Stylish place to enjoy burgers and drinks

Unfortunately the burger was anything but tasty. It didn't taste like anything. I felt really bad afterwards. To charge €1.50 extra for a few chips (there were maybe 10 of them) is outrageous! The fries were not salted.

The food was very good and so was the waiter Birender👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

If you are traveling in Hamburg and are hungry for burgers etc. Come on, off to Peter Pane. Bypass the Golden Seagull and the King and go to Peter Pane instead! The food is super delicious. The portions are sufficient and the staff is very friendly. The homemade sauces are amazing!

We are very satisfied with the service and offerings at Peter Pane. The lunch menu is completely fine and we were very full afterwards. The toilets are clean and modern. And the burgers are super tasty.

Delicious burgers, with various patties, sauces, side dishes. Burgers in children's portions, low carb without patty or as a vegetarian version are also available. Pair it with a beer or red wine or a homemade lemonade, all very tasty. Overall, easily accessible from the Stadthausbrücke or Bleichenbrücke. In summer also with a covered outdoor terrace.

The burger, drinks and the recommended dessert were very tasty. Service was super nice and we didn't have to wait long for our food. Reserved a table half an hour in advance on a Friday and didn't wait a minute. As with any Peter Pane, the ambience is good, but it is very noisy when all the tables are occupied.

Food was tasty, but priced quite high for the size (in my opinion). Service was very good and committed, although there is also the option of ordering food without a waiter. Overall nice experience, although the seats and tables were a bit small.

We had a wonderful evening, Birender fulfilled our every wish and gave us incredible advice, and the food he recommended to us was fantastic. He's also incredibly good-looking and I would give him my daughter if she wasn't already taken, which is a shame :(. He's made my life a little better.

Very family friendly attitude of service. Children's menus lovingly prepared, presented to a high standard and good prices. Great ambience, especially light, sense of space and music. Toilets are super clean, you can hear the Peter Pan story.

You then wait a relatively long time for your food, so it's not recommended for your lunch break. Burgers themselves are ok, prices are rather high. There are much better places for burgers in the city

I usually go to Peter Pane once a week at lunchtime for the “Peter’s break” - the perfect portion consisting of a burger and small fries, plus a thirst quencher and for a total price of €10, simply unbeatable! The service is great, I now know most of the staff and usually don't have to wait for a table or for the order. Rohit in particular is super attentive and professional. ☺️

Very nice location in Hamburg. The food was extremely tasty, unfortunately the plate was a bit too small for the large portion of fries, so they were often a bit too small. Despite the short stay, the waitress (Singh) was with us and served us very friendly at all times.

Not recommended for lunch if you don't have much time. The food is really tasty, but if you come at lunchtime and don't have much time during your lunch break, it's super annoying when the staff would rather relax and drink a juice than bring people to the table. The store really wasn't full. I don't think waiting 4-5 minutes until you're seated is acceptable at lunchtime.

This Peter Pane is very cramped, the service was lousy, the staff was annoyed, but repeatedly pointed out tips when billing, unfortunately the food took an extremely long time and was not of the same quality as we know from other branches...it's a shame !

Food was good, unfortunately the service was very poor. They threw away my girlfriend's leftover food after we specifically asked to pack it up (burger wasn't even 1/4 eaten yet). As compensation we would be offered a limp ice cream (not possible for us due to time constraints). When we asked about a discount on the food, we were told no. After we wanted to pay, the device didn't work properly and we had to pay a second time. No refund has been made yet. Accordingly, no more than one star is possible. Too bad because of the good food! Unfortunately I can't recommend it!

We were ripped off with the lunch menu offer, it seems to be cheap, but the menu is misleading... we specifically asked if a citizen of your choice was actually included... the answer was mut ha... I then had to shell out 25 euros for 1 citizen, plus 8.90 for lunch (0.3 beer with fries) Meat guaranteed frozen food, dead cooked and no taste for supposed Angus… sorry, I will never enter a shop like that again and won't recommend it either, hope the staff feels happy cheating customers every day…

Even if it's a chain - for me they have the best sweet potato fries (with truffle mayo) ever! A must for me every time I visit. Crispy and tastes great! The waitresses are always friendly and helpful and the burgers are delicious too! The cocktails are delicious and the menu prices are reasonable. Also suitable for smaller celebrations. I always look forward to visiting there. In summer you can sit on the terrace and look at the water, the inner courtyard is cozy.

At Peter Pane you only eat one thing: Nacho Macho. Delicious, filling and always a guarantee 😍

Cost and Food Quality: BAD! I ordered an Angus meat patty burger, but the meat it was 100% previously frozen and didn't taste that good, it was hard. The fries were mushy and not crunchy at all, and had a poor consistency. The sauces tasted very artificial. Considering the high price, you can definitely get a real burger in Hamburg for that amount! Service: The staff that served me probably didn't speak good German and brought me the wrong burger, which was €2/3 more expensive than what I ordered. I accepted it to avoid wasting food, but they preferred to trash the wrong burger and make a new one, cuz of the price difference. This caused an additional wait time, and my friend had already finished eating by the time my burger arrived. The service is lacking when it comes to packing orders. Atmosphere and Location: The only positive aspect was the atmosphere and the location.

There is thought in every corner (no room for decoration), like in a fairy tale. In this restoran every space for a table was used. Lots of people. Roof of reticulated wood. Water view. Nice for family, young people, lovers and alone. Nice employees. Not that expensive. Perfect for vegans. Interesting menu. 👏🧚‍♀️🍽😋🍹
