The burger was absolutely delicious!!

I ordered for the first time and I'm thrilled with the food and the delivery time. You really saved our evening!

Unfortunately, the waitresses are wearing Thor Steinar's sweater. It doesn't really give me that American diner vibe!

Great burgers, homemade with lots of love, and a great owner who still enjoys their place and shows it. We'll be back.

Amazing burgers with great service. The Crush Burger and the Mushroom Burger are super delicious 😋 It's a bit unassuming on a side street, but don't let that fool you. Parking is easy at the Edeka supermarket across the street.

The burgers were medium although this was not requested and still it was dry which was not only due to the meat but also to the relatively large bun, there were a few places that were cooked through but even then the whole thing was simply lacking in taste or salt... and you couldn't notice the double cheese either

We've only ever ordered takeaways and never eaten there, so I can't really judge the ambiance. But the burgers are very good and, in my opinion, the best in Magdeburg!

Best burger joint I've ever been to. The staff are super friendly and the portions are perfectly adequate, which is a major drawback, because I unfortunately couldn't finish another burger 😪 But I'm determined to try them all, because they all look absolutely delicious. Nice, relaxed atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, and two tables were even set up especially for our group (7 people) so that we could all sit together. The burgers and sweet potato fries were great, absolutely delicious and well prepared. What I also thought was great was that we were there with a small child and were immediately asked if there was anything that shouldn't be put on the little one's burger. Super considerate. Ps.: the aioli was so good! 😉 You have to try these. Keep it up and above all keep your great, friendly nature. That's the only reason for my review.

Juicy burger meat and crispy fries could not overcome the feelings of uncleanliness, such as dirty, long-unwashed windows and a grease-stained table. The girls-chefs do their job perfectly, but the establishment has seen better days.

I was visiting Magdeburg today and a very good friend of mine said they have the best burgers in the city. What can I say, my expectations were exceeded, one of the best burgers I've ever eaten. Ambience was great, service was 5 stars+ (cool guy behind the bar), maybe a little more expensive than other burger shops but I would spend the money again for this quality at any time! It's worth it!

When entering the store, the windows at the front and back were already open. It was 2 degrees outside and after a while the owner came up with the idea of ​​opening the door to the shop while we were already sitting there with our jackets. It would make sense to set up a fan or something similar in the area where the food is being fried instead of creating a draft for customers. Furthermore, in such an atmosphere I would have expected a “Du” as a form of address. Even if the greeting was very polite. The fries were nice and crispy.

4 cheeseburgers happa papa, 2 cold 2 warm, no idea why. They tasted good 👍. WILL BE CHECKED AGAIN NEXT TIME

It's a shame, we loved coming here for a long time, but the last visit was probably the last for now! You can hardly see out because of the grease on the windows and the quality of the meat was no longer what we were used to for the price! Too bad!!!

We had to wait for food over half an hour after we ordered. In addition, the air in the shop was absolutely stuffy and it seemed as if the extractor hood wasn't working. The food was more than disappointing. The cheeseburger patty felt unseasoned and the combination of bread, patty, salad and sauce didn't work at all. Not again :/

The cheeseburger is probably one of the best in Saxony-Anhalt. The fries were okay but I think you can still get a lot out of them with spices or double frying etc. Unfortunately the mayonnaise wasn't included. Definitely recommended.

We actually order from you very often and I would like to get a review not about the food but rather from the current staff (on the phone). In a nutshell, they should do another brief on how to talk to customers who simply had a question. It doesn't have to be something so rude and arrogant (even if you're stressed) And if one of your colleagues doesn't pass on certain information, there's nothing you as a customer can do about it 😉 So next time maybe use a sensible tone with customers (who help finance your job) and don't call them liars or indirectly stupid and then it'll be fine 😅 Unfortunately I can't say anything about eating today because I was slightly annoyed after the phone call 😅

I can't comment on the ambience since we had it delivered. The burgers were amazing. The buns are an absolute dream = soft, fluffy and super tasty. The burger didn't slip apart, everything stayed in its place, no sauce ran over my fingers, chin or T-shirt. The meat was absolutely delicious and juicy, it was the mixture of ingredients that made it. Had Blue Magic and Hot Cheezy on the menu. The Ajoli is also super good with the sweet potato fries. We will definitely order again. Great quality at reasonable prices.

Portion size: The portion size was perfect - just the right amount to leave you full and satisfied without feeling overfilled. Burger: The burger was incredibly tasty and juicy, with fresh ingredients and great taste. Although the store is quite small and a little hidden, it impresses with its loving, modern furnishings and impresses with a great overall concept. Definitely worth a visit!

I’m not even joking,super friendly staff members and oh bro the Smokey Cheese burger with the sweet potatoes that I got were amazing! Something that I personally found a big + is that they speak English and I’m now learning the German language but that was a relief! Would recommend absolutely to everyone here in Magdeburg. 🤝🏻

Burgers top. Patties fresh and homemade. They use very good beef for their burgers. Aioli was also homemade and heavenly. The employees are super cool and very nice. Atmosphere was like an American burger joint with good American old school hip hop. We're definitely going there again.

Delicious, juicy patty and caramelized onions for a change! Those with a sweet tooth will get their money's worth here! Unfortunately, the burger was a bit too small overall and only a single pickle had found its way onto my burger. Fries & aioli dip quite good, but less than I expected for the price. I wouldn't pay €10 for this burger again (smokey bacon). Conclusion: OK to try out, I'll look elsewhere next time. I can't say anything about the employees because of delivery. But I'm sure everyone is very nice, as already described in the other reviews :)
