Peter Pane is my absolute favorite restaurant. Whenever I go there with my partner, friends, or family, it's a 10/10. The selection of vegan dishes is huge, and there's truly something for everyone, regardless of dietary needs or intolerances. The staff is always incredibly friendly, and you can have a great chat with them. I'm already really looking forward to my next meal there! :)

A truly impressive burger experience! At PETER PANE, you're spoiled for choice with a wide variety of creative burger creations made with high-quality ingredients. The meat was juicy, the brioche buns were fantastic, and the homemade sauces and sides (especially the sweet potato fries!) are a real plus. The atmosphere is modern yet rustic, perfectly complementing the concept. The service was young, dynamic, and attentive. It's a bit more expensive than a fast-food chain, but the fresher and more personalized quality is absolutely worth it.

As always, the food was very good and the atmosphere was pleasant. What's always a bit of a nuisance here are the seats. The window seats, in particular, are always very small and only have those stool-like seats without backrests. This could lead to back pain during a longer stay...🥲

We were warmly welcomed without a reservation. They immediately explained the situation, so we had 1.5 hours until our reservation arrived. It was perfect for us. Patrick served us and was truly wonderful 👍🏼. Not pushy, but always there. He connected really well with his daughter. And his Bavarian accent wasn't a problem at all. 🥰

We were there for lunch today. The place was quite full. The service was very friendly. Nice place. We had to wait a while for our food. The drinks were good. Everyone had a thirst quencher and a cocktail. The burgers and fries were cold. A real shame. We even skipped dessert, although it was included in the offer. Everyone seemed a bit overwhelmed. The real kicker came afterward. Over 90 euros for cold food at lunchtime. Two cold burgers and sweet potato fries... I won't be doing that again. A real disappointment. Burgers were being sent back at other tables as well.

We had reserved a table for 6:45 pm. We were shown to our table, but it wasn't until 15 minutes later that someone came to take our order. We ordered everything at once. After the drinks arrived, we waited another hour for our food, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. Unfortunately, we weren't the only ones affected.

The table was reserved for New Year's Eve afternoon. Upon arrival, I asked for a table with comfortable, upholstered benches, as we had my 85-year-old mother with us. The woman who greeted me was very unfriendly and arrogant and dismissed my request. I had to reiterate it emphatically, as I had seen that such seats were available. Then, suddenly, things changed. Afterwards, she stood outside with a colleague, smoking, while the colleague drank beer, and she launched into a tirade against a female colleague who had apparently called in sick. Half of Magdeburg could hear it. There were also employees sitting inside in front of the bar, playing on their phones with their shoes on the bench, talking loudly about personal matters. Our server, Patrick, deserves special mention. He was very friendly, helpful, and hardworking. It would be wonderful if this level of service were standard for all employees of the restaurant.

A very pleasant New Year's Eve in a relaxed atmosphere. We were served by Patrick, who gave us excellent advice and took good care of us; thank you very much for that. Unfortunately, the sourdough rolls weren't quite perfect; the top was rather crumbly, hence the one-star deduction. Otherwise, the burgers and dips were very tasty. The waffles with warm cherries and ice cream are also highly recommended.

Our stopover on the way home took us to Magdeburg. Once there, we were looking for a nice place for lunch. That's when we saw the Peter Pane restaurant. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Patrick, who showed us to our table. We really enjoyed our meal; the lunch specials were fantastic and the food was delicious. The food tasted good, but I've had better burgers. The burger was initially delivered incorrectly. The spicy burger would be better with jalapenos instead of raw red chilies. The kids' menu was a great size. The staff was very friendly!

I really love the service at this restaurant! The waiters are great, and the food is delicious. I've tried many vegetarian burgers, but yours are unbeatable. Plus, there's a special offer until 4:00 PM: you can choose any burger, fries, and a lemonade for just €10—it's incredible! I'm a regular and only go to this restaurant when I'm in Magdeburg. The restaurant scene in Ukraine is very well-developed, and it was important for me to find a place here where I could come with my family! ✨

I'd especially like to commend Peter, who served us. Peter served us with incredible attentiveness, friendliness, and professionalism. You can immediately tell that he doesn't just "do" his job, but lives it. His presence is special, his demeanor charming, confident, and, yes – simply attractive. Someone like that leaves a lasting impression. But what truly impressed me was that I forgot my backpack at the café. Peter noticed, kept it safe, and even contacted me so I could pick it up. That's anything but a given and shows what an honest, responsible, and thoughtful person he is. Peter is a fantastic guy, a person with heart and character. People like him are a real treasure for Magdeburg and its residents. He elevates this café to a whole new level. Honestly, he deserves recognition, respect, and actually much more than he receives. I was served by Patrick, who was very attentive, polite, and kind, even helping me choose my order :-) Even though I can never manage the Peter Pane meal deal (homemade iced tea + burger + fries + frozen yogurt), thanks to his great advice, I still got a better price :-D I'm already looking forward to having lunch with you again soon :-)

I went to Peter Pane with my wife on Monday. I'd only heard good things about it, and I have to say the atmosphere was top-notch, the service was friendly and welcoming, the food and drinks arrived very quickly, and the burgers and sides were also very good. The price was also very reasonable. There aren't many good burger restaurants left, but Peter Pane is one of the few where you can say they serve awesome, fresh burgers. We went to Peter Pane again – unfortunately, the last few times have been a bit of a mixed bag. Upon arrival, we were politely but somewhat impatiently informed that we only had two hours – even though this was already stated in the reservation. It felt a little unnecessary. The ambiance was, as always, cozy and nicely designed, but the seating arrangement could perhaps be reconsidered – it's rare to find such uncomfortable seating. The burgers, fries, and other items were delicious again, and the staff was friendly and attentive – kudos for that! 🍔✨ What I found disappointing, however, was that the after-work menu included beer, but no cola. This was a bit of a letdown for those who don't drink beer. Similarly, the cocktail vs. wine situation – one cocktail counts, but one wine doesn't? 🤔 Perhaps they could be a bit more flexible or adapt in the future. All in all, a lovely evening, but with a few minor things that could be improved. 💛

The food is very tasty, but the portions are disproportionately expensive. We actually wanted to leave right away, as the waiter had given us a time for our meal. When I go out for a delicious meal, especially at these prices, I want to enjoy it and then have dessert and maybe a drink afterward, which we missed after the allotted time.

Best vegan burgers we ever had. The burger lunch offers are greatly made with salads or French fries, beer or lemonade, ice cream or coffee. The staff is really kind and friendly (especially Patrick 😘).

The portions were generous, the food was still warm, and absolutely delicious. The packaging was also very good; everything arrived fresh and neatly. I've always been extremely satisfied with the Peter Pane in Magdeburg – the food and drinks were really great, and I've always enjoyed going there. Unfortunately, our last visit was truly disappointing. The restaurant was almost empty, but the waiter was still completely unfriendly and visibly annoyed. He preferred chatting with his colleague instead of attending to the guests – this was evident at other tables as well. It took almost 40 minutes for our order to even be taken. He stressed and pressured my boyfriend so much that the situation became really uncomfortable. It's a shame, because the food was really good again. But this kind of behavior from the staff can ruin your entire evening. For people who are a bit self-conscious in social situations, this is definitely not a pleasant place. I hope that was just a slip-up – I've always enjoyed going there.
