I came for a late evening dinner. The tablet ordering system doesn’t always work, but I found one that would take my order. My meal came out fairly quickly. The meat on my burger was a bit overcooked, but had a nice flavor. The sweet potato fries were good. And the frozen yogurt drink was a nice way to finish off the meal.

For et herlig sted! Nydelig og trivelig lokale med kule detaljer. Vi bestilte 4 hamburgere og 3 forskjellige fries. Like nydelig alt sammen ❤️ Vi dro til Hamburg på dagstur og ville da spise hamburger og vi ble ikke skuffet! Langt ifra! Glassvindu så man ser inn til kjøkkenet er et superpluss. Toalettene var også god stand på. Alt i alt et superbra besøk her og barna på 10 og 12 var kjempefornøyde også (bestilte voksenmeny )

The Burgerlich in Hamburg is probably the best burger shop I know. Since I came across it by chance with a friend two years ago, this shop has become a tradition when I'm in Hamburg. The pulled pork burgers are amazing, and the ordering tablets make it super modern too. A recommendation for anyone traveling to Hamburg

Unfortunately the price and performance don't match.

Fries were okay, burger was good. Chicken strips were very coconut-heavy and tasted a lot like margarine. There is no mention of service in this restaurant. 25 minutes waiting time for burgers, another 5 minutes longer for drinks! I wanted to take the chicken strips with us (so as not to throw away the food), but the lady at the service preferred to talk to other staff at the front and write messages on her cell phone rather than come back to our table. Absolutely outrageous, and a clear deterioration in all aspects compared to the pre-Corona period.

The food was great taste and good variety, a lot of vegetarian options but sadly just one vegan burger. The staff was really nice and always checking on your needs, sadly the ordering system messed up my order but at the end I still got my sweet potato fries hehe Thanks, will come again!

Super large selection of delicious burgers. Cool orders are taken via an extendable tablet in the table. Food came to the table promptly and fresh. Delicious side dishes with great sauces or dips that can be ordered separately. Unfortunately, the ice cream machine was broken and there weren't that many alternatives for dessert, but that didn't hurt the overall impression of the food. Service very nice and accommodating. When there were difficulties with the service, I ordered dessert many times and was helped with a smile. Restaurant was not crowded and noisy. You could have a normal conversation. Conclusion: Highly recommended, I'll come back when I'm in the HH again. THANKS

Hello, the Bürgerlich offers a cozy atmosphere. I think ordering with the trays is really good because you don't have any dirty cards lying around. If only they all worked. The memory cards are not the perfect solution. It starts with the card limit if you as a group want to put everything on one card. The burgers are okay, the speed of ordering is almost record-breaking. The staff is friendly but could be a bit more ambitious. I will come again again.

The food and the ambience were really not recommended. The food was way too expensive and not worth the price, and most of the tablets didn't work. However, an employee named Faisal remedied these circumstances. It was only thanks to him that the evening was still partly enjoyable.

Burger far away from good. May be not hungry enough but definetely had better than this one. Beer was spoiled, taste not correspond to the mark. Service with plancet is not good. Do not see purpose in it

Favourite Hamburger in Hamburg! Been there twice last week. Very relaxing and so many good choices. Would definitely come back here again whenever we visit Hamburg again.

Visited this restaurant because of good reviews. Location: quick and easy to reach, staff very friendly and accommodating. Waiting time after ordering about 20 minutes (there were three of us). The restaurant is busy, but we were lucky and got a table straight away. The taste and quality of the food was very good (also vegetarian). Lovely again!

It's actually a cool place, we went there because it's supposedly "celiac friendly" 😂 I'm 1000% sure I mentioned it several times and Keller explained the system to us too!! As a precaution, I only ordered a salad. After asking several times, I was assured that there were no croutons in it. (he passed it on to the kitchen) Unfortunately, instead of the croutons, I simply put 2 slices of bread on my salad (very nice in itself - just not helpful) It would be nice if you could mix and match like putting the food together yourself

Nice concept, popped in on a work trip. You order via a screen and tap a card to send the order through. The card is used to pay the final bill at the end. Burger was really clean and fresh not greasy at all. Chips were crispy and tasty with lots of sauce choices. Onion rings could perhaps be sliced a bit thinner to not be so heavy but overall very pleasant. Lemonades are really nice too, not sickly sweet.

Ordering takes a little getting used to. Runs on a raised tablet that is otherwise embedded in the table. The food was quite good and the service gave no reason to complain. All in all, I can recommend the restaurant with a clear conscience.

The staff was completely overwhelmed. And it wasn't even full anymore. Tables dirty. You had to wait forever for food. And that during the week at lunchtime! Not recommendable

The burgers were good, but the service didn't quite work. The orders had to be made by clicking on the boxes that appeared on the table, which was a good idea, but the order as a whole didn't go through properly, when the included drink had to be asked several times from the staff. In the background, there's jolting music, which maybe was ok the first time, but would probably start to get annoying on the second visit.

Ordering is done via tablets. That's really a plus point. You can see the prices straight away, you can also choose the degree of doneness of burgers and between three types of buns. The price was rather expensive, but the burger and fries tasted good. The ambience is modern, but I found the stools without backrests rather uncomfortable. Service was good, although the drinks only came after the burger. You pay with a card on your tablet, which you then show when you leave the restaurant. Definitely worth a visit and therefore a clear recommendation.

Great food and very nice service. A little more expensive than perhaps elsewhere but the quality of the food makes the price ok. A little noisy there and sometimes you have to wait a little for a seat, but never too long So far with 4 people a maximum of 20 minutes.

Everything was great, really tasty burgers and super accommodating staff! Only the tablets confused me when ordering. They were good again for playing around with later. Going out to eat is a clear recommendation.

Terrible and impersonal burger franchise. High tables with built-in tablets to order. Here you simply click on another patty when placing your order. So you have to be proactive to get the burger at the advertised price. After more than half an hour (the shop wasn't even full) both burgers arrived. One was already cold and the other was missing cheese on the burger. For both burgers we clicked on Medium on the tablet. We both received Well Done. This type of burger joint may still work for a small town, but in a big city such restaurants are just above the competition. To say something positive, you can say that the burgers tasted good. That's it.

Well, first visit a bit disappointed. Direct comparison to Dulfs clearly lost. I like the concept of ordering via tablet. A citizen's menu for €16 with a drink is ok. Order took a bit long. Drink was wrong, the patty was supposed to be medium rare and was done. I will still come back because everyone deserves a second chance.

Burgerlich is quite an innovative restaurant, with ordering done on an iPad at the table. The spicy burger was delicious but it could be even better if it was spicier. I really liked the coffee flavored shake — it was delicious and sort of similar to drinking a blended affogato! Definitely a decent burger place in Hamburg and will recommend it.

A very cool concept - you order via tablets "hidden" in the tables. They can be freely modified. The taste is ok - both the burger and the potato chips were very good!

Very nice, industrially furnished restaurant. Orders are placed using tablets and payment is made at the counter at the end. The service was nice and quick, the food came super quickly and was excellent. A little more expensive than other burger shops, but the quality is good. We'd love to come back!

It was a well prepared, good served, but still in a range of being described burger. The price for a set was in comparison to competition also affordable, but general impression sadly doesn’t allow to place it in the top.

A really nice place, where you can eat an excellent burger with fries and also delicious desserts... I had a burger with sweet potato fries and an apple dessert, all accompanied by an excellent beer 🍺 Friendly staff available to satisfy customer needs.. I liked it and recommend it.

Had a really bad experience today we went in and every seat was occupied so we had to wait, 5min later 3 groups left and new customers came instead that we got seats the new customers got the seats and we waited longer until it happened again and again so we left

A good burger place with a simple concept with a good look! First things first, the burgers are really tasty! We were here a few years ago, but some things have gotten a little old now, for example not all of the tablets at our table worked. But you can also easily see away from it... There were also 2-3 small problems with the service, but they were quickly resolved. Unfortunately, the choice of drinks for children is also limited, for example there was no “Sprite” or “Fanta”. The prices are slightly higher. The different versions of fries and the milkshakes are also particularly tasty.

We had dinner there for my girlfriend's birthday. A brilliant way to enjoy burgers on a Sunday afternoon. The rooms are super pleasant and cozy. You feel very comfortable and at home. Orders are placed using small chip cards and extendable tablets integrated into the table. Everything is actually relatively self-explanatory. Nevertheless, we were instructed in the ordering process by a service person. This shows how well the service works here. After placing our order, we only had to wait a maximum of 10 minutes for the food. The food and drinks for 5 people were on our table surprisingly quickly. The burgers were super tasty and the homemade drinks rounded off the meal perfectly. The price is also absolutely reasonable. Clear recommendation from me.

We discovered this restaurant while visiting Hamburg. We were seated spontaneously after waiting at the bar for a few minutes. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. There are retractable tablets at the tables, which you can use to order both food and drinks. If you have any questions, staff can be summoned using a separate field. There was about 5 minutes between ordering and eating. So everything went really smoothly. Unfortunately, the pulled beef burger was heavily loaded with mustard. Even though I like mustard, everything tasted just like mustard. Unfortunately there was no salad on the burger, which was a shame. However, the meat was incredibly juicy and tender 👌 The portions were perfect - enough, but not too much! The music was very good, but a bit too loud. Conversations were really hard.

Burgerish in HH: Modern restaurant concept with self-explanatory ordering via tablets that are embedded in the table (sometimes a bit stiff). The order is confirmed using a chip card, which you then use to pay at the central checkout. Unfortunately there wasn't the chili burger that I had already checked out on the homepage. Instead, my choice: The cheeseburger was tasty, but the tomato slice was too thick and hard, which made the burger not that easy to eat. The homemade fries were okay, but there were a noticeable number of (small) edges. Maybe you should sort them out because they fry differently (burn faster) than normal-sized pieces. Therefore a small point deduction. Conclusion: A good restaurant concept, cozy atmosphere, nice and courteous staff. And: it happened surprisingly quickly. Almost 15 minutes from the time the order was placed until the burger was on the table (okay, it wasn't very busy)...

Top burger, great potato chips and fries! It's hard to rate service because you're placed there, but there's hardly any communication... it's intentional. Ambiance is nice...open, simple, wood, Despite all the circumstances, I just don't think it's right for a burger that costs €13.50 without a side dish. For two people for burgers, fries, coffee over €40 together. It just doesn't happen that often.🤷‍♂️

After a long time I finally managed to go to Burgerlich. First impression when entering was pleasant. We were brought to the table and the procedure was explained to us, how the orders work. So far so good. Four of eight terminals at the table were defective, some of them no longer existed. If that's the heart of the store, that's weak. Food and drinks came quite quickly, so I was pleasantly surprised, everything was tasty. Even the reorder of drinks arrived at our table in no time. The speed of the service was very good. I didn't like the ambience of the cold-looking tiles on the wall. I was surprised by the prices, which are in urgent need of revision. We ordered 2 burgers, 1x fries, 1x chips, 2x cola and 1x strawberry soda, the whole thing cost just under €50. I certainly don't expect McD prices, but I've been to a few burger shops and it hasn't been this expensive anywhere.

Service was okay and nice. Burgers just average - you can get it better at home. There are so many better stores in HH. For 40€, value for money is a no go.

Von der Begrüßung bis zum Tschüss sagen, war alles in Ordnung... Service (Nora) , Essen alles perfekt. Bestellung per tablet macht Spaß und ist einfach zu bedienen. Mir persönlich schmeckt die Mayo nicht, mein Problem

Das Essen an sich war wie gewohnt lecker. Wie einem aber ein Produkt wie Onion Rings ausgehen kann, das entzieht sich meinem Verständnis. Auch Shakes oder Kuchen standen keine zur Auswahl. Schade eigentlich. Auch waren mal wieder einige Tablets Out Of Order, und das nicht nur an einem Tisch. An sich aber immer eine relativ sichere Adresse, wenn man einen guten Bürger möchte, auf knusprige (Süßkartoffel)Pommes steht und leckere Dips.

Recht stylisches Restaurant mit modernem Touchscreen-Bestellsystem, das einfach zu bedienen ist und sicherheitshalber vorher kurz und bündig erklärt wird. Vom Servicemitarbeiter wird man zum Tisch, den man sich mit anderen Gästen teilt, was ungewöhnlich, aber vollkommen in Ordnung ist, gebracht. Der Cheeseburger war okay, aber nicht medium, wie bestellt. Da niemand zum Tisch kam, ob alles ist in Ordnung ist, konnte ich das auch erst beim Bezahlen an der Kasse beim Ausgang reklamieren. Dort wurde aber nett darauf reagiert. Die Pommes und der Dip waren gut. Die selbstgemachten Drinks waren lecker und nicht 08/15, aber die Menge, gerade, wenn man das Eis noch abzieht, war sehr überschaubar. Das Dessert, Cheesecake, war geschmacklich nicht intensiv und wurde von der Fruchtsauce überlagert, so dass man fast nur die geschmeckt hat. Mengenmäßig ausbaufähig.

Der Burger war ganz ok, aber viel zu teuer. Der Service war eine Katastrophe, sehr unkoordiniert. Unter anderem hatte ich als der Burger kam immer noch kein Getränk. 3mal haben wir nachgefragt, immer wieder zugesichert, dass es gleich kommt. Nichts kam...

Solider Burgerladen. Absolute Empfehlung.

Der äußere Eindruck was sehr positiv und vermittelte einen gemütlichen Eindruck. Drinnen wurden wird dann persönlich empfangen und an den Tisch gebracht. Am Tisch erwartete uns dann ein bis dahin unbekanntes Bestellsystem was aber sehr selbsterklärend, logisch und offensichtlich auch flüssig funktionierte. Das Essen, war gut, die Getränke waren Top und die Bedienungen waren sehr freundlich.

Man bestellt die Burger etc. am Tisch an einem Tablet. Der Burger schmeckte sehr gut. Preis und Leistung stimmen. Im Lokal hat es diverse Sitzgelegenheiten. Ich war zufrieden.

Sehr modernes Restaurant mit DJ. Das Bestellen der Gerichte erfolgt nicht wie "Normal" über das Servicepersonal, sondern per integriertes IPad im Tisch. Leider hatten unsere IPad an diesem Tag nicht wirklich funktioniert, finde diese Idee jedoch sehr Witzig.

Nice restaurant with a wide selection of Burgers and other Meals. The ordering however is only able with a tablet which is built into the table and one has to use a keycard to complete the order. Due to this there is a lot less contact with the staff and as far as I know there are no physical menus. Unfortunately one of our tablets was broken, and since we were placed at a table between another group of people and the wall, we needed to squeeze into the gap together.

Meine beste Freundin und ich waren gestern bei euch. Es war alles super, das Essen schmeckte und ein besonderes Lob gilt dem Service. Wir haben das Burgerlich in Hamburg zwischen den Feiertagen besucht. Wir hatten die Location bei Google über die Burger suche gefunden. Der 1. Eindruck von innen und außen war positiv. Die Musik war für unseren Geschmack zu laut. Wir waren etwas enttäuscht, dass an unserem Tisch, von 8 tablets von denen man das Essen bestellt nur 4 funktioniert haben. Die anderen hatten Aufkleber mit: defekt. Scheint also schon länger so zu sein. Grundsätzlich war es freundlich und einladend eingerichtet. Die Bedienung war freundlich. Nach 2 min. kamen die Getränke. Die Cola ohne Eis kam mit Eis, in einem extra Glas. Von daher nicht so schlimm. Der Burger, gewählt ohne Zwiebel, kam mit Zwiebeln. Das Essen war leider nur lauwarm. Geschmeckt hat der Burger gut. Auch die Süsskartoffelpommes mit Trüffel-Majo waren lecker. 3,5 sind aufgerundet 4 Sterne ⭐️ Da ist noch Potenzial nach oben. Weiterhin viel Erfolg!

Muy buena experiencia. Atención muy amable, comida muy rica y ambiente perfecto. Muy curiosa la forma de pedir con una tablet que sale de la mesa y una tarjeta donde vas acumulando el pedido y llevas a la caja al final.

Wer gute Burger mit Beilagen und Entspannte Rapmusik im Hintergrund mag, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Sowohl preislich als auch für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Dde Service ost kompetent und freundlich. Das Team wirkt sehr entspannt. Das Essen kam sehr schnell und auf jeden Wunsch wurde eingegangen, wie zum Beispiel ein Wassernapf für den Hund. Ambiente ist super entspannt. Toiletten sind sauber und der Rest des Restaurants ebenfalls.

Dies war eines meiner ersten Lokale in Hamburg die ich besucht habe. Unterwegs mit einer Gruppe von Freunden geplagt von Hunger^^ dieses Restaurant hat nicht zu viel versprochen, faire Preise, sehr leckeres Essen, schnelle und kompetente Bedienung, sauberes und ambienteüberflutetes Lokal. Es war wirklich ein sehr schöner und angenehmer Aufenthalt. Immer wieder würde ich dort hin gehen. Aber auch meiner Meinung war die Musik an manchen Stellen sehr laut und eine Unterhaltung war nur erschwert möglich.

Hingegen der überaus guten Bewertungen, würde ich den Laden als etwas über Durchschnitt bezeichnen. Wir empfinden das Lokal mehr als Hype, weil zur Zeit eben In, aber mehr auch nicht.

The atmosphere is undoubtedly pleasant, giving off a pub-like vibe rather than a traditional burger joint. The taste of the burgers was average; I wouldn't go so far as to say they were exceptionally delicious. However, I did enjoy my meal and appreciated the friendly service from the pretty staff. One notable drawback was the extended waiting time - 40 minutes for just two burgers, which felt a bit excessive. Additionally, the vegetarian burger failed to impress, and the fried chicken in the chicken burger was excessively oily, making the overall experience less satisfying. In my opinion, the wait and the quality of some burger options did not quite match the overall ambiance. While it's a nice place to hang out, the value may not be entirely worth it.
