Nice, relaxed atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, and two tables were even set up especially for our group (7 people) so that we could all sit together. Stopped in while passing through due to good Google reviews. The first impression: super friendly people behind the counter, nice atmosphere! The burgers and sweet potato fries were great, absolutely delicious and well prepared. What I also thought was great was that we were there with a small child and were immediately asked if there was anything that shouldn't be put on the little one's burger. Super considerate. Ps.: the aioli was so good! 😉 You have to try these. Keep it up and above all keep your great, friendly nature. That's the only reason for my review.

Juicy burger meat and crispy fries could not overcome the feelings of uncleanliness, such as dirty, long-unwashed windows and a grease-stained table. The girls-chefs do their job perfectly, but the establishment has seen better days.

I was visiting Magdeburg today and a very good friend of mine said they have the best burgers in the city. What can I say, my expectations were exceeded, one of the best burgers I've ever eaten. Ambience was great, service was 5 stars+ (cool guy behind the bar), maybe a little more expensive than other burger shops but I would spend the money again for this quality at any time! It's worth it!

When entering the store, the windows at the front and back were already open. It was 2 degrees outside and after a while the owner came up with the idea of ​​opening the door to the shop while we were already sitting there with our jackets. It would make sense to set up a fan or something similar in the area where the food is being fried instead of creating a draft for customers. Furthermore, in such an atmosphere I would have expected a “Du” as a form of address. Even if the greeting was very polite. The fries were nice and crispy.

4 cheeseburgers happa papa, 2 cold 2 warm, no idea why. They tasted good 👍. WILL BE CHECKED AGAIN NEXT TIME

It's a shame, we loved coming here for a long time, but the last visit was probably the last for now! You can hardly see out because of the grease on the windows and the quality of the meat was no longer what we were used to for the price! Too bad!!!

We had to wait for food over half an hour after we ordered. In addition, the air in the shop was absolutely stuffy and it seemed as if the extractor hood wasn't working. The food was more than disappointing. The cheeseburger patty felt unseasoned and the combination of bread, patty, salad and sauce didn't work at all. Not again :/

The cheeseburger is probably one of the best in Saxony-Anhalt. The fries were okay but I think you can still get a lot out of them with spices or double frying etc. Unfortunately the mayonnaise wasn't included. Definitely recommended.

We actually order from you very often and I would like to get a review not about the food but rather from the current staff (on the phone). In a nutshell, they should do another brief on how to talk to customers who simply had a question. It doesn't have to be something so rude and arrogant (even if you're stressed) And if one of your colleagues doesn't pass on certain information, there's nothing you as a customer can do about it 😉 So next time maybe use a sensible tone with customers (who help finance your job) and don't call them liars or indirectly stupid and then it'll be fine 😅 Unfortunately I can't say anything about eating today because I was slightly annoyed after the phone call 😅

I can't comment on the ambience since we had it delivered. The burgers were amazing. The buns are an absolute dream = soft, fluffy and super tasty. The burger didn't slip apart, everything stayed in its place, no sauce ran over my fingers, chin or T-shirt. The meat was absolutely delicious and juicy, it was the mixture of ingredients that made it. Had Blue Magic and Hot Cheezy on the menu. The Ajoli is also super good with the sweet potato fries. We will definitely order again. Great quality at reasonable prices.

I’m not even joking,super friendly staff members and oh bro the Smokey Cheese burger with the sweet potatoes that I got were amazing! Something that I personally found a big + is that they speak English and I’m now learning the German language but that was a relief! Would recommend absolutely to everyone here in Magdeburg. 🤝🏻

Burger Crush really excited me today! Service: The service was extremely friendly and in a good mood. It was refreshing to see such dedicated staff who clearly enjoyed working with customers. Fries: The fries were nice and crunchy and the sauces were excellent, especially the barbecue and honey mustard sauce – a real highlight. Portion size: The portion size was perfect - just the right amount to leave you full and satisfied without feeling overfilled. Burger: The burger was incredibly tasty and juicy, with fresh ingredients and great taste. Although the store is quite small and a little hidden, it impresses with its loving, modern furnishings and impresses with a great overall concept. Definitely worth a visit!

Burgers top. Patties fresh and homemade. They use very good beef for their burgers. Aioli was also homemade and heavenly. The employees are super cool and very nice. Atmosphere was like an American burger joint with good American old school hip hop. We're definitely going there again.

Delicious, juicy patty and caramelized onions for a change! Those with a sweet tooth will get their money's worth here! Unfortunately, the burger was a bit too small overall and only a single pickle had found its way onto my burger. Fries & aioli dip quite good, but less than I expected for the price. I wouldn't pay €10 for this burger again (smokey bacon). Conclusion: OK to try out, I'll look elsewhere next time. I can't say anything about the employees because of delivery. But I'm sure everyone is very nice, as already described in the other reviews :)

Wir sind über den Schlemmerblock auf Burger Crush aufmerksam geworden. Es ist ein kleiner Laden mit sehr netten Mitarbeitern. Es lädt nicht gerade zum verweilen ein da es dort sehr kalt war und es hat mega doll nach Fett gerochen. Wir haben unsere Burger dann mitgenommen.

Pommes waren lecker. Burger waren frisch und schmackhaft aber etwas klein. Im Lokal war ein sehr starker Fettdunst und ein starker Geruch. Hier sehe ich Potential. Ansonsten wäre heizen im Winter eine gute Idee.

Die Qualität der Burger steht bei dem Koch sehr weit oben. Die Burger Patties werden jeden Tag selbst gemacht und das merkt man auch beim Geschmack. Wir werden definitiv öfter hier essen gehen/bestellen.

Zwei richtig leckere frische Burger sowohl die vegetarische Variante als auch der Fleisch Burger haben uns richtig gut geschmeckt. Tolle Leute welche sehr freundlich und lustig drauf sind. Süßkartoffel Pommes waren auch top.
