Very good place to eat a burger in Hamburg. Also very kind personnels, and great atmosphere and service. I highly recommend.

Lovely restaurant. Delicious food. Ordering is done online. You scan the QR code and then order your food. Unfortunately, the process is a bit confusing/unclear if you're not familiar with it. The food was great and arrived very quickly. Payment is possible both online when ordering and later at the register. Super friendly staff! 🥰

Just on a day trip from a cruise and was so lucky to come across this amazingly friendly and beautiful place. Food was absolutely delicious and the server helped me order. Totally recommend

It's been a while since our visit, but we enjoyed it so much that we went back several times during our vacation. The burgers were very good, as were the drinks and desserts. The prices were a bit higher than usual, but the food was worth it. It was fun to order via the screen that popped up from the table. You can also customize your burger. The staff were friendly, and our orders arrived quickly. Everything was perfect. We're planning another vacation to Hamburg in the winter, including a visit to Burgerlich! The fact that it's close to our hotel is another advantage for us.

Four of us ate there. It was the first "real" burger I'd had in three years, so I wasn't sure if it would be good, but the meat was absolutely delicious, super well-seasoned, cooked through, and juicy. The sides were also fresh and tasty, and so was my drink. Unfortunately, the table was sticky, or rather, many of the tables were, and the atmosphere wasn't that great (in our opinion), but the service and food were top-notch!

I went there with a friend and tried the restaurant for the first time. At first, we thought, "Delicious food," "We'll come back sometime." But the next day, after we each ate a burger, fries, and a small portion of salad, we didn't feel well at all. Both of us had constant stomach pains and nausea in the middle of the night. The place is nicely decorated, but eating is completely impossible. We think it was the meat. It's a waste of money, and we shouldn't feel so bad the next day. And yes, we didn't eat anything beforehand that could have otherwise triggered this.

The food was rather average, but the spritzer was very good. The meat in the burger may have been fresh and homemade, but it was quite bland. The teriyaki fries were made with flavorless chicken, and the sauerkraut sauce was way too strong, which overpowered the flavor. You get full, the service is friendly, and it's clean—at least. I wouldn't really recommend the food.

Even after years, it's still delicious with a new concept: ordering and paying via mobile instead of tablets. It worked great, and you also have the option to form groups and order together, then pay together or separately on your phone. The food and drinks were very good, only the cucumber salad was too sour/too much vinegar for us. The Sunshine Chicken was incredibly good, great fries!

The food is OK, but it's annoying that you have to order and pay via an app. More of a good place to meet friends downtown for a quick drink and snack than for a nice meal.

Burger was not warm. Salad was drenched in dressing. All in all, edible but awful.

The burger and sweet potato fries were delicious. Unfortunately, the restaurant closed at 8:30 p.m. due to a lack of customers, even though it's officially open until 9:30 p.m. So we were basically kicked out! The atmosphere is very uncomfortable, more like a snack bar! Not a pleasant place to spend the evening.

We had lunch there. Our order was brought to our table promptly. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The drinks were well chilled. One order was forgotten, but the friendly waitress quickly brought it back. We were very satisfied and can recommend the Bürgerlich.

I can recommend this place for its menu, cleanliness, and service. The burgers and fries are filling and delicious, and the service is fast.

The food was delicious. Ordering is done via your smartphone, and it works well. The food is brought to your table super quickly. One negative aspect is the volume of the music, which we found very loud, and because both doors were open, it was drafty and accordingly cold.

Today, I went to this restaurant after I searched the internet. After having a very tough day, after several bad impressions from mean people, I went here to have some food in peace. I didnt expect this nice hospitality and very delicious food. I have to say I will definitely come back to Hamburg to visit this place. I got served from very nice staff whose name is Faiza ( forgive me I got it wrong) and I have to say, he is making this great place even greater. Thank you for making my day. Really appreciated.

When in Hamburg you have to try a burger. This burger place has quite a high rating and it really was quite tasty. The patty was juicy with a nice meaty flavour but not gamey, and the sauce was also very good. What stood out the most were the chips. They were crispy and I actually enjoyed them more than regular fries. The staff were cheerful and friendly, which made the experience even better.

The burger was delicious. The grilled vegetables and beans were also delicious. Definitely worth adding.

The burger isn't that big, but it's very tasty, along with fries and a milkshake. You can order at your table using your phone. The design is super cool. The staff is friendly. Expensive, but the quality is top notch.

Aside from the fact that the ambiance, food, and drinks here are absolutely fantastic, the most amazing thing was the service! The two of us ordered the following: - Fries - 1 Drink - Pulled Burger - The Burger We paid a total of €32. Positive: - I was initially skeptical about ordering online, but everything worked really well and was very straightforward. - The burgers were amazing. See pictures 😋 - The restrooms were super clean and smelled very pleasant. Negative: - Initially put off by the prices, but from a postburger perspective, it was absolutely worth it.

Excellent burgers, sides, and desserts. Wide selection. Ordering and paying by QR code is efficient but can lead to misunderstandings. I think they should still add a menu describing the dishes on the table, as the online ordering site isn't perfectly designed.

The food was absolutely delicious! The fries were fresh, hot, and well-seasoned! The best fries I've ever eaten. The ordering system works very well, but only if you have a mobile phone with internet. Otherwise, you can of course order from a server as usual. I'll be back!

Ordering works, but you have to know how. Unfortunately, my phone couldn't read the QR code, but if you're in a group, someone else can order. It's a good idea in itself, and certainly lucrative, as fewer staff are needed, but ultimately, the service and the personal experience are somehow lacking. The burger was okay, but it felt a bit isolated on the plate. It's sufficient for a snack.

We love the Burgerlich concept in Hamburg and Dresden, although we felt more at home in Hamburg.

We spent the night before the Cyclassics there. Orders are placed via the app and a QR code at the tables. Group bookings are also possible. The food was delivered quickly. The service, ambiance, and food were excellent. Definitely recommended 😊

The burgers are very good, even for expensive restaurant burgers. The patty has a smash-burger effect on the sides. Absolutely 10/10. Ordering is done via a web app using a QR code. It works very well, and the food arrives quickly. The menu is small, but everything on it is good. Special recommendation: Strawberry Crossie Shake. A heavenly sin.

The food is well-crafted. The ordering system doesn't work, and orders disappear into electronic oblivion. The service is incapable of taking customer requests seriously or being accommodating. Three of the five people left hungry.

I had a great value lunch set of 12.50 euros, including a drink, burger, and fries. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly. There were four Korean groups at the outdoor tables. It seems like a restaurant that Koreans trust. The restrooms are also free.

I'm currently standing in the huge line to pay the money. The employees aren't working efficiently.

The burgers are solid and tasty, but ultimately not a must-try highlight. I still have to get used to ordering with the app. Otherwise, the experience was friendly and attentive. I think the restaurant itself is very well-designed, but some of the tables aren't suitable for people over 170 cm; you'll constantly bump your knees.

Food and service used to be better.

The food was good, but the service meant you had to order online and hope they served you what you ordered. The food prices were reasonable, but the drink prices were absolutely ridiculous: 10 euros for 1 liter of tap water? In my opinion, it's a rip-off. Water is quite expensive throughout the area, but it usually hovers around 3 euros per liter at most.

This is one of the must-visit burger joints when you visit Hamburg! And the staff are so friendly :)

A truly great place. You can't visit Hamburg without having eaten at Burgerlich. We ate here again today, but unfortunately, the guy who worked/"slept" behind the counter was simply a disaster. The girl was a real hoot and really took care of everything, while that poor Paul Kalkbrenner just hung around on his phone. Maybe consider a replacement. Otherwise, keep up the good work! Truly brilliant! ❤️

We went to Burgerlich as a family. I can only say everything was top-notch. Food: Burgers and fries were super delicious. The chips were delicious warm, but a bit dry after cooling. Service: All the staff were super friendly. Atmosphere: Very pleasant.

This was minutes from our hotel, so stopped in. You can order and pay via a QR code if you choose, so convenient. The burgers were lovely with some sweet potato fries. I would visit again.

It's a shame the staff didn't point out that you can also get a full meal for €12.50 between 11:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. It would have been fine if we'd known!!!! So we ended up paying double. Unfortunately, we didn't notice it until we'd already ordered. It was written rather discreetly on a window pane and, according to the server, at the very bottom of the menu. The food was delicious, but this point was really annoying for us.

Unfortunately, it had gone downhill considerably; the fries were lukewarm, and so was the burger. The waitress didn't even say hello, and you could really tell she wasn't in the mood at all. After waiting 50 minutes for our milkshake (the food took about 15 minutes), I used the call waiter function. After about 10 minutes, the waitress came and asked, "What do we want?" Sorry, we really enjoyed eating with you, but that was the last time...

Super delicious and quick food!

The service was very friendly and attentive; the order came very quickly, and the food was delicious! The toilets are a complete disaster; the toilet lids are loose, and everything is covered in scribbles and very dirty.

We went with the family and we really liked the burger. You can tell it's homemade. The sauces are good. The fries aren't pre-made or frozen. The drinks are expensive, but they're everywhere. The service is good because you order it yourself with a QR code, but if you have children without a cell phone, it's more difficult. The atmosphere is good, with the music and paintings, you can enjoy it.

Poor service, we ordered water but did not receive it. We asked for it twice before we got it. The water was served in a mug, it was not cold and looked like tapped water, to a cost of 4,5 Euro. The burger was dry. Will not recommend this restaurant
