Burgerlich in Hamburg

One of the best burger restaurants I've ever tried! Top quality and truly delicious. Apparently even locally sourced. Very authentic cuisine. Since you order online via QR code, this distanced service doesn't quite match the authentic food. But you can definitely afford better quality.

I think it's very nice, but unfortunately, the tablets that you used to use to place your order are no longer there. I also think the food is very tasty, but there's so much I couldn't finish it all.

February 2023: The place is pretty cool, but unfortunately, we didn't like the food at all. The burgers were almost raw (we were told afterward that medium is the standard when ordering; perhaps this should be emphasized more clearly), and the flavor of both the burgers and the sides was lacking. And then there was the price. Service was friendly, and the atmosphere was quite pleasant. Ordering via displays is a nice gimmick, and the food arrived fairly quickly.

Lovely place, tasteful burgers and lovely staff. Not all members spoke good english but they still strived to help giving us suggestions to enjoy the city. The atmosfere is lovely and the view amazingin out 3 day trip we had lunch here twice. If I'll ever ho back to Hamburg I'll go back here for sure

A spontaneous stop after the Titanic exhibition. You select your meal using a QR code and order it there. The food arrived quickly, the service was friendly, the food was delicious, and the price was reasonable. I can recommend it with a clear conscience.

It was a new experience. You could order using a tablet or mobile phone via QR code, and it was actually very straightforward. The burgers looked great and were delicious. The price-performance ratio was decent, but I don't see the point in paying €4.50 for what felt like 20 fries. It's definitely worth a visit to form your own opinion.

The burgers were dry, cold, and tasteless. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough sauce on them. The breaded cauliflower didn't taste like cauliflower, but rather just like breading. The coleslaw tasted of practically nothing.

Came 7 years ago and when I returned, the first meal was a return of the burger. Still as tasty as the first time and the sweet potato fries were tasty and crispy.

A great restaurant. You can scan a QR code at the table and then order the food, which arrives within a few minutes. If you want, you can pay directly on your cell phone or you can go to the counter and pay. All in one a mega restaurant

Was here for the first time. The food was prepared quickly and delicious. The staff was very friendly and explained how the order would work as soon as we entered. Because a QR code is scanned to place orders. If you don't have mobile data, you have to ask for the customer's WiFi password, which is provided but is secured with a password. If you don't have a cell phone, I don't know if you can order here. Tables were clean and people were asked whether they wanted to eat inside or outside.

Simple atmosphere with simple food and few staff. Became very expensive!! A small citizen 12€ an extra patty 4€ plus fries and ketchup plus cola you're at 30€. MC is cheaper and you get twice as full for the money.

We were here on a Tuesday around 2 p.m. so it wasn't particularly crowded. You order and pay using a QR code at the table (completely fine), then the burgers are brought to you (quickly) and you pay either on your cell phone or at the cash register. The taste was ok but not exceptional either, the burgers are not too small but not huge either. The only problem we had: choosing a seat. The tables are mostly high tables with bar stools, even if there is little going on, the chance of getting a "normal table" is slim. Still a good restaurant.

The first time I was at Speersort was on a Saturday evening. The atmosphere seems cozy, but after we had to share a long table with other people, I have to say that I unfortunately held back from going to the toilet so as not to disturb the others eating by having to get up. Personally I don't like that sort of thing, but that's a matter of taste. You order via a QR code, where you can join together in a group. So far so good. Unfortunately I was kicked out and didn't get back in. Unfortunately, this sort of thing annoys me. Then it's better to have staff with a tablet where you can also ask questions. My burger was ok for my taste, but in my opinion the presentation was a little bland. The sweet potato fries were delicious and the truffle mayo was also good. I find clearing away the dishes while I'm still eating rather uncomfortable, especially when I have the feeling that you would like to take my plate with you. You can reach the shop on foot by bus or a few steps further by train. However, I would rate parking as rather difficult.

I had the chili cheeseburger and Cole Slow, 0.3l cola for just under €23. The meatballs were exceptionally tasty due to their roasted aromas. Ordering is done using a QR code/website, which I find a bit impersonal, but quite quick.

Burgers were very good. The meatballs were also very good, and the lettuce, tomato and onion inside were so fresh that I liked it very much. We ordered potatoes and onion rings on the side. We were more than satisfied :)

I can't say it's great. Good. You order easily by scanning the QR code. It comes to your table. The portions are big. It's filling. The service was good.

Not suitable for vegetarians and vegans. When we were there, Burgerlich only had a veggie burger with an oat patty on the menu, which was very mediocre. I recommend checking the menu online beforehand because the offer changes frequently. Unfortunately, the fries weren't good either and were quite greasy and soggy. Ordering is done entirely via an app.

Too bad. After the last visit and now again, unfortunately no longer worth recommending. The in-house Burgerlich fries had the consistency of rubber (also the second portion, except for the five new fries that were put on top), and if I order a burger with the special request "without onion" then it would be nice if it came that way. First of all, they forgot the ingredients in the burger. Then they did it again and brought it back. Burgers are extremely tasteless. The meatballs were almost charred and very hard. Two different burgers were in the same condition and we had to leave them half finished and leave. This may have been the first time I left a burger unfinished.

The winter offering had an interesting mix of ingredients that were very enjoyable. The lemonade was excellent! The fries are wonderful. Totally recommended ♡

One hamburger in Hamburg, then you have to come here. Extensive choice (add extras as you wish). Burgers in my opinion are very tasty. If I go back again I will definitely go back here.

Unfortunately we have to describe the service as poor. We were there as a group: the side dishes and main courses were brought at long intervals. Eating at the same time was not possible - some of the group received their food in 20 minutes. later than the others; the side dishes were already cold by then. The wrong drinks were brought and the waitress didn't know the dishes - burgers all look the same... and much more.

A place where you enter your order with a QR code and the food is delivered to you. It was the most delicious hamburger I have ever eaten. You should not choose the safe option but take a risk and order a burger you haven't tried. You won't regret it. I never thought I could like a hamburger with jam and cheese, but the taste lingered in my palate. You should also definitely try their own lemonade. I drank the apple and cinnamon since it was on the menu and I loved it. The sauces are probably handmade and very delicious. The employees are polite and helpful. If I ever come to Hamburg again, it's a place I'll definitely visit.

The food was delicious, but the selection of vegetarian burgers could be significantly larger. Unfortunately, it took quite a long time until the dirty table we had to sit at was cleared and wiped clean. Ordering via cell phone is not bad in itself, but the system should then work perfectly. For example, not everyone could send their order and paying via this system didn't work either. I find the drink prices in particular too high for the fact that there is virtually no service in a restaurant. It's nice for once in a while, but I wouldn't go there again.

Overall, a real insider tip in Hamburg for something special. Orders are placed using a QR code on the table and several people can order together on different cell phones and pay together at the end. The food isn't brought by robots yet, but this ordering method with explanations and pictures is very advantageous if you don't know exactly what you want. We tried a milkshake and a house soda as drinks, both delicious. Unfortunately the shake took a little longer than expected. The burgers were also delicious. Well put together and served appropriately. They also came particularly quickly from the kitchen to our table. The only drawback I currently see is the atmosphere: the music was quite loud and the generously sized tables made it difficult for me to understand the person I was talking to. In addition, as far as I know, there was no kind of cloakroom or anything similar, so the guests' jackets were scattered around the restaurant. It could be that I simply overlooked a wardrobe, but at least I wasn't alone. I would go back at any time. I think food and drink + fries for €25 is a reasonable price, even if it's not exactly cheap. But definitely worth the price. A recommendation for everyone in downtown Hamburg! I would have given 4.4 stars if possible.

According to a Google search, this restaurant was the first to be shown to me as gluten-free. I then asked again in the restaurant, which was then answered in the negative. Very annoying because we rely on the burger buns being gluten-free. Actually, I would have liked to have given no star at all

The burgers are good. The price is quite high for the fact that you have virtually no service.

The burgers were very tasty, but unfortunately the (soft) fries and the (floppy) salad couldn't keep up. Service was rated with few points because the restaurant does not offer any interaction with the service with the ordering logic.

Service was an absolute disaster. Changing tables is not possible, payment options cannot be used according to the app requirement. The waiter couldn't tell the four burgers that were brought to them apart or give any information about which was which. Ordered gin and tonic - got whiskey and tonic

Food was super tasty and arrived quickly. Very modern concept with ordering and payment via app. However, there may also be tables for fewer than 8 people. We'll be back :)

The burgers were good enough. Service wasn’t that nice. Waiters made us wait to get a table even though the restaurant wasn’t full and some tables were empty.

Everything was perfect! What I like the most of this place is that they provide a complete nutrition facts and ingredients information, which is very rare for a restaurant! Really appreciate for their effort in doing that! And also, all the staff there were super polite and friendly which is a huge plus! I will definitely come back again and again to this place 🤍🤍

Very friendly people behind the counter and very helpful, very tasty food. I had forgotten my backpack there and had to go back, very understanding. The only point I have; For me, as a cliché German, the ordering system via cell phone doesn't really matter. Personally, I think it's better to be asked directly what I want, but you can theoretically get staff via your cell phone. If you take a close look at the ordering menu, it's not really that complicated. Personally, I think it's very nice that you don't just have the fixed percentages for the tip, but you can choose the amount yourself. I also really liked the ambience, a lot of “plants” unfortunately made of plastic, nice lighting and the ceiling also looks very stylish 😉. I'll be back whether you like it or not.
