I placed an order last night, which, according to the customer service representative, was cancelled. After a two-hour wait, Wolt marked the order as delivered. There was no cancellation confirmation, and I haven't received a refund yet. The service has deteriorated significantly.

I ordered from Wolt. I placed the order at 3 PM and arranged for delivery at 6 PM. But by 8 PM, nothing had arrived. Wolt isn't helping either, because nobody answers the phone. I'm starving because of this incompetent company.

After ordering, the food still hadn't arrived after two hours. I called the hotline twice. The first time, a ticket was created instructing the branch to contact me, but I never received a call. The second time, another ticket was created requesting an update on the status of my order. The branch hasn't contacted either the hotline or me. Unbelievable.

After waiting for two hours, I still haven't received my order, and I can't reach them by phone. According to Burgerme's headquarters, this is a very unreliable store. Please don't order from them; just use a competitor's shop. They clearly don't care about customer satisfaction.

I ordered for pickup, everything seemed fine at first, but when I got home after 15 minutes the food was completely cold, not even lukewarm. Even the heater set to 28°C in the car didn't help. No sauces were included as ordered, and the fries were as hard as shoe leather... what are we paying so much money for? I know Burger King to be much better; this was the last time I'll ever get food from there.

I ordered a takeaway meal there. I arrived a bit early (about 10 minutes) and the food was already ready. So far, so good. Then, when I unpacked it, I noticed that all the sauces were missing. So, nuggets and fries, all without sauce! Even though it was packed in a thermal bag, and only about 10 minutes after picking it up, I found that the fries were ice cold and the burger was barely lukewarm! For comparison, when I get something from the Golden Gull and take it in the same container, it's still warmer than body temperature even after 45 minutes! The burger tasted okay, but nothing special. I would have guessed it was made with pre-made patties, cheap sliced ​​cheese, pre-packaged onions, and pickles from a jar. Not recommended!

The burgers are always cold when they arrive, and even with a voucher, the next burger arrives cold too... an absolute disaster at an average of €26 for two burgers... not recommended, they just can't get it right.

If a company can't even provide accurate information about the delivery status, that's a huge problem. I absolutely cannot recommend this store.

No matter when you order, the advertised delivery time of 25 minutes is never met – it always takes over an hour. The PR department should remove this advertisement, and the term "fast food" should also be removed. If neither is desired, then I ask management to finally act properly so that at least you don't have to wait longer than advertised.

I don't actually order often, so I have nothing to compare it to - but I ordered at 12:53 and received my food at 2:03. According to Lieferando, the estimated delivery time was 33 minutes, while their own advertising says 25 minutes. I know the construction sites aren't helpful, but 70 minutes is pretty crazy. Especially since the Lieferando app has been saying the food was almost here since 1:15. Maybe they should be more transparent and state upfront that the estimated delivery time is 60 minutes. But hey, as compensation, they gave me a 3 euro voucher because I couldn't cancel since the food was already on its way. The phone calls to the hotline weren't helpful either. I've rarely felt so ripped off.

Delivery took a good 30 minutes. Maybe they should just take more time, and then maybe the quality would be better. If you like cold burgers covered in mayo, this is the place for you. Otherwise, probably not. It wasn't possible to change the order immediately after booking online. A 10-minute wait, and by then it was already too late. So, you can get bad food and bad service elsewhere. So, not again. 👎🏼

Oh, guys, that was so not good. Tonight (9/12/25) I ordered a Big Angus cheese and a thin crusty chicken, because according to the website, both were on sale, meaning you pay for 1 and get 2. What can I say?! It was a blessing that we only got one burger 🍔 each. What about "that fast can be delicious?" No way. An hour of delivery, half of it was missing (the advertised +1 free burger). The fries were cold and hard as shoe soles, the crusty chicken burger was so disgusting that my stomach lurched when I opened the bun, and I had to search for the chicken with a magnifying glass. I wonder how such a jerk even leaves the store? The sauce is endless, the lettuce is already wilted, the chicken strips (I think they weren't strips before, but real breast fillets) were hard, burnt, and rotten. They actually had a strange taste. I couldn't get it down. I've rarely been so annoyed. The delivery charges were changed again during the order process, and we live less than two blocks away. It's a shame... You used to be really good, but now every order is just aggravation and frustration. Unfortunately, you've lost us as customers.

It's been a while since I ordered from BurgerMe, and I'm disappointed! A 20-25 minute delivery time turned into almost 1.5 hours! Burgers for €10 are nothing special; Mecces has more potential. The nuggets used to be bigger and better. They arrived wobbly and cold. The fries were hard and cold. So, THAT'S not worth €25.

I will never order here again. Feta cheese the size of a cigarette box, pepper strips carelessly dropped into quarters. A roll that crumbles into dust. Just clapped together carelessly. When the complaint was made, the new burger was simply left on the stairs, no sorry, no bon appetit and no cookie as an apology. That's not worth the money, every time it's a little worse. Please order somewhere else or leave it alone!

Never again! 8 minutes until I could place my order (there was no one in front of me). 22 minutes until I finally got my food, only to receive a burger that was ice cold (except for the lukewarm patty). Even though the place was empty, the long wait meant that my lunch break was over without me actually being able to eat.

I just ate a fantastic burger at Burger.me. Of course I went straight for the Angus Steak burger and oh boy, was it juicy, tasty, crispy in every satisfying way. This cook is serious about taste and quality. It’s a bit out of the center, but a bike or scooter gets you there in minutes as well a brisk walk like I did.

I ordered a burger with extra bacon. After delivery, I looked at the burger and there were exactly two slices of bacon on it. I thought, well, then a burger without extra bacon should only have one slice on it, so I quickly ordered another one without extra bacon... But there were also two slices on it. I once ordered the crispy chicken menu from Uber Eats. At first I ordered too much and couldn't cancel. Then I tried calling the store and was told to contact the store via chat. They nicely told us to call the store again. Then I called Chicky Chick but no one answered. After several calls we got through to someone who told us it was too late to cancel now and that we would get the food in "10-15 minutes". However, it arrived 30 minutes later. When the food finally arrived, I noticed that my drink was missing. I asked where it was and he said he had forgotten it and gave me a €3 Burger Me voucher. In total we paid €30 for 8 chicken wings and two cold fries that didn't even come with any sauce.

Today, we ordered food from Burgerme in Sudenburg for the first time in a long time. The delivery was late, the food was cold, one meal was completely forgotten, and the wrong soda was also delivered. Today, on [03/19/2025] at 12:40 p.m., I was in your “Burger My” branch and had a very unpleasant experience with one of your employees. I politely asked for an email address to apply to you. However, the employee in question, who was wearing glasses, reacted extremely unfriendly. He told me in an inappropriate tone that he was the "owner" and would not give me an email address. He also said that your company has no sales, does not need any staff and has already laid off employees. His behavior towards me was disrespectful and unprofessional. Even if this information is true, it is unacceptable to speak this way to a potential candidate or client. I ask you to take this incident seriously and take appropriate action. Treating customers and interested parties with respect should be a given.

“With you in 25 minutes”? You shouldn't advertise this anymore. It doesn't work at all. Never when I have ordered from you. Ordered today and waited an hour for delivery. Called in between. The driver finally came after over an hour. Open the bag and see what was missing. Called again. Was then asked for a voucher and whether the missing food should be delivered later. I decided to have it delivered because I regretted ordering from you again. And therefore didn't want a voucher. And what can I say, as I'm writing this, it's been 1.5 hours since the phone call and the missing food still hasn't arrived. This is not a service. This is underground.

I have been to this branch on Halberstädter Str. several times. Everything is great so far! 👏🏻👍🏻 Compared to the more famous fast food chains, I can say: the offerings are significantly fresher, tastier and more generous. The shop is very quiet and not so crowded that you can't enjoy the food. Orders are processed and prepared more precisely.

Ordered food there twice and paid in advance via PayPal each time. The deliveries never arrived, but both were apparently delivered. When asked several times, we were always told we couldn't do anything, and you couldn't reach the branch directly by phone.

Leider war das Essen sehr fettig und hat nur nach Öl geschmeckt. Hatte danach ganz schlimm Sodbrennen. Burger hatten so viel Soße das man es kaum essen konnte. :-( Ich werde nicht nochmal bestellen. Komisch damals war es total lecker und ich war immer zufrieden. Hat leider sehr nachgelassen. Vielleicht wird ja jetzt was verändert. Lieferanten sind immer sehr freundlich und machen ihren Job gut.

Die Bestellung ist telefonisch oder online bequem und u kompliziert möglich Zahlmöglichkeiten von vorab online, per Karte oder Bar bei Lieferung sind für jeden Geschmack ausreichend gegeben. Die Burger sind ausreichend groß, mit frischen Zutaten reichlich belegt und die Soßen lecker. Leider hat in der letzten Zeit die Qualität der Onionrings deutlich nachgelassen. Die Ringe sind teilweise zu hart, zu groß oder sehr unterschiedlich groß und dadurch einige labbrig innen und andere zu cross außen... insgesamt leider unbefriedigend, wo sie früher zu meinen Faforiten zählten. Die Qualität der Lieferung schwankt... teilweise in Abhängigkeit von Bestellaufkommen... so dass bisweilen die Lieferung neben langer Wartezeit bei hohem Aufkommen leider dann auch nur noch lauwarm ankommen. Die Lieferfahrer sind jedoch bisher immer sehr freundlich gewesen und haben Kritik und Anregubgen an- bzw. aufgenommen. Inwiefern diese dann auch bei Verantwortlichen angekommen ist, kann ich natürlich nicht nachvollziehen. Fazit: Für den schnellen Hunger und nicht unbedingt geeignet, aber mit wirklich guten und frischen Zutaten kann man bei hohem Aufkomnen schon mal über fehlende Wärme des Essens hinwegsehen. Onipnrings fallen allerdings für uns aktuell bei künftigen Bestellungen erstmal weg.

Meine Freundin und ich bestellen bei BurgerMe recht oft, allerdings über ein Jahr verteilt wurde es immer schlimmer mit den Lieferungen. Vorher haben diese 25 Minuten gedauert, aktuell ist man bei 45+ min. Vorher hat man Gutscheine für die verspätete Lieferung bekommen, aktuell muss man das erst erwähnen. Lieferungen werden in dem Zeitfenster von 25min auch einfach als "geliefert" gesetzt, obwohl das Essen erst 20 min später ankommt. Hoffe es ändert sich, da das Essen an sich echt lecker ist.

Burger me eine „erfolgreiche“ Kette die so inkompetent ist und zurück geblieben ist. Wie kann man eine Bestellung nach der anderen so dermaßen verhauen das man garkein hunger mehr hat. Bestellt wurden 2 Burgermenüs mit Fingerfood Box es kommen 4 Burger an mit 3 Pommes. Wir rufen den Lieferanten an und er wollte die schon ausgepackte Bestellung einfach tauschen.. wir tauschen die bestellung und diesmal fehlten die Pommes. Ich verstehe es einfach nicht wie man so versagen kann. Ein normaler Hamburger und ein BBQ Bacon Burger auch komplett falsch beide waren vollbeklatscht mit BBQ Soße und das eine ohne Bacon. Alles kam kalt an und einfach ungenießbar. Wir haben sowas lächerliches noch nie erlebt. Katastrophal

Seit langem habe ich mal wieder bei Burgerme bestellt. Angezeigt wurde 44 Minuten. Als es dann nach 2 Stunden an der Tür klingelte, haben wir die Annahme verweigert. Gott sei dank hatten wir nicht vorab bezahlt. Danke, dass ihr uns den Abend versaut habt! Edit: Am Samstag Mittag habe ich es noch einmal probiert, musste ja den erhaltenen Gutschein irgendwie verwenden und da kam das Essen auch pünktlich, weswegen ich meine ursprüngliche 1-Sterne-Bewertung angehoben habe.

Wir hatten Essen vorbestellt und es wurde zubereitet als wir ankamen. Das Personal war wie immer sehr freundlich, leider war das zum wiederholten Mal kalt. Sehr schade, da das Essen dort echt lecker ist. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, wenn ihr das Problem bald in den Griff bekommt.

Meine letzte Bestellung hat sehr lange gebraucht und das Essen war kalt. Durch die Online Verfolgung konnte ich sehen, dass nach einer halben Stunde die Auslieferung begonnen hat. Dann wurde nach weiteren 20 Minuten angezeigt, dass ich mein Essen erhalten habe, was aber schlichtweg falsch war. Nach noch einmal 15 Minuten wollte ich in der Filiale anrufen, wurde aber nur zu einem burgerme-Callcenter weitergeleitet. Der Mitarbeiter dort konnte mir auch nicht weiterhelfen, da die Filiale jegliche Kontaktmöglichkeiten deaktiviert hatte. Während des Gespräches wurde mein Essen dann aber tatsächlich geliefert, nachdem es scheinbar schon 45 Minuten unterwegs war. Entsprechend kalt war es auch. Dabei wohne ich gerade einmal 1 km von der Filiale entfernt. Das Geld definitiv nicht wert.

Geschmacklich war’s in Ordnung. Wir hatten leider ein falsches Getränk. Die Pommes waren kalt. Von daher gibt es leider nur drei Sterne. Preisleistung passt leider nicht zusammen . Bestellen werden wir hier sicher nicht mehr.

Wir mussten statt angegebenen 30 Min. über 1 Stunde auf unser Essen warten. Auf Nachfrage beim Kundenservice wurden wir einfach weggedrückt. Essen kam dann lauwarm an und Extrawünsche wurden nicht berücksichtigt. Waren sonst immer sehr zufrieden, aber das heute hat uns enttäuscht.

Die Milchshakes waren nicht das, was sie sein sollten, alle bekamen nicht ihres & der Preis ist dafür eindeutig zu viel! Extras fehlten vor Jahren, dieses würde es auch willer vergessen, unverändert bei jeder Bestellung, egal wann man bestellt! Der Laden sollte mal echt gesäubert werden, Spinnennetze pur!

Ich habe dort schon gelegentlich gegessen. Die letzten mal war das Essen kalt und hat auch leider nicht mehr geschmeckt. Zudem ist das Ambiente ziemlich abgerockt.

Die Lieferung erfolgt bei uns immer unnormal schnell... gerade Bestellung abgeschickt, klingelt es schon an der Tür! 😅 Bestellen schon seit Jahren und sind vom Geschmack der Burger, Pommes, Finger Food, usw. immer wieder begeistert. Zudem gibt es viele vegetarische UND vegane Burger, die mega schmecken.

Hallo, das Essen wurde schnell geliefert und alles war frisch und lecker. Den ein Stern musste ich leider abziehen,da das Essen als es ankam kalt war!

Der 🍔 war leider sehr sehr kalt, das ost das Geld nicht wert

Schade bestellen gerne bei euch aber leider war alles kalt außer die käseecken waren lauwarm, obwohl die Bestellung früher kam als angegeben für den Preis sehr schade.

Hier gibt's kaum Parkplätze, wenn man hier das Essen abholen möchte. Aber der Burger war lecker.

Bürger sind von guter Qualität. Personal sehr freundlich.

Mega lecker immer wieder gern super frisch immer schön warm alles kann man nur empfehlen Macht weiter so

Danke für das leckere Essen. 👍 Sie konnten aus einem breiten Angebot wählen. 🍔🍟🥙🥗🥧 Die Hamburger 🍔🍔🍔 waren größer als das, was ich normalerweise in anderen Firmen probiert habe. Salate 🥗🥙gibt es in verschiedenen Größen. Für eine schnellere Lieferung sind gleichzeitig verschiedene Fahrer an der Lieferung beteiligt. Spezielle Beutel werden verwendet, um die Temperatur während der Lieferung zu halten.

Dies war nun endgültig die letzte Bestellung bei burgerme. Das 2. Mal, das laut App die Bestellungen innerhalb von 27min da sein sollte und man letztendlich über eine Stunde gewartet hat.. schlimmer finde ich noch, das irgendwann 'ausgeliefert' im bestellstatus steht aber nichts da ist, dies war jetzt auch das 2. Mal. Aber heute kam hinzu das die Burger Eiskalt waren, das Fleisch und auch die pommes. Das ciabatta Brötchen hat nie einen Toaster gesehen, war wie toast. Der Bacon Ranch bestand zu 50% aus röstzwiebeln. Schade, geschmacklich sind die burger eigentlich gut.

Ich habe 2 mal schon bei burgerme was gekauft per online es wurde nach Hause geliefert. Alles soweit super, und lecker 😋 da kann sich der mc Donald s und Bürger King eine Scheibe abschneiden. Nur was die besser machen sollten .Ab ein bestell wert von 100€ hätte man vielleicht auch eine gratis Flasche als Getränk erwarten können .sowas machen andere auch .Ab ein bestell Wert von 50€ sogar .Aber gerne wieder .

Burger kommt schnell an und schmeckt lecker, auch Fahrer sehr nett 😊

Immer wieder gerne übel lecker sehr zu empfehlen und sehr guter Lieferservice schnell und sehr freundlich besonders 2 Mitarbeiter benno und ein anderer Mitarbeiter mit Bart. Auf jeden SEHR zu Empfehlen FUTTERN WIE BEI MUTTERN

Leider oftmals keine einwandfreie Lieferung erhalten. Gerade bei den Fahrradkurieren. Ersatzware kam aber zügig.

Huhu ^-^ Ich und mein Freund haben uns das Dreamy BBQ Menü bestellt (dazu Süßkartoffel Pommes) und was soll ich sagen das Essen war unglaublich :0 1 Stern muss ich trotzdem leider abziehen da die gewünschte Lieferzeit nicht eingehalten wurde obwohl wir sehr früh vorbestellt hatten (ich kann verstehen wenn man paar Minuten später Liefert wenn es sich in Grenzen hält) aber es war wirklich etwas zu lange. Trotzdem bestellen wir gern wieder ^-^ Mit freundlichen Grüßen Marie

Schmeckt sehr gut. Aus der Sicht von außen ist Sauberkeit noch zu verbessern. Z.b der Staub auf den Bildschirmen in der Küche, eine Küche muss Blitz blank sein😉

Burgerme bietet eine breite Auswahl an originellen Burgern, welche geschmacklich locker mit neumodischen Burgerrestaurents mithalten können und dabei noch etwas günstiger sind. Positiv ist außerdem, dass man regelmäßig in Sonderaktionen mehr für sein Geld bekommt. Einziger Minuspunkt für mich ist, dass trotz zügiger Lieferung die Pommes ab und zu nicht mehr ganz kross sind.

Bin schon seid 3 Jahren Stammkunde und konnte mich nie beklagen, außer das der Lieverservice etwas nach gelassen hat. Jedoch bekommt man bei Verspätung einen Gutschein für die Nächste Bestellung. Wer es knackig, heiß und frisch mag, dem rate ich direkt im Laden zu kaufen!!!
