The Chicken Chipotle and the Chili Burger were perfect, but the Burgerlich chips and fries were not fresh

Unfortunately, the cauliflower was cold when the sauce arrived, and the waitress was completely indifferent. The lovely ambiance couldn't make up for it. Burgers were very good. The meatballs were also very good, and the lettuce, tomato and onion inside were so fresh that I liked it very much. We ordered potatoes and onion rings on the side. We were more than satisfied :)

I can't say it's great. Good. You order easily by scanning the QR code. It comes to your table. The portions are big. It's filling. The service was good.

Too bad. After the last visit and now again, unfortunately no longer worth recommending. The in-house Burgerlich fries had the consistency of rubber (also the second portion, except for the five new fries that were put on top), and if I order a burger with the special request "without onion" then it would be nice if it came that way. Not suitable for vegetarians and vegans. When we were there, Burgerlich only had a veggie burger with an oat patty on the menu, which was very mediocre. I recommend checking the menu online beforehand because the offer changes frequently. Unfortunately, the fries weren't good either and were quite greasy and soggy. Ordering is done entirely via an app.

First of all, they forgot the ingredients in the burger. Then they did it again and brought it back. Burgers are extremely tasteless. The meatballs were almost charred and very hard. Two different burgers were in the same condition and we had to leave them half finished and leave. This may have been the first time I left a burger unfinished.

Unfortunately we have to describe the service as poor. We were there as a group: the side dishes and main courses were brought at long intervals. Eating at the same time was not possible - some of the group received their food in 20 minutes. later than the others; the side dishes were already cold by then. The wrong drinks were brought and the waitress didn't know the dishes - burgers all look the same... and much more.

A place where you enter your order with a QR code and the food is delivered to you. It was the most delicious hamburger I have ever eaten. You should not choose the safe option but take a risk and order a burger you haven't tried. You won't regret it. I never thought I could like a hamburger with jam and cheese, but the taste lingered in my palate. You should also definitely try their own lemonade. I drank the apple and cinnamon since it was on the menu and I loved it. The sauces are probably handmade and very delicious. The employees are polite and helpful. If I ever come to Hamburg again, it's a place I'll definitely visit.

The food was delicious, but the selection of vegetarian burgers could be significantly larger. Unfortunately, it took quite a long time until the dirty table we had to sit at was cleared and wiped clean. Ordering via cell phone is not bad in itself, but the system should then work perfectly. For example, not everyone could send their order and paying via this system didn't work either. I find the drink prices in particular too high for the fact that there is virtually no service in a restaurant. It's nice for once in a while, but I wouldn't go there again.

Overall, a real insider tip in Hamburg for something special. Orders are placed using a QR code on the table and several people can order together on different cell phones and pay together at the end. The food isn't brought by robots yet, but this ordering method with explanations and pictures is very advantageous if you don't know exactly what you want. We tried a milkshake and a house soda as drinks, both delicious. Unfortunately the shake took a little longer than expected. The burgers were also delicious. Well put together and served appropriately. They also came particularly quickly from the kitchen to our table. The only drawback I currently see is the atmosphere: the music was quite loud and the generously sized tables made it difficult for me to understand the person I was talking to. In addition, as far as I know, there was no kind of cloakroom or anything similar, so the guests' jackets were scattered around the restaurant. It could be that I simply overlooked a wardrobe, but at least I wasn't alone. I would go back at any time. I think food and drink + fries for €25 is a reasonable price, even if it's not exactly cheap. But definitely worth the price. A recommendation for everyone in downtown Hamburg! I would have given 4.4 stars if possible.

According to a Google search, this restaurant was the first to be shown to me as gluten-free. I then asked again in the restaurant, which was then answered in the negative. Very annoying because we rely on the burger buns being gluten-free. Actually, I would have liked to have given no star at all

Service was an absolute disaster. Changing tables is not possible, payment options cannot be used according to the app requirement. The waiter couldn't tell the four burgers that were brought to them apart or give any information about which was which. Ordered gin and tonic - got whiskey and tonic

The burgers were very tasty, but unfortunately the (soft) fries and the (floppy) salad couldn't keep up. Service was rated with few points because the restaurant does not offer any interaction with the service with the ordering logic.

Price and performance 10 out of 10

Food was super tasty and arrived quickly. Very modern concept with ordering and payment via app. However, there may also be tables for fewer than 8 people. We'll be back :)

Everything was perfect! What I like the most of this place is that they provide a complete nutrition facts and ingredients information, which is very rare for a restaurant! Really appreciate for their effort in doing that! And also, all the staff there were super polite and friendly which is a huge plus! I will definitely come back again and again to this place 🤍🤍

The burgers were good enough. Service wasn’t that nice. Waiters made us wait to get a table even though the restaurant wasn’t full and some tables were empty.

Very friendly people behind the counter and very helpful, very tasty food. I had forgotten my backpack there and had to go back, very understanding. The only point I have; For me, as a cliché German, the ordering system via cell phone doesn't really matter. Personally, I think it's better to be asked directly what I want, but you can theoretically get staff via your cell phone. If you take a close look at the ordering menu, it's not really that complicated. Personally, I think it's very nice that you don't just have the fixed percentages for the tip, but you can choose the amount yourself. I also really liked the ambience, a lot of “plants” unfortunately made of plastic, nice lighting and the ceiling also looks very stylish 😉. I'll be back whether you like it or not.

First of all, it's not comfortable to sit in this shop, the service staff come to the table every 10 minutes and want to take away empty dishes. In addition, our side dish for the burger was only delivered when we had already finished the burger and the dishes/cutlery had already been put away. (Even after asking about the missing side dish, the fries only arrived 10 minutes later.) As you can see in the picture, the cleanliness also fails (cobwebs). There was a cable hanging out of the bottom of our table that was covered with duct tape. The waiters were nice, but the service is a 6.

The music is incredibly loud, otherwise great :-) You need a cell phone with a scanner because you order using a QR code. You can also pay directly via your cell phone - but only with Google Pay or Visa. But you can also pay at the checkout in cash or by card :-)

Great restaurant (tip: really loud when fully booked) with really good burgers. We were pleasantly surprised. Great quality and super quick on the table. The thin fries were too greasy for us, the rest was great! We were seated friendly and quickly. The order must be placed yourself using the QR code. The only thing that was a shame: we ordered a side dish, which apparently was no longer available that very second, but it could be selected. We wish the staff had pointed this out to us when they brought our food. We then waited without success or knowledge and the rest on the table became cold. It was only when we asked that a casual answer came: not there.

Fraud! This has been advertised outside. Menu was no longer available in the digital map. Strangely enough, the individual components could be ordered without any problems. Here you advertise with a low price in order to then sell the individual components at a high price. There were a lot of seats available, but we were asked to go to the bar first and had to wait until the staff had chosen a place and cleaned it up. Many things were not available in the digital menu, a simple Coca-Cola. Zero could not be ordered. The distribution of seating is inexplicable to me. Half of the guests have a relatively comfortable bench, the one opposite must take place on a wood chipping area.

The food and the staff were fantastic! Unfortunately, the technical implementation had some difficulties.

Super nice waiter Faizal really a 10/10, his homemade shot is a must. I think it's really a great service that you can order with your cell phone. Estimated waiting time was around 10-15 until the food came after you ordered. The dish was really well prepared and tasted very tasty, the homemade potatoes were really salty. So if you don't know where you want to spontaneously eat something delicious and simple without looking at the menu for a long time?! Then go to Burgerlich and get a juicy burger.

Burgers good, drinks (soda) good, you can add or cancel everything with the burgers, I think it's good. I think it's stupid that everything is done via cell phone. It's so anonymous and you have no relationship with the staff, so (for me) there are no tips. Unfortunately, Cola only comes in 0.33L. Payment with Google Pay didn't work.

I don't know where the good reviews come from. You can't reserve a table in advance, but then you're forced into a table with several groups. The citizen rolls were sticky, the meat was over-fried, but the grilled vegetables I ordered just passed the grill and had no roasted flavors. The portions were too small for the price. I often go out for burgers and make my own burgers at home, which wasn't good food. Staff was attentive and friendly.

The food was delicious! It was practical that I could order any toppings. We spent two nights in Hamburg and came back for both! I found it strange that one orders via mobile phone and also pays via mobile phone. There is nobody to greet you at the table. It was very much like at McDonald's. The staff were friendly.
