By far the worst burger I've ever eaten. The patty is frozen and dry. The brioche bun is also hard, thick, and dry. The cheese is rubbery. The only thing fresh on the burger was the lettuce. This was my first and last order.

The burger was cold! The cheese wasn't melted either. I ordered something for pickup today. Unfortunately, none of the four employees there spoke proper German and couldn't understand me at all (I wanted a complete menu with all the ingredients and complained that I'd ordered a different dip – they just threw a packet of mayo at me).

I've ordered food from here several times and have always been very satisfied... Yesterday I ordered a burger with rotten lettuce on it. Luckily, I saw in the package that something was wrong and took a few leaves off. That probably saved me last night. About four hours after eating, I got severe stomach pains, and my stomach wouldn't settle. I was awake almost all night because I was so nauseous... Only by taking a double dose of Vomex and removing some lettuce from the burger did I avoid throwing up... Please pay a little attention to the shelf life of your food and don't make your customers sick :/

I've ordered from here several times. Occasionally, I've noticed a few things (e.g., two burger patties instead of the Angus beef I ordered). Last night, however, was really bad; the crunchy chicken burger had some rotten lettuce on it. This morning, at 5 a.m., I woke up with extreme stomach cramps and vomited three times. Now, 6-7 hours later, everything's fine again—classic food poisoning. That was probably my last order there.

I ordered the crusty chicken burger and was not disappointed. I have to admit, the burger was really delicious. Everything tasted good, and I also thought the brioche bun was perfect. I definitely recommend it. 10/10

Cold burger, unmelted cheese, wrong bread! Never again! The expectation that food will be delivered warm and that the order will be correctly executed shouldn't be a matter of luck! Simply embarrassing for this company.

The Chicky Chick Patty felt black and the iceberg was very old and brown. the tomatoes were banana. Fries were broken and cold some were even black. The only good thing was that the driver was there quickly. Quality has nothing to do with this

Unfortunately I was delivered the wrong sauces on one of 2 burgers. One of the burgers was dismantled and everything was smeared with sauce. The shop is only 4 minutes away from me by car or e-bike and yet the burgers were no longer warm. Driver very friendly and nice. Wouldn't order again.

For this short route and for 16 EUR my meal was a complete disaster the tomatoes were forgotten if there were any on there I didn't see them the food was cold the citizen was lame the fries were cold and not through I then complained about this food and should I received a voucher for 9 EUR that I can't see in my emails yet. The contact when I complained was very nice but that's it. I'll never order again for 16 EUR. I'll eat at a Greek restaurant

So I ordered for the first time today, otherwise I usually always go straight to the branches there and I have to be honest, people, you are nice on the phone but you can't cook. My fries are limp and not because they were cold. The citizen only insists from majonese I had ordered tomatoes, I didn't get them, yes the soda tastes great, thank you very much. I ordered there for the first time today and despite the very short distance of 8 minutes by car, the food arrived ice cold. No idea how something like this can happen? The taste was okay but the bread was very hard and not really convincing. I definitely won't order there again and I can't recommend it to anyone else.

With Uber's 2 for 1 offer, it's reasonable value for money. In terms of taste, it's a pinch above BK or Mäcces. Maybe the “free extras” would make a difference. But these have been categorically ignored and not included in 3 orders so far. Then don't even offer something like that...

The quality has deteriorated significantly over the past year. Delivery is always quick and the food was always delivered warm. However, the price has gone up and the taste of the Big Angus meat has gone down at the same time. It doesn't taste that special anymore. At first I thought we had gotten used to the Angus taste, but when we ordered from Niendorfer Filliale last year, we were totally surprised at how good Big Angus burgers actually taste. The suppliers are not always that friendly either. The last one didn't say hello or goodbye. Under his hood he avoided eye contact the whole time and when he was “handed over” the empty fries packaging was hanging between the handle and his finger at half past eight. Apparently the package was dumped in the bag. There's no plan for something like this to happen, but it can happen. But unfortunately it fits with the overall picture. I'm really disappointed with the Horner location.

Both fries, chicken fingers and chicken nuggets were too soft, no longer crispy and burnt black. So disappointed!!!

This was by far the worst food delivery I have ever received. Apart from the fact that the order wasn't complete (1x fries were missing), everything was stone cold. The burgers were so inedible that after two bites we decided not to eat the rest. I can only advise against ordering from Burgerme.

Just ordered the 2 for 1 offer via uber eats. 2 bacon ranch. They were cold and the delicious melted cheese wasn't even remotely deformed. Order came quickly. It's also well seasoned. A 5 star review if the food had been warm

Placed a larger order including a vegan burger. A burger with chicken was delivered :-(. Wrong delivery was complained about - no new burger was delivered, it was a statement against a statement. A 9 euro voucher was promised, which has not arrived to date. That's it for me, I won't be ordering there again.

Haben drei Burger dort bestellt. Alle waren warm und lecker. Von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung hat es keine 24min gebraucht, sehr vorbildlich, kenn ich definitiv anders.

Ein absolut inakzeptabler Service! Online konnte man keine Zutaten entfernen, also haben wir direkt angerufen. Unsere Bestellung kam trotzdem falsch. Der mitarbeiter am Telefon beschuldigte uns und war unhöflich. Er versprach aber den Fehler zu korrigieren und uns einen neuen burger zu liefern. Nach einer Stunde kamm der neue burger aber immer noch nicht. Nach erneutem Anruf wurden wir einfach ignoriert und sollten bei der Beschwerde Hotline anrufen obwohl die nicht mehr besetzt war. Absolute Frechheit! Hier werde ich nie wieder bestellen!

Super Lieferservice, erstklassiges Essen.

Habe bisher gute Erfahrungen mit Burgerme gemacht, aber in diesem Laden wird das Essen schlecht zubereitet es schmeckt einfach nicht Diese Bewertung ist nicht an Burgerme sondern für dieses Restaurant bitte verbessert euch

Preise sind okay, Essen schmeckt aber überhaupt nicht und weicht sehr stark vom Lieferando Produktbild ab

Die Lieferung war top. Nach knapp 30min war das Essen da. Die Burger (Italian Burger und Big Angus Steakhouse Burger) waren sehr lecker. Allerdings waren die Süßkartoffelpommes etwas lapprig und könnten ruhig krosser sein.

Immer top und super schnell. Pommes sind immer kross und frisch. Danke für alles.

Für 10,07 bekommt man einen Hamburger, Pommes und ne Cola. Sehr frisch und freundlich Super laden gutes Essen 5 Sterne Essen 5 Sterne Service 5 Sterne Ambiente 2 Sterne Insgesamt 12 Sterne Super Essen 👍

Die Lieferung erfolgte sehr schnell, leider stimmte aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Der bezahlte extra Käse auf einem Burger fehlte, das vegetarische Patty war gerade einmal halb so groß wie das Bun und die Süßkartoffel-Pommes konnten geschmacklich gar nicht überzeugen. Mit 36 Euro für 2 Burger und 2 Beilagen aber ein recht stolzer Preis.

Haben heute seit langer Zeit wieder mal bei Burgerme bestellt und ich muss sagen die Burger waren echt super lecker. Da hat sich wirklich viel getan in den letzten zwei drei Jahren. Wir werden bestimmt wieder mal bestellen.

Dritte Bestellung, drittes mal mehr als zufrieden! Sehr leckere frische Produkte, vom Brötchen (locker aber doch fest), übers Fleisch bis hin zum Salat, denn gurken, Zwiebeln und die Soßen! Die Pommes sind immer heiß und Frisch. Gute Verpackung und sehr nette Fahrer! Update, 09.04.2019: Ein kleines Manko hat sowohl die app als auch die wWebsit, da man nicht via PayPal bestellen kann, habe dann über Lieferando bestellt. Und bin wie immer zufrieden. Treuer Burger Mein Kunde seit es ihn hier in Horn gibt. Die Auswahl an Burgern ist immer Klasse und schmecken tuen sie auch! Die Preise sind etwas gestiegen aber man wird immer satt und die belegten Semmel schmecken definitiv besser als die Fladden von McDoof und co. Liebe Grüße euer Peter

Schnelle Lieferung und Burger so wie beschrieben

Schnell und lecker. Mehr muss man eigentlich nicht sagen. Das Menü langt vollkommen um satt zu werden. Burger Auswahl ist vorhanden und schmackhaft ist es. Lieferung innerhalb 30 min, sogar ab und zu schneller. Anmerkungen wurden immer beachtet. Preis/Leistung ist schon gut so wie es ist. Nichts zu bemängeln!

Leider waren die Burger - bereits zum 2ten Mal - eher laukalt als lauwarm. Deshalb in nächster Zeit von mir keine Bestellung mehr. Kälte Platten können andere besser, Bürger vermutlich auch.

Wir hatten 3 verschiedene Burger. Alles sehr gut. Die Pommes waren OK. Wir haben alles im Ofen noch mal aufgewärmt. Hat der Qualität keinen Abbruch getan. Generell etwas teurer als die Mitbewerber

Super lecker, pünktlich, Preis voll in Ordnung!

Haben nach einer kleinen Stadttour spontan bestellt und ich gebe 5 Sterne aufgrund des wirklich angenehmen und sympathischen Service am Telefon, den schmackhaften Burgern, trotz leicht weicher Pommes (passiert halt bei Lieferung) und einfach coolen Leuten im Team. Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt und wir konnten das Essen absolut genießen 👍 Vielen Dank 🏴‍☠️

Super Burger. Besonders der Bacon and Egg Burger ist Weltklasse. Super lecker auch die 15 Fingerfoodbox , kann man wählen oder mischen aus frittierten Zwiebelringen, Chicken Nuggets oder Chicken Wings.

Vom Geschmack 5 Sterne. Leider hat jemand den einen Burger falsch belegt, was wir erst Zuhause festgestellt haben. Dennoch 5 Sterne, denn jeden kann mal ein Fehler unterlaufen. Wir bestellen auf jeden Fall wieder !

Leider echt nachgelassen! Burger kommen entweder kalt oder lauwarm an, absurd viel Ketchup und ein Berg Zwiebeln auf dem Cheeseburger. Vielleicht lieber etwas mehr Zeit in die Zubereitung investieren als 20 Minuten nach Bestellung zu liefern..

Das Essen ist lauwarm bis kalt gekommen. Nach Aussage des Fahrers war er zur falschen Adresse gefahren, weil er falsch gelesen hat und fand das offensichtlich auch lustig. Ich denke die Fahrer sollten in der Lage sein richtig zu lesen. Der Burger selbst war nicht ganz durch. Vom Geschmack okay.

3 mal bestellt, nicht einmal enttäuscht. Lieferzeit zwischen 15 bis 30 Minuten. Wirklich sehr lecker, selbst gemachte Patties wären noch ein Stück besser, aber Preis-Leistung stimmt.

Ein Burger für zwischendurch schmeckt ganz gut aber bei Zustellung sind die Burger immer kalt! Mit 1 Burger wird man auch nicht satt obwohl der so groß ist. Die pattys sind klein und rund aber das Brot viel gròßer und beim zubeißen kommt auch mal was auf den Teller. Preise sind so ok nicht gerade günstig und dazu kommt noch Lieferkosten von 2€ also Trinkgeld ist nicht mehr drin von mir aus. Fazit: Meiner Meinung nach nicht der beste Burger aber schmeckt an sich ganz gut.
