Fast delivery, hot food and really tasty burgers 🍔

Friendly and attentive staff. The food was served quickly, and the burgers were delicious and well-filled. The sides, like fries, were also delicious. The restaurant is clean and cozy, making you feel right at home. And the background music is good. Overall, a pleasant experience; I'd be happy to come back! 👍

I'd love to give it 0 stars. This service is an absolute disaster – unfriendly, slow, and completely incompetent. I've never experienced anything so brazen. Never again! Disastrous customer service – absolutely useless! It's unbelievable what they're selling as "support" here! I call because I have a problem with my order, and the employee simply tells me they don't even have the number of the franchise I ordered from? What kind of customer service is that? Add to that this unprofessional, direct, informal address – it's unacceptable! If your support offers no help at all, then just skip the hotline. A complete waste of time!!

I ordered a Double Big Angus there. You can definitely taste the unhygienic kitchen work. I vomited in the middle of the night. Thanks for nothing. Not German quality!

I can't believe they have 1,000 names on Lieferando. I've ordered from several restaurants, and there were always errors in the order—and it turns out they all came from the same source. I don't know if this is legal or a scam.

You can eat there, have it delivered, or even go in and order things to take away. Communication is so-so; you can't really understand the staff when they're explaining something, but otherwise the food is great.

I ordered two New Yorkers. I got rather bland, lukewarm burgers... cheap frozen patties, a not very appetizing-looking salad, and just pretty bland and boring. Two hours later, my stomach threw them both up again; not a pleasant experience.

Delivery went well, no problems with pickup either.

Burgers were delivered completely cold and inedible after about 1 hour and 20 minutes. When I complained, they tried to stamp me with a €5 voucher, although the goods had a much higher value. After a comment it was 10€ and when asked further the whole purchase price was included. After several contacts, I was then sent to Lieferando. Extremely poor customer service and they don't care about customer satisfaction. Never burgers again.

We enjoyed ordering there often and often. However, our last order was so disgusting. It took a long time & there was a dark black hair in the burger! It was passed on & nothing happened, no answer, no apology. Customer service - bottomless!!!!

The food is always super delicious! Individual requests are taken into account and it always arrives exactly as ordered (e.g. without onions). Delivery time is approximately 30 minutes. The price performance ratio is very good.

Unfortunately our order went completely wrong... bad luck and quite expensive fun. Update to save your honor: the last few times it was great again and this time too everything tasted good. Promotions also make it affordable.

Very good and inexpensive burger shop

Very tasty, but also extremely, almost outrageously expensive.

This was the first and last time we had food delivered to us by burgerme. Delivery is advertised as taking 25 minutes, but it took 45 minutes. This is probably "common", but still a promise not kept. Unfortunately the delivery was incomplete and the fries were unfortunately soggy. The burgers themselves were quite tasty! There is a hotline where you can call if you have any problems - so far, so good. It said "no problem, we'll deliver...". That took another 60 minutes... What a shame!

Very tasty, fresh ingredients, fast delivery

Nothing extraordinary but okay for the price. Marshmallows are hidden away, delivery service is ok so far.

It's a shame... The store used to be good, but unfortunately it has gone down a lot. We ordered burgers in the hospital last week (after our son was born) and were really looking forward to it. Then the delivery came: drinks and dips (aioli, guacamole, vegan mayo) were missing, but they were on the order confirmation and we had also paid for them. The driver drove back to the store, then came back and brought the drinks, but the dips weren't there again, instead there was ketchup, which we didn't want at all, and a cookie in foil, but the best before stamp was missing... who knows how old that was. The fries and sweet potato fries were totally soggy and now cold, as if they had been sitting in the store all day. 40€ for 2 burgers plus Coke plus old fries without dips... What a shame. That was the last time for us.

Die ersten 2x war alles supi, danach zu lange gewartet und kaltes Essen. Am Wochenende bestelle ich da nicht mehr.

Burger ok, ging flott.( anrufen u selber abholen) Preise so naja, sonst lecker.😋

Das Essen wurde schnell und heiß geliefert. Sehr lecker war es oben drein. Gerne wieder.

UPDATE: haben heute, 12.04.2023 wieder mal bestellt und sind super zufrieden! Wie immer schnelle Lieferung, freundlicher Fahrer und natürlich lecker! Super schnelle Lieferung und das Essen war Top! Den Quinoa Veggie Burger kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Lief bisher immer reibungslos ab. Essen kommt warm an. Burger schmecken. Pommes gut. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Gute Burger und Pommes alles soweit ok

Lieferung war pünktlich, frisch zubereitet. Ein Sterneabzug, da die Burger nicht mehr heiß waren :-(

Haben 3 Buger bestellt, jeweils mit allen Brotvariationen und einer von den 3eien vegan. Alles war in ca. 30min da, was wir zeitlich gut finden. Alle Burger haben uns beeindruckt. Unser Favorit unter den Broten war das Ciabattabrot. Die Patties sind saftig und lecker. Die Dicke der Patties ist ganz normal. Der Fahrer war nett. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns außerdem, dass die Fotos beim Bestellen original von den Produkten waren also keine gefake Vorstellungen. Einziges kleines wirklich nur kleines Manko waren die Pommes. Diese (weil die wohl erst nach dem Burger essen gegessen wurden) waren bisschen zu trocken oder gummiartig. Wir würden hier ziemlich sicher nochmal bestellen!! Fotos folgen beim nächsten Mal.

Zum zweiten Mal haben wir nun dort bestellt und es ist einfach Klasse. Sehr einfache online Bestellung. Die Lieferung erfolgt sehr schnell oder exakt zum gewünschten Zeitpunkt. Das Essen ist absolut frische zubereitet und sehr schmackhaft. Sicher werden wir hier wieder bestellen.

Hält sich qualitativ und geschmacklich im Rahmen. Preislich sind die Bürger zu klein. Alles drum herum wie Lieferung und Wärme der Gerichte war gut. Fazit :Extrem überzeugend war es nicht, aber kann man sich mal gönnen.

Wenn man mal keine Lust zum Kochen hat =) 🍔 sind auf alle Fälle in Ordnung 👍

Jedes Mal ein Genuss. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden: Essen kommt heiss an, kurze Wartezeit und freundliche Leute.

Ich will gar nicht groß reden. Einfach ausprobieren und sich überzeugen lassen. Macht weiter so jungs !!!!!

Bischen teuer aber sehr lekker.

Wirklich leckere Burger, Käseecken, Zwiebelringe,... Egal ob geliefert oder abgeholt. Mozzarella Sticks und Gemüse Sticks mit Dips wie selbstgemachte Guacamole wären die Krönung.

Essen war sehr lecker, Fahrer sehr freundlich und nett! Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
