Delicious veggie burger (Rapunzel), good service (although some seemed a bit overwhelmed), tasty cocktails, and a pleasant atmosphere. My friends, however, weren't very satisfied with their burgers. They were rather tasteless. The meat was dry. The cheese wasn't melted. The non-alcoholic beer was very watery.

Extremely welcoming and cozy, food was great also.

The food was very good and ready very quickly. The portions were large and affordable. Also, the staff was very friendly and the atmosphere pleasant.

A lovely American restaurant in the heart of the Old Town. The food and drinks are good, and the prices are reasonable. The place is generally quite large and suitable for larger groups. While it's certainly good, it ultimately lacks a distinct unique selling point. Ultimately, it's just a burger bar like many others.

I really enjoy coming here and really appreciate the atmosphere and the quality of the food. However, I have to address one important criticism: There's unfortunately only one vegan option on the menu. In times when plant-based alternatives are readily available everywhere, I find that a real shame—and, frankly, outdated. Vegan cuisine is no longer a niche topic, but a necessity for the environment, animals, and health. Many dishes could be suitable for vegans with minimal adjustments, without compromising on taste or variety. I sincerely hope that the restaurant offers more vegan options in the future—that would be a real benefit for all guests and an important sign of sustainability 🤗

We went there for dinner with eight people over the weekend. There wasn't much to rate highly except for the cocktails. A huge selection, they were well-made and delicious. The service was apparently completely overwhelmed. We waited almost 20 minutes for our first drinks, and reordering took almost as long. Half the table took their food, but the other half didn't, so we couldn't even eat together in the end. Maybe I'm too old-fashioned, but I don't like scanning the QR code for the menu and it's simply annoying. The ambiance was spoiled by a party on the first floor where the music was so loud that even on the ground floor, you felt like you were standing next to the speakers, and you could only half-shout to have a conversation at the table. The decor and style were quite nice. The food was okay. The burgers were average, but I personally thought the fries were very good. All in all, I probably won't go there again—a shame, really.

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio was disappointing! Two dry spare ribs and five tough wings on a plate with a barely visible coleslaw! Still hungry afterward! A real shame considering the lovely ambiance! Service gets full marks 🤩

The amount of meat in the burgers isn't specified – after the first bite, it was clear why: the patty was tiny 🍔, so McDonald's probably uses more meat. 🥦 The veggie burgers were also disappointing: carelessly fried, burnt in places, and mediocre in taste. We mostly left them alone. 🥤 The drinks were also disappointing – the blackcurrant spritzer was stale and lacked carbonation, and the beer was lukewarm 🍺. 👍 The only positive things: the fries 🍟 and the friendly service 🙂. All in all, a disappointing visit – I won't be going back 🙈

The food was good. While not exactly amazing, it was a decent burger. The ribs were definitely too small, and they were also dry. I'm guessing they need to be heated up in the microwave. Service and atmosphere were very nice. The price is OK. The food still has potential.

I was there today with my two children, and we were all pretty hangry (you know... a mosquito and an elephant and all that) - anyway, the two waitresses had a keen sense of what was happening and were able to super-professionally pick up on my mood, which was just starting to get bad due to a bit of a wait (the place was packed), and even transform it into a good mood. Simply through attentiveness and doing the right thing at the right time. I'm very impressed. They also served the entire restaurant with such concentration and smiles. I take my hat off and congratulate the owner. Oh yes, the food was also extremely delicious, the patty was just right, everything went together perfectly and was a real taste experience. And I "only" had the cheeseburger with extra bacon. For dessert, we had the brownie with a soft chocolate center and vanilla ice cream. If you didn't try it, it's your own fault. Thanks for the lovely evening.

In my opinion, the best burgers in town (the buns are amazing), served with the finest fries and pulled pork. Absolutely delicious. The service is also a special highlight; the young waiters are very attentive and super friendly.

The food and service were great. I would deduct one point because the ketchup and mayo are served in small plastic packets.

Etabliertes US-amerikanisch inspiriertes und auf Burger spezialisiertes Restaurant in der Erlanger Innenstadt, das gerne für Geburtstage genutzt wird. Dafür ist bei größeren Gruppen auch ein eigener Raum mietbar. Verfügt über eine kleinere Bier-, aber eine sehr große Cocktailkarte. Es gibt Aktionstage und eine Happy Hour von 22:00 bis Ladenschluss. Wenn viel los ist, brauchen die Bestellungen manchmal etwas, aber das Essen ist stets heiß und frisch und der Service gut. Musik läuft relativ laut.

Both the ambience in the restaurant and the food are excellent. The team is happy to provide some information about the dishes and their history. For larger groups you can order a cross-section of the menu and share the dishes, highly recommended

Food was great. Thank you also for the service, which took a lot of time. We had an older gentleman with us, he was overwhelmed with the digital order, the waitress took care of it patiently and explained everything.

I want to give you 5 stars. Despite the delivery difficulties and the circumstances that you had as a result and it was absolutely no fault of your own, you still made sure that I got my food from you. To be honest, it's rare to find something like that that was delivered personally. I still enjoy visiting your restaurant whenever I'm nearby. And there's always something to the saying...talking and eating gets people excited :-) thank you very much

Even though we, two people, didn't make a reservation, we got a place relatively quickly. The waitresses were all very nice and absolutely attentive. We didn't have to wait long for the burgers and they were really tasty. We will definitely come back.

Great restaurant for burgers, drinks and dessert!! The buffalo wings are not buffalo but they are ok. The ribs rub is not good, they need a good recipe, but the BBQ sauce it’s good. Second time there, the burgers and drinks continue to be phenomenal, but the nachos are just so so.

Not bad in itself, but it took forever until we had the food (60 minutes, in the evening). In addition, the vegan offering is really limited (a single burger is vegan). Unfortunately, the vegetarian burgers do not have meat substitute patties, but are made from beluga lentils or oatmeal sweet potatoes. In addition, Parmesan is declared vegetarian, which it usually is not. The burger was OK, but not great. Unfortunately, the vegetarian cauliflower wings weren't great either. Now I can only speak for veggies: If you want to come with a group that includes vegetarians or even vegans, I would go somewhere else.

I am very disappointed with my stay at Arizona Erlangen. We waited 30 minutes for a seat, were ignored by the staff the whole time and after half an hour we were asked how they could help us. After we said that we would like a seat, we were looked at puzzled and refused a free seat because there was a group sitting next to us. Unfortunately that was our last visit there. Kind regards

We went to Arizona today for cocktails and a quick snack. The food was out after a short time and our waitress Leticia continued to look after us very well and attentively. From our seat we had a good view of the bar and so we could watch our cocktails being prepared in real time. The bartender Tai put a lot of effort into decorating. Food and drinks were very tasty. We'd love to come back.

Nice atmosphere, friendly and attentive service. The menu is varied, the food came promptly despite the house being full, the dishes are very good and the portions are sufficient. The only thing that needs to be improved is the slightly bad air when the guest room is full. We would be happy to come back.

I had a wonderful evening with my girls. Food and drinks were excellent. The clearing service was a little slow at peak times, but our waitress Leticia was super attentive, quick and friendly. She even shares the tip intended for her - MVP!

Für eine Abitur-Jubiläums-Feier hatten wir die Event-Lounge der ARIZONA Bar im ersten Stock in Erlangen reserviert. Der großzügige Raum war für die 55 Gäste ideal, viel Platz, um gemütlich zu sitzen und zu speisen, aber auch um sich bei einem Glas Wein oder Bier über die alten Zeiten im Stehen zu unterhalten. Jeder hat eine gemütliche Ecke gefunden und so konnte man den Abend in entspannter Atmosphäre bei chilliger Hintergrundmusik zusammen genießen. Das Essen wurde in Buffetform gereicht, sehr geschmackvoll angerichtet, immer wieder frisch nachgelegt und mit einer tollen Burger- und Salatauswahl. Das Personal war immer präsent, sehr hilfsbereit und super nett. Die Auswahl an verschiedenen Cocktails war klasse und geschmacklich hervorragend. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis der Veranstaltung war wirklich gut, wir hatten mehrere Locations entsprechend angefragt. Die Feier war ein voller Erfolg, der schöne Abend verging leider viel zu schnell und wir freuen uns schon auf die nächste Feier in der ARIZONA Bar. Das gesamte Eventpaket war super und auch die Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber Till verlief reibungslos und perfekt. Macht weiter so, wir kommen immer wieder gerne zu euch.

Unfortunately we waited quite a long time for our food and it was still cold. The burgers were below average and the "Buffalo Wings" ended up being frozen chicken wings from Metro with BBQ sauce. So very far from good Buffalo wings. The service, however, was very nice. Prices are on the more expensive side, especially for the quality of the food.

One of my favourite restaurants in Erlangen. Their truffle mayo fries are amazing. A lot of different burger options. I always order from here when I want to treat myself. The waiters and waitresses are friendly.

Made a last minute reservation (glad we did because it was packed). Waitress (and all of the staff as well) was amazing, she was friendly, spoke great English, and was very attentive the whole night. The table shared shared the chicken wings, ribs/wings platter, and sweet potato fries. The ribs were what I expected, just normal, but the chicken wings were amazing. The whole place was what I've been missing from the US "sports bar". We will definitely go back......

Ordered via Uber Eats, the delivery person forgot half of the finished order at the restaurant. After a quick call to the restaurant, the problem was immediately taken care of. I had different options on how to deal with it, the communication was optimal. Ultimately, the managing director took care of it personally and delivered the missing food by bike, including a small compensation, that's really not a given but just great, thank you very much!

Unfortunately, I overheard the boss loudly scolding an employee... because he made mistakes... we are human and where there are people, mistakes happen... because the employee was actually very nice, friendly and competent... not professional, that's why we decided not to eat there more often… are actually regulars

The service seems totally disoriented, asks the same things 10 times and unfortunately nothing happens for ages. Unfortunately, the cocktails are all too strong and not intoxicating in terms of taste, but they look nice. Unfortunately no store that will see me again. Every time a disappointment.

What was a nice bar a few months ago became a place that we definitely won't visit again! The cocktails we ordered took 65 (!!!) minutes to arrive and then one cocktail contained virtually no alcohol, the other contained far too much, so that it wasn't actually a cocktail anymore. The prices of the cocktails are okay (if the mixing ratio was right), but drinks like water and cola are damn or outrageously expensive. The ambience is not really nice. Due to the noise level caused by music that was far too loud and voices trying to drown it out, conversations were no longer possible. The cleanliness of the toilets was also better... I have great understanding for the lack of staff in the catering industry and why it takes a little longer. However, attention should still be paid to the friendliness of the employees and, above all, a little better logistics at the bar.

It’s alright for American food in Germany. Burgers are a bit too cooked if you normally prefer medium or medium rare, but the menu is very creative.

I have to say that I really enjoy going to Arizona to eat or grab something. I actually always like it. But unfortunately the service has deteriorated extremely at the moment. You have to remember that service is half the deal. I completely forgot my order, so I was given a voucher, which was very nice, but unfortunately the kitchen was already closed at the time and so were the rest of the restaurants in Erlangen. Then I ordered again and was expressly told on the phone that I wanted a different bun with the burger... of course it wasn't implemented and the surprise was at home. I would be happy to come back, but only once the service has received training or has been replaced. This is more than unprofessional and unfortunately spoils the good taste of the food.

We went there spontaneously for dinner on Monday. The service was great and prompt. The food was delicious and the cocktails were excellent. We were very happy with the girls that served us. The waitresses nailed the drinks with their recommendations for us. Would come back here. Can recommend

We were there last night and ordered cocktails. The waitress spilled my husband's cocktail without apologizing and asked when serving if we would pay straight away. We have never had such a disappointing experience in a bar in Erlangen. Once and never again. A pity!
