For me, Peter Pane has long been a solid burger restaurant, even if you get a little more for the prices at other burger places. Furthermore, this is by far the nicest Peter Pane in terms of ambience. The burgers are creatively put together and the cocktails are refreshing. The service is extremely courteous. It's worth making a reservation in advance if you're going there in the evening.

A little feel-good during your lunch break never hurts. Accordingly, I enjoyed the great, courteous service and also the lunch menu. Sitting on the terrace in the beautiful sunshine and enjoying delicious food and drinks - I really get my money's worth at Peter Pane. Rohit provided the best service ever and with passion. Top! The only question: Why don’t I have lunch at “Peter’s” more often? ;)

Nini is a good service person, always on the go and always friendly and mostly smiling, the food and the prices are good 👍 the view is great. The only thing I would like from the open bar is that the bar wasn't so full and clean .

Taste was good however prices were high when you buy the burger as a menu. Even the restaurant had nearly no guests, they requested to change our table to smaller one. This was also a bit interesting.

We went to Peter Pane for lunch for the first time. We felt very comfortable, especially because the team was noticeably friendly and in a good mood! There was a “Hello” and “Welcome” from everyone, something that rarely happens in restaurants in the city center. The food was great, the lunch offering was of the same quality as usual but at a great price! Thank you and definitely keep it up, we'll be back!

It was the best burger I've ever eaten, really tasty. And since we were Pia's last customers, she surprised us with a little something, which was really friendly. Great atmosphere in itself, but I found the music a bit too loud and the chairs/benches could be a bit more comfortable, hence the two stars deducted for ambience. Kind regards to Pia :)

Arrived here very late after your friends concert. After a brief consideration, we were seated with four adults and three children. They weren't the best seats, but we were glad we were allowed to stay without a reservation. The food was quite good. The nachos might be a little small, but tasty. By the way, we met Felix Magath in the restaurant, which is not an everyday occurrence for us. 😉 The waiters were on the ball and friendly. Always my pleasure.

Service was lovely and the location is excellent overlooking a canal. The burgers were very nice, I had a beef burger and my wife had a vegan burger which she loved. The waitress went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and well served.

It was my first time in a PeterPan and I was a bit skeptical beforehand as it is a large restaurant chain. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Burger tasted great and was large, and there was also a large portion of fries. Everything great.

You will be picked up at reception by friendly staff and accompanied to your table. The employees behave extremely charmingly towards the guests! The service is commendable! Prices for the tasty dishes are more than customer-friendly! Enjoy it <3 , and please compliment the waiters for their efforts ;*!

The food was great and we were even allowed to move around spontaneously because unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate. But Timur was super accommodating and sweet. Gladly again!☺️

Natalia was an excellent waitress during our visit. From the beginning she was extremely attentive and friendly. She took the time to explain the menu to us in detail and helped with the selection of food and drinks with great expertise. What was particularly impressive was her ability to take time for each table, even in a full restaurant, without seeming stressed. The orders were served quickly and correctly, and Natalia regularly asked if everything was to our satisfaction. She radiated a warm and positive energy throughout which made the evening even more enjoyable. Her interaction with the guests seemed professional and warm at the same time, which created a great atmosphere. I felt very comfortable and would be happy to be served by Natalia again on my next visit. :) :)

I was there with my friend, I always enjoy going to Peter Pane, but unfortunately everything is getting more expensive, including Peter Pane 🥲. But the food was great as always, the only thing I have to complain about here is that unfortunately smoking is allowed outside. I like to enjoy my burger without smoke, thank you, but otherwise everything was great

Excellent place, where you can find tasty burgers with good ingredients. Try the mango-curry sauce, really tasty, with the chips.

We were greeted very friendly and were given a table promptly. The burgers were very good, the cocktails too. Very nice and quick service.

I would give zero if I could!! The food was literally terrible. As you can see in the picture, beef patty quality was very low, on the level of McDonald’s quality, maybe 20% beef and the rest are crap. That’s why it tasted a lot of garlic and spices too. Patty was thin and very dry as can be seen. Some part of lettuce inside the burger was rotten. It was a grilled Mushroom burger and as can be seen in photo there were only 3 mushrooms. I asked if it’s possible to change truffle cream with some chilli cream and first he said yes but later he realised it’s not possible which is fine. He however suggested to have jalapeños inside which seems reasonable. At the end I noticed they charged me for it! The portion was small, I was not very hungry and I was there for lunch but after my visit I still feel hungry and guilty for having such a crappy meal. The service was very slow, for ordering, receiving order and payment. I would never go back and I would also alert my friends not to do so!

Very nicely located on a river with cozy lighting and a great ambience. The service was very friendly and attentive! It was very busy on a Saturday late afternoon but still didn't seem crowded. The food was good except for the sweet potato fries...for me they could have been crispier :-/ would go again! :-)

I had a chicken burger with french fries. I really enjoyed the food and the staff was extremely nice (especially Hilary) The nutritional values ​​are excellent and the ingredients are very fresh. I can only recommend eating here. I'm here with my class for the final trip and had a very nice day.

In this beautiful and yet quite inconspicuous Peter Pane, especially thanks to Hiary and the other employees, there was a professional and highly competent as well as very friendly approach, this shop was definitely able to convince me. The food is wonderful and is made even more appetizing by the beautiful ambience with lots of greenery. This shop is definitely worth a visit.

Were here on Sunday evening with two people. We got a premium spot on the balcony with a great view without waiting. It's a bit drafty there, so think about a jacket or sweater. There was 1 children's menu to eat which only cost 5.90 on Sunday evening! Includes burger, side dish, drink and dessert. And the burger is normal size! Not a child size. So really mega. The adult meal was also a burger and a wheat I found the prices to be fair. The waitresses were really very friendly and relaxed. I can't judge what other Peter Panes are like, but this one seemed very organized and so simply great.

Today we went to Peter Pan in downtown Hamburg and had a really nice evening. The atmosphere is relaxed and the burgers are really great. No frills, just really well made. The selection is large and there is something for everyone. The service was also friendly and quick. Overall, really recommended, we would love to come back. Deserved five stars!

Unfortunately a complete failure of a burger shop, totally overpriced. The lunch menu is definitely not worth €20. There was also a significantly cheaper menu, which was NOT presented to us by the waitress and was not visible outside. That was my first and last visit.

Everyone knows Peter Pane, but there are still differences. But here I have to say EVERYTHING is true! The food and drinks came very quickly. I had a special drink with Gönergy and the Hüttenfreude Burger. The combination was very good and the quality was also impeccable. The service was very, very nice and open, as well as friendly. You were well looked after and the atmosphere was very cozy and chilled. We sat inside on a fairly warm evening and the entire window front was opened, creating a great atmosphere.

Super tasty vegetarian burgers, nice and quick service, nice ambience, that's how it should be. Not cheap, but worth it.
