There were still empty tables, I was alone, I would have eaten a burger and left after a short time. The answer from the receptionist was that there was no space even though the tables were not reserved!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

It was super loud. After a long search for a parking space, we were informed that the table was only reserved for 1:15 minutes. But if you then wait a long time for your food and even longer for dessert for your child... difficult

The concept of the noble fast food restaurant/bar is not entirely coherent. On the one hand, the visually warm, cozy atmosphere invites you to linger, but on the other hand, the wooden benches with minimalist upholstery encourage you to leave. The prices are certainly suitable for today's young hipster family. .There's certainly nothing wrong with the taste, but financially it's very limited for a normal family!

The restaurant was well attended again. We were looked after by friendly service staff. The food was tasty and the portion was sufficient. The background noise was a minor disturbing factor, but it was completely normal for the numerous visitors.

The service members are all incredibly kind, attentive and polite. The food was great as always. Thank you very much!

Just ordered via Uber Eats. 4 smash burgers 1 brie 1 burger menu I understand something different by Smash Burger. In any case, it was the most disgusting patty I have ever eaten. And by smash I mean something different than a normal frozen patty, which is just more compressed and tastes like shoe sole. The brie was cold and therefore inedible. All burgers were ice cold and inedible upon arrival. The fries for the menu were completely missing The MezzoMix was great. But this order was definitely not worth 80 euros. We are more than disappointed.

Price performance doesn't really fit here at all. Ambience...yes, the interior looks good, but the tables are generally too small. If there are two of you there, you somehow feel like you've been pushed into a corner. For two, €64 for two burger menus and a dessert. The burgers were OK, brioche buns unfortunately very crispy, meat dead. Magdeburg has better to offer, even for this price.

We had a very pleasant stay there. We were there at 3 p.m. so it was very relaxed and not that crowded. The nice waiter, his name is Patrick, gave us great advice about everything burgers and we had a lot of fun talking to him. We'd love to come back :)

Best visit to a burger restaurant so far! Food is solid and fairly priced. Patrick served us and is an absolutely well-rounded and humorous guy. He's great at entertaining you with his jokes while you wait. :)

Had dinner there with work colleagues this evening and it was a complete success. The food arrived extremely quickly and the service was also very friendly and caring. Went there around 5:30 p.m. so it wasn't too full, but around 6 p.m. the restaurant filled up more. I only paid 35.20 for a burger with fries, homemade thirst quencher, dessert and double espresso, which reflects a really good price-performance ratio. What I liked best, however, was the following situation... For dessert I ordered the Cheesecake Bites (highly recommended) with a double espresso. The coffee arrived immediately after ordering but due to the restaurant being quite busy the cheesecake bites arrived a little later. So I had already finished my espresso and ordered another one so I could drink it with the cheesecake bites. The waitress noticed this and immediately apologized for not remembering that the espresso should come with dessert and accepted the cost of the coffee. As I said, it was a very nice gesture from the waitress, she also covered the costs as I said. If I wasn't a trainee, I would have liked to give even more tips😉 All in all, I can only recommend it.

Yes, the stars are really only for the staff! The salad wasn't fresh...rather soggy. The citizens consisted of an extremely large amount of meat and very little salad and sauce. Unfortunately, the chili cheese fries were completely rubbish. After 1 minute the cheese sauce was so thick that the fries all stuck to each other and were not tasty cold. Even the nachos...the cheese sauce set so quickly that you could only manage 5-6 nachos. The tables are just way too small! If 4 people have a main course, drinks won't even fit on the table, let alone the accompanying nachos... Food crap, atmosphere crap...BUT the staff is super nice and attentive.

Have been to your place several times and it's always very pleasant. Super fresh, delicious food, very nice and quick service, very cozy atmosphere. Everything was successful all round. Our visit from Hesse was totally enthusiastic.

On the first visit, the kitchen was closed 1 hour earlier than it says on Google and the website, and we drove there for free. Then at 2. the burgers were just dry and tasted like nothing. And all for €32 without the drinks.

I was there on Saturday at lunchtime. It was a very successful visit. Our waitress Patrick looked after us wonderfully. But never intrusive. They were very relaxing hours. Any time. Simply great.

The food is always great when I come here, and the extra offers on top of the standard program are also imaginative and appropriate for the season or celebrations. The service varies, sometimes there are really nice and friendly employees who take the time to explain everything or recommend things and some are not so sociable, but that's not a bad thing. There is always very good music playing and not too loud so that you can still understand each other well. The different seating options are also practical, even if I sometimes miss a backrest. It feels like you don't have the nicest seats for two and you also have a relatively small table for two large plates, so you feel a bit cramped. I always really enjoy coming here and it won't be long before I'm there again.

So…. I just got back to my hotel. I ordered takeaway on the spot, and the servers at the door are very nice! Good english as well! Gave me good information about the menu! The waiting, was like 10-15 minutes max. The restaurant was full, so the waiting time was minimal! And now about the food…… it was…. Insanely nice! I walked back to the hotel, and the fries were still crispy, the burger was still juicy and warm, and the overal taste was very nice! 10/10 would go again! I can recommend this restaurant/ bar to anyone that likes a good burger

We were there on a Saturday evening with 10 people, eating there for the first time. The reservation went very well. The drinks were very good, the burgers were too small for the price but they were tasty. The initial orders were ok but as the evening went on we had to wait longer and longer for the server to pay attention to us. Nobody asked if we wanted to order anything else, we always had to say that we wanted to order something. The staff is very friendly, no question, but you could spend more money. The seating options were simply "too hard" and when you looked across from us there were 2 couples who simply had no space. The sauces on the table were almost all. A cloakroom is only available sporadically, e.g. We sat about 10 - 12 meters away from the cloakroom and of course there were tables, chairs etc. in between that were quite unattended. The icing on the cake was that since we were there for 6 hours and of course went to the toilet several times, there was a cleaning plan posted where there was no signature for hours for the hourly cleaning. At the end of the day the cleaning plan was completely filled out with a "P" and the last two with an "L". I didn't take photos of it out of respect

Very, very tasty…I would love to come back…

We've been there a few times and were happy...unfortunately this time it was bad. The burgers were cold. Not warm but cold. Only a “I’m sorry” came from the waitress. She couldn't help it either. The service was great. But the bench with the table at the back wasn't comfortable either. Too bad. We were actually looking forward to it. We don't have to go there anymore.

I liked it very much. There is still a small drawback: if you eat here as a couple, the two tables and stools are very uncomfortable and a bit too small. Therefore a star deduction for the ambience.

I have visited Peter Pane several times in various constellations (alone, as a couple or as a larger family). The bottom line is that the experiences were very positive. It always tasted very good and the portions were always filling. Sure, here and there things didn't go well (the wrong dishes were received), but the response was always super accommodating, service-oriented and customer-friendly. The current lunch offer for a simple classic burger, side dish and a large thirst quencher for just €10 is simply outstanding!

Naughty waitress who wants to clear away while you're eating. I wanted to go to the front desk to pay and was just told, "I'm coming to the table because you would do something like that in a restaurant." First and last time, the standards are high, but the implementation is not.

We ordered via Uber Eats and the quality was incredibly good despite the long delivery route. My husband and I have never eaten such an awesome burger menu. If I had to complain about something... napkins were missing from the bag. But that would be complaining at the highest level. Mega awesome! Gladly again

Very, very nice staff, food was on the table within 15 minutes and was very tasty. The toilets are an absolute blast, so you definitely have to go there.

I had stated that there was a birthday child and the table was very nicely decorated. The food was super tasty. We spent 2 very nice hours there.

The burgers and fries, as well as the frozen yoghurt were super tasty, so the price is a little higher, but still within reason.

We had a pleasant and enjoyable evening at Peter Pane. The selection of dishes is extensive and leaves almost nothing to be desired due to the variations. There are some creative variations on the sauces, which is really cool. We would like to praise Patrick, who looked after us in the evening. He left a great impression on us with his friendly demeanor and professional manner. At this point, thank you again for that. Peter Pane is certainly worth more than just a visit.

Black Angus frozen, mega advertising for November with 50% off but deliberately out of stock. It's probably frozen food and it lasts for weeks and months and is regularly on the menu, but no Angus burger on the 9th of the month is very spectacular. The place is full but you can't get any Angus burgers because they're discounted, or so it seems.

The visit on November 9, 2024 was an absolute success. The nicest waiter named Domenik was very nice to us and offered a great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it, it was a dream

The staff was again super nice and polite today. That's what I call great service. If you have any questions, they are right there and answer them super quickly and with a smile. This wasn't the first time we've been here. So far we have never had anything to complain about. Yesterday we reserved a table for 7 people. It took about 30 minutes for the order to be taken and for the food to arrive. The burger buns were partly burnt and correspondingly hard. There was no ketchup or cheese on my daughter's burger. We'll still be back but, in my opinion, you can't fill the place up with guests and then be overwhelmed.

The food is really, really good.

As I know from other branches, I know roughly what it tastes like. There is almost a noticeable difference in the taste of drinks and sauces, between early and sour. Or a little saltier from hand to hand from the boss, it's human.

The staff was very nice, but a bit overwhelmed. Food still came quickly. Personally I don't find it really comfortable, very crowded and uncomfortable seating. Still nicely furnished. Drinks were very tasty. Food was ok. The meat on the burger wasn't really good. Tasted like ready-made meatballs. For that price I can get a homemade burger in a better restaurant. Overall it was ok, but not really good either. Unfortunately, price-performance is not right.

Went there around lunchtime and received great advice from Patrick about menus and their composition. Great recommendation from him about the welcome drink or cocktail and the homemade lemonades. Keep it up!

Burger was very tasty but the salad that was served with it wasn't, lettuce from the bag, a small tomato, some dressing, you can definitely do better.

The service is friendly and, above all, fast. This is food is very tasty.

Magdeburg, October 18, 24, 5 p.m.: Very nice service!!! Luckily I had a reservation as it was fully booked. Food was great - burger "Dreikäsehoch", goat cheese and pomegranate salad (very fresh), homemade iced tea lemon mango zero, thirst quencher blueberry, chocolate cake with warm cherry compote and frozen yoghurt and frozen yoghurt with berries and crunch.

We had lunch there with 8 people for my birthday. The burgers were fantastic and the waitress Michelle was incredibly sweet and friendly, asked several times if everything was OK and took a lot of time to explain everything to us, including my grandparents. I can only recommend it and I got a free dessert for my birthday. It was the best service I've experienced in a long time. Thank you for the great lunch!
