This restaurant is very beautiful ~ the service is also very good, warm and thoughtful, and the burgers are also very tempting ~ come to Germany 🇩🇪 eat a burger 🍔 and have a glass of German beer ~ great 👍

We, 4 people, had just sat down at the assigned table when we were asked to get up and sit outside (cold!) or they couldn't offer us a table at the moment. Two colleagues had probably not coordinated in advance and both gave away the table. We were then reprimanded for not recognizing this situation independently. We then went and ate at the competition. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot recommend this restaurant. Of course we can't say anything about the kitchen etc.

Had a relaxing evening this evening and the food was without complaint and very tasty. My girlfriend and I have come several times and so far we haven't been disappointed. Full marks from me.

We had dinner together and at first the visit was quite good. Everyone was happy with the food, but the service left something to be desired. We waited most of our stay and that is time you can never get back. Too bad

Waited an incredibly long time for the waitress. Food was ok

Just bad. You order an extra lunch break but are charged the lunch menu. Paid almost €30 more. I clearly mentioned the word PAUSE twice again. There is nothing other than a cheap “sorry”. I will avoid Peter Pane in the future and recommend this to friends and family. This is how you get rid of customers. You're welcome to keep it up!

Update: I gave you a second chance today and pre-ordered. I didn't see the waiter who I asked about the order for over 10 minutes afterwards. I ended up having to call you guys to get noticed. The friendly waitress then told me that pre-orders are only prepared when the customer wants to pick them up. Then of course they can never be finished on time. Food is good, lots of vegetarian options and surprisingly tasty salad. However, you are left waiting at the entrance for an extremely long time. I had pre-ordered 1.5 hours ago, came by at the agreed time and have been standing around for 20 minutes now. Other guests were not greeted at all and then left the store.

Great location, a large and very interesting selection of drinks and food, nice staff. There's a radio play playing in the toilets, Peter Pan of course. Highly recommended. Everything was super delicious!

Stylish place to enjoy burgers and drinks

Unfortunately the burger was anything but tasty. It didn't taste like anything. I felt really bad afterwards. To charge €1.50 extra for a few chips (there were maybe 10 of them) is outrageous! The fries were not salted.

If you are traveling in Hamburg and are hungry for burgers etc. Come on, off to Peter Pane. Bypass the Golden Seagull and the King and go to Peter Pane instead! The food is super delicious. The portions are sufficient and the staff is very friendly. The homemade sauces are amazing!

We are very satisfied with the service and offerings at Peter Pane. The lunch menu is completely fine and we were very full afterwards. The toilets are clean and modern. And the burgers are super tasty.

Very pleasant atmosphere, excellent food and great quality. Vegan options too. We have visited the restaurant in other cities in Germany and always with the same quality. I highly recommend it!

Food was tasty, but priced quite high for the size (in my opinion). Service was very good and committed, although there is also the option of ordering food without a waiter. Overall nice experience, although the seats and tables were a bit small.

The burger, drinks and the recommended dessert were very tasty. Service was super nice and we didn't have to wait long for our food. Reserved a table half an hour in advance on a Friday and didn't wait a minute. As with any Peter Pane, the ambience is good, but it is very noisy when all the tables are occupied.

Delicious burgers, with various patties, sauces, side dishes. Burgers in children's portions, low carb without patty or as a vegetarian version are also available. Pair it with a beer or red wine or a homemade lemonade, all very tasty. Overall, easily accessible from the Stadthausbrücke or Bleichenbrücke. In summer also with a covered outdoor terrace.

The restaurant was completely overwhelmed with a relatively high number of guests. We waited an hour for our food.

It can get very busy, but we were served very nicely - great staff.

We had a wonderful evening, Birender fulfilled our every wish and gave us incredible advice, and the food he recommended to us was fantastic. He's also incredibly good-looking and I would give him my daughter if she wasn't already taken, which is a shame :(. He's made my life a little better.

Very family friendly attitude of service. Children's menus lovingly prepared, presented to a high standard and good prices. Great ambience, especially light, sense of space and music. Toilets are super clean, you can hear the Peter Pan story.

we had a really lovely time in peter pane. the food was delicious and delivered quickly, but my favourite thing about the restaurant was the workers!! Nina and Emma were so kind, sunny and always smiling <3 what a pleasure to spend time in such a cozy place.

What I liked the most was the wonderful staff — waitresses Emma and Nina made our burger experience even better. The atmosphere is so inviting that you don’t want to leave!

I usually go to Peter Pane once a week at lunchtime for the “Peter’s break” - the perfect portion consisting of a burger and small fries, plus a thirst quencher and for a total price of €10, simply unbeatable! The service is great, I now know most of the staff and usually don't have to wait for a table or for the order. Rohit in particular is super attentive and professional. ☺️

Very nice location in Hamburg. The food was extremely tasty, unfortunately the plate was a bit too small for the large portion of fries, so they were often a bit too small. Despite the short stay, the waitress (Singh) was with us and served us very friendly at all times.

Not recommended for lunch if you don't have much time. The food is really tasty, but if you come at lunchtime and don't have much time during your lunch break, it's super annoying when the staff would rather relax and drink a juice than bring people to the table. The store really wasn't full. I don't think waiting 4-5 minutes until you're seated is acceptable at lunchtime.

This Peter Pane is very cramped, the service was lousy, the staff was annoyed, but repeatedly pointed out tips when billing, unfortunately the food took an extremely long time and was not of the same quality as we know from other branches...it's a shame !
