the same things 10 times and unfortunately nothing happens for ages. Unfortunately, the cocktails are all too strong and not intoxicating in terms of taste, but they look nice. Unfortunately no store that will see me again. Every time a disappointment.

What was a nice bar a few months ago became a place that we definitely won't visit again! The cocktails we ordered took 65 (!!!) minutes to arrive and then one cocktail contained virtually no alcohol, the other contained far too much, so that it wasn't actually a cocktail anymore. The prices of the cocktails are okay (if the mixing ratio was right), but drinks like water and cola are damn or outrageously expensive. The ambience is not really nice. Due to the noise level caused by music that was far too loud and voices trying to drown it out, conversations were no longer possible. The cleanliness of the toilets was also better... I have great understanding for the lack of staff in the catering industry and why it takes a little longer. However, attention should still be paid to the friendliness of the employees and, above all, a little better logistics at the bar.

It’s alright for American food in Germany. Burgers are a bit too cooked if you normally prefer medium or medium rare, but the menu is very creative.

I have to say that I really enjoy going to Arizona to eat or grab something. I actually always like it. But unfortunately the service has deteriorated extremely at the moment. You have to remember that service is half the deal. I completely forgot my order, so I was given a voucher, which was very nice, but unfortunately the kitchen was already closed at the time and so were the rest of the restaurants in Erlangen. Then I ordered again and was expressly told on the phone that I wanted a different bun with the burger... of course it wasn't implemented and the surprise was at home. I would be happy to come back, but only once the service has received training or has been replaced. This is more than unprofessional and unfortunately spoils the good taste of the food.

We were there last night and ordered cocktails. The waitress spilled my husband's cocktail without apologizing and asked when serving if we would pay straight away. We have never had such a disappointing experience in a bar in Erlangen. Once and never again. A pity!

We went there spontaneously for dinner on Monday. The service was great and prompt. The food was delicious and the cocktails were excellent. We were very happy with the girls that served us. The waitresses nailed the drinks with their recommendations for us. Would come back here. Can recommend

Delicious burgers, also large veggie selection. We were traveling with a small child and our needs were very taken into account, everyone was very child-friendly. If you need a high chair, you would do well to call ahead - unfortunately there is only one available. But it was ready for us and everything was great.

Really brilliant location with great food (everything fresh and tasty), great employees (courteous, helpful and always in a good mood) and a pleasant atmosphere. However, it is best to book in advance if you are coming with several people, otherwise there could be a shortage of seats, especially in the evening. Absolute recommendation.

All in all, we were really very satisfied with the restaurant, the food on offer and the service staff. The only complaint is the high sound level in the restaurant, which was not due to the music being too loud, but rather due to the room acoustics. You could hardly have a quiet conversation with the person you were talking to. Perhaps the owner wants to have acoustic panels installed for the ceiling and walls afterwards to counteract the noise. Otherwise everything was great!

Very nicely furnished, a modern, cozy atmosphere makes you happy to spend the evening here. We got a seat without making a reservation, but during peak meal times you should book a table in advance. The service was very friendly and quick. The drinks arrived quickly and so did the food after a short time - hot and fresh. The burgers are large (approx. 160g patties) and offer something for every taste. The buns could have been a little juicier, as they were a bit dry on both the 'Juan in a Million Burger' and the cheeseburger. Everything else is fine, including the toilets on the first floor, which are very clean and don't smell unnecessarily of disinfectants or similar. Gladly again!

I absolutely loved the Arizona! From start to finish my visit was a culinary experience. The ambience is inviting and cozy, perfect for a relaxing evening. The burgers were simply divine. The juicy patties, fresh toppings and homemade sauces took my taste buds by storm. I have never seen such a diverse selection of burger creations, from classic to creative - there is something for every taste. The service was excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive and had good recommendations. The drink selection was also great, and the homemade lemonades were refreshing. All in all, I highly recommend Arizona. This isn't just about burgers, it's about a real taste experience. I will definitely come back!

Ein etabliertes Restaurant mit vielseitiger Cocktailkarte, Aktionstagen und gemütlicher, moderner Einrichtung. Sowohl die vegetarischen als auch die Fleischburger überzeugen auf ganzer Linie und die freundlichen und kompetenten Servicekräfte bereichern das Restaurant sehr. Wir kommen jedes Mal wieder gerne!

War rund um ein sehr schöner Abend. Super Service, essen war super und wurde sehr schnell serviert. Und weil meine Tochter Geburtstag hatte, bekam sie sogar noch einen kleinen Geburtstagskuchen mit Wunderkerze.

Ich war am Wochenende mit einer Freundin bei euch und war wirklich begeistert! Das Essen war klasse, ich hatte einen Veggie Burger mit Curly Fries und kann die Küche dafür nur in den höchsten Tönen loben. Die Cocktails waren ebenfalls gut, die Bar macht einen tollen Job. Wirklich überzeugt hat uns aber der Service. So nett und zuvorkommend wird man leider nicht mehr überall behandelt. Unsere Bedienung hieß Nicole, war aufmerksam und immer freundlich - egal wie viel los war. Da kommen wir gerne wieder, ganz klare Empfehlung!

Burger waren nicht gut, sehr trocken. Auf Anfrage erst später eine Burgersauce erhalten, da war das Essen schon kalt. Pommes kamen auch erst später. Wünsche werden ohne Begründung ignoriert und auf die folgende Beschwerde wurde nichts erwidert. Portionen waren auch nicht besonders groß. Schade.

Essen war und die Bedienung auch wenn er etwas durcheinander war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Restaurant im Innenhof schafft eine ruhige und angenehme Atmosphäre auch wenn es für meine Gefühle etwas zu dunkel war. Aber allen im allen ein gelungener Abend
