I've never eaten such a delicious burger! We stumbled upon this place by chance (my grandson wanted a burger 🙄) The interior isn't particularly appealing. But the burger was sensationally delicious! Fresh ingredients and great meat!

It's salty. Very salty. It's not as tasty as the Dutch McDonald's, but they say Hamburger burgers aren't really tasty... If I'd known it was a Japanese-style restaurant, I would've gone somewhere else. The staff are friendly.

We were both completely blown away by how delicious it was. I've always eaten bland kimchi. This is perfect! We both had different chicken burgers, crazy. Amazing. Finally, someone is making fried chicken WITH flavor in the breading. The bun was also amazing, probably rice flour or starch. Perfect. Simply perfect.

We came for dinner and had initially reserved for only two people. We were able to spontaneously increase the seating to four. The dining room is quite small, and we were seated right by the entrance. The service was very friendly, both on the phone and in person. Luckily, we had a chair with a backrest. The selection and prices were great. The food arrived quickly and was very tasty. The burgers were a great size and incredibly delicious. The lamps and walls took some getting used to, the restrooms were very dark, and the stairs were quite slippery.

We had the Chili Lemon Burger (very tasty and highly recommended!) and the Bulgogi Burger. Both were truly delicious. However, we found the portions a bit small, especially for the price. For the rather high price, we would have preferred a bit more filling. The sweet potato fries, on the other hand, were a real highlight. The best we've ever had. Highly recommended! The atmosphere was overall okay, but the tables were very close together, so you could clearly hear the conversations of the neighboring tables. A little more space between the tables would have made the experience much more pleasant.

We've had burgers here twice: once a simple burger with a sweet potato, and once a lunch burger with fries and a drink. Both meals were delicious and filling, with fresh ingredients. Highly recommend!

I like Bulgogi burger very much, but I got wrong order for 2 times out of 2. First time I order no onion and extra meat I got onions but no extra meat. Second time I order no onion and add cheese, I got onions but no cheese. I ordered take away and found it out later. I was so disappoint by the careless service.

After a positive experience on our first visit to this restaurant, we went to Shiso Burger for the second time today. Despite a busy Hamburg city center, we were seated inside without waiting. We received a very friendly welcome from the staff. We were also informed that there were new burgers and drinks on the menu. The menu features a great selection of interesting and creative burgers (and other dishes as well). We opted for one of these new chicken burgers (unfortunately, I forgot the name), as well as the Shiso Burger with tuna. It was served with edamame, fries, and two delicious drinks. The drinks and dishes were served quickly. The food and drinks were very tasty. We were also regularly asked (without being intrusive) if everything was okay and what we thought of the new burger and drink. Our positive impression from our first visit was confirmed. We will definitely be back and can recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys creative burgers.

So we traveled all the way from the Ruhr area. We first tried it in Paris, and it was simply the best of the best. Hamburg...sorry, the meat was laced with tendons and not well seasoned. It felt like you were chewing on a worn-out tire. Non-smoking recommended, sorry. But Hamburg is always worth a visit.

Of course, you have to be willing to try some unusual combinations, such as the different-than-typical burger bun, which is Asian in style, or the sauces with oriental spices and flavors that give them an Asian flavor unlike anything you've experienced anywhere else. Otherwise, you'll find plenty of traditional burger joints in the city. The only downside is the price: from twelve euros and up without fries.

We always get great food, but unfortunately, the service this time was very poor. The Asian woman who served us first was apparently replaced by a tattooed female waitress during a shift change. Very rude, and when we were tipping, we received a comment because we hadn't tipped 10%. It was a shame because I wanted to show my companion Shiso Burger in Hamburg... I hope they talk to my colleague and this doesn't happen again in the future. Otherwise, we'll ask for a different server because the food was cleared away while someone was still eating. Hi, I've been there several times for lunch and have been impressed by the food every time. The lunch menu now includes a drink, which somewhat balances out the value for money. The service is very good and fast, and the food is of high quality. My only criticism is the price in relation to the portion size: The portions are rather small – you almost have room for a burger after eating. If you order à la carte, it quickly adds up to around €20.

This was our second visit to Shiso, two years after our first visit in Berlin. It was clear that as soon as we had the chance to eat there again, we had to seize it. The restaurant is one of two in Hamburg and is located on a small side street, so it's rather quiet and very pleasant to chat. We were there during the week, so there was practically no wait, so we sat outside and were immediately served by the really friendly staff. The drinks and food also arrived quickly. We had the Shiso burger and the Bulgogi burger, although I would probably go for the Bulgogi burger again, as I think it offers more and better flavor. The fries were also exceptionally good, very crispy. My only criticism is the price. For two people, meaning two burgers, a portion of fries, two drinks, and of course a small tip, we quickly reached €50. And that was for very tasty food, but not exactly a lot. However, I would come back again and again to treat myself to the luxury of a very different burger every now and then.

Drinks were over €4, and the total per person was €15-25, depending on what you choose. The service, however, was incredibly friendly and super nice, there's no denying it! We'd definitely go back for the taste, but we don't think the price-performance ratio was right.

First time at this burguer test and I have to say that I really like it. The service was very fast, the quality of the meat is fairly good and their selection of Pale Ale was really good. I also try the Sweet potato and for one person, the quantity were good enough. The decoration of the restaurant its Japanese style and Definetly a place to comeback.

We stopped for dinner after an internal refresher in Hamburg so at 6.30pm we were already at the table, this is a positive thing about German restaurants. The environment is welcoming and the bathrooms are clean and very nice! The waiters are friendly and the food is good and a little expensive but with 2 sandwiches and a split chip you can get by and be full. Recommended for a quick meal.

The burger tasted outstanding. A totally crazy grill flavor, but the meat was very stringy so that you pulled it out of the burger when you took a bite. The negative thing was that the waitresses wore black gloves the whole time, one of them looked for an ashtray, grabbed the ashtray in which residue was clearly visible and then grabbed my burger with the same gloves to put it in the bag. Please train your staff and adhere to hygiene standards.

I must admit that we went for lunch on a saturday, hence the restaurant being super crowded. However I still felt like the overall vibe wasn’t that comfy and inviting. Additionally, the chairs and tables weren’t really made to sit down and have a longer chat, because the chairs and tables were quite small and guests were seated pretty close to each other. The food was in OK in my opinion (I had the Shiso Burger with fries on the side). The portion sizes could have been a bit bigger, but for a quick lunch it was fine as it was. Even though I enjoyed the slight twist on the sauce on my burger I found that the tuna „patty“ was underwhelming. Overall I wouldn’t really go there again unless I didn’t have any other options

The store is a mix of Asia and the Western world. This applies to the presentation as well as to the dishes. The burgers and fries tasted absolutely great. However, I found the price to be a little too high. You can get to 30€ per person very quickly. Since it's not necessarily intended for long stays, it's just a tad too expensive.

Small, inconspicuous shop near Mönckebergstraße and currently surrounded by construction sites. We didn't need a reservation for the early afternoon. We were quickly seated and our order was taken shortly afterwards. The food is individual, tasty and very attractively prepared. Prices are affordable. A short and tasty stay. Disadvantage: The toilet is located in the basement, which can only be reached via stairs.

So it's really tasty and the service is super nice. The shop is chic. However, we know the burgers from Berlin and they are really better there (at least applies to the salmon).

Very good burgers, a little out of the ordinary. Anyone looking for new taste experiences has come to the right place. Plus delicious drinks! The only thing you could wish for was more comfortable chairs and less of a snack bar feel, but I also like the style of the furnishings. Nice shop!

Teníamos 3 vasos cada uno totalizando 6 vasos. Afuera nuestro taxi estaba esperando así que pedimos la factura que pagué con pago sin contacto. 88 € me pareció bastante empinado pero pagué y me fui. Comprobé mi recibo esta mañana. Nos cobraron por 4 copas de vino y 2 botellas de vino. Sobrecarga realmente de 40 €. Tal vez un error en mi nombre no cuestionarlo, que Tom se aproveche. Go here for burgers with a creative twist. I have eaten here several times and have never been disappointed. The burgers are zesty and delicious. The portions can be a bit on the small side. This is certainly not cheap fast food, so prepare to spend some money. Still, it is well made and satisfying. The different taste combinations are well thought through and beautifully executed.
