QR code ordering may be "cool" for the company and young customers. I find it completely impersonal; you can't ask the waiter anything, the food is brought practically without a word, and the plate isn't cleared for ages.... To "optimize" your concept, you should consider whether there could be a food pickup station where customers can later return the dishes and pay online. Then you wouldn't need any staff at all. It was my first and last visit. Oh yeah, the price wasn't commensurate with the quality either: I wasn't even asked whether I liked the food or whether everything was okay. The most perfect corner in the city! I researched many places thinking that I couldn't come to Hamburg without eating a hamburger. This place wasn't one of those places because it had branches, but somehow we ended up here. We actually decided to go to the neighbors next door, but since there was no burger on the menu of those southerners and the seating areas in the garden didn't look as enjoyable as here, we came here. The waiter in the garden welcomes you with a smile. It's not just the garden, the staff inside is the same. They even ask if it's your first time or not and guide you. They have a nice system when ordering. You can examine the menu with the QR codes on the table, order and ask for the bill on top. That's why they solved the problem of chasing the waiter from the very beginning. They also solved the language problem with the language options on the menus. There are streets used by cars that connect to each other in front of the garden. Since the streets are wide and the cars are not very busy, you can sit under the trees and enjoy watching the surroundings. The thing that caught my attention the most at the table was that the tables were clean despite all the trees around. And interestingly, the ashtray, which had no traces from the previous days, was also spotlessly clean. Everything we ate and drank was delicious. You get what you pay for.

The whole family was very full, generous portions and a good price. The whole family (2 adults, children 14 and 10 years old) ate for 80€ and we were stuffed.

The burgers are very good, even for expensive restaurant burgers. The patty has a smash-burger effect on the sides. Absolutely 10/10. Ordering is done via a web app using a QR code. It works very well, and the food arrives quickly. The menu is small, but everything on it is good. Special recommendation: Strawberry Crossie Shake. A heavenly sin.

Delicious homemade food! We had cheeseburgers, French fries, and sweet potato fries with delicious ketchup. The staff was very nice, friendly, and accommodating. We felt very comfortable. We'll definitely be back! <3

The burger was divine, and if you like it a bit spicier, you should add the sweet potato fries with chili mayo. A great combo. All in all, a successful visit. I tried it because it was said to be a famous hamburger place in Germany. It was delicious and convenient to order with a smartphone. The beer I ordered with it was lukewarm, but it was delicious. There are reviews saying it tastes better than Eun-dong Buggies, and I think it would be good to choose fried food instead of vegetables for the side. I recommend eating it with cola or a shake.

Our visit to this burger joint was unfortunately disappointing. The start was rocky: ordering was only possible via QR code – but the system was anything but user-friendly. It took us far too long to even understand how it worked. Personal service? None at all. Despite only a few occupied tables, the service left a lot to be desired. The wait for drinks was disproportionately long. My husband finally went to the bar to ask for a beer – the tap staff were being trained there. It's understandable that new employees are being trained – but this shouldn't come at the expense of the guests. Having to wait so long for a beer because someone is "practicing" there is simply poor organization. The staff seemed inattentive and uninterested overall. As we left the restaurant, someone who appeared to be in a management position looked directly at us – without a word of farewell, no greeting, no smile. This, too, unfortunately, fits the overall picture. Unfortunately, you can't tip there, as you've already done almost half the staff's job. For that price, you expect service. If you want to cut costs on staff, you should adjust your prices accordingly. The burgers themselves were okay, but with so many negative reviews, the food took a back seat. One thing is for sure: We won't be back.

I recently ate at this burger joint, and unfortunately, my visit was anything but satisfactory. As soon as you walk in, it's clear: Everything here is self-service via QR code. You scan the code at the table, order, and pay digitally – contact with the wait staff is minimal. The staff essentially only serves to bring drinks and food. No friendly "Did you enjoy your meal?", no asking if you'd like anything else – the service is virtually nonexistent. Particularly disappointing: Even when paying, you're not assisted at your table; you have to go to the cashier yourself to complete the transaction. For a restaurant with table service, I expect significantly more commitment and willingness to serve. The food came on simple plastic plates – which, given the rather high prices, seems more cheap than modern. Unfortunately, the value for money here isn't at all. The burgers tasted okay, but nothing special and definitely not worth the money. The organization also left a lot to be desired: While soft drinks were brought relatively quickly, we had to wait over 10 to 15 minutes for our beers – even though the restaurant was only partially occupied. Overall, the experience was disappointing. If you just want something quick to eat and don't care about service or atmosphere, you might be reasonably satisfied here. For everyone else, however, there are definitely better alternatives.

Disappointing experience – not recommended Unfortunately, my visit to this burger joint was disappointing. It starts with the fact that you have to order everything yourself – the ordering process is unnecessarily complicated. There's practically no service. The food is served on plastic plates, which further detracts from the overall impression. The drinks didn't arrive at the same time after what seemed like an eternity, and the food was also served in pieces – completely incomprehensible given the almost empty shop. You pay at the cash register, and even there, there's no service. They even ask for a tip when paying – what exactly is a mystery to me, since the service was practically nonexistent. Overall, everything seemed disorganized and unwelcoming. Unfortunately, this wasn't a visit I'd want to repeat.

That was the best burger I've ever had! Ordering via QR code or tablet takes a bit of getting used to. The friendly staff helps with ordering. Personally, I would prefer a regular menu. But I'd be happy to come back.

One of the best burger restaurants I've ever tried! Top quality and truly delicious. Apparently even locally sourced. Very authentic cuisine. Since you order online via QR code, this distanced service doesn't quite match the authentic food. But you can definitely afford better quality.

February 2023: The place is pretty cool, but unfortunately, we didn't like the food at all. The burgers were almost raw (we were told afterward that medium is the standard when ordering; perhaps this should be emphasized more clearly), and the flavor of both the burgers and the sides was lacking. And then there was the price. Service was friendly, and the atmosphere was quite pleasant. Ordering via displays is a nice gimmick, and the food arrived fairly quickly.

A spontaneous stop after the Titanic exhibition. You select your meal using a QR code and order it there. The food arrived quickly, the service was friendly, the food was delicious, and the price was reasonable. I can recommend it with a clear conscience.

Lovely place, tasteful burgers and lovely staff. Not all members spoke good english but they still strived to help giving us suggestions to enjoy the city. The atmosfere is lovely and the view amazingin out 3 day trip we had lunch here twice. If I'll ever ho back to Hamburg I'll go back here for sure

It was a new experience. You could order using a tablet or mobile phone via QR code, and it was actually very straightforward. The burgers looked great and were delicious. The price-performance ratio was decent, but I don't see the point in paying €4.50 for what felt like 20 fries. It's definitely worth a visit to form your own opinion.

The burgers were dry, cold, and tasteless. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough sauce on them. The breaded cauliflower didn't taste like cauliflower, but rather just like breading. The coleslaw tasted of practically nothing.

Was here for the first time. The food was prepared quickly and delicious. The staff was very friendly and explained how the order would work as soon as we entered. Because a QR code is scanned to place orders. If you don't have mobile data, you have to ask for the customer's WiFi password, which is provided but is secured with a password. If you don't have a cell phone, I don't know if you can order here. Tables were clean and people were asked whether they wanted to eat inside or outside.

Simple atmosphere with simple food and few staff. Became very expensive!! A small citizen 12€ an extra patty 4€ plus fries and ketchup plus cola you're at 30€. MC is cheaper and you get twice as full for the money.

We were here on a Tuesday around 2 p.m. so it wasn't particularly crowded. You order and pay using a QR code at the table (completely fine), then the burgers are brought to you (quickly) and you pay either on your cell phone or at the cash register. The taste was ok but not exceptional either, the burgers are not too small but not huge either. The only problem we had: choosing a seat. The tables are mostly high tables with bar stools, even if there is little going on, the chance of getting a "normal table" is slim. Still a good restaurant.

Very good burgers, I recommend them to everyone

The first time I was at Speersort was on a Saturday evening. The atmosphere seems cozy, but after we had to share a long table with other people, I have to say that I unfortunately held back from going to the toilet so as not to disturb the others eating by having to get up. Personally I don't like that sort of thing, but that's a matter of taste. You order via a QR code, where you can join together in a group. So far so good. Unfortunately I was kicked out and didn't get back in. Unfortunately, this sort of thing annoys me. Then it's better to have staff with a tablet where you can also ask questions. My burger was ok for my taste, but in my opinion the presentation was a little bland. The sweet potato fries were delicious and the truffle mayo was also good. I find clearing away the dishes while I'm still eating rather uncomfortable, especially when I have the feeling that you would like to take my plate with you. You can reach the shop on foot by bus or a few steps further by train. However, I would rate parking as rather difficult.

The in-house Burgerlich fries had the consistency of rubber (also the second portion, except for the five new fries that were put on top), and if I order a burger with the special request "without onion" then it would be nice if it came that way. Not suitable for vegetarians and vegans. When we were there, Burgerlich only had a veggie burger with an oat patty on the menu, which was very mediocre. I recommend checking the menu online beforehand because the offer changes frequently. Unfortunately, the fries weren't good either and were quite greasy and soggy. Ordering is done entirely via an app.

First of all, they forgot the ingredients in the burger. Then they did it again and brought it back. Burgers are extremely tasteless. The meatballs were almost charred and very hard. Two different burgers were in the same condition and we had to leave them half finished and leave. This may have been the first time I left a burger unfinished.

The winter offering had an interesting mix of ingredients that were very enjoyable. The lemonade was excellent! The fries are wonderful. Totally recommended ♡
